The rooftop bar was lovely.
Staff were helpful and very friendly
Room was big, clean, gorgeous balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains.
We had an issue with the air con and a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, we notified reception but nothing was done. Small issue but we had a lovely stay anyway

I have stayed here previously and really enjoy the roof top area & the live DJ. The hotel although I’m not the best position is unique & the concept is brilliant. This time I was a little (quite alot) dissatisfied with the attitude of one staff member. I had forgot my phone charge & asked if he had a spare. He lent me one & asked I bring it back which was not an issue. I went for dinner leaving my phone on charge when I got back it wasn’t fully charged. In between that time I fell asleep, at MIDNIGHT the man from reception was knocking at my door asking for the charger back. Completely unnecessary & unacceptable. He snatched the charger from my hand. I was a single woman travelling alone I was not comfortable with this scenario whatsoever. Upon reporting the issue the next day the management were absolutely lovely, I stayed on the roof top pool for a few hours until my transfer & the bar staff were incredible & so very accommodating - an absolute credit to the hotel for service, professionalism & friendly - just a shame about the other member of staff!

The staff was very nice, and room service everyday. The breakfasts and dinner are fantastic, the only problem was those party goer come back late at night and scream out loud some night. May be they needed more security to help control those people not making loud noise at night. Everything else are great no problems, a nice place to stay. Local bus is very convenient close to hotel

We enjoyed 5 nights at Mallorca of which 3 was at INDICO. The hotel is cool and has 2 amazing pool areas. The staff are incredibly nice.
However we did find that this hotel the staff were not visible and did not appear to “manage” the hotel so that all guests enjoyed. The chill out pool could be such an Uber relaxing place as the pool itself is breathtaking but each day it had people playing aggressive ball games / shouting / playing their own music which meant it was like a battle with the hotel music.
This is not an adults only hotel it is just over 18s and anything goes.
Not suitable for a chilled holiday but a lovely hotel and great position.

I really enjoyed my stay here which was a solo holiday so I can't comment on the food as I didn't dine here.

Good
- Covid19 precautions clearly displayed and in use (sanitiser, disposable gloves before entering dining room)
- Receptionist (didn't get her name) was very helpful and smiley
- Modern rooms, very clean and a decent sized TV with a good range of english channels
- Small fridge in the room
- Very comfortable beds
- 7th floor pool is beautifully set up with a covered area for shade
- A proper supermarket (Mercadona) is only a 5 minute walk
- Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the main strip
- Close to bus stop to Palma (bus 25 for €2). Unfortunately the bus to/from airport wasn’t running due to covid so hopefully next time!

Not so good (but wouldn't stop me from returning)
- Balconies on the side I was staying were not private as partitions/walls between each rooms were only waist high
- Music too loud on 7th floor pool during the day so no chance for relaxing in peace
- No sun umbrellas in the pool areas (I never asked if there were any but shouldn't have to as they should be readily available)

Very nice stay!

Had a very nice six day stay! The rooms are clean and well-designed, the shower head is amazing. Pools were great there's one downstairs for doing laps and one on the roof top for drinks and taking a dip. All staff were extremely helpful and nice, especially the front desk and security. Juan is awesome at the front desk, he gave me tips on day trips and was very sweet when I had questions. The weekend can get a little rowdy so bring your earplugs and ask for a room away from the main areas, if neighbors are making too much noise at night call the front desk and they send security to the room, very helpful because I had some neighbors blasting rap music on a Sunday night.

The ad said the hotel was close to the beach. Being disabled we were disappointed to find to was a long walk away. There was nothing in close proximity to the hotel. We paid for a safe in the room but it was broken. We were told it would be repaired but two days later it was still the same. We were then moved to another room. The reception bar wasn't open in the evenings. The hotel was ideal for young stag and hen parties with a disco on the lower ground floor and live heavy music on the roof terrace. No entertainment for older guests.

Fresh eggs and fruit, but terrible coffee, made breakfast ‘okay’ overall. Dinner was great some days, so check before you go. Nice room, shower, lobby and hallways. Walking distance to beach but Mallorca has far better beaches elsewhere. Roof top pool isn’t as great as I imagined but not bad. Security and front desk are extremely unfriendly at night. Location is full of drunk tourists so be prepared. Cleaning team is great! Most employees were very nice.

