The noise from the street is the main issue at night. It is a typical problem in all or most hotels in the south as they don't have very tight windows which means they are not sound proof either., other than that it's a good place no other issues. the room looks better than in the photos. it is clean, the bathroom is clean, the air conditioning is os working, hot water in the shower.

Loved the contemporary artwork, the owners were lovely - really helpful. Had 2 beds and a balcony so really spacious for 1 person and fine for 2 I'm sure. Few hundred yards from the seafront with plentiful bars and restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Ok hotel, central location in Arenal
I stayed in December when the area was in hibernation - and the hotel nearly too. Never encountered any staff - instructions were sent electronically, access to the hotel was via rear entrance and there keys left for guests. That said, worked alright for me.
The room was ok, a bit noisy as there is a road just below, and somewhat cold as the glass door doesn't provide much insulation, so had to leave a/c on heating quite a bit.
Location is central to Arenal, just block away from the shore and short walk from buses to Palma.
The price was competitive so all in all, this was ok for me and served my purpose.

Walls are super thin! You can hear your neighboors and outside no problem. But the location is great and value of the stay is good. Breakfast was average. The women at the desk were both very friendly and helpful.

Clean and tidy hostel, easy to find. near restaurants, but not really Spanish food, expect German, Italian etc. For proper Spanish food you need to go to Palma and find the small restaurants in the back street amazing food there. There is a good bus service either no 15 long way round 25-30 mins, but can drop you off near the train and bus station, or the express no 25 that takes you to the main town center and Cathedral 15-20 mins both cost 1.5 euros (2016)

Estimado dueño o responsable del hotel, el ruido en la calle puede ser normal, lo que no es normal es que no haya control sobre quien esté en su “hotel” y sobre el ruido y el respeto para los otros huéspedes, y que no haya una cortina que no hagas entrar luz y que la ventana no cierre bien. €100 para una “noche” os da amplio margen para mejorar este desastre - dormir en coche o directamente en la playa es igual, si no que mejor.

Man sollte kein luxuriös ausgestattetes Zimmer erwarten, aber alles ist super sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent, und die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Wenn man wie wir eigentlich nur zum Duschen und Schlafen da ist, ist es das perfekte Hostel für den Ballermann-Aufenthalt!

L’arena è una zona vivace e questo è da tenere in conto quando si soggiorna qua.
La struttura è pulita il personale preciso ed estremamente cordiale dalla reception alle ragazze che eseguono le pulizie ( quotidianamente con cambio asciugamani al bisogno), letto comodo.
La doccia ben tenuta con acqua che scende bene ( e non è scontato) è però fatta male strutturalmente in quanto impossibile lavarsi senza allagare il bagno ( basterebbe mettere un rialzino per bloccare l’acqua).
La nota dolente è la struttura muraria dell’hotel: muri sottili, affaccio a bordo strada con passaggio bus e gente che parla : si sente tutto da fuori così come dalle stanze accanto e dal corridoio.
Le tende oscuranti non sono poi così coprenti e non consentono un buio totale nemmeno la notte con l’illuminazione stradale

El aparcamiento realmente un incordio, dábamos mil vueltas y al final varias noches lo dejamos invadiendo ligeramente badenes, porque era imposible encontrar otra cosa, ni de pago. El hostal correcto, desayuno correcto. La pega que nuestra habitación no tenía aire (sí ventilador) y hace bastante calor en agosto. Nos apañamos con el ventilador, pero hubiera sido mejor aire. Hotel centrico y bien avenido economico ecologico
Un alojamiento de muy buena relacion calidad precio y un excelente servicio que estaba ahi cuando lo necesitamos a 15 metros de la playa y junto a la zona de copas local recomendafo para pagar poco dinero por una estancia buena varios restaurantes en la zona y recomiendo el CASABLANCA Todo el personal del hotel dispuesto a colaborar un lugar para tener en cuenta .

Hotel sympa, simple. Situé dans le pire endroit de Majorque, Platja de Palma, beuverie à ciel ouvert avec que des jeunes allemands et anglais qui sont là clairement pour boire et faire n'importe quoi !!!! malgré tout l'hôtel tire son épingle du jeu et constitue un petit havre de paix. Bon accueil. A 100 m de la plage. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Eingangs- und Früchstücksbereich hübsch gestaltet. Freundliches Personal am Empfang. Superior-Zimmer sind winzig, aber mit Balkon und eigenem Badezimmer. Weder TV noch Föhn im Zimmer. Parkplätze sind auf den Straßen der näheren Umgebung zu finden. Betten waren eine Katastrophe - man hängt durch wie in einer Hängematte und wacht am Morgen gerädert auf. Wer wenig Wert auf Schlafkomfort legt, liegt bei diesem Hotel richtig.

Beim Check-In teilte man uns mit, dass das Hotel einen Wasserschaden hätte und wir ein \"kostenloses Upgrade auf ein weitaus besseres Hotel\" bekämen.
Das Hotel \"Leblon\", in welches man uns begleitete, lag gleich schräg gegenüber und war ganz ok, bis auf das Frühstück, welches zu wünschen übrig lies.
Andere Touristen teilten uns mit, dass dies eine gängige Praxis bei Hotelüberbuchungen sei.

Amazing Hostel at the Beach
Amazing hostel with a Standard of a 3 Star hotel. Karl and his lovely time are nice at all times and very helpful. Rooms are clean, the only thing was the bed.. when you move in those beds it's quite noisy. Apart from that this hostel is an amazing place to stay for a couples days to enjoy the sun. Be aware that this is a party area- take ear plugs :-) breakfast is Basic but still yummie and the coffee is really good and the Juice is fresh juice and not a syrup one.
I can surely say i'll return to that place. Thank you very much for our 3 nice days.

Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha dirottato on altro hostal in quanto a suo dire nella camera a noi assegnata erano caduti calcinacci, in realta erano in overbooking in quanto altra famiglia è stata trasferita come noi presso l'hpstal Salpi. Albergo indecente,con la tavoletta del wc completamente rotta e usurata; doccia completamente rotta e non funzionante. Durante la notte rumori insopportabili fino alle 5 del mattino provocati dai clienti dell'albergo e dall'esterno. Colazione indecente!!!! Unica nota positiva la pulizia. Da dimenticare!!!!

De ligging van het Hostal is per-fect. Als je graag wilt stappen in El Arenal ben je met dit hotel op steenworp afstand van alle Nederlandse barretjes en clubs.

Goed hostal op een perfecte locatie
De locatie van het hostal is op nog geen minuut van het strand en de uitgaansgelegenheden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is binnen een paar minuten lopen te vinden.
Enige nadeel is het ontbreken van lift en airco.
Als verkoeling staat er een ventilator maar midden in de zomer helpt dit veels te weinig.
Voor de prijs die je betaald een top hostal.

Ett litet charmigt hotell med mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig personal. Mycket god frukost serverades varje morgon och rummet var välstädat och fräscht med nya handdukar varje dag.
Hotellet ligger 50 m från den långa sköna sandstranden. Bussförbindendelser till Palma, andra stränder och flygplats 100m från hotellet. Vi stannade i 14 dagar och återkommer gärna.
