The room was great - spacious and I particular like the whole property was setup with USB-C sockets.

The only down side for me was the check in staff - be warned with them trying to sell you the Marriott Bonvoy membership...

villa was really good. had an issue with the hot water and hotel staff sent technicians quickly but the problem could not be fixed. hence, we had to shift to another villa. rooms were clean and really enjoyed the stay. pool with heated water, jacuzzi, steam room etc. were great. overall, great experience. would give 5 stars if everything went well without changes.

Good all round service and property and grounds. It would be great if the cost of food items was kept more affordable in the onsite shop, and if there was a bigger selection of well known international products as well as essentials such as soap. The location is a bit remote, a free or low cost shuttle service, in the busy months, would really be useful to Palma and local beaches. Better and wider choice of food to cater for international cliental at the restaurant La Terresa. These minor changes would make the place far more appealing.

We opted for a takeaway from the terrasse restaurant because the pub singer was a bit too cheesy. Normally I would have been offered a later check out but this was not done, so when we went back there were none available. Normally due to my status this would not have been an issue. So had to pack the car and go and find space by a pool. Also.. it advertised breakfast… but there didnt seem to be anywhere to have it

An amazing stay at a fantastic resort. The place oozes quality from the moment you get to the gatehouse, and everything they do is top class, even under the current circumstances of Covid regulations.

The quality of the villas is excellent, and so very well equipped. There wasn’t anything to fault about it. We’ve been before at different times of year and it’s always been a great stay for us.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay at Son Antem, wish we could have stayed longer, but will aim to go back soon.

Could be an absolutely perfect place. Does depend very much on what sort of guests you have around you.. we had a selfish, noisy group who we had to ask quite a number of times to keep the noise down - not relaxing!!

The Marriott Son Antem villas are well appointed and very spacious. The entire complex was very clean and tidy with lots of activities for the family. The restaurant was great but didn’t have a vast choice for vegetarians.

Great venue overall though you do need a car.

Positives include very well appointed 2 bed house where we stayed, pool and leisure facilities which were very clean and modern. Service was generally very good indeed.

There was a sense that big brother Marriott was breathing over the shoulder of employees and that they were rather nervous of negative comments from customers. They should have a little more confidence and feel that they can show genuine warmth to customers not some sort of manufactured relationship. The other downside was the price of the on site supermarket and restaurant which was overpriced. Similarly, the aggressive marketing by their ‘marketing team’.

Overall, the experience was very positive however and I would not hesitate to return.

Great experience. Beautiful premises and very kind and helpful staff. We stayed in a very comfortable, spacious and very well equipped villa with a small private yard and views to the golf course. The outdoor pool area was great and the indoor pool at the spa even better. The spa itself is very well equipped and managed. The hotel has everything, from kids club to bike rentals, beautiful walking trails, a small gym, tennis courts, golf course, spa, great yoga class, you name it. Great for families. If you want to really get to know Mallorca you'd better hire a car, but if you like to spend most of your time at the hotel and go out occasionally a cab will do. The food at the restaurant is good, but a bit expensive and not spectacular when compared to other restaurants in Mallorca.

Lovely hotel, let down by pool maintenance

We have been visiting this hotel for almost 20 years, so it is fair to say that we really love it.
However, being frequent visitors we are also able to see when standards have slipped.
This was particularly the case with maintenance of the villa’s pool. This was meant to be cleaned every night, but wasn’t cleaned at all despite requests. Added to this unclean grouting and it was really not a pleasant experience. They did eventually respond to our feedback by closing the pool on our last night there for “essential maintenance “.
The on site restaurants La Terazza and La Finca are worth a visit, although we waited over 2 hours for dinner at La Terazza and half of our party had had to leave by the time it finally arrived.
The Holistic Spa area was the worst we have seen it. Marriott obviously recognise this as they were waiving the usual entry charge as the usual facilities were gone.
Great that they now have the on site mini market open 24 hours. Lovely new reception area for check in, although the wait for the accommodation until 4pm always seems much too long!

We had a great week here with our two sons aged 11 and 13. Spacious villas very comfortable and well kitted out. Staff and amenities were brilliant. W
Tennis, golf, gym ( 16 and over only)volleyball, basketball, table tennis, bikes activities. Restaurants on site were very good but fairly expensive. Little supermarket on site too but cheaper to do a big shop at bigger supermarket in nearby towns. We had a car to explore and would recommend a car as not walking distance to any town or nearby amenities.

Also knew to expect them to try and sell timeshare at their resort. Was firm to decline as from past experience one would lose about 4-5 hours, something we did not have during a break.

