The breakfast was really poor. Often there wasn't any bread left. The bacon was black. Looked as if it was several days old. Fruit salad bowl was empty most days and there was very little choice of jam. The orange juice was souer. We had already stayed in several very reasonably priced hotels where in each case the breakfast was good. We expected better for the price.

Bad management of personnel and some issues
Reason for mediocre review:
When arriving at metal gate at 16:30, the gate was closed. We rang the interphone 10 times and called the hotel number, no answer for 25 minutes. Finally we saw a customer on the parking lot and he used his code to open the gate. Once at the reception, nobody was there except French policemen staying at hotel to secure the soccer Olympic game event at Stade de la Beaujoire. Finally one young and nice overwhelmed employee arrived at the reception and explained he was all by himself to cover the reception, the kitchen and cleaning the rooms! This is management negligence, especially when having a lot of customers. (140 French policemen were staying at the hotel)
When leaving our room to walk to the Olympic soccer game, we realized the bedroom door could not be locked! We could not report the problem as no one was at reception when we left. When coming back from the game at midnight, we secured the door that was not locking by putting a suitcase against it.
Other problem: the height of the shower head could not be adjusted and was sliding back to the lower point, which works only for very short people. No shampoo provided only liquid soap. No coffee or tea either.
There is a well equipped kitchenette that we did not use. Finally, if you book this hotel for a soccer event, it’s 1.5 km to the stadium, about 20 min walk. The hotel seems quite new but obviously the management is not up to par to maintain the facility and manage personnel.

Wouldn’t recommend as a base for seeing the city but perfect for a stay for business in the area or for a game at the stadium.

Clean, quiet, well equipped kitchen, nice staff. Everything was good until we saw our car window broken by thief after we checked out in am. They really need to do something about their opened parking lot. We were just unlucky. We were happy about everything but insecurity of the parking lot.

It is in the business district so it was quiet and empty when we stayed over the weekend. This place is busy during the week with business travelers. We didn't realize that this is part of the Quality Suites (US). It is in the very back of this long back road from the main road which you pass several other motels / hotels, businesses and apartments. The room itself was good. It has a fridge, stove, microwave, sink, kitchen supplies (plates, silverware, pot, pan) which is good if you plan to stay more than a couple of days. The bathroom is nice with a tub / shower and the toilet is separate. It has a combo soap / shampoo dispenser (like most hotels we stayed in France). The room has A/C should you need it and a big window you can open to get fresh air. It is good place to stay and close to the center of the city.

We stayed overnight on our way to Bordeaux. location is about 15 -20 minutes drive from the city centre . Lots of parking and room has a kitchenette . More of a commercial area a car would be useful. Great value for price point.

This was an excellent stopover. Really comfortable room with air conditioning, which was sorely needed as it was 38 degrees outside. The beds were comfortable and it was handy to have a kitchen with kettle. The only downside was the cost of breakfast, which we chose not to have.

Ideal overnight stop
We were looking to break our journey on the way to the ferry in Cherbourg. I booked this hotel 24 hours earlier, I wanted something accessible and with parking. Was delighted with my choice. Just off the peripherique in Nantes, with lots of free parking. The \"suite\" was basically a reasonable sized room but complete with fridge, microwave/grill, 2-ring hob and sink. Limited cooking/eating utensils would have been ideal for a take-away or microwave meal but we ate out anyway. The en suite room was clean with wc separate from the bathroom. The hotel was very quiet and despite its proximity to the city, off the beaten track; at the end of a cul de sac with a few hotels and businesses. Would highly recommend it even for a few days stay if all you wanted was a base to work from. I'd gladly go back there.

Surprising the kitchen corner came in very useful for breakfast and the occasional meal as did the exceptional E Leclerc Super Marché close by.

Trésor beau séjour. Il est dommage que le GPS ne nous conduise pas vraiment à l'hôtel et nous arrête en début de rue et nous affiche arrivée. Nous avons tourné un moment avant d'y arriver en utilisant l'itinéraire sur votre application. L'hôtel se trouve au fond de la rue qui est assez longue et non pas dès l'entrée dans celle-ci.

Nous avons passé 2 séjours de 4 nuits et pas une seule fois le ménage et les lits n'ont été fait ! Et ce, malgré l'avoir signalé à la réception. A priori, nous n'étions pas les seuls concernés. Peut-être que la direction de cet hôtel a jugé que la clientèle présente pendant le Hellfest ne méritait pas les mêmes services que d'ordinaire....c'est dommage.

Situé au bout d'une rue dans la ZI de Nantes, cet hôtel est à proximité de rocade mais pour autant pas bruyant. C'est très grand, donc avec un peu une impression d'usine mais l'accueil a été très correct et le petit dejeuner buffet de qualité. Chambre et sanitaires très bien et propres, contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire dans certains commentaires. Recommandé pour un RDV dans la zone industrielle, pas très facile d'accès pour un piéton. A éviter si le but est de visiter Nantes centre
