Nice hotel in a dodgy neighbourhood.

Good budget hotel but avoid rooms next to lift as you will not be allowed any sleep. It is for that reason that I am giving this hotel the thumbs down. Also area is a bit dodgy with lots of funny characters!

Booked very last minute, staff were nice and helpful, check in was smooth, room was very basic, smelt of cigarette smoke, nice enough area, close to the beach and town but the smell of the room is hard to get over as a non-smoker, bed was acceptable and likewise the bathroom was acceptable.

We reported the toilet would not flush but no one came up whilst we was in there and our room was not emptied bins at all, The stench from outside our room was basically a car park and rubbish tip

That hotel is good I can say. Only problem is internet. Definitely not working. Only reception area, even there is very slow. Otherwise clean towels, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom. Pool area is nice too. First day pool water was very clean but second day was very dirty. Pool are can be much nicer with more green planting putting flower seeping and more umbrella.

Great for a quick cheap stay near the airport. The website stated it had parking. It has street parking, which is as good as no parking in this overcrowded setting. If you need to park overnight to go to the airport, sta go somewhere else.

The hotel is located approximately 1 km from the S'Arenal beach. The bus stop to Palma and the airport is nearby. The reception is open 24 hours. The room and bathroom are small. The room has balcony with a view to the swimming pool. The free WiFi connection is good.

The hotel was full of groups, which I don’t mind, but they had no respect for anyone. They played their music really loud, took over the whole pool and it made us not spend a single day round the pool we just went to the beach. I usually don’t mind this but it just really ruined my holiday and I will not be returning to this hotel.

You get what you pay for it was an ok place to sleep but when we arrived the staff was rude there was marks on the bathroom wall from where the cleaners haven’t cleaned it look like blood and the towels that were provided for us also had marks on and were dirty I also had €50 stolen as it was in my bag zipped closed and the next day my bag was unzipped and the money was gone when I went to reception they said there was nothing they could do I would not recommend or stay here again

Daily cleaning inside the room and in the communal areas and pool area of the hotel. Booked for a couple double room and had 2 single camper style beds on wheels but the balcony more than made up for this. Staff were friendly and attentive. Noise from other rooms could be heard music and laughter but this was not an issue to us but wouldn’t recommend for families with children

The price is not valuable. The room had not a fridge and to use a conditioner air you have to pay in separate. There was ants in my bathroom and still talking about the bathroom when you have a shower the water runs everywhere because there is no box only a courtain. Also the breakfast is not good.

Hotel good, nice room, pool and outside seating. Bed was very flimsy, looked like a camp bed. Balcony door was left unlocked by cleaner which worried me as the next room over could've easily accessed our room. Luckily nothing taken. Was allowed to check in early which was great. Would recommend if you want a cheap stay as a short walk away from the beach.

When I booked this hotel for a short trip to the Octoberfest in Arenal I didn’t expect it to be this good. I was pleasantly suprised. The breakfast wasn’t a disappointment either. More like what you would get in the U.K. rather than the Mediterranean. Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach/ harbour. Definitely recommend to anyone not looking for fancy frills etc. This hotel is what it advertises. Great value for money in October.

Wasn’t too bad for a 2 night stay. However had to pay for air conditioning, WiFi doesn’t work on the 5th floor, food wasn’t very nice and the fan didn’t work either. We only used the hotel to sleep in and was out all day 7am till 10-11ish pm so didn’t really bother us. Overall it was ok but wouldn’t stay again for the price.

If you're looking for cheap accommodations

This hotel is fine of you're looking for something inexpensive. It was a step up from a hostel. The walls were thin and so was the door. You can hear everything happening around you. The bed is on a flimsy metal frame similar to a cot.

Hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill at the top of the resort We are pretty fit but it was a task getting home after a day in town.The hotel is a bit dated and rooms are very small and the toilet shower area is small dont bring a cat you cant swing it.The rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed daily the bedding was changed 4 times in two weeks thats ok The staff are great nice people, breakfast is well just ok. Be aware the walls are thin and you must be prepared for lots of noise of ALL kinds.

We stayed a few nights here and on arrival were met by a very rude member of staff who had no wishes to make our stay pleasant. He seemed to be only interested in the tv! It seemed that this was a common trend amongst all staff who worked here.
It's ok for sleeping, it's clean and kept clean. One bed collapsed (wobboly and very old)
For a little more money stay somewhere else in Palma as it's a beautiful place to stay. Str

We usually stay at similarly rated and priced hotels but we really surprised by the horrible quality of this place.