Good choice but hire a car

All facilities in great condition. Staff delightful. We stayed in 2 bed house. Ideal for 4 persons. 6 would be too many in my view.. Our house was a very long way from main pool and restaurants. There was another pool closer, but without facilities. We didn't have a hire car, and it was too hot to walk during day comfortably. The hotel bell boy Jose did drive us back and forth quite a few times, although 1 rather arrogant lady on reception told us they were doing us a great favour. That didn't sit well with me and I had words. Maybe they shouldn't have put a family with a 3 year old so far from the main hotel!The hotel restaurant food was very poor. The Finca restaurant (independent) on site was just ok and expensive. There are nice restaurants in square in town about 5k away. All in all with car would recommend this resort, not so much if not.

A hidden gem

Very relaxing family holiday with teenage children. Quiet golf resort about 15-20 minutes east of Palma airport. Despite being non golfers this was a real find. Car essential if you want to explore the wider area. Stayed in self catering villa which was very well finished with excellent facilities and wifi. Pools with lifeguard for every 8 villas and on a couple of days we were the only people there - no rushing to reserve sun loungers! Use of hotel facilities included- pool, gym, spa, tennis etc. Two restaurants on site. La finca restaurant especially good at night.
Plan to return as within easy reach of Palma etc by motorway so able to combine quiet relaxation at resort with busier pace of life if needed !!

Christmas Vacation Getaway 2016

Amazing stay! Traveling family w/three children under six years of age, so it was a first for us. We were looking to getaway from the dreary weather of Germany, and we found it in Mallorca. Temperatures were perfect for December. Staff was wonderful upon check-in and immediately inquired how they could assist. Stayed in the villa and it was great. Room was clean, shower pressure amazing, beds were comfortable. The resort itself had all the amenities we could ask for, you don't have to even leave the resort. Definitely will come back again!

Have stayed here before but only in the hotel. This time we chose a villa, and loved it. The villas were large and well kept, they all have gardens with BBQ's, and there is a pool about every 8 villas. You can use all the facilities on the resort including the pools, spa, golf course, restaurants and all the free fitness classes. There is also a small supermarket on site. We will definitely be returning.

Out in the neck but for relaxation very good. No dining facilities except \"Terrace\". People cleaning the villa were exceptional. Adjacent pool was soso with dirt at the bottom. Front desk was useless. Despite booking a chauffeur driven car (they called it microbus) two days in advance with two reminders i still had to book a separate taxi the same morning and almost missed the flight.

Compared to other places such Four Season and other major chains this was a dive at €420/night

Great hotel for families

We stayed here for a few days in May 2015. The villas are wonderful for families, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen and living room downstairs. They could do with an update in terms of style but the layout is fantastic for a family and clean.

The staff overall are super friendly.

The kids club is very good and the staff very nice. Nice activities. The only downside is that they stay indoors with the kids club a lot (not the whole time though--afternoon is often 1 activity outside), as they cannot take them in a pool as there is not a specific kids pool.

The grounds are beautiful. The only downside here is that they don't have a beach which is a bit sad being in Mallorca.

Overall however, I would highly recommend it for families and would go back. It was a very happy, pleasant stay, well suited for both grown-ups and kids.

This Marriott in Mallorca was the best of our 3 week in Spain. The beds where comfortable , the villa was perfect it had everything we needed, it was dark and quiet at night. You need to rent a car since this place is in Llucmajor, about 30 min from palma. But having a car made everything perfect , we spend the day away exploring the Island and this was perfect for us.

Im ganzen Ressort war eine riesige Baustelle, es wurden Rohre neu verlegt. Dafür wurden alle Straßen, auch direkt vor den Villen metertief aufgerissen. Der Lärm und Staub war sehr nervig. Wir wurden bei der Buchung nicht darüber informiert und haben die normale Rate bezahlt. Auf unsere Beschwerde vor Ort wurde nicht eingegangen.
Die Villa selbst war schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Außenbereiche konnten wir aber aufgrund der oben genannten Baustelle nicht benutzen (Staub/Lärm).

직원들도 친절하고, 숙소도 깔끔하고 넓습니다. 2층에는 침실 2개, 1층에는 거실과 주방이 있는 빌라에 묵었는데 마당(바베큐 가능)도 있고 전용 주차장도 있고 편하게 잘 묵었습니다.
스파, 테니스장, 농구장도 이용할 수 있고 가족 단위로 지내기 좋습니다.
다만, 마요르카 관광을 하려면 렌트카는 필수입니다.

