I had a great stay at Leblon Suites! The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with a small kitchen — perfect for a comfortable stay. Viajamos internacionalmente durante dos meses cada año, así que créenos cuando decimos: Nos encantó Leblon Suites Hotel. Ya estamos deseando volver a alojarnos allí. Estuvimos allí 16 noches en septiembre de 2024. Las habitaciones son superiores: enormes, limpias, excelentes ventanas, todos los canales de televisión y cocina completa (que es tan importante para una estadía larga). La ubicación en El Poblado es perfecta, y también conveniente para moverse por Medellín en transporte público. El personal era acogedor y profesional. Todo el personal hizo que nuestro tiempo allí fuera cómodo y fácil. El amable personal del restaurante nos preparó deliciosos desayunos antioqueños con café local, omlettes hechos a pedido, y siempre había jugos frescos y golosinas horneadas. Leblon Suites fue probablemente una de las experiencias hoteleras más positivas que hemos tenido. We already look forward to staying there again. We were there 16 nights in September 2024. The rooms are superior - huge, clean, great windows, all TV channels, and full kitchen (which is so important for a long stay). The location in El Poblado is perfect, and also convenient for getting around Medellin via public transportation. The staff was welcoming and professional. The staff made our time there comfortable and easy. The courteous staff in the restaurant prepared us delicious Antioquian breakfasts with local coffee, made-to-order omlettes, and there was always fresh juices and baked treats. Five Stars!

Also mentioned that he needed to check my immigration status in the country because was a lot of illegal people from Venezuela, China, India. He acted like he was immigration officer. I stayed here for 2 weeks. Checkin at 1am, front woman was friendly and I got regular king bed suite on 5th floor facing the main street. The room was spacious but my particular room was very old like old wood-like floors and old bathroom, compared to other rooms (I saw other rooms which was more newer/renovated). Bathroom is small for king bed room, not sure if other bigger suites have bigger bathrooms. The shower water pressure is strong and toilet is fine. King bed was acceptable but not as comfortable for 2 week stay. The window is very large and lots of light and makes room even bigger and view is ok. TV is older model so you cannot cast your Netflix. Tv channels are plenty of channels all in spanish except only 1 english speaking channel CNN. There is a work desk and desk chair. I am remote worker so I was able to work on laptop. I wish there was desk lamp for my laptop. The best part of the room was the kitchen, great oven (it was like a very large size toaster oven), microwave, small refrigerator and stovetop. There is a kitchen sink and a laundry sink where you handwash clothes. The free breakfast buffet, food is good. 2 issues I encounter which were bad luck situation: 1) WiFi was good when it worked (one day WiFi didn’t work so I had to go to their other hotel to work). 2) One night 8pm-6am they had to cut electricity to work on the lines so I was not ok with that so they were able to get me a room at their other hotel Novelty Suites for one night for free.

The only issue I had with the Hotel, was that on Friday night they left a letter in the room indicating that electrical maintenance was going to be done Saturday 8 pm to Sunday 6 am. I asked \"So are the air condioners on the generators?\" They said no, so then what are you going to do about the customers? We were then transferred to another Hotel, which was better and in a better location (Novelty, el poblado)

My experience at the Leblon suites was excellent. This is the fourth time that I've stayed there and each time was better than the last. The suites are very large and you very comfortable. The best part is the employees make you feel right at home and are the frkendliest of any hotel that ive ever stayed. I look forward to return on my next trip.
