No pickup from the Airport
The only reason I chose this hotel was because it said on Expedia page that they can arrange for a pickup at Nantes Airport. However I tried contacting the hotel to arrange for pickup, I sent in email three times, no reply. So sent in fax two times, no reply. I called few times but nobody is picking up the phone (it's got a message in French, which I don't understand.) Finally I had a friend call them from Spain, and he got to talk to someone only to find out that they don't do any pickup at airport. So what was that comment on Expedia all about??? It could have been any other hotel, hopefully nearer, if they don't have airport pickup service. They should not post that they have airport pickup if they don't. Or is it Expedia side problem? Very disappointed; but otherwise, the hotel and room itself was OK for the price.

Good value motel for overnight stay on journey to south of France. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Very convenient to motorway. Inevitable traffic noise, but nevertheless good value for the price - and adequate facilities if only staying overnight.

Dès l'arrivée, problème au niveau du badge pour ouvrir la chambre, réceptionniste récalcitrante à venir nous aider. Porte des sanitaires plus que difficile à fermer et ouvrir,porte savon ne fonctionnant pas, donc problème pour utiliser du savon, toiles d'araignée dans les coins, dessin quelque peu douteux sous le lit superposé (sexe masculin en ciel de lit), petit déjeuner médiocre...

CONFORT ET PROPRETÉ DE LA CHAMBRE
Nous avons passé la nuit du 29 mars et p.dejeuner du 30 à l'hôtel 1er classe st Sébastien/Nantes. Notre avis n'est pas incriminant. Bon accueil , bémols sont : quelques petites bêtes MORTES derrière le rideau de douche et le second est le confort du MATELAS de la chambre n8. Mon épouse et moi nous retrouvions au milieu du lit. A VOIR LE REMPLACEMENT DU MATELAS.
Comme je l'ai déjà spécifié : UN BON ACCUEIL ET LE BUFFET DU P.DEJEUNER TRES COMPLET ET BON.
DONC : PAS ''UNE AFFAIRE D''ETAT'' MAIS UN EFFORT CONCERNANT CES 2 POINTS.

Juste une remarque : je suis revenu à ma chambre (en rez de chaussée) un midi, la porte était grande ouverte, le ménage venait à priori d'être fait et personne n'était aux alentours alors que toutes mes affaires étaient à l'intérieur. J'ai attendu 2 minutes et je n'ai vu aucun personnel de ménage. de plus je n'ai pas eu ce jour là de serviette de toilettes. A part cette mésaventure tout s'est bien passé. Accueil sympathique, réception rapide.

Après avoir reçu un mail l'après-midi de l'arrivée pour prévenir que si on arrivait après 21h on devait les appeler par téléphone, étant à l'étranger j'ai essayer de les contacter via leur site et leur application. Impossible !!
À l'atterrissage de notre avion à 23h, j'ai essayé de les appeler 2 fois et envoyé des SMS et messages sur leur application/ site. Aucune nouvelles . Or, j'ai recu une notification de leur site me disant que les messages étaient transmis et que j'allais recevoir un retour par e-mail.
Après les tentatives d'appel sans réponse on a pris la décision avec mon conjoint de faire la route pour notre domicile à 1h30 de route.
Depuis nos tentatives de communication hier soir, nous n'avons toujours pas de nouvelles de leur part .

Si on cherche uniquement un lit pour dormir, c’est bien. Le lit est un peu dur mais ce n’est pas dramatique. Nous avons retrouvés un peu de poussière dans la chambre et un courant d’air passait entre la porte et la chambre, pas top.
On a retrouvé un ver de terre le matin dans notre chambre, joli réveil !

Nous sommes venus dormir 1 nuits dans la chambre d’hôtel, à notre arrivée le sol n’était pas propre la salle de bain salle mais vraiment… le rideau moisi !!

Le matin la chambre doit être libéré à 12h maximum la femme de ménage a frappé à la porte a essayé d’entrer et nous a donc réveillé alors que nous avions pas redonné la carte…

Les -: l'exterieur aussi aurait besoin d'un coup de frais, la porte d'entree ne fermait pas correctement (stressant!), le distributeur de savon etait cassé on a dû se debrouiller avec la poche plastique à savon trouée qui normalement s'insere dans le distributeur et qui coulait partout, le menage etait succinct (plein de toiles de poussière au plafond). Le lit surélevé n'etair meme pas fait, on a dû se debrouiller seuls comme à la maison, c'est bien la peine de payer pour ça ! Pas de petit dejeuner dans l'hôtel même, il faut le prendre au Campanile qui est à côté, mais on paye plus cher sans pour autant avoir un petit dejeuner du niveau du 3* qu'est censé etre le Campanile, loin s'en faut.

Je suis assez déçu de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Le ménage laisse à désirer, le lit n'était pas fait correctement et j'ai même trouvé du papier dans les toilettes des WC. J'ai été très déçu de la propreté de la chambre et je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit pour un séjour. Je vous conseille fortement de revoir le nettoyage de vos chambres pour offrir une meilleure expérience à vos clients.

Lors de mon séjour dans cette chambre d'hôtel, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la propreté de la chambre. Cependant, j'ai trouvé que l'environnement était un peu bruyant, ce qui a impacté la qualité de mon sommeil.

Il faut parcourir 50 mètres pour aller déjeuner. Donc avec une personne qui ne peut pas marcher, cela oblige à vider le coffre de l'auto pour sortir le fauteuil roulant ou de prendre la voiture. Quand à la salle de bain qui a une marche pour y accéder c'est pas terrible non plus.

Chambre propre et lits bien faits excepté celui du haut (superposé). En revanche, je n'y retournerais pas. Le confort du lit était inexistant. J'avais mal au dos avant d'arriver à cause de la longue route après la nuit c'était encore pire ! En revanche plutôt silencieux.

Nous sommes arrivé.. Avons récupérer notre clé.. en entrant dans la chambre.. quelle déception.. un lit dur, des oreillers durs et trop petits, une salle de bain horrible, la douche c’est à peine si on peut bouger, le lavabo jaune et abimé, n’en parlons pas, le ménage n’a clairement pas été fait..
ensuite parlons de l’isolation.. avec la porte et la fenêtre fermée, on entendait dehors comme si on y était.. les voisins de chambre au téléphone juste devant notre chambre, on avait l’impression qu’il était dans la chambre avec nous.. mais par contre la nuit.. on a eu super chaud..
le matin de notre départ, vers 9h on entend toquer à la porte.. on se lève.. on ouvre, personne.. on retourne se coucher.. sa toque à nouveau puis quelqu’un un dut « toc toc toc » puis on entend le verrou s’ouvrir puis la porte.. la femme de ménage, elle s’excuse.. ensuite je sors fumer une cigarette, je croise une femme de ménage, qui me demande en quelle chambre je suis, je lui répond et elle me demande de laisser la porte ouverte avec la chaise pour la bloquer car elles ne savent pas si les clients sont partis ou non.. n’y aurait il pas un soucis d’organisation dans cet hôtel ?