Nice and quiet. American touch. Car is required. Apartments close to smaller well kept pools. No problem to get a sun lounger. We enjoyed our stay.
Garden furniture could be improved though. Plastic garden set that was falling apart.

We thought it was a great base for exploring Mallorca by car; close to Palma and not a far ride to either the east or west coast.

Un fin de semana de estres. A la llegada se pidió poder dejar la villa un poco mas tarde, para poder descansar. Negativo! (Motivo, la limpieza) Fácil arreglo, que se programe la limpieza mas tarde. El cliente va a descansar, no a madrugar.
La villa incompleta, faltaban albornoces y todas las zapatillas. Después de repetidas llamadas se entregaron a las 18:30 pasadas!! El spa, caos absoluto! Gente gritando, hablando a voces, niños saltando de tumbona en tumbona, zona holistica con gente deshubicada hablando y riendo..Se habló con el responsable de las villas y bueno.. Se nos dijo que se nos haria un detalle por lo sucedido. Nada hemos visto, de mometo detalle ninguno. Y finde de relax, 0. Cuiden ustedes un poco mas a sus clientes de calidad, en lugar de disculpar a aquellos que vienen con precios bajos del hotel o de donde sea. Esperamos que el responsable con el que hablamos se ponga en contacto para ese \"detalle\". Creo que repetir la estancia en las condiciones en las que se contrató y no se dieron, es una solución a nuestro enfado con ustedes. Y por supuesto, con la villa como corresponde, y pudiendo relajarse en el spa, porque eso es lo que se pretende. Un Spa es una zona para el bienwstar y el relax, un spa, no es una piscina publica a la que se puede ir y hacer lo que le da la gana a uno. El respeto a los que vamos a relajarnos es algo fundamental. Y parece ser que Marriott's no lo cuida. No es la primera vez que ocurre. Esta vez, ya SI es motivo para poner esta reseña..

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt:
Golfplätze, Nähe des Pools, Haus...
Leider wurde ein defekter Föhn, trotz Meldung an der Rezeption nicht repariert.
Der Boden der oberen Etage wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gesaugt oder gefegt. Es lagen fortgesetzt Blätter und Fussel in Bad, Schlafzimmer und Flur.

객실이 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 다만 미리 소파 베드가 세팅되어 있지 않아서, 따로 요청을 해야 했던 점들을 비롯한 소소한 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 스파 수영장 시설도 좋았고, 여러 면에서 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 좀 더 잘 알고 간다면 즐길거리가 아주 많은 곳일 것 같습니다. 조식의 경우 가격은 성급에 비해 나쁘지 않았으나, 마요르카의 다른 호텔들에 비해서는 풍성하진 못했던 것 같습니다. 그리고 인터넷은 매우 빠르고 만족스러웠습니다.

Sehr saubere und extrem großzügige Unterbringung, in hervorragend ausgestattetem Townhouse (eigener Garten mit Grill und Zugang zum Pool, großzügige Küche mit Spül-, Waschmaschine und Trockner, 2 Etagen mit großräumigen Schlafzimmern und Bädern und eigener Sonnenterasse!
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, freier Zugang zu großzügigem Spa mit indoor/Outdoor pool. Insgesamt sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit 18 Loch Golfplatz, Tennisplätzen und eigenem Restaurant. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Villa excellent and very clean, nice private garden, nice area.
Service personell friendly.
Good option to play golf! Also tennis.

Not so happy:
Take into account when travelling with children under 16
No children massage or other treatments available for kids under 16
Children under 16 are not allowed to saunas

Finnish sauna in the spa has nothing to do with the real sauna experience!

Jardins magnifiques

Comme depuis maintenant 18 ans que je viens dans ce resort, les environs sont à couper le souffle, on se croirait au paradis avec ces jardins très bien entretenus et ces plantations venues d'un autre monde.
Petit bémol; l'eau du robinet est très fortement chlorée (plus que l'eau de la piscine) ce qui est un peu gênant surtout quand on ne supporte pas l'eau de Javel. Il est dommage que Marriott ait revendu son hôtel, ce qui était beaucoup plus pratique avant. Si on voulais déjeuner ou dîner, il suffisait de donner son numéro de villa et le tour était joué. A l'heure actuelle, il existe un restaurant pour les personnes ayant loué une villa, mais ce dernier est beaucoup moins bien situé et la terrasse beaucoup moins belle que celle de l'hôtel.Sinon, c'est toujours un plaisir de venir pour le calme qui règne sur le resort.