Worst hotel i've ever stayed in! Nightmare!

Did not get the room I paid for, spoke to staff about this who stated there was nothing they could do- 'because I was travelling alone I got a single bed (despite paying for a double- I showed them this!).
My room was small and dirty, my towels were soiled, no apologies. I had to check out early, I was so upset and disappointed.
I paid extra for this special 'room/hotel' and got let down- still waiting to hear back from anyone weeks later...
AWFUL! No customer service ever!
There were also 'hidden' charges for everything! From the safe to other facilities- inc extortionate early check in- I was 2 hours early and charged €30.

Great staff, cool hotel.

I made a great choice with this hotel. All staff were friendly + as I was travelling alone, the bar staff (Flora + Antonio) were particularly good at making me feel comfortable and welcome.
The hotel was an adult only environment, which was great and it had a calm feel to it. The roof top bar was amazing and a place of relaxation during the day. Every night had entertainment, but I cannot comment on this as I didn't see it.
I would definitely consider returning. My only disappointment was that the floor of my room wasn't as clean as the rest of the room.

Rock out!!!

Indigo Rock Hotel is a Vegas style hotel in Palma. Great service, staff and awesome amenities! You can even rent an electric guitar and rock out in your soundproof room!!! Location is not too far from the beach. Great pools and bars. Awesome breakfast and dinner buffets. All in all, a great stay. Muchas gracias!!!

Great overall stay. The rooms were modern and clean. The rest of the hotel had very nice facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious with such a huge variety.
The free WiFi that they offer does not work and if you want to upgrade the WiFi an additional charge of 5/10 Euro per week of your stay.

Looks fantastic but...

As the hotel is relatively new it looks great. However its let down by the service and some of the more basics. The room was muggy and warm not really confortable to sleep when we asked reception about this we were told the A/C is not activated until May and to leave the balcony door open. Leaving this open made it only slightly more tolerable however the hotel plays rock/pop music throughout the premisis from 12pm until 12am and leaving the balcony open means you get some questionable music choice streaming into your room until 12am. It was also the first 4 star hotel i have been to where when you asked for a double you get a double bedsted with 2 single matresses. If me and my wife wanted to sleep together the closer we got the more 1 mattress would slip away. It was just awkward trying to sleep. To further my point about service not being up to standard we asked for additional pillows the 2nd night but were told the maids have gone home and only they can provide additional pillows so wait until next morning.

Aside from that it's location to arneal beach is great and the breakfast was lovely with a huge choice. Parking was sometimes an issue to find close by. We had to end up parking a 5 mins walk away from the hotel most of the time but it was free on the streets around the hotel. There are shops few mins walk from the hotel which generally sell everything you would need.

I have nothing bad to say about indico hotel! It was clean, food was decent, location was probably the most unappealing part, as it was far from both center, and cost 21 Euro to the airport... but overall very satisfied with my stay.

If you're looking to hang around a bunch of insanely drunk Germans, this is your place. Overall the hotel is decent. Odd that the bathroom door is see through in the room though. Air conditioning did not work at all, requiring us to leave the patio door open all night to the frequent yells of drunk Germans marching by. Jaaaaaaaa! Nice pool area with a piano player in the evening. If you're German and here to party, this is your spot.

Die 3 Sterne gibt es für das wirklich sehr bequeme Bett und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und gesamten Hotels sowie die Freundlichkeit. Soweit zu den schönen Dingen. Nun zu den weniger Guten: Beim Frühstück war das Personal überfordert und gerade wenn die Auswahl nicht so groß ist sollten fehlende Dinge schnell nachgefüllt werden, z. B. Wurst. Tassen waren auch oft keine da. Das ein Pfand verlangt wird für Badetücher ist auch ok aber nicht, daß der Austausch mit EUR 3,50 berechnet wird. Das Zimmer ist leider so klein, daß noch nicht einmal Platz ist, wo man einen Koffer ablegen kann um sich daraus zu bedienen. Es ist auch eine schöne Dachterrasse vorhanden, die aber leider wegen der nur minimalen Möglichkeiten der Schattenspende nur begrenzt nutzbar ist. Ebenfalls störend ist, daß trotz des angehängten Schildes \"Bitte nicht stören\" nach einem kurzen Klopfen ins Zimmer geschaut wird. Also ich denke ich werde nicht noch einmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Un quiero y no puedo

Definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel si pretendes descansar. Lamentablemente solo está lleno de turismo de borrachera, al menos los fines de semana. Estuvimos alojados 6 noches y dormir fue complicado en 3 de ellas. Jóvenes borrachos cantando, gritando y molestando de madrugada
De no ser por los inquilinos que aloja, este hotel sería muy bueno. Es moderno, nuevo, con una decoración muy original y unas instalaciones más que correctas.
El desayuno buffet con muchísima variedad, now gustó mucho
Nos alojamos justo el mismo día que abrieron la temporada y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (ni funcionó en todo el hotel durante toda nuestra estancia). La nueva habitación que nos dieron tenía las luces principales estropeadas y el wc soltando agua a saber desde cuándo. Afortunadamente al día siguiente enviaron a personal de mantenimiento para solucionarlo
A destacar la profesionalidad y simpatía de la limpiadora :)
En resumen: solo volvería a este hotel si la política de turismo de borrachera que tienen en la zona cambiase

The room was dirty when we arrived - hair and old food left behind. It was only cleaned up on the 3rd day of our stay. One of legs of the bed was broken but was fixed the following day. Staff was friendly. Extremely noisy but great location if you are not planning to spend much time at the hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und edel. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl war groß.
Man war in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß am Megapark und am Bierkönig, und in nur wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ein Lidl war auch sehr nah am Hotel.

Séjour de 7 jours et 6 nuits incroyable dans cet hotel 4 étoiles bien méritées ! Personnel adorable et accueillant, hotel propre et moderne, 2 piscines extérieures et une très bonne ambiance. Pas d’enfant donc top pour être tranquille en couple ou en amis ! Merci aux personnels de leur accueil. Je recommande cet endroit à 100%

El mejor hotel de playa de palma !

Queremos agradecer a indico rock el maravilloso día y noche que nos hicieron pasar allí , también como no, queríamos agradecer a Yliana por el trato recibido , de verdad , nadie nos ha tratado tan bien en unas vacaciones como lo hizo ella ... Siempre atenta y siempre alegre !!! No tardaremos en volver, hasta pronto!!

Hotel pensado para alemanes de fiesta

Al ser solo adultos, mucho niñato de fiesta y borrachos todo el día. Con la musica alta todo el día en los balcones y fumando cachimbas ( no entiendo en época covid) estaría de moda porque había muchas.
No conseguí coger el wifi gratis del hotel.
Por las noches de fiesta, ruidos y música.
El buffet todas las noches lo mismo, poca variedad y calidad.
El barrio es peligrosillo, no te aconsejan ir a la playa andando de noche.
La azotea terraza, subí dos noches a las 9 y ya estaba cerrada.
Había ofertas de 2 botella de freixenet y una cama balinesa por 90 €!!!! Precios para alemanes!! Las bebidas del buffet al mismo nivel de precio.
Hotel pensado por y para alemanes.
La limpiadora dejó la puerta del balcón abierta, suerte que no entraron en la habitación estando todo el día fuera.

Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht, aber bei Anreise war keine Suite verfügbar also wurde ich in ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht für die erste Nacht. An Schallisolierung hat das HOTEL nichts zu bieten so das man seine besoffenen 2-Zimmer-weiter-Nachbarn nachts halb 2 gröhlend Partymachend auf den Balkon hört als ständen Sie im Zimmer. Auch findet man in den Nachtisch Schränken angebrochene Kondom Packungen was mich an der Reinigung zweifeln lässt sowie kippen und alte Handtücher wenn man vom Balkon nach unten schaut (Zimmer 614).

