After travelling for 8 hours we arrived at 6pm exhausted & hungry. The receptionist informed us that the restaurant & bar were closed for the evening as the 'chef was on holiday' & the nearest place to eat was a drive away. We will not be staying at Campanile again.

Campanile n'est peut-être pas la grande classe mais jamais je n'ai été aussi déçu de l'un de leur établissement.

Tres déçu de mon sejour. Chambre vetuste, meme si la literie est parfaite. Pas de climatisation, ni de ventilation. Salle de bain tres humide. Il restait une serviette pleine de taches de sang a mon arrivée. La chambre n a pas ete refaite pendant 2 jours. Douche a l italienne prévue pour les handicapés sans pare douche. Donc de l eau partout et obligé d essuyer le sol avec les serviettes qui n ont pas ete changées. La porte laisse passer le jour a cause d un ecart de plus de 1 cm qui laisse passer les odeurs d échappement, les bruits, la chaleur. Peinture écaillée sur les murs et taches sur la moquette.

Confort de la literie HORRIBLE!!!
Matelas à ressort complètement usé qui grince à chaque mouvement. Réveillé au bout de 2h de sommeil tellement les ressorts rentraient dans les côtes. J'ai dû m'enrouler dans la couette pour amenuiser l'effet des ressorts.
Sans compter une bestiole de 2cm que j'ai dû écraser à la chaussure...
Pour le reste, c'était bien entretenu.
Un autre inconvénient : le bâtiment des chambres et le bâtiment pour déjeuner sont distincts. Donc à éviter un jour de pluie.

A grand regret, hélas, j'ai passé un séjour affreux : j'ai été incommodée et me suis grattée toute la nuit dans ce lit, inspectant literie et matelas avec soin (sans trouver d'insecte apparent, hormis sur la table /bureau mais les démangeaisons étaient bien là, sans parler du stress lié à cela).
Par précaution j'ai nettoyé et même désinfecté toutes mes affaires à mon retour à la maison.

cet hôtel prend des réservation mais il ne les assure pas. Je me suis retrouvé le bec dans l'eau en ayant préalablement réserve via Hotels.com la patronne m'a mal reçu en me reprochant de faire mes réservation via ce moyen. Il était 23h30 et sans même chercher de solution j'ai été mis dehors.

Nous sommes venus dans un hôtel Campanile pour sa réputation en terme de service...
Certe le jeune homme de l'accueil était agréable, en revanche, le service et le confort laissent quelque peu à désirer : pas de restauration le soir, pas de climatisation dans la chambre, moisissures dans la douche et petit-déjeuner à 11,90 € / personne, beaucoup trop cher compte tenu de la prestation.

Chambre parfaite pour couple . Agréablement surpris par la propreté et le calme malgré la proximité de la rocade nantaise. La chambre en rez de chaussé est agréable et la salle de bien faite. Accueil et prestation sans soucis malgré l absence d un membre de l équipe qui leur donnait bcp de travail.( lundi de pâques ) .

Nous venons régulièrement dans ce Campanile pour voir nos enfants deux fois par an. Nous avons demandé une chambre pour handicapé sachant que M. a des difficultés à marcher. Nous avons obtenu sans souci une chambre au r de chaussée avec une douche à l'italienne avec devant une place de parking pour handicapé.
