Arrived late after a storm. Was given the worst room. Asked reception could he change. He declined. I thought he just couldn’t be bothered. Neighbours were banging on the wall since 2300, complaining about noise. Reception promised that I could upgrade to a better room in the morning, but that didn’t happen. Dealt with Yvonne on day 2, who was excellent. Upgraded on the last day. Room was so much better, but no stopper for bath, I had to use a glass so I could fill the bath. The area is artful, dated, low class and dirty

The location is the only real positive here it’s close to the beach, public transport, and plenty of restaurants (including halal options). Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing.

From the moment I arrived, my room had an unpleasant smell that never really went away despite keeping the balcony door open and airing it out. This made the room feel uncomfortable and unhygienic.

The walls are extremely thin you can hear every conversation, door slam, and movement from the rooms next door and the corridors. On one night, at around 5 AM, a guest was loudly banging on a door and shouting for a long time, disturbing everyone nearby. Daytime noise from other guests was also constant, making it impossible to properly rest.

For a so-called “sports hotel,” the environment was far from relaxing. The combination of the bad smell, poor soundproofing, and constant disturbances made this a frustrating experience.

The hotel was full of young people who were into sports, the location was good, close to the beach, the rooms were clean and tidy, the food for breakfast and dinner was good, the simple air conditioner in the room was a bit of a nuisance, it was cool when lying under it, and hot when turned off.

I booked this hotel for myself and two friends for a weekend trip. The Expedia listing claims that it’s an 8 minute drive from the airport, and it took us 35 minutes. The Expedia listing also claimed that we were paying for a “partial sea view,” and when we got up to our room, we were looking at run down buildings and parking lots. There was zero sea view. There was also a “no balcony hopping” rule, which was extremely alarming to have been listed considering we are three young girls traveling alone. Our balcony door DIDN’T EVEN LOCK. We felt unsafe immediately and called “Expedia” to get it sorted out. The man I talked to from “Expedia” promised me a full refund, so we went downstairs and handed over the room keys after 45 minutes of being on the phone with “Expedia.” We left the hotel, and I was yet to receive a confirmation email of my refund, considering we CHECKED OUT 45 minutes after arrival. Didn’t even unpack our stuff. I come to find out, the phone number listed on Google as an Expedia customer service line was not legit, and someone was trying to scam me by getting into my Expedia account. He even went so far to pretend he was speaking with the hotel agent downstairs. I have explained this situation multiple times over the phone with Expedia, and have yet to receive my full refund. As a student, this has put me in a horrific financial position and the Expedia team as well as the JS Paradise Sport team has not been empathetic whatsoever. Don’t book.

Lovely hotel

This was a lovely hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, powerful shower. There are free exercise classes on offer and 3 gyms to use. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the beach and plenty of nice bars/restaurants.
I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but overall enjoyed my stay

This hotel is clean, service is great. However, the food was not very good, mostly tasteless, maybe great for dieters, but I want to have some seasoning on meat, fish or roasted vegetables. A lot of the food was from frozen semi-finished products. The worst was the noise from the hotel's outside bar, very loud music untill 3am, even there was only 1 guest sitting there. We can't sleep without ear plugs.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel JS Paradise Sport and I couldn’t recommend it more. The hotel was absolutely spotless, they staff were so welcoming and accommodating, the food was delicious and different everyday and the room was cleaned every single day. The price I paid to stay in this hotel was perfect. Worth every single penny and more!!
The location of the hotel was fantastic, less then 15 minutes from the airport (€23 in Uber (£18)) less than 5 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants.
I stayed with my mum at the hotel and we both said how we would return again.

Website description mentions a pool table, which had apparently be removed years ago, a sauna which makes no mention of the £10 charge, and a jacuzzi which is colder than the pool. Not a nice area for British people as you will struggle to find any others in the immediate area. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

THE FOOD!! The hotel was ok for this price.
Well,we booked a room for 3 person. When we arrived in the room was only a dopple bed and the size of the room was also for 2 person. Some hours later we got a 3rd bed.
We had no hair dryer in the room and we should have pay deposit for getting one. The same for the remote control.

About the food:
We have booked an all-inclusive accomodation,but it was a really bad choice. The food was fast always uneatable. Looks good,but the taste was... awful.

If u planing to go there, I would not advice to pay for half-board or all inclusive. Even not for breakfast...You can buy everything outside and much better meals and better prices....

There were a lot of broken items when we entered our room, the hotel walls are super thin and you can hear everything!!! Apart from the drunk teenagers yelling and screaming all hours of the day and night, and the blatant sexual harassment from the adolescent guests, the food was really good.

If you do anything with this hotel, i can sum it up in one word.. NO. The hotel is in the early stages of change and is nothing what you will expect. the hotel proclaims to be a music hotel but with no music. the pool bar closes at 6pm and then they open a reception bar. the pool was so busy and was still in sun and a lovely day but we were forced in side to continue drinking. when inside and still drinking we were told to keep the noise down so reception can book people in. what sort of hotel does this. if the pool os busy and people are sunbathing then keep the pool bar open. the rooms are very basic. clean and ok for a short stay. one power point in the room above the ned which is useless and 2 power points in the bathroom above the sink.. very clever lol. staff are ok. they talk way too much to the other staff while ignoring customers. they wonder off and do not attend to the job in hand as they should be. the food is very poor. is mostly dry and inedible if you come down after an hour. not much in the way of options. all drinks are ok but basic. most come out of a fruit machine. the hotel is very noisy. do not stay here if you are expecting a good sleep. they put in wood flooring to cover up concrete and it makes the place dusty and noisy. why they did not put tiles like they should have. bathrooms are very small, they have basically converted old flats into a hotel and not done it very well. is more like a hostel than a hotel.

