The room felt a bit cramped, the shower in the bathroom had a crack which was dirty. Without any uniform it was difficult to tell who was actually staff. Upon check in I was told about the restaurant times in the evening only to then be told in the evening that it was in fact closed.

The hotel is excellent value for money and convenient to Nantes Airport. The outside looks a bit scruffy but the inside is very nice. The rooms are clean and functional with comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant which was nice. The menu catered for every taste the seating/decor was very nice. The optional/extra breakfast in the morning was self-service with a great selection. Overall, a good experience and we would stay again.

Recommended for Motorcyclists visiting Nantes.
We stayed here when visiting the Ile de Machines and the Chateau of the Dukes of Brittany. Although not undercover, there is free on-site parking with security gates at night. About 250m to the Francois Mitterand Tramway Terminus for a frequent, good value, service to the city centre and beyond. Rooms basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
We were travelling by motorcycle and pleased to see a custom bike builders co-located with a bar/restaurant in an industrial unit just across the road. It was very popular, even on Monday and Tuesday evenings, and served a wide range of 'craft' beers including some from the UK and good quality food.

Basic hotel in a good location for Nantes airport. Good bar with the great extra of tables and chairs outside for an evening drink in the sun. Restaurant a bit limited but ok. Special mention for Kevin and Deborah who seem to do everything in this hotel with efficiency and a smile. Well done guys!

Horrible Smell In Bathroom, No Hot Water
We have been big fans of the Ibis chain and have always had good experiences. Until now. We had just a single night stopover in Nantes and selected this property because of its location near our route. Arrival, check-in, and service was great and to expected Ibis standards. The general cleanliness and comfort of the facility and room was also, and the highlight of the visit was the great breakfast.
The first problem we had was that there was an awful sewerage smell in the bathroom. If you know a bit about plumbing, there was no P-trap under the sink, so smells from the sewer system were naturally flowing back into the bathroom. A regular flow of water in the sink and the shower made it bearable, but this is a construction flaw--hopefully only with the room we were in, not the entire facility.
Then, the next morning there was no hot water. After showering with frigid water we packed up and went down to check out. We told the clerk there was no hot water. She just shrugged and said it was the problem of the day.
Our perfect run with Ibis is over, we'll think twice booking with them again.

Been here about four times as an overnight stop. The roundabout to get of from the northbound peripherique is crazy but once negotiated the hotel is easy to find. We had a huge room, very comfortable with excellent shower room. Previously we have had good meals in the restaurant but currently closed, a great loss. There are a couple of restaurants walking distance or you could have a microwaved meal from reception (not my idea of an overnight stay in France!)

L’hôtel est très bien . Nous avons l’habitude de venir car il est abordable le week end. Le personnel est toujours adorable. Le petit déjeuner est toujours varié et copieux. Par contre l’environnement est de plus en plus déplorable. C’est vraiment dommage ….

Sejoir 1 nuit en famille a 4 dans chambre familiale. Chambre assez grande, literie correcte. Tres chaud dans la chambre malgré temperature extérieure autour de 18-20 et chauffage coupé. Environnement de l'hotel vraiment pas attrayant avec beaucoup de bâtiments a l'abandon. Vue de la chambre sur camp de gitans squattant un bâtiment abandonné... pas bruyant la nuit pour autant.

Mauvais début : la porte de l’accueil est condamnée, par des travaux en cours, mais sans indication pour nous faciliter l’entrée autrement . Manque total de professionnalisme dans cet accueil. On nous dit qu’un panneau va effectivement être posé ( certes , il a été posé dans la soirée , mais à l’intérieur , pour dire que l’on ne pouvait pas sortir par la porte condamnée !!!) on nous attribue une chambre PMR , contrairement à notre réservation puisque mon mari marchait avec une canne . Ce n’était pas un problème , sauf que cette chambre avait un poste TV très mal placé. Mais surtout ne fonctionnait pas correctement . Retour à la table servant de bureau d’accueil , où mon mari n’est pas trop bien reçu , avec beaucoup de mépris . La personne daigne quand même venir à notre chambre …et décrète qu’effectivement cela ne va pas , les principales chaînes manquant !!!mais elle pense qu’on n’a qu’à s’en passer . Finalement …arrangement , on déménage de chambre ( avec TV et Wifi correctes ), et plus grande . Ouf . Propreté : très acceptable . Mais déçus par le côté amateurisme de cet accueil .

Malgré notre arrivée tardive, un accueil très sympa dans un décor inhabituel pour une chaine comme ibis. à 2 pas du P&R pour prendre le tram pour le centre ville de Nantes. cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique. Merci à l'équipe qui nous a accueillis. chambre très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous aurions tous voté pour y passer une nuit supplémentaire. Cela sera pour une prochaine fois.... J'oubliais, le resto et le le petit déj étaient excellents.

Hôtel très sympa, très chaleureux, et super accueil ! Nous avons passé une nuit pour le réveillon, l'hôtel était très bien décoré. La chambre était très bien agencée (belle salle d'eau), lumineuse, lit très confortable. Petit-déjeuner agréable, également dans une salle lumineuse, avec terrasse pour les beaux jours. Parking en extérieur mais très sécurisé. Hôtel facile d'accès à St Herblain. Un seul petit bémol, merci de penser au \"sans gluten\" pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons à la prochaine occasion.

Des l entrée dans l hôtel très bonne impression accueil chaleureux et déco décalée mais sympa. Nous avions deux chambres communicantes au Rez de chaussé. Nous nous attendions à mieux au vu des photos et commentaires déjà postés… surtout au niveau de la salle de bain un peu vintage et ayant besoin d un coup de jeune. Niveau insonorisation des chambres : néant nous attendions tout dans la chambre : de la douche a la chasse d eau des autres chambres, les pas des gens au dessus de nous, et la climatisation insupportable surtout la nuit. Literie correcte mais les oreillers sont pas très confortables.Nous avons également mangé au restaurant cadre sympathique et la carte donne envie mais malheureusement pour nous beaucoup de rupture de produits donc un choix très très restreint.. dommage ! niveau propreté des couverts à revoir également deux couverts sur quatre étaient sales…

Sur le plan hébergement, c'était correct. C'est sur la restauration que ça été déplorable, une assiette de pâtes au chorizo à 14€ et qui était immangeable, et mon épouse et moi cherchons toujours les morceaux de viande ainsi que le gout je trouve que c'est trop cher payé, de plus, après en avoir fait la remarque à la serveuse, le cuisinier n'est même pas venu s'excuser et aucune réaction de la part du personnel à notre mécontentement. Nous ne recommanderons pas votre établissement pour sa partie restauration.
