Nice hotel, even though we were just there for a couple hours to sleep because of a layover it was decent. When we got there there was a little bit of a language barrier due to the front desk staff not knowing English but he was very patient with us and helped us. The rooms had all amenities just a little outdated. Overall it was great to sleep a couple hours.

A huge apartment for our family of 5 & great for a visit to the nearby shopping mall.
There was no sink in the toilet which was on a different floor to the other bathroom so not ideal for washing your hands. There were lots of dirty marks in the walls but the bedding & towels were spotless.

It was ok. I was disappointed to know that they were unable to extend 1 hour more for check out. Usual check out was 11am, i asked for an hour and was forced to pay eur5.00. Fact was not the money, but flexibility.

The suite is on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and the living area and a kitchen downstairs. The unit would have suited our family of 5 well if it was not for the dirty carpets, musty smell downstairs and broken air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom. We checked out a day early because of these issues and were unable to obtain a refund for the unused night. I assume this hotel has decent rooms, but beware when booking the 2 bedroom suite.

We stayed as a stop over on a long drive but I wouldn't want to stay longer. Rooms are clean and comfortable and very reasonable for a family of 4. They do get you on extras such as taxes and baby cots though. Breakfast was also very expensive for what you get and not that great.

Away from city, close to airport, with GREAT staff
We were planning to spend 1 night in the hotel and chose it because its proximity to the airport. But thanks to the AirFrance strike, we spent there 2 extra nights. The staff helped us out with a very good rate for our extended stay and they really tried to assist us in any way they could!
The area is a typical north american-style suburban mix of big-boxes and junk food joints and it's away from Nantes. The LRT gets to the city centre in 20-25 minutes and stops right in front of the hotel. Nantes is a very interesting place to visit and it's always a good gateway to Loire Valley, Brittany or Atlantic coast resorts! The airport is 10 minutes away by car or taxi.

Easy access to large shopping complex with cafes, restaurants, cinemas etc, also conveniently close to a tram stop which means you don't have to drive everywhere! Very little noise from passing traffic which was quite a pleasant surprise.

Spacious room with kitchen. Nice and tidy. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to a big mall, restaurants, cinema and tram to the city centre. I spent a night with my husband and we were wishing that we were staying longer.... There is also a laundry facility in the hotel and parking spaces in front. We would definitively recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with our room, the kitchenette was handy, nice size room. Laundry downstairs only cost 4 euros to do your own washing( an extra 3 to use the dryer, we just hung it up in our room) beats using the sink. The tram stop is right outside the hotel. There are okay places to eat close to the hotel, nothing fancy. But the hotel staff were very helpful in offering other suggestions for dining.

The hotel is situated just down the block from a series of restaurants and a cinema. The hotel itself was very clean and we were given a room upgrade to a suite on the house. The staff was very polite and helpful. The person who checked us in spoke great English which was a plus. We were only using Nantes as a stopover so I can't speak to the hotels proximity to sites in Nantes. Parking was easy and free. Internet was not wi-fi enabled but was provided free of charge so who can complain.

Bonjour j’ai dû changer de chambre car la première était sale, des cheveux dans le lit et au sol, pour la deuxième je me suis retrouvé de nouveau dans une chambre moyennement propre et très bruyante ( des cheveux sur la chaise et dans la sdb) cette fois j’ai fais le ménage car je ne voulais pas embêter la personne de l’accueil qui est très aimable merci à elle pour son professionnalisme.

Chambre poussiereuse, et assez sale (canapé taché, toilette limite , cuisine tres usagé). Chambre sans clim mais avec un ventilateur qui brasse plus de bruit que de l air... vraiment horrible. On a du passer la nuit la fenetre ouverte (sans moustiquaire et hyper bruyant). La nuit fut longue ! Le personnel de l accueil est gentil mais malheureusement ca ne fait pas tout dans un hotel. Pour le meme prix il y a vraiment mieux dans les environs. Nous avions pris appart city car nous avions l habitude d y sejourner ailleurs. Grosse deception pour celui ci.

Les photos ne ressemblaient pas à la chambre donc j’ai changé de chambre en payant un supplément.
Les murs étaient très sales et il y avait une forte odeur provenant du frigo.

Hôtel propre, personnel sympathique mais pour les gens sensibles aux bruits extérieurs très difficile de dormir. Insonorisation pas terrible. Une grande route à proximité, la ligne de tram et avec le vent les plafonds grincent donc une nuit entrecoupée de bruits divers et variés.

Chambre propre, lits faits à l’arrivée, bien situé, bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit sur place et n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine donc pas d’évaluation sur ce point. Une odeur de nourriture dans le logement mais c’est le souci des chambres avec cuisine donc bon…

Malheureusement l hôtel reçoit des cas sociaux et c'est tout à fait normal mais le problème et que c est personne ne respecte pas les autres résidents des enfants qui jouent dans les couloirs jusqu'à 1h 30 du matin je pense que l hôtel doit faire signer une charte au résident envoyé par le bailleur social

Tetour à Apart city confort où nous descendions en duo. Maintenant en famille. Quelle déception. On nous attribue un apart vétuste : meubles abîmés, porte des toilettes abimées, plan de travail usé et surtout, moquette sale car tachée à plusieurs endroits.
Avons dit notre déception et on nous propose un autre apart : un peu mieux mais moquette toujours tachée..
Les chambres nécessitent une bonne remise à neuf. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à ce qui est proposé.
Cet hôtel ne représente plus ses 3 étoiles. A très mal vieilli. Nous n y reviendrons plus avant une vraie rénovation.