Wifi in room was with extra charge, also could not always log in to free Wi-Fi in lobby. Only public parking,difficult to find a spot in the evening. We got a ticket.

No air conditioning, we were really sweating as the room was always extremely hot. Bed extremely uncomfortable and tiny for two people and the pillow ,shared by both, is one only long shared unconfortable sausage. You can here pretty much everything from all the rooms and corrids of all doors surrounding you and from the street. Breakfast is super cheap with no variety whatsoever and the lowest equally products, we were very happy to just have to eat it for only 2 days.

Room is also very old but dirty old. At least the cleaninnig ladies and other staff are friendly and mostly helpful.

El Arenal is dirty cheap silly commertial non-Spanish area l, which you will love it if you don't know what to do in life, and if having beer and saussage, listening to awful pop-folk music is your idea of fun (and yes, every second place is mini market, yes you can buy water mattres and flip flops). In addition, if you don't mind dodgy faces in evening, cement-like ugly beach (advertised as famous) and 40min+20min wait bus connection to beautiful Palma, then El Arenal is fine. As much I now despise El Arenal, hotel was fine, and staff was nice, and this saved me! Do yourself favour, be openminded and cosmopolitan, and run away from El Arenal to -everywhere else on Mallorca. Palma centre, Soller, Valdemossa, Deia, Alcudia (not silly souless Port Alcudia), Colonia Sant Jordi, to experience the beauty. No plasma TV, but you have this at home anyway!

Arrived for a four day break to chill and get some sun. Hotel was excellent apart from the shower. Room was very clean. Only real criticism is that our balcony door didn't lock which made us feel slightly vulnerable. I did report it but it wasn't fixed during our visit so we made sure we locked all our valuables away. Other than that a very good hotel. Nice but unheated pool and friendly staff.

It took me a while to find the hotel - my fault, I should have downloaded a better map. Friendly, helpful staff with good English. Lots of eating places close by. Good in-room wifi cost €2 for 24 hours. Beach an easy walk. Bus no 25 last stop is about 1 km walk. Bus no 23 stops close by. Bus costs $1.50 from Palma Centro. Taxi cost $33 to the ferry port.

Value for money no frills hotel

Up a steep hill from the beach, this hotel is a good base, in a quiet location. The hotel is definitely no frills, but the rooms are pleasant with small balconies (just two plastic chairs) The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower room adequate for our needs.
There is a pool, small and the sunbeds a bit tired, not a pretty area particularly but a suntrap, there is also an air hockey table and a pool table and a bar.
I stayed with my 18 yr old daughter for 4 nights, and we were comfortable throughout our stay.
For the amount we paid I thought the hotel was on the whole a bargain, breakfast was included but absolutely terrible! Be prepared to eat out and you will be fine, some lovely places to have breakfast on the beach road.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the resort and the hotel is largely populated by Germans.
Location is convenient for buses into Palma (approx 20mins) Once in Palma the old wooden train service to Soller is a must...beautiful scenery as it travels through the mountains, a great day out not to be missed.

A Good hotel that offers great value for money.

The management and staff did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The help and support to get settled in and to find my way as a tourist was excellent. The food (half board) offered a wide range of dishes, adequate for my needs and the service was efficient and accommodating. My room was cleaned daily, the beds were re-made and I had clean towels... etc. The free internet even worked in my bedroom although they said it only worked in the reception and bar. In all, I had a relaxing, comfortable stay. I would recommend this great value hotel to friends and I definitely will visit again.

Magyarként a párommal érkeztünk hajnalban. Mindenben a segítségünkre voltak és az utazási programok szervezésében is tudtak segíteni és javasolni. Igaz picit drágább mintha apartmanban mentünk volna (amihez mi szokva vagyunk), de itt ezen a helyen talán nincs is létjogosúltsága az apartmannal. Mindenhol van szálloda. Szóval itt nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Mi csak fakultatív programokon vettünk részt , mert nem szeretjük azt ami kötelező. Így viszont úgy és azt néztük meg amit mi akartunk.

