I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for four adults. It was very nice. Spacious and clean. Nice bathroom.

Great one night stay during our road trip in France. Apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable (even sofa). There is a kitchen area (that we did not use but it looks well equipped). Fast WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff, large parking. Location is Somewhat in outskirt of the city but it helps to avoid traffic.

Very disappointing overall. Charged for Wifi & parking even though stated free on our voucher. Wifi did not work all weekend but unable to get problem fixed as no reception staff on duty all weekend. Refund given for parking and Wifi t end of stay after complaint.

We stayed at the "Park & Suites Confort Carquefou" for 2 nights. The staff are friendly enough and helpful, which is a plus. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. There is a kitchenette. Plates, pans, cutlery are all supplied, but there was no washing up liquid, so prepare to buy your own! There is a small on-site gym on the ground floor but I did not have time to use it. Seems to have fairly modern equipment though.
The only really bad points was that (1) the rooms are not cleaned every day and our waste bin filled up very quickly. (2) The corridors outside on our floor smelt bad our entire stay. The decor was quite 1970s too. If they updated/cleaned the corridors, or at least emptied the bins, then i'd have given a higher rating.

Family Trip To Nantes
We loved this apartment. For us the biggest plus was using the kitchen facilities with the fridge, stove and microwave. Only disappointment about the kitchen was there should be a kettle and no Wi-Fi. They did however have Ethernet Connection Point. The rooms are spacious with nice bathroom and another big plus was free parking. Excellent location to based, close to the shopping center and tram station. With having the kids, staying an this apartment was so much better and cheaper than staying at a hotel.

It's a big room, more like a studio. with an upstairs room and bath. Kitchen and living room downstairs. Some kitchen items missing but the staff brought them over when we mentionned it. Ideal for many people as there's beds for 5 people and a little kitchen.

La chambre que j'ai occupé ne m'a pas plus, la vmc fait un bruit horrible qui ne m'a pas laissé dormir, la vaisselle peu fournie ,d'habitude, une petite bouteille d'eau, nescafé, thé, sucre mais là, rien.

Au bout de 30mn au tel on me propose une chambre avec un nb de lits insuffisants pour ma famille !

Le séjour s'est super bien passé. L'accueil est plus que parfait, la personne des petits déjeuners est venue plus tôt pour nous car nous avions une compétition qui commençait très tôt. Les locaux étaient très propres.

Le plafond de la salle de bains part en lambeau, des moutons de poussières sur le sol, des cheveux dans les siffonds. Si vous êtes grands et que vous souhaitez prendre une douche debout, ben non pas possible car le flexible n'est pas assez long. De toute façon il n'y avait pas de pression d'eau... Nous n'avons pas payé trop cher notre nuit :78 euros. Heureusement...
Pour le petit dej, pas de Nutella, alors c'est pas un drame en soit mais on pourrait au moins avoir un équivalent. Le jambon était clairement de la veille, au moins... La coupelle de fruit absolument pas du jour.
