We’ve been here 9 nights so far. The hotel is great! Breakfast is really good. There is a bar and restaurant open 24 hours. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are all pretty nice, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent! The underground is literally 30 seconds outside the hotels front door. You can get to all of Londons sites easily and quickly! Highly recommend this hotel!

The check out staff were very helpful - and polished. I appreciated some of their kindness as I headed away from the hotel (thanks Diago).

The location is good (essentially above a tube station), and while the hotel was busy my room was quiet and the bed comfortable. I slept well. The amenities were on the limited side (even for a budget hotel), but .... I would stay here again.

Everything that I wanted to go to, the Spitalfields Market, a great variety of restaurants, the museums, Royal Albert Hall, and even a shop to pick up basics, was all reachable within a short walk or short trip on the metro. It really is a perfect location if you're planning a stay in London.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For a 3 star hotel it was really nice. The bed was great. The staff were very helpful. There’s an amazing Korean restaurant across the road and the station next door as well as tesco express. My only complaints were I wish we had a fridge in the room and that the WiFi was stronger. It was a great price and a great stay.

No phone in the room, A/C was broken the entire stay - even though they came after we called the front desk (from our cell phone since there was no phone in the room). We had to call them twice before they came to the room. They said it was fixed; but it wasn't. We had it on the lowest setting and we could not sleep. Window would only open a couple of inches because there was a metal chain on it (for safety I guess). The bathroom was the WEIRDEST bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel. It was a fiberglass \"pod\" they dropped into the room. I felt like I was using a plane or train bathroom. Really strange and TINY. For almost $500/night! Crazy.

This hotel was just fine, nothing more nothing less.

It does not have AC and the rooms are dank, you also can’t open the windows. The breakfast is mediocre at best. There are three elevators and they are also small. They can’t fit more than 3 to 4 people in them, getting down in the morning whenever everyone was there for work was a hassle. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but it’s fine for a short trip if you want to stay centrally in the city. The staff was very pleasant.

The staff were great, but our room was so small and stunk! When having a shower or washing your hands, the water would leak under the bathroom into the carpet outside the bathroom so it stunk. The shower door hinges were faulty, the fan in the bathroom was terrible so everything was steamed and wet, the view outside the window was looking straight into an office building. It was in a weird part of London woth a lot of not good people on the street, we didnt feel safe walking at night. We wouldn’t stay again

Great location in terms of proximity to tube stations. Rooms and beds were sizable with a somewhat awkward layout/closet. Very quiet. Bathrooms are dated but okay in terms of cleanliness. Biggest issue is lack of air conditioning. There are heat pump style fans which are helpful. Even on the hot days and being on the 9th floor, the room was a good temperature for sleeping at night if the window was open and blinds closed during the day.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms were not as shown in the pictures — they looked much older and poorly maintained. The mattress was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. They didn’t replace the wet towels during my stay, and the bathroom had a very bad smell that didn’t go away. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The only things that’s I noticed was that the bin wasn’t emptied properly, there were what looked like products from the previous people. The amenities aren't in the rooms.

Hard mattresses that have the 2 bath towels on the bed. No hand towels, washclothes, or telephones in the room. A large lobby that deceives you into thinking you're about to get a very nice room. The \"front desk\" staff is friendly. Breakfast has many choices; meats, cheeses, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, & a pancake machine.

It was right around the corner from the tube station which was perfect. It’s a ten minute walk from Spitalfields Market and there’s tons of restaurants close by. It was also only a 20 minute walk from tower bridge and Tower of London which made the touring days easy. Great location. Staff is great. Definitely would stay here again

Terrible hotel. Would not be staying again. No aircon, room was very very warm. Hair dryer was broke (didn’t notice this until needed in the morning). No telephones in the rooms to contact reception so any issues you may have will need to be reported directly to reception, which isn’t ideal if you’re in a rush or have young kids with you.