Das erste Zimmer war ok das Bad war veraltet,und direkt hinter uns war der veraltete Lift.
Die ganze Nacht war es unerträglich die knallerei der Lifttüre.
Haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen ,doch das Bett war kleiner und quitschte immer wenn man sich drehte.
Die Dusche war sehr klein konnte sich kaum drehen und am Boden löste sich sich die Beschichtung.
Eingangsbereich war sauber Personal nett.
Doch wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter Empfehlen.
Für Junge Leute die nur wegen Party nach Mallorca kommen und erst um 4 Uhr morgens angetrunken ins Hotel kommen ist das in Ordnung

J'ai passé avec mon fils de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel, pendant 10 jours. Dommage que la piscine soit très froide et que des fourmies soient omniprésentes dans la chambre. Ne laissez donc surtout pas votre nourriture sans qu'elle ne soit recouverte sinon vous y trouverez des fameuses fourmies en grand nombre. Hôtel à proximité de la plage et de beaucoup de restaurants. Je conseille cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique.

Accueil à revoir, pas agréable et l’impression de déranger. Une chambre avec une odeur prenante d’humidité en rentrant. La propreté de la salle de bain reste plus qu’à désirer. Une serviette sur deux avec des traces jaunâtre ( serviettes blanches ) il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre, les sols n’étaient pas nettoyé depuis un bon moment. J’avais précisé et payé un supplément pour avoir un lit deux place ( pour un couple ) nous avons eu deux lits simples ! Les murs sont aussi fin que des feuilles de papiers, nous entendions même les réveils des chambres voisines. Des 5h du matin ( en vacances ) un bruit insupportable chaque matin de déménagement qui traînait au sol et résonnait dans toute la chambre…. Franchement l’hôtel et bien chère pour ce qu’il est ne correspond pas vraiment aux belles photos prises et ne propose même pas de services hôtellerie ( petit déjeuner au moins ) sachant que j’ai payé 47€ de supplément sur le site pour avoir le petit déjeuné chaque matin….

Le camere purtroppo non sono insonorizzate, per cui si sentono i rumori nelle stanze vicine. Comunque la posizione è comoda: ci si trova vicino alla fermata del bus verso Palma e verso l'aeroporto, la spiaggia dista una decina di minuti a piedi, e si è vicinissimi al centro di S'Arenal.

My stay began poorly and unfortunately didn’t improve. At check-in, the staff couldn’t find my booking and insisted I provide a group name, even though I had booked as an individual. Only after showing my confirmation from Hotels.com did they locate the reservation.

I had paid extra for a room with a balcony and pool view, but the room I received had no balcony—just a door to a shared walkway with frequent foot traffic. It offered no privacy and wasn’t what I had booked.

I returned to the front desk to point this out, showing proof that I had paid for a pool view. The staff member said that type of room wasn’t available. I went back to the room, disappointed. Later, when I found the ceiling fan wasn’t working and the room was too warm, I contacted the front desk again.

This time, the same staff member came to my floor and opened the room next door—which did have the balcony and view I had paid for. He offered it to me then, and while I appreciated that, it became clear that the room had been available all along. His reaction suggested he hadn’t expected me to follow up.

Although I eventually got the correct room, the experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.

Fatal el poco toque de atención que se les da a los extranjeros (alemanes todos) que se alojan allí, a altas horas de la madrugada diversos gritos, portazos, y demás comportamientos de locura que no controlan en el hotel la manera de llamarles la atención ya que hay barra libre para que hagan lo que quieran. El descanso es imposible en las noches. No tienen servicio de comedor, nada de comidas, cenas o desayunos y los demás hoteles de la zona todos lo tienen teniendo que acudir a ellos a precio alto.. Por último una mañana dejé la señal fuera de la puerta de la habitación de \"NO MOLESTAR\" y vi como la limpiadora se disponía a abrir la puerta con la llave lo cuál le reproché que qué hacía si puse que no se molestara y ni me contestó.

Das positive zuerst, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Die Klospülung war eine Katastrophe und man brauchte viel Geduld und Geschick diese zu betätigen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet - nicht wie auf den Bildern und es hat gestunken was auch permanentes lüften nicht in den Griff gekommen hat.
Unser Zimmer lag im 5. Stock, der Fahrstuhl fährt allerdings nur bis zum 4. und dann muss man eine enge Treppe hoch steigen.
Es ist auch etwas zu laufen bis zum Strand und es gibt viele Steigungen auf dem Weg zum Hotel das auch in einer runtergekommenden Gegend liegt.

Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht obwohl es schon einige schlechte Bewertungen gab. Mit Angebot von Frühstück wäre es auch in Zukunft das beste Hotel für uns.

