Just what I needed. Close to Clinique Jules Verne where my husband was. Amazing what can be achieved with remote check in and access to room in these Covid-19 trying times. Kitchenette great for a little picnic.

It is a reasonable size room. The bed juts out from the wall, almost like a boat. As a matter of fact it seemed as though you are on a boat with the decor. Shower is very small but for the price it was good. It was clean and the guy on reception was probably one of the best that we have so far encountered on our European road trip. Went to restaurant at hotel in the street behind and had a very good meal.

As a place to stay for a short visit to the Exhibition Centre the hotel serves a purpose. The surrounding area is nice and the room was clean overall , with all the necessary facilities present, clean and working. A functional stay but not somewhere that will be remembered as being especially pleasing or welcoming in general atmosphere.

On entends des portes claquées, les personnes qui parlent, les voitures passantes et une personne qui hurlait dans la rue à 1h du matin en voulant tout cassé. Heureusement que j'étais en déplacement professionnel et pas avec mes enfants.

hôtel vraiment très moyen et prix élevé pour ce qu'il en est. Le sol colle, ne semble pas propre, pas de serviette dans la chambre, porte avec peinture complètement émiettée et odeur nauséabonde. Vraiment je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Point positif : le petit déjeuner qui est très bien servi dans la chambre.

Pour moi l'intérêt de la chambre c'est la présence de la kitchenette avec frigo et micro ondes.... pour le reste bcp de points négatifs.... un lit double très étroit et mal situé (empêche l'accès à la sdb/wc) mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre, douche trop petite donc rideau qui nous colle à la peau à l'utilisation et le bloc lavabo/douche/wc en plastique y compris le sol donc très bruyant ...

Accueil agréable, chambre bien aménagée mais le ménage n'est pas fait ! les sols étaient collants, la vaisselle sale et les couverts font pleuré (toute petite cuillère d'un centimètre et 2 pauvre fourchettes qui ont fait la guerre !), le lit qui reçoit habituellement 1 personne est déformé et bonjour le mal de dos quand on dors à 2 !

Ce fût mon 3éme séjour, a déplorer la propreté du sol très sale, j'ai réclamé, une poêle téfal tout juste bonne a mettre à la poubelle tant son revêtement est dégradé, une casserole en aluminium hors d'age a mettre à la férraille que j'ai signalé. Je mange bio et cuisiner dans ce genre d'ustensile est incompatible. En dehors de ça, tout va bien.

N'étant pas de la ville, j'étais un peu perdue et ai décidé d'appeler la réception au préalable pour demander comment il était possible de se rendre de la gare de Nantes à l'hôtel. La réceptionniste a clairement su m'indiquer le chemin, et l'a fait avec bonne humeur et sympathie. Elle a également pensé à appeler le jour de mon arrivée pour dire que l'accueil fermait plus tôt que prévu --se retrouver sans chambre dans une ville inconnue aurait été problématique--. Lors de la remise des clefs, l'amabilité était toujours de mise, et au départ, une autre dame a été tout aussi agréable.