Am 2 Tag bekam ich meine Suite Zimmer 524 welche leider Corona bedingt nicht der Austattung entspricht wie auf den Bildern und auch musste nachgereicht werden auch hier fehlte die Schalisolation so das man 2 Uhr nachts seine schreienden besoffenen Nachbarn vom Balkon aus Zimmer 521 und 522 hört und an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist…..

Le personnel est top mais n’est malheureusement pas assez stricts avec les personnes qui se permettent de faire du boucan sous alcool jusqu’à pas d’heures. Les murs des chambres sont très fins. On peut entendre la porte d’une chambre voisine s’ouvrir ou se fermer.
Sous prétexte que ce soit un hôtel interdit au moins de 18 ans, les personnes se permettent de faire n’importe quoi à n’importe quelle heure.

Ich war enttäuscht ☹️

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Leider hatte ich nur ein Einzelzimmer. Diese sind schon ziemlich klein. Das Bad ebenfalls und die Badtür lies sich ganz öffnen fa sie am Boden auflag. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist so lala. Alles in allem habe ich mir nach der Beschreibung im Netz und den Bildern wesentlich mehr erhofft. Morgens um 09:30 Uhr steht die Bar noch mit schmutzigen Gläsern vom Vorabend.

Notre séjour a été vraiment décevant par cet hôtel. Les photos qu’on nous fournis ne sont pas du tout identique à la réalité. Vraiment une grosse déception des l’arrivée. Si vous ne choisissez pas vue sur la mer vous aurez une vue face aux quartiers.
Je trouve aussi scandaleux que nous devons payer 100€ pour se poser sur les lits balinais au bord de la piscine alors qu’il n’y a pas assez de transats pour tout le monde. Cet hôtel s’inflige un style luxueux alors qu’il n’y a rien de luxueux.
La cafétéria est infecte.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel qui est vraiment FAUX

Rentabilité Vs sécurité sanitaire

Les îles baléares sont en train de vivre une 2ème vague au niveau du COVID.

Cela ne m'étonnes pas quand j'ai vu la manière dont la majorité des jeunes présents à l'hôtel se comportaient. Pas de masque dans les espaces communs et les ascenseurs.

Quand j'en ai fait la remarque aux membres du personnel et au manager de l'hôtel, j'ai eu comme seule réponse \"les clients ont signés une charte ou ils s'engageaient à respecter les consignes sanitaires\".

Mais à AUCUN moment je n'ai vu un membre du personnel faire une remarque à un client ne portant pas le masque.

Le pire, pendant que je discutais avec un membre du personnel, deux clients sont passés sans masque, et c'est moi-même qui ai du faire une remarque.

Ce qui a provoqué la colère et une agressivité de ces 2 personnes envers moi. Et le membre du personnel présent ne m'a nullement soutenu et/ou défendu.

En gros cet hôtel privilégie la rentabilité au détriment de la sécurité de ses clients respectueux des règles au vue de la situation sanitaire actuelle.

Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer für kalte Getränke.
Leider waren viele Möbelstücke / Badezimmer schon arg abgewohnt.

Bei Ankunft morgens um 9:30h war unser Zimmer bereits bezugsfertig, man wollte es uns aber lediglich gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 30 Euro überlassen. Das ist Abzocke und keine Gastfreundschaft!

Das Hotel war super modern eingerichtet. Die beiden Pools, besonders der Pool auf der Dachterasse, waren ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis zum Strand (B03) sind es ca 8 min Fußweg. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der gleichen Straße.

Das Essen war echt für Mallorca sehr gut. Aber es wurde nachts zwei Mal versucht in unser Zimmer einzubrechen. Zwei Mal wurde versucht die Tür mit einer anderen Karte zu öffnen. In den Zimmern hört man wirklich jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Sowohl links und auch rechts . Mit schlafen ist leider nicht viel. Die Putzfrauen fangen morgens um sieben Uhr an so einen lauten Krach zu machen das um sieben Uhr leider die Nacht vorbei ist