Einchecken konnten wir ab 13 Uhr, laut Webseite, doch wir waren früher dort und unsere Taschen wurden sicher verwahrt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemühten sich Deutsch mit uns zu sprechen.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht und bekamen eins mit zusätzlichem Bett. Es war geräumig und vollkommen ausreichend. Es gab einen Tisch auf Schreibtischhöhe und einen passenden Stuhl. Das Bettgestell ist aus Metall und bei zwei Schwergewichten hatte ich zu Beginn doch etwas bedenken, aber es war stabil.
Der TV leider nur auf Spanisch, die deutschen Sender hatten keinen Empfang.
Das Bad mit Badewanne, hier gab es die ein oder andere Alterserscheinung aber es war sauber.
Auf dem Balkon zwei Gartenstühle und einen niedrigen Tisch, sogar ein Aschenbecher stand dort. Der Balkon war zum Pool gerichtet, an dem zu der Zeit noch nichts los war.
Das Zimmer hätte man täglich reinigen lassen können, der Poolbereich mit Liegen und zwei Spieltischen, einer davon ein Billardtisch wurde täglich gereinigt.
Beim Auschecken gaben wir nur den Schlüssel und die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage ab.

Wir können es ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le personnels est très gentil à l’écoute et essaie de régler chaque problèmes.
Le seule inconvénient c’est que l’hôtel a plein de petit problèmes, pour ma part la chasse des toilette ne marchais pas, l’ascenseur a un moment ne fonctionnais pas non plus sachant que j’étais au 4 eme étage avec un bébé (poussette), mon pommeau de douche couler à moitié, ensuite Ma copine a eu une fuite d’eau du plafond pendant quel était au lit à 1h du matin sa à couler sur ces habits partout.

Klimaanlage kaputt

Unsere Klimaanlage war kaputt, welche ich sofort gemeldet habe als wir angekommen sind, am 2. Tag habe ich es nochmal angemerkt und nach einem Rabatt gefragt, da wurde mir gesagt ich soll am nächsten Tag mit der Managerin reden - gesagt, getan. Diese sagte mir am nächsten Tag, ich hätte gleich am ersten Tag kommen sollen und ich hätte ein neues Zimmer bekommen, jetzt könne sie da nichts mehr machen…definitiv enttäuscht bin so einem Service!
Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Pool Area war auch schön. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Rucksäcke über den ganzen Tag nach dem Check out im Hotel zu lagern, danke dafür!

Chambre avec mauvaise odeur, nécessitant un coup de frais. Trop de choses abimés.
Des fourmis dès le premier soir, pas de changement de chambre. Nous avons dû dormir avec l'odeur des produits chimique.
Dernier jour, dégâts des eaux. Nous avons dû changer 2 fois de chambre, elles étaient de pire en pire niveau entretient.
Les murs sont très fins, les gens et le service nettoyage sont irrespectueux et font du bruit dès le matin.
Concernant le personnel, les 3 garçons du soir ont été agréable et très serviable suite aux problèmes rencontrés, tout comme la jeune fille.
Lors du rendu de la chambre, la dame un peu plus âgé nous a accusé d'avoir garder une clé, alors que sur les 3 chambres utilisés, elles avaient qu'une seule clé à chaque fois. Aucun geste de sa part concernant un remboursement, elle refuse de tout entendre. Arrogance, elle a pas voulu réglé ni même écouter nos réclamations car pour elle c'était normal pour les fourmis et l'eau. A fuir pour un séjour plus long, sur 4 nuits 2 nuits problématique, c'est dommage car'l'emplacement est super.

Das Personal war super freundlich, allerdings hat das Hotel gestunken, im Zimmer waren Ameisen (ich befand mich im 4. Stock), die Tür kaputt, überall klebten Sticker es ist sehr hellhörig und es gab entweder nur heißes oder kaltes Wasser zum duschen. Für einen Ballermann Urlaub ausreichend aber für einen Erholungsurlaub nicht geeignet.

Godt nok i den lave ende hvad angår hoteller. Prisen er desværre påvirket af området, men det er godt nok ikke meget man får for pengene.

Mange unge som kommer hjem på alle døgnets timer

Meget lidt rengøring, og kommer bare brasende ind eller slår hårdt på døren

Für zwei Sterne völlig ok. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Schade das es kein Frühstück gab aber in der Nähe gibt es Cafés.
Im großen und Ganzen für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichen
