Did not particularly like the resort of Arenal but the hotel was clean , staff friendly and efficient . Unfortunately the sun did not come onto the pool until 11.30am and was gone by 4.30pm but it was only a few minutes to the beach .
My only criticism was I found the bed hard but overall the hotel is good value for money and would recommend if on a budget .

Breakfast serving hours were from 8-13:30. It was hard to have breakfast and catch the excursion bus. Two of our excursions had pick up time at 8:25. Pick up was not from hotel -10 min walking distance. It be nice to have breakfast served from 7:30

I had deive around 2 hours to find a parking lot to park and still I couldn't find any. Finally a local man did helped my with me driving around and found a paid parking lot for 23 euros a night which I didn't mind at all to pay but noone could speak English to help me to tell me or guide me to find a paid parking. They said we are sorry but we don't provide any parking permit here. The streets around the hotel was crazy dirty and unsafe or looke unsafe. I used to live in Mallorca before and I never seen such a area before. The reasons I am writing this, JUST BECAUSE IN REVIEWS THEY PUT AN WONDERFUL AND HIGH STAR BUT IT IS NOT. It should be 3 of 10 star and not 8 or 9 stars !!! I will never stay there even if they offer me free room NEVER AGAIN !

We have just had a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfect for what we wanted. We had a room on the 8th floor with pool and sea view. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good and the air con worked well. Check in was straightforward and the email instructions to download the up key app to enable us to use our phone to unlock our room worked well. Staff in all areas were very helpful and welcoming. Due to the location being up quite a steep hill this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but is in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also close by and costs just €2 to go to Palma. Food was fine at brunch. I would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options and one of the reasons for selecting this place. Pool was nice, fresh but good for 30 degree weather and there was bar service. Room decent, only gripe was the beds being so firm just hard to sleep on them - struggled by end but rest of it was good. Area wise - useful and close walk to beach - really nice spot.

Late flight into Palma so a good one night stop before heading north on the island. No hotel parking but we did find a spot very close by. Great that brunch goes until 1pm v and quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

Hotel is lovely on a bit of an incline so if mobility issues may be a problem, staff not particularly friendly no real acknowledgement when entering or exiting hotel.

Perfect for a long weekend away, has everything you need. The unlimited brunch was excellent and all staff friendly and helpful. If you want a clean, basic base with a pool in a great location then you can’t go wrong with tent Arenal!

We stayed for just one night at this hotel. I made an error in the booking - my fault. I booked for 3 people not 4. I was travelling with 3 teenage girls. Firstly I tried sending the hotel a message via hotels.com but they did not respond. I used Tents chat bot but no one got back to me this was weeks before. Eventually I got a phone number for the hotel. They said rooms very small only suitable for 3, I explained that we were really only there until 3am due to leaving for airport that it was really just a base for a few hours sleep.. the girls could top and tail in one bed. They said it was fine. Check in was with self service kiosk which was fine, but same gentleman that I spoke to on phone at desk/ bar who seemed still unimpressed there was 4 of us. I explained again what has been agreed. Have to say he was quite grumpy. Anyway the room was not that small at all and easily could have had another small single in it… they did put a travel cot in - which gave us a laugh as one of my teenagers insisted on sleeping in it. The bathroom was clean but the floors in the bedroom were FILTHY!!! Beds comfortable and clean. I didn’t complain about floors as didn’t think anything would be done about it. Really a step up from a hostel, I would never stay for a family holiday… one night was fine. Would not stay again. Downstairs reception area and pool were totally fine - kids loved the pool. Clean, modern hotel situated 2 minute walk from the beach. Lots of food restaurants nearby. Continental style buffet breakfast available every morning with a wide range of options to suit everyone. Pool was a good size and sun loungers always available. Best for short stays as hotel could sometimes be a bit noisy, but didn't affect our sleep.

Frukost menyn var bra, dock hade det varit bra om det stod vad det var för något.
Rummen är bra, men lakanen och täcket gjorde att vi kliade oss ganska mycket. Kan bero på att det inte var rent eller att de tvättas med för mycket medel/kemikalier. Kontakt uttag lite problematiska, min parterns sängbord gav kortslutning på både iPhone laddare samt plattången.
Jättebra service hjälpte oss att boka taxi ett flertal gånger.

Jättebra service hjälpte oss att boka taxi ett flertal gånger.

Grundsätzlich kann man das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Frühstück war ok, leider jeden Morgen Aufbackbrötchen, die hart waren. Kaffeemaschine war 5 Tage lang kaputt, kein Cappuccino oder Espresso. Teilweise Tische nicht sauber. Sehr schlecht ist die Parksituation rund um das Hotel. Ansonsten alles ok.

Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Meerblick aus dem 8. Stock ok, wenn auch paar Gebäude dazwischen sind. Check in besser an der Rezeption als am Terminal. Wir hatten Zutritt zu einem Zimmer welches noch belegt war. Personal könnte freundlicher sein und Gäste begrüßen. Zimmerreinigung war top und das Brunchbuffett auch für den Preis.

Neu renoviertes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Aussicht vom 9. Stock hervorragend. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig. Kaffee und manche Speisen schmeckten nicht besonders z. B. Rühreier fast flüssig und Speck steinhart, aber es sollte trotzdem für jeden etwas zu finden sein. Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze zum Hotel und der „ öffentliche“ Parkplatz ist sehr abenteuerlich. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war gut und ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tem uma área com microondas, pratos e talheres para esquentar comida ( tem 2 supermercados grandes bem próximos, estacionamiento gratuito próximo, possibilidade de banho após o check in. O \"brunch\" é básico, mas servido até tarde, apesar de não ser muito bom. Os funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos ( os funcionários jovens são simpáticos, os mais velhos, nem tanto...) O rapaz do bar era bem simpático, mas o da recepción não tirava os olhos do computador.

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig (ca. 25 min) von den Hotspots wie Megapark entfernt. Der Strand ist sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür, ungefähr 300m vom Hotel entfernt.

Hotel is nice and clean, but the surrounding area is really not nice. Its dirty and sketchy, only germans and dutch people in the whole area as well, dosent feel like you’re in spain.
Staff is ok, they charge you for the most basic things though, like 1 euro for an icecube if you want it for your water when its 34 degrees weather.
No duvet, they only give you a sheet to sleep with. Really uncomfortable and hard to sleep with.
I would book tent again, but not in this area and never this location again.
