Great for an overnight stop

Perfect for one night to break up our journey back to the ferry. We needed somewhere with secure off road parking as we had bikes on the back of our van. This was ideal as it had a gate that was locked at night and you could park right near your apartment. Beds were very comfortable and nice spacious layout. My boys loved the bonus of the pool. Drawbacks toilet is downstairs separate from the upstairs bathroom and there isn’t an oven in the kitchen area.

No 24 reception to complain about noise. There were people partying very loud after midnight. Can not recommend the breakfast there either. The toilet has no sink to wash your hands. You need to go into another bathroom for that. Freezer door was broken. No shampoo in the shower. I could continue with issues but it's not worth my time

Decent stay, annoying deposit scheme

A very nice villa, which was way more than we needed for a single overnight stay to visit Nantes, but served us really well.

A strange location, a load of holiday villas in the middle of a business park by the main road into the city, but did make it easy to get to.

Didn't have time to use the pool, staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

The deposit required on arrival is annoying, and the amount too high, especially as it's done on trust that they will return it - there's no joint inspection on check-out.

The apartment itself was very comfortable, however, despite having 6 weeks notice that my flight arrived in Nantes at 9pm, I was sent a message on the afternoon of the first day of my stay (while I was at the airport waiting to get on the plane) saying that despite having received payment in full for the two night stay, they would not give me a key as they didn't have a copy of my credit card. The phone number for the hotel was not answered despite 20 calls. Hotels. Com did not help either despite speaking to an agent while boarding the plane.
I was forced to drive around Nantes for 3 hours trying to find alternative accommodation, finally booking in to Novotel at 12.30 am at a cost of 125 euros
On day two, I was finally allowed to book in to Zenitude, who gave no apology, no refund and didn't want a copy of my credit card.
Don't bother booking these apartments

Only staying for one night but the appartment was clean, plenty of room for us (5). Kitchen well equipped. Pool looked nice but we didnt have time to use. We sidnt go into Nantes so cant comment on handiness in that respect but was easy to get to the hotel.

Great place to stay, quality beds!

Good spot on the edge of Nantes. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, loads of storage space, even has a dishwasher in each apartment. Lovely swimming pool, not that big but perfect at the end of the day after exploring. Close to a large Carrefour and Le Clerc. 10 mins to the main tramline where you can park your car for about 80c an hour. Then hop on the tram into Nantes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and it’s great for families. Oh and secure locked parking after 8pm.0

nice place,basic yet spacios,clean and with a pool

The apartment was big. The furniture and kitchen equipment is very basic, but we had all we needed. The pool is a great bonus on warm days. The staff is very nice. The location is convenient when you travel out of Nantes, close to the highway. . And if you want to get into Nantes, you can drive for less than 10 minutes, park for free and take the tram.

This is basically a simple complex of self catering apartments with a hotel reception area, a breakfast option and a pool. While the reality is not quite as glamorous as the photos I would still recommend highly as it has all the conveniences in the apartments to suit travellers’ needs. It’s an ideal stop-off for people visiting Nantes (go to the Jardin Des Plantes) or travelling further south or north. Staff are friendly and helpful, the price is extremely good value and we would definitely use again if in the area.

Great for stopover

So the location is not great - within a big industrial estate - but that said there is a buffalo grill and pizza place walking distance. Not a place to base yourself for a holiday, but fantastic for a one or two night stopover if travelling through France. Loads of space and comfort for a family, 3 double beds with kitchen and dining area. It’s clean and there’s loads of gated parking, and for a pretty reasonable price.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. But if you arrived after 9 pm, it is important to call the hotel as reception is closed after 9 pm. We had a bit of adventure to get the key as we arrived after 9 pm.
You need a car to this place and there are no places to eat close-by, if you want a dinner.

We had a very pleasant stay. The villa was extremely clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast is just ok. Nice deal for the price. We strong recommend if you're like us visiting the city of Nantes or even the parc \"Puy Du Fou\" and looking for a reasonable price for a hotel.

A nice clean apartment for two

A well laid out complex of holiday apartments in good condition. We had a first floor split level apartment with a nice large balcony and enjoyed our stay. A car is essential but there are good restaurants and shops within walking distamce and the apartments sre on the periphique road so driving access to all parys of Nantes is easy.