Ottima la posizione. Nessuno parla italiano all’interno della struttura ad accezione del maitre di sala.

Palestra non eccessivamente fornita ma discretamente grande; disponibile anche piscina e sauna (quest'ultima a pagamento, uso esclusivo).
Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione (acqua e bevande escluse a cena); cibo vario ma non pensato probabilmente per clientela italiana. Sopratutto a cena abbiamo notato poca scelta per cucina mediterranea. La pasta, disponibile ogni sera, è sconsigliata per una forchetta italiana.

Ottima la posizione, abbastanza tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con ristorante, tabaccaio, farmacia e minimarket nelle vicinanze.

Per quanto riguarda la camera era di medie dimensioni, con balcone e bagno con vasca. Unico rilevante difetto era l'assenza di illuminazione: le uniche fonti di luce in camera erano due piccole abat jour a faretto che diffondono poca luce.

Enorme plauso al personale, sempre cortese, sorridente e disponibile.

Parcheggio pubblico con fondo sterrato a circa 6 minuti a piedi.

El bufet variado,con productos de buena calidad y un horario bastante extenso tanto en el desayuno como en la cena .
Dos zonas de gimnasio exteriores y dos interiores.
La habitación triple que ocupamos un poco pequeña pero suficiente ,las camas muy cómodas .Una terraza soleada con una mesita y dos sillas .
La zona de piscina agradable con hamacas,sombrillas y un jakusi refrescante ,por poner un pero,diria que el horario es un poco reducido ,de 10 a18 h aunque también es verdad q a esa hora ,la piscina está a la sombra .
En general,hemos disfrutado mucho del hotel y sus instalaciones

We verbleven 1 nacht in een kamer voor 3 volwassenen. De kamer is zeer klein en de 3 bedden staan gewoon naast elkaar. Ook de badkamer is klein. Een grote persoon kan niet rechtstaan in het bad waar men moet douchen. De ligging van het hotel is zeer goed. We zaten dichtbij strand en bars. Dichtbij de luchthaven, een 20 minuten met de bus. 5 euro. De lobby van het hotel is modern, de kamers zijn gedateerd. Het personeel is vriendelijk en we konden genieten van een uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt buffet. We betaalden 232 euro voor 1 nacht, we hadden meer verwacht van onze kamer. Al met al een fijne beleving ook door de goede airco.

Der größte Minuspunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit im Hotel. An sich ist es keine schlechte Unterkunft, wenn man nur für ein paar Tage dort bleibt und bisschen Strand und Ballermann Urlaub macht. Wenn man aber das Gefühl hat, das alle Leute bei einem im Zimmer stehen, wenn sie sich nebenan unterhalten, dann ist das recht uncool. Das Ballermann Publikum ist jetzt auch nicht unbedingt für seine Ruhe bekannt ;-)
Zu Fuß erreicht man den Ballermann in 25 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist Top. Frühstück und Abendessen kann man aber auch sein lassen. Es ist alles halbwegs okay aber draußen hat man doch mehr Möglichkeiten. Wir waren zu zweit nur drei Nächte da und würden, wenn es sich vermeiden lässt, nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel fahren

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert und es tropfte Wasser von der Klimaanlage aufs Bett. Die Wände waren schmutzig. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt aber zumindest wurde richtig geputzt. Die Umgebung war sehr laut. Das Buffet war in Ordnung für den Preis.

Albergo minimo, Un letto, senza coperte utili ne cestino ne frigo in camera.Il safe non e disponibile anche se presente e per avere un asciugacapelli si devono lasciare 10 Euro di deposito anche se chiedono la tua camera.
Veramente albergo per solo una notte. COlazione cara (15 euro) per bere caffe di macchina conico latte in polvere

Im Großen und Ganzen auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Bad ist jedoch ziemlich dunkel, was aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen okay war.
Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Essen war für ein 3 Sterne Hotel echt ganz gut. Die Auswahl hat uns gut gefallen. Manche Speisen waren nur lauwarm, was aber auch nicht sooo schlimm ist. Schade war, dass beim Abendessen Getränke dazu gekauft werden müssen bei Halbpension.
Wir sind ca. eine halbe Stunde an den Ballermann gelaufen (an der Promenade entlang). Ansonsten ist alles, was man braucht, in der Umgebung vorhanden.
Preis Leistung war total in Ordnung 👍

Es handelt sich um ein Sporthotel, daher sind Fitnessgeräte vorhanden, aber anderes als gewohnt sind diese in einem sehr guten Zustand. Prima!
Das Personal ist auch äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lediglich das Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher und nicht ganz so fade sein. (Stichwort Fertigrührei).

Hôtel trop bruyant, le mobilier est vieux et l’entretien et le ménage des chambres est ni fait ni à faire.
Pas de climatisation dans la salle de sport.
Il y a tout à refaire en revanche le personnel est très courtois et la nourriture acceptable.

Forfærdeligt hotel der burde Max havde 2 stjerner. Man skriver under på en kontrakt om at man ikke må springe fra altaner eller råbe på værelserne ved ankomst.
Ingen faciliteter som hårtørrer og køleskab mv. Ekstremt lydt, man kan høre alt fra naboer og gangen. F.eks. en fuld tysker som hamrede på en dør i 1 time for at vægge kammeraterne som åbenbart var bevidstløse.
Yderligere var der myrere i morgenmads buffeten.
Vi måtte pakke og forlade stedet efter en nat…

Hotel plutôt bien situé à S'Arenal et proche de la plage et restaurants. La zone risque d'être bruyante car assez fréquentée par des jeunes. L'hôtel semble avoir été rénové il y a quelques années, les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain juste correcte car le système WC est encore à l'ancienne.
