Overall the food was fresh and the choice was good but very geared towards German and Dutch pallets, my only big bear is that I booked an ‘Adult only’ hotel which had a baby of under two staying with his parents, he cried in the dining area, threw food on the floor and could be heard before he was seen, I have nothing agains children but when I book an adult only hotel it’s what I expect

Nice, clean hotel with modern bedrooms. No fridge in the room, unless you pay for a superior room. Pool and sunbathing area downstairs are small, but ok if the hotel isn't busy. Pool is too small to swim in. Food is good quality and nice choice for breakfast and evening meal. This was my third time in this hotel and despite the few negative points, I would still recommend it.

The hotel location is its best feature, about a 5 minute walk from the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were friendly, but needed more of them around during dinner time. Food choice for dinner was a bit samey each night but nice tasting and good quality. Now with desserts, i cannot stress this enough- the desserts are the best I've ever had hands down. You will eat your own body weight in cakes and pastries if you're not careful. Room wise You have to pay for a safe in your room which is something I've never experienced before. The same goes for the TV, you have to put a deposit down on that. I didnt have a kettle in mine either which i would class as standard. Rooms are quite basic, but kept clean, beds are ok. Beware if you have a room overlooking the pool it is quiet loud. People who seem to love to shout after a few too many beer's and road noise from passing cars will wake you up in the night. Of course this isnt the hotels fault though. Breakfast selection is pretty good, needs more fruit options in my opinion. Overall this is an above average hotel, there's nothing particularly bad, it just needs some improvements here or there.

Really beautiful rooms with a nice sea view, also a nice view of the sunset. Really good dinner option you always have an option to chose from. Generally a good hotel, only complaint would be the lift. Its like waiting for the bus especially around breakfast or dinner

Negatives - Very small pool and sunbathing area. Only bar is the one on the roof. No fridge in the room, unless you book a superior room - which is crazy in this day and age. Reception staff were not welcoming at all. Restaurant has no windows, but the food was good.
Positives - nice decor, comfy beds, big shower, bus stop right outside and in a quieter part of the resort. Good food.

Negatives - no fridge in the room which was a big disappointment. What modern hotel doesn't have a fridge, especially somewhere hot like in Spain? For the size of the hotel (10 storey), the swimming pool and sunbathing area was extremely small.
Positives - best food I have eaten in a hotel abroad.
Fabulous roof top cocktail bar and seating area with stunning views over Palma.
Clean and modern room (though pretty small).
Bus stop to airport and Palma centre was directly outside the hotel.

The area around the hotel was not well kept, pavements uneven, wheelchair access was almost non existent having not many dropped kerbs . Food at hotel was ok, best bit was the desserts but they do need to show what it is on main meals. Roof top bar was really lovely

Not for me..

Hotel was fine but the noise from late night revellers and local buses was very annoying. Street cleaning was very thorough but not appreciated at 6 o'clock in the morning. Will choose more carefully next visit.

Fantastic gem of a hotel, stayed here for 8 nights (with a 6month old) and couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel. Staff were friendly, food in restaurant was lovely with good choice to suit everyone and always clean. Will definitely stay here again

we booked a room for 3 people, it was quite a tight squeeze but would be prefect for 2 people but as it was only a 4 night stay wasn't so much of an issue . The bathroom and shower we didnt love as it was just basically like 2 cupboards with frosted glass doors not separate rooms(not alot of privacy). Bed was comfy and we liked that there were alot of plugs/usb charging points for us. We loved the room top pool and was great to relax. Breakfast was great., dinner was alright. Reception and around that area was really nice. Air conditioning was quiet and wifi connection good. Very easy to get to from the airport either by number 21 bus or taxi (20 euros). You can easy get the bus to palma 25/15

Cheap, Sad Hotel but staff very nice

No hairdryer.
No air con in room - had to pay for fan.
Only 2 air con units in restaurant and you had to hope you would be sitting near to them to be cool enough to enjoy your meal.
Food OK.
Staff very nice.
Nice size pool but could be cleaner around the sides inside the pool

Good Value Great View

Very convenient for Club Nautic, beach, buses,Aqualand. All the other reviews seem accurate.It is an older hotel so no A/C but in a week I never waited more than a minute for a lift, plenty of hot and cold water even on the 10th floor and spectacular views over the harbour. Keep both curtains closed daytime and open windows at night. You have to lock door so can't lock yourself out. Pay a bit extra for safe and peace of mind. Food was generally great but yes some of it was rehashed.Best mackerel I've tasted.

This hotel is about what we expected for what it cost. It badly needs updating. The food was ok. most of the staff were pleasant apart from one of the receptionists who uninterested and unhelpfull when my Daughter got her I Pad stolen from our room.
So If you decide to go there,Do not leave anything in you room. Hidden or not they will find it. we were one of four who were robbed that we knew about. so beware.

Bin rundum zufrieden: Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, stylische Einrichtung, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen. Für die extreme Umgebungslautstärke kann das Hotel nichts, das ist der Lage geschuldet. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, wird hier nicht glücklich.

Lage war okay, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Straße, Grundsätzlich ansprechendes Hotel. Frühstück/ Abendessen sehr lecker und vielseitig. Sauberkeit etwas ausbaufähig.
Leider hat der obere Pool keine Liegen aber ein nette Bar mit toller Aussicht und der unter Pool etwas wenig Liegen, die immer alle belegt waren.

Die Unterkunft war von der Lage her sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und es gab einige Mängel im Zimmer vor allen Dingen der Dusche die repariert gehören. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit das Hotel wieder buchen.

Zimmer etwas klein aber reicht aufjedenfall für ein paar Tage aus (Toilette war bei uns im Raum, also sollte man sich Wohl fühlen beim Partner mit dem man reist) aber vielleicht ist es auch nicht in jedem Zimmer so

Hervorragende Unterkunft auf Mallorca. Etwas außerhalb (oberhalb des Yachthafen) aber trotzdem alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Sehr moderne, saubere Zimmer, gutes Essen (Halbpension) - äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Wir hatten rein garnichts negatives zu bemängeln, im Gegenteil war dies das beste Hotel, welches ich jemals in dieser Gegend (Arenal) gebucht habe. Die Qualität macht die Lage (etwas abseits von der Partymeile) mehr als nur wett.

Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

wir waren im Mai 2023 für 4 Nächte zu dritt in einem Familienzimmer in der 6. Etage inkl. Balkon und Meerblick.

Es war alles sehr sauber, modern und alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Ein Pool + Bar im EG und ein Pool + Bar auf dem Dach (11. Etage) mit super Ausblick.

Die gebuchte Halbpension beinhaltete 2x Buffet morgens und abends. Es war reichlich für jeden was dabei und alles hat gut geschmeckt.

Zum Strand ca. 500 Meter. Gegenüber ist ein Spielplatz, nebenan ist ein kleiner Spar Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant. Bushaltestelle ebenfalls vor der Tür. Touristeninfo deutschsprachig im Haus + Mietwagenrundumservice übers Hotel.

Nach dem Auschecken kann man Gepäck in einem Raum lagern und bei Bedarf im EG nochmal duschen gehen.

Unser Sohnemann war in dieser Woche gefühlt das einzige Kind, aber alle haben sich sehr über ihn gefreut. Laute Ballermanngäste gab es nicht und man konnte ruhig schlafen.

Alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Luxury renovated hotel for reasonable price

This is luxury renovated hotel. We had half board and there was very big variety of food. We have to say a lot thanks for personal in restaurant and for cleaning service. But surrouding of hotel is very noisy, because the hotel stay near the rush street (if you have windows on the road) .

Menisin uudestaan!

Erittäin hyvä, hiljattain remontoitu hotelli! Huone oli yhdelle ihmiselle sopiva ja se siivottiin aina niin halutessaan. Uima-altaista käytin vain kattoterassilla sijaitsevaa, sillä sinne paistoi koko päivän aurinko. Myös ranta on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Ruoka aamupalalla ja illallisella oli hyvää ja valikoima vaihteli päivittäin. Ilmainen Wifi toimi pääsääntöisesti todella hyvin. Plussaa myös siitä, että sain huoneen kaksi tuntia aikaisemmin ilman mitään lisäkustannuksia. Nautin todella lomastani ja kaikki sujui ongelmitta! Jos jotain kritiikkiä täytyy antaa, niin hissejä joutui vähän odottamaan ja illallisella joutui maksamaan jopa vedestä. Nämä kuitenkin todella pikkuseikkoja.

Me ha gustado mi estancia en este hotel. La única es que la chica de limpieza no me dejaba el jabón ni vaciaba la basura. El resto todo bien.
