The bars only a few property's down are open all night and make the BEST pizza. The lobby bar has 24h espressos and everyone speaks English (as well French, Spanish and German). The room was basic, but the ocean view is beautiful and work it. The included breakfast was also basic but great that it was open till 130pm on days we slept in.

The hotel was really nice, the brunch buffet has lots of options, food was tasty and was close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and also come back for sure.
Just one thing botthered me, there was no water to refil your bottles after breakfast was closed, what was not nice since was over 36 degrees, and according to the staff, you cant drink tap water.
Overall, was a good time.

Good hotel if you want to party, but if you aren’t 18 years old then don’t stay here. The rooms are subpar, didn’t feel clean, and we were kept up all night by people screaming in the hallways and outside. Breakfast was ok but had a lot of options. Staff checking us in were very good - friendly and accommodating.

The lobby is very nice and then u get to the room and it’s the biggest catfish of ur life. the bathroom was pretty gross. the blankets were so itchy that i acc got a rash on my neck. we asked for a towel and we had to beg for an extra towel. we went down for check out and there was a big line. we wanted to put our baggage away the last day so we can walk around but it’s just a free for all, hotel guests just going in and out no organization and anyone can just steal ur bag that way. the cleaning lady was also rude. just all together a pretty meh experience. would recommend one not staying in palma and two just going to a hotel where u know what ur going to get!

The all-you-can-eat brunch was amazing!
The temperature control device did not allow us to change the temperate, only the intensity.
The pool area was nice.
The gym was also nice.
The proximity to the airport, the beach, and to the Palma was very pleasant.
Overall, had a very pleasant stay at Tent Bahia de Palma. Would stay there again.

We checked in to this property and were impressed with the main level amenities. It is budget and gives hostel vibes, but the renovations are well done.
We checked into a room on the 7th floor. It was very small and there was feces left on the toilet seat and gunk on the side of the sink. We cleaned it off ourselves without letting the staff know.
Our room was located right across from the elevator, which was broken. And not broken like it was not functioning - they still have the elevator in service but it made a terrible sound, similar to a drill.
We were asleep by 10pm due to jet lag and the elevator woke me up through ear plugs. It kept going to the point where we went down to the front desk to request a new room as we were staying for an extra 8 nights. The staff member was dismissive, and said \"oh ya, the elevator company won't come to fix it.\" They were well aware that the elevator was making the noise and was broken but still didn't put it out of service, and placed us in a room right outside.
We were relocated to a new room on the 5th floor, and packed up our things at midnight.
Once we got to our room, the walls are so thin that we could hear the entire conversation in the room right beside us. To the point where we contacted Expedia with our disappointment. Expedia contacts were all so kind and helpful, we are so grateful for their support.
Overall - if you're in S'Arenal for a party / don't plan to be in the hotel, you should be fine. If not, do not book here.

I read the reviews and thought this would be a great place to rest before flying out of Majorca.
The property is a frat house of young drunks that progressively get more rude and disgusting as they are drinking on vacation with no accountability. Drunks pick fights with working people in the street and treat businesses like they own them with no respect.
The hotel staff is so lovely and helpful. The hotel is a barracks and the room was downright gross with hair on everything, residue of barf around the toilet bowl and in the shower. The soap dispenser was broken and the soap sat on the floor. The bed cover was crap brown with crusty white dried stuff on it.

Lovely Hotel, good facilities amazing breakfast till 13:30. However the alarm goes off Many times as some people smoke in the bedrooms and we was at the 3• floor so I always went down just for safety, I didn’t relax properly as the alarm even went off at 6 o’clock in the morning and I had to wake my daughter and go downstairs. I talked to reception and He said he couldn’t do nothing.

A short walk to the lovely beach and a variety of restaurants. A good variety of food at brunch and we loved that it was unlimited until 13:30. It was a shame that the pool was in the shade for the majority of the day, had two hours in the sun daily. The seating areas in the hotel were great, very relaxing for reading in. The guy at reception was friendly and very helpful, but the lady was not. All in all, a great stay for our short break in the sun.