Comfy beds and lovely apartment

Well equipped and nicely laid out. Loved that you could park just outside the apartment and that you had your own small garden area. Clean and roomy. Only staying overnight but could easily have stayed longer. Seemed to be a few places to eat and drink around the area and hotel was easy to find without having to drive far off the main road around Nantes. We didn't have time to go into Nantes itself so couldn't say how easy it would be to get in and out. Three kids and two adults and all were impressed, even managed to squeeze in a visit to the pool which was lovely.

Great location, just off the motorway. Arrived late at night and left very early the next morning - experienced difficulty with access. Therefore ring ahead of arrival and get the necessary access codes. Excellent value for money.

Good value, bad location

The apartments were OK. Family-oriented and we were a couple looking for a place to set off into the countryside during the day and go in to Nantes in the evening. A car is an absolute must, as you are nowhere near the tram into Nantes (there is a bus but don't rely on it). The area is actually a business park/light industrial area, but within the hotel area, it's fenced with a pool and kid-friendly stuff.

I was pleased overall with hotel. However we arrived tired after a long drive. The hotel furnished us with a list of restaurants and highlighted le Grillon as being the nearest. We walked to it and finally found it after ten minutes of walking in the dark with two small children. It turned out that it was closed for the month of August. We were quite annoyed that Reception had not made themselves aware of this.

Would stay here again.

Large, clean, new, 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen. Washer, though no dryer. Conveinent to stores. Only minor complaint is that bedrooms are upstairs, and the narrow stairs are a challenge for large, heavy suitcases. Also we found the upstairs sink's location (in with shower, not with the toilet) a bit odd (inconveinant for handwashing, or other uses, when someone was using the shower).

Great complex of houses for rent

Your need a car here, However this is a modern complex of flats / houses, with helpful reception and outside swimming pool. The house was nicely furnished, clean and has good facilities. The price was very competitive too. Great for families. Thoroughly recommended.

Un appart hôtel facile d'accès en voiture (Plus compliqué en transport en commun) avec beaucoup de places sur le parking. Chambre propre mais très mal isolée accoustiquement et thermiquement (de l'air passait sous la porte et autour des fenêtres). La salle de bain mériterait d'être complètement renovée. Le personnel est sympathique et vraiment au service: ils n'ont pas tardé à résoudre le problème que j'ai rencontré

El colchón muy cómodo.

Très contents de notre séjour

L’hôtel est très bien nous avions pris un appartement 4 personnes avec une chambre, nous étions en réa de chaussée avec une petite terrasse (juste assez grande pour manger et étendre le linge de piscine mouillé). La piscine est exceptionnelle même si elle est petite nous avons pu nous y baigner sans soucis et notre fils a bien profité pour jouer.

Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous avons prolongé d’une nuit notre séjour.

Bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ, logement tres agreable, frais malgré la chaleur. Le canapé lit et le lit sont confortables. Manque peut etre un petit meuble pour pourvoir poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain qui est spatieuse. Tres appréciable les shampoings et savon mis a disposition, ils sentent très bon !! La seule chose négative c'est la piscine, le fait quelle ne soit pas surveillé, les gens s'en fiche et ne respectent pas le réglement du maillot de bain, certains viennent avec leur culotte et leur short dessus se baigner. Femmes compris! Sinon la piscine est tres agreable.

Super pour une nuit d’étape vers les vacances

Appartement très spacieux et calme pour étape en famille d’une nuit. Piscine non testée mais cela aurait pu être agréable. Moquette vieillissante mais tout le reste est très satisfaisant, bons équipements et résidence calme.

Horaires de réception un peu réduits hors saison (fermeture à 19h donc impossible d'arriver plus tard). Logement grand et confortable. Manque quelques ustensiles et linge de cuisine (maniques, ciseaux...). TV assez limitée, car non connectée (pas de replay ni de plateformes). Mais rapport qualité prix très. Accueil souriant et agréable, et proximité d'un P+R tramway qui permet d'aller en centre-ville de Nantes gratuitement le week-end.