Da das Hotel direkt in El Arenal nur wenige Meter vom Bierkönig, MegaPark etc. liegt, besteht ein Großteil der Gäste hier zwangsweise aus feierwütigen Partytouristen. Dem muss man sich bewusst sein und das Hotel im Vorhinein garnicht in die engere Wahl ziehen, sofern man sowas nicht haben möchte. Auf jeden Fall kam öfters vor, das Leute auch spät nachts gröhlend und laut durch den Hotelflur poltern oder die Mallorca-Party-Musik laut im Zimmer aufgedreht wird.
Das Zimmer an sich war schön eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Was mir absolut nicht gefallen hat waren zwei Dinge: 1.) Das man für die Benutzung des Safe 4 Euro am Tag bezahlen muss (in welchem Hotel gibt es heute so etwas noch) und 2.) Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen. Ich hatte Halbpension gebucht und daher im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Allerdings fand ich die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen minderwertig und der Preisklasse des Hotels nicht angemessen!

Cooles modernes Hotel für junge Leute, die Party in Mallorca machen. Modernes Hotel, stylish toll. Alles perfekt auch Pool, Bar etc. Morgenessen war sehr gut. Nachtessen kein kulinarisches Highlight, aber für junge Leute ok, gutes Buffet. Tolle Leute und Bedienung.

Gutes Hotel mit nettem Personal und sehr sauberen und einladenden Poolbereichen. Überall wird man von Musik begleitet, die allerdings nicht aufdringlich ist. Man kann zwischen zwei Pools wählen:
Im EG findet man den ruhigeren Pool und wer es etwas aufregender möchte kann auf der Dachterrasse bei lauterer Musik und Cocktails den Tag verbringen. Das Essen (Frühstück- und Abendbuffet) war in Ordnung.

Nachdem unsere Zimmerkarten vom Rezeptionsmittarbeiter falsch Programmiert wurden, und wir abends ins Hotel gingen und unsere Zimmernummer vergasen versuchten wir in unserem Stockwerk, wo an welcher Tür unsere Zimmerkarte passte. In diesem Zimmer legten wir uns nach einem langen Tag ins Bett! Später stellte sich heraus, dass dies nicht unser Zimmer war und der Hotelmitarbeiter beschuldigte uns trotz der falsch programierten Zimmerschlüssel. Er begleitete uns zusammen mit einem sehr aggresiven Security, welche durchaus gewaltbereit war aus dem Hotel. Die rechtfertigung und tatsache, dass die Schlüssel falsch programiert wurden interessierte den Rezeptionsmitarbeiter nicht. Wir mussten uns also eine neue Unterkunft in Palma suchen. Es ist High-Season am Ballerman zu dieser Zeit! Nach längeren Gesprächen mit Expedia waren auch diese nicht bereit, uns als Gäst ein dieser Situation zu unterstützen. Das Geld gab es natürlcih auch nicht zurück. Sogar das Frühstück, welches ja garnicht in Anspruch genommen wurde, wurde voll berechnet. In dieser Situation sieht mann eindeutig, dass es auch Expedia lieber ist die 18% Provision mit dem Hotel abzurechnen als die Gedanken der Gäste ernst zu nehmen und zusammen eine lösung zu finden! Die sauberste Lösung wäre gewesen, wenn das Hotel einfach unsere Zimmerkarten neu programmiert hätte und uns in die dafür gebuchten Zimmer gelassen hätte! Das dies kein einzelfall ist versteht mann erst wenn mann sich die Google Bewertungen anschaut!

El hotel es muy nuevo, las habitaciones son estupendas, la piscina del hotel está abierta hasta muy tarde. Los trabajadores eran muy agradables.

No me gusto el horario de las comidas, sobre todo la cena, que acababa a las 21:30, el de bar de la piscina, que a las 18 ya no te servían nada.

Era molesto que tuviesen puesto música en el exterior del hotel hasta las 2 de la mañana, si querías dormir antes era complicado con tanto ruido.

Pero en general el hotel me ha gustado mucho.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub an der Playa de Palma

Wir hatten in diesem Hotel einen sehr entspannten Urlaub an der Playa del Palma. Bis zum Strand ist es fußläufig auch nicht sehr weit. Das Hotel selbst ist neben dem Pool auch mit einer sehr schönen Dachterasse ausgestattet, welche ebenfalls einen kleinen Pool zum erfrischen aufbietet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.