This is a terrible budget hotel. The staff is very rude and sadsy. Asking for extra towels was like asking for a huge favor. They were rude upon arrival and check out. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom every time you showered. The bed sheets were dirty. The room is very simple and not at all comfortable. Even the location of the hotel is a nightmare, there is no where to park and the area is really run down. Just pay for a better hotel

I had amazing experience at the tent. The accommodation is affordable, walkable distance to the beach, rooms are of good size. Very convenient location with géneral stores , dining restaurants, transport links, beach, bike renting right outside the property. Everyone is so friendly from reception staffs to housekeepers to caterers. I'm glad to have chosen tent for my stay. Will definitely come back if i visit palma again and absolutely recommend to everyone. !! Also, they have free brunch service from 0800 - 1330 and luggage storage after checkout.

The bin on the toilet was not emptied andwas full of previous guests used hygiene-products.
The elvators were terrifying to ride, and it took 40 minutes to check it with only one guest ahead of us in line.
Sitting at the bar I waited 20 minutes to get served, when I finally got ahold of the people who were working there they told me they were getting ready for a new shift and it would be at least another 20 minutes before I could be served. They had seen me sit there for 20 minutes and never thought to tell me that it would be a while. Terrible service - let people know what's going on.

HOTEL OF HORROR!!!

Sorry but by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! Read the reviews before booking - they really are not exaggerating! Firstly, the staff completely ignored my request to be on the top floor - I have a medical condition which makes me very sensitive to noise - I emailed them in advance but they completely ignored it when allocating my room. I also had some problems with my booking but there was minimal assistance with this. The hotel is VERY VERY loud so just do not expect to sleep at all there - there is no seal on the balcony door so you get the noise from the WHOLE town into your room at night and I think this is the biggest balearic island so VERY loud. In addition, the cleaners start before 8am and laugh and talk loudly whilst working so you'll be woken before 8. They are VERY loud. Food is inedible - the fish looks good in the photos but when you go to eat it EVERY SINGLE piece of fish I ate there tasted like soggy tissue soaked in salt. Very cheap meat too. Horrific. You get the feeling they spend no money on food. The all inclusive drinks are cheap watered-down coke, fanta etc. supplements - no real coke. Desserts were actually yummy though. Table-clearing staff in the restaurant are loud and slam the plates round so don't expect to relax at dinner.No tea, coffee in rooms and they don't even let you take your drinks to your rooms.. which defeats the all-inclusive purpose. Not allowed take towels to the beach or the pool..also defeats the purpose. Need I say more?:(

Good enough, for our limited budget and age.

Overall, good enough for a short stay, for 20-something-year-olds. I enjoyed the food at lunch and dinner, but the breakfast was limited and not cooked as well. I appreciated that the staff spoke English, but the person at check-in/check-out could have been more friendly and welcoming. The room overlooked a busy apartment building and the sliding glass door only helped somewhat with the noise. We did appreciate having a balcony though, and opening the door did help with the heat. We did not use the pool, as we spent most of our time visiting places around Majorca instead of staying at the hotel, but the bar with all-inclusive drinks was great, and we were served by very friendly staff there. The proximity to the beach was the reason we booked this hotel, and it was great, as well as the proximity to public transport. I probably would pick somewhere else next time, but I wouldn't deter someone else who had as little money as we did from staying here, as long as they were able to put up with the bed (which wasn't very comfortable) and the noise.

Serveuses pressées de desservir et fonce sur les chaises sans s' excuser. Accueil moyen :la réservation hôtel.com sur smartphone ne suffisait pas il fallait une impression papier de leur site. Mais finalement ils ont compris que je ne l avais pas et que j avais déjà payé. Petite Piscine ferme à 19h40 au lieu de 20h annoncé. Bref hôtel plus que moyen. Je ne recommande pas malgré le prix.

