Lack of parking was an issue. We got pickpocketed walking the 5 minutes to the car and lost a credit card and two bank cards.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options each day. The room was clean and housekeeping made the beds and changed the towels each day if needed. However the noise was horrendous. We are both easy going people but the building work started around 8am and continued all day. We came for a relaxing holiday and this really spoilt it. Our room was also above the breakfast area and the walls must be so thin. We could hear everything and it disturbed our sleep. The aircon was also faulty/did not turn on so we had to sleep with the door of the balcony open every night. This didn't feel particularly safe but we didn't have another option. I wouldn't stay here again because the noise truly dampened our experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioning so after a day at over 30 degree temps the room was stifling hot at night. I understand saving energy but we book hotels to be comfortable in and this hotel failed to fulfill this. As a consequence 4 nights of miserable sleep. The entire TV system was also broken the entire time we were there. The property was OK, but with no AC and TV and certainly no apology from hotel management it is hard to be positive about the property.

My stay was very good. Great location, especially to the local bus stop, beach, shops and supermarkets. Hotel pool a bit crowded but it is in the middle of summer, don't stay in the pool, go to the beach! If I absolutely have to pick up one thing that is not so great, is that the water isn't as clear at this part of the beach, when compared to some other beaches in Mallorca (e.g. Magaluf Beach).

Excellent location, rooms clean, beds comfortable and rooftop terrace really impressive. Only issues were the shower is powerful but goes hot and cold and on the final day the pool was too dirty to get into and the filter wasn't on so we couldn't enjoy it as we had on the previous days

The hot itself is really good. Big rooms, with balcony, 24hs front desk and a great rooftop bar with an incredible view, MUST see the sunset there.
On the other hand, the neighborhood is not really for people over 35 like myself, the beach is big and clean but is full of kids making noise and getting drunk, but this is not on the hotel!

Comfy room, fab firm mattress and pillow menu... though the curtains are blackout they don't close fully to the wall and lot's of very noisy guests late in the evening, every evening! Take ear plugs! Great contemporary rooftop pool and bar, cheap drink prices. Breakfast not so great, the hot food was always cold but the coffee and fresh fruit were good. A stone's throw from the beach and promenade, lovely italian restaurant down the road. Staff very helpful. Everywhere so crisp, new, fresh and clean. Modern and minimalistic. Overall pleasant experience, perfect for a few days of sun on the cheap

A big shout out to the team working at the bar, Rafa, Celia, Xisco. They were super friendly and they know how to look after their guests. Super recommend this hotel if you are looking to chill and enjoy a nice view of Palma.

Hôtel très sympa et personnel très agréable ! Très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait avec une omelette cuisinée sous vos yeux par le chef avec petits oignons, fromage et tomates.. au top ! Très diversifié. Le seul regret est pour le café..pas terrible et manque de boisson type citronnade et kambucha. Au début l'emplacement m'a fait un peu peur dans un quartier pas fou... Mais vous êtes tout près de la plage et des bars très sympas notamment le bar irlandais ..à faire... Pour vous garer tout près n'y pensez pas il y a, à 200 m, un espèce de parking désaffecté mais attention au dénivelé si vous avez une voiture basse. Sinon si vous continuez parallèlement à la mer en partant du port vous arrivez dans un quartier plus haut de gamme et là vous pouvez vous garer en toute sécurité. Et petite info si vous avez une amende pour stationnement (merci au directeur pour ses conseils )il y a un guichet automatique de la banque Caixa banque à 100 m de l'hôtel, il y a un bouton payer une somme puis amende, vous pouvez scanner votre amende et la payer en liquide même le dimanche ! En résumé Excellent séjour!

Wir haben einen Mädelsausflug gemacht und haben uns sehr sicher im Hotel und der Umgebung gefühlt. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, haben immer schnell geholfen und standen immer zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war echt in Ordnung, wären wir aber länger als 5 Tage gewesen, hätte uns die Abwechslung gefehlt. Einmal gab es aufgrund der Baustelle nebenan kein Wasser mehr, aber auch hier wurde uns sofort eine Lösung geboten. Die Zimmer v.a. das Bad (inkl. Handtücher) könnten ein wenig sauberer sein.
Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zu frieden, die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt…weit weg vom MegaPark, aber nahe am Strand! 😂

I am very happy and satisfied with my stay in Whala!Fun. The hotel is very well located in regards to public transport, beach and general services. The personal were super nice, helpful og welcoming. Breakfast was very complete and tasty. Rooms are relatively small but worked perfectly, air conditioning worked well. Everything was nice and clean. The hotel has a tidy and clean line. There is opportunity for holding luggage and toilets and showers available.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Personal beim Frühstück allerdings bekam noch nicht mal einen guten Morgen raus! Das Frühstück an sich war auch nicht das beste, außer Wurst, Käse und Nutella gab es nicht wirklich was. Um Rührei oder Pancakes zu bekommen müsste man sehr lange auf den Koch warten! 6 mal gefrühstückt, einmal Eier bekommen! Sehr schade! Die Lage des Hotels ist super zum Strand, allerdings umgeben von Baustellen, auf denen zumeist sehr früh am Morgen oder sehr spät am Abend gearbeitet wurde

L'hôtel dans l'ensemble est très bien , pour le tarif payé. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. Le seul point \"négatif\" est l'emplacement de l'hôtel, quartier pas terrible. Si vous prévoyez de louer une voiture prévoyez aussi du temps pour vous garer ! Le personnel très gentil et serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes vehiculés.