En relación calidad precio creo que está bien. Es un hotel todo incluido con un precio bastante bajo que ofrece los servicios justos y básicos.
La habitación es bastante pequeña con los colchones duros y el baño muy incómodo...no hay espacio para las piernas entre el baño y la ducha...
El buffet muy variado y tengo que destacar la amabilidad de los camareros, en especial de Pepe y de una chica morena majísima.
Así como los camareros del buffet en general han sido agradables, no corren la misma suerte los del bar. Las chicas muy muy desagradables en todo momento...daba pereza ir a pedirles algo, parecía que molestabas.
Las piscinas muy bien aunque creo que hace falta algo de mantenimiento ya que tienen baldosas rotas, sobre todo en la infantil. Los socorristas también muy agradables.
En las zonas comunes creo que hacía falta aire acondicionado o un poco más de meneo de este porque por ejemplo, en la zona del kids club hace un calor realmente insoportable.
En la recepción nos atendieron genial en todo momento. Muy cerquita de la playa y en nuestra opinión una zona estupenda.

Struttura con qualche anno sulle spalle, ma ben tenuta super organizzata, ottima accoglienza. Le camere sono un poco piccole . La colazione e tutti i pasti sono molto ricchi e e ben presentati però più di stampo inglese e tedesco, mondo addice molto a noi italiani. La qualità è discreta.
La posizione è ottima, pochi passi dal mare e fermata autobus all'uscita dell'albergo che collega al centro di Palma e all'aereoporto.

overall wasn't that great for the money paid, despite coming during the peak season, how any hotel in 2018 still charges for wifi is quite frankly embarrassing and a clear sign of prioritising profits before customer satisfaction as many need it after coming off a plane to be able to contact loved ones/ transfer funds to pay for rooms if currency hasn't been withdrawn and etc just make it free and charge slightly more per room rate to compensate....its simple, food served wasn't great so found myself skipping breakfast and lunch and going out to eat in the evening,cost cutting with staff as there was mostly one member of staff serving a long line of guests at a time at the bar, again a simple fix is to pour more staff into that area and if quiet then divert that resource to other areas such as pool tidy up? poor state of the hotel which needs a much needed renovation as the outside looks dated as so do the rooms I would of been blown back if inside my room was a nice modern interior with things you would expect from a hotel trying to compete with \"the big boys\" such as brightly lit LEDs, smart tv's, comfortable beds, mini fridges with bottled water replenished on a daily basis to help combat the 30-33c weather, free decently speed WiFi I know this would cost a lot of Euros but I firmly believe that this hotel if i had the opportunity to improve it myself would create a new benchmark and bring in more customers new and old who similar to me who felt like lots needed improving.

Hotel was pretty basic. The meal times where extremely busy and food respective but all cooked well. Queue for drinks was sometimes very long so more bar staff would help. Pool didn't get much sun and was small. It was fine as a base hotel but would not go all inclusive again.

I booked this for only one night after a week in Palma as I needed to wait for a day to catch a good deal on my next flight. I was surprised pleasantly to find that it was an all inclusive hotel ( that i would never book otherwise) and enjoyed well prepared, albeit buffet style meals and fairly good wine on tap.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were pleasant. The food was ok, I managed to find something to eat each day. The beach was lovely and only a five minute walk from the hotel. Only negative point is that our room overlooked the pool and bar area and it was very noisy at night but installing double glazing would have done the trick!

It is good hotel, good food, good all-inclusive, spacious room, I had balcony on the street - very grateful for this as the pool one would be a nightmare fore me. Pool is good, too, seems clean, always busy. With All Inclusive in this area you will always have certain sort of people and behaviour. Deal with it or go somewhere else. A lot of wild, loud youngsters, kids...
People on the reception-especially one lady I don't know the name of-very helpful, nice, kind and always nice attire and good mood.
Also was very pleased with the young barman by the pool bar. Always in a great mood, fast and good service. I am single traveller, this hotel is suitable for singles in my opinion if you are active (sea, beach, cycling, etc.)and don't want to just spend time by the pool. Otherwise you will probably not be amused.

Hotel in ovearal is clean rooms are clean daily to a very good standard, towels change daily, food not the best after 5 day we were mising out meals and eat in town as there was every think the same nearly all the time. Swimming pool small and with no sun most of the day. Evening programs more focused on little ones. Hottel staf very nice and frendly apart from restaurant where people seem to be there for punishment. Location is amazing with everything you need on holidays. Clubs, beach, restaurants, cashpoints, rental companies, shops, markets etc.
The bigest disapointment was lack of iron and ironing board for the guests so bring your own if you will need one.

All inclusive was easy and we were satisfied with the quality of food and the variety of dishes. We were also satisfied with the cleanliness everywhere at the hotel. The staff was friendly and did their job well.

The negative comments concern our room. The TV-set didn´t work although it was not necessary because there were not any other power sockets available and as there were three of us we needed power for our phones practically all the time. The air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. Soundproofing very poor.

The food was ok but I had to deal with a very rude receptionist who yeld at me!!!

The bar doesnt have enough variety for the drinks!!

Good Value For Money

Overall a really good stay at this Hotel. Staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help. The Hotel itself is very basic but extremely clean. Does need a touch of a paint job. Food though was appalling to say the least. I would recommend to eat out, but don't be totally put off by this place as if you are on a budget its definitely the place to stay (but eat out!)

The food is horrible, i went all inclusive and ended up eating out everynight. The entertainment was bad so once again i was out. If yoylu want a basic room only holiday where your going out all the time thrn its good. Its very clean! The staff are very sour faced which is a put off. Theres no sun at the pool but its very close to the beach.

All inclusive was full board with drinks no snacks

No english clientel< staff unable 2 understand english. meals warm, everyday meals were very similar. Pork pork and more pork. Scrambled eggs were withn anything they could mix them with. No snacks or ice cream during day. not allowed to enter bar if wet. pool bar non existant. Overall worst holiday.

Grundsätzlich ein solides Hotel.. aber es war so unglaublich laut und hallend und kein Personal hat was dagegen gesagt.. sehr schade.
Die Zimmer sind etwas aus den Jahren gekommen und die Betten sind leider sehr hart und durchgelegen..

Zimmer wurde 3 Tage in Folge nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrmals darauf hinweisen, dass wir frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier benötigen. Für einen Aufenthalt am Ballermann o.k., aber für alles andere empfehle ich eine andere Unterkunft!

La habitación estaba limpia aunque la nevera estaba desconectada. No dimos cuenta a las horas al no tener el agua que llevábamos fría. También nos costó mucho conectar nuestro teléfono a la televisión a pesar de seguir los pasos. Estaría bien que hubiera algún tutorial de como conectar tus dispositivos. Ya que no fue sencillo. El secador no funcionaba. Por lo demás, el hotel es muy acogedor. La bañera, un poco antigua pero el agua salía caliente y con presión. Su jabón huele muy bien a naranja. Todo un detalle. Me gustó poder hacer el check in con la app y con el corner de allí y no tener que esperar la cola. El personal muy amable. La comida estaba bien también.

Pour un trois etoiles , il est correct!

Petit dejeuner est un brunch de 8h à 13h. Il ouvrirait 30 min avant serait parfait, car 8h cest l'heure quil faut partir quand nous avons des excursions de prevu, donc pas le temps de dejeuner. Buffet au top beaucoup de choix que se soit sucré ou salé. Les chambres font vieillottes avec du marron partout. Nous avions eu deux lits 1 place ce quil ne pose pas de probleme en soit sauf quils n'étaient pas à la meme hauteur, donc pas super en couple. Le menage est fait tous les jours, hotel propre et chambre aussi et personnel sympathique aussi bien a la reception que dans l'hotel. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine deja a cette epoque, elle n'est pas très chaude et en plus a 18h elle est deja fermé, ce qui me parait tot. Le wifi de l'hotel vraiment pas terrible quand on arrivait a en avoir! Mais pour 1 trois etoiles je trouve qu'il est bien.
