Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel HM Ayron Park! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly relaxing — the perfect adults-only escape. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the amenities created such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still calm and serene. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca — truly a 5-star experience!

This stay in Mallorca was very special for us, as it was our first time on the island and also a birthday trip for me. We truly appreciated the kind birthday attention from the hotel — it was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable.

The hotel is beautiful, with a well-maintained territory and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent — very tasty, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to choose from.

On the downside, the pool water was not heated and quite cold, which made swimming uncomfortable. Also, the shower area was not very practical — only a curtain, so water splashed everywhere and flooded the bathroom.

Overall, despite these small drawbacks, we had a wonderful experience and many great memories from our first visit to Mallorca.

Not much amenities in the room, had to ask for a iron and ironing board which took ages to bring up (an hour if not longer)
Poorly thought out layout in the bathroom, door stopper right by the toilet so bashed my foot into that nearly everytime I used the toilet.
Bar and outside pool area nice, balcony in room very nice which was just as well, there was a distinct smell like drains which wafted through constantly.

We stayed at HM Ayron Park in September 2025 after seeing its 5-star hotel, bit felt more like a 3.5-4 star. Ill talk about the pros and cons.

We rented a car and were able to pull into the hotel lot to unload before checking in. Parking is €15 per day, or you can easily find free street parking nearby. At check-in, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or water — a nice touch.

Our room was spacious with a large balcony perfect for sunset views. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely at sunset, and the resort also has two other nice pools. The property is large and offers optional breakfast or all-inclusive dinner for extra charge

We booked a king room but received two single beds pushed together with separate blankets so we basically spet apart. The mattress was quite firm, though the pillows were soft and comfortable. They provide 2 glass water bottles for the first night, but no refills after that. It would’ve been nice if that was mentioned, I came down late one night for water and was told to buy from the vending machine, which was pricey. Thankfully, there’s a supermarket right across the street, stock up before it closes!

The spa area was very nice with a warm pool, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, and gym.

The odd part was checkout we were told to go walk our own luggage to the storage room with no attendant or ticket system. They do lock & unlock the door as needed but someone can easily accidentally take another persons luggage.

My close friend and I stayed at this property for three nights, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. We each had our own room, which was lucky – because the showers were very small. We had both assumed that having a double bed would mean a decent-sized shower, but to our surprise, they were cramped and uncomfortable. If we’d been sharing a room, it would’ve been even worse.

Another issue was the lifts. There are only two very small lifts for the entire hotel, which made it difficult to move around, especially during busy times.

The main reason we’re giving such a low rating is the poor service. The reception staff didn’t clearly explain important information at check-in – for example, the spa opening hours or whether there was an extra charge to use the beds at the rooftop bar. We had to find all this out ourselves.

Service in general was slow and inattentive. At the bar, we waited for over an hour before anyone came over to offer us a drink. As for the rooftop bar, it was disappointing to see that they were trying to charge guests for using beds, even though the hotel was almost empty and it didn’t look like any of the beds were booked that day.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel reviews its processes and provides proper training for staff. Employees should be encouraged to go above and beyond for their guests, and simple things like being friendly and smiling can make a big difference.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das von Anfang an für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt hat.

Die Anlage ist modern und top gepflegt, das gesamte Hotel ist durchweg sehr sauber – vom Zimmer bis hin zu den öffentlichen Bereichen. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und mit einem tollen Blick – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Ein besonderes Highlight waren die mehreren, wunderschön gestalteten Pools, die nie überfüllt waren und zum Entspannen geradezu einluden.

Wer auf der Suche nach einem modernen, sauberen und gleichzeitig charmanten Hotel mit erstklassigem Service ist, ist hier genau richtig.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hotel was GORGEOUS. Modern and luxurious. Rooms were great, pet peeve we booked an apartment and it was advertised as a double bed, however we got two single beds on wheels which was an absolute nightmare during the night. Cleanliness was top level. Buffett for breakfast and dinner was average. Amenities and facilities were great can’t fault them. Staff were hit and miss some very friendly and some standoffish and rude. Very close to the beach which is great. Would’ve expected 5* hotel to at least take us to the room when we first checked in, just got given directions, luckily the gentlemen standing at the door offered to take our luggage and showed us there. Also wouldve expected a show of the hotel, explaining where buffet was, where all the pools are located, where to get towels etc. For a 5* hotel these things are expected. Overall was a lovely stay as hotel itself was gorgeous

We had a double room with a balcony. The room was very comfortable. Mini fridge had an assortment of drinks available at a set price. Patio doors led to the balcony with a nice view of the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Separate large shower room was useful. The pool area was comfortable with a shaded area if you were too hot. Also plenty of beds and outdoor towels courtesy of the hotel. Everywhere was very clean and tidy and all the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The apartment that I stayed in was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The staff at reception need much better training in how to communicate with customers. Two of them were quite passive aggressive and one (their manager) spoke extremely loudly on the phone (which the others were not doing) and had zero consideration for the guests sitting in the lobby area. One girl at reception whose name I believe is Adela, was very nice and professional and was helpful. The others need to learn how to not be defensive, rude, passive aggressive, or simply trying to avoid work!

Reception:Checked in and the team i met that time was good and friendly. Afternoon team was not friendly.Room: Amenties were very good but A/C not working.it was 26oC inside and when complaint reception team asked me to leave the balcony door open n sleep which is not safe when your room is in ground floor.They also said we will send maintenance guys around to check and all they did was leave the door open.This will not be a service at 5 star hotel and coffee pods to be replenished everyday and shouldn’t be chargeable for a 5 star property.
Food: was ok. Lady who served at the grill during dinner was excellent but b/f time Omelette bad as it was burnt and over cooked.

Had issues checking in- they gave us the hotel key to an already occupied room… we stumbled into a couple who thankfully weee awake and fully clothed!!! We had a lovely stay. Beautiful newly renovated and clean room. All of the amenities were lovely; multiple pool options which we especially loved the rooftop, the spa was lovely and peaceful. We went off season (November) and it was very quiet which was what we wanted. The beach side food trucks and roof top bar were not open off season.

few minor niggles though:
1) a five star hotel should mob the tile floors in room each day feet were very dirty when walking barefoot had to wear the free slippers.
2) a five star hotel should clean the cups and glasses used by the guests each day
3) a five star hotel should replenish tea bags toiletries etc each day when used

The staff is very friendly! But for me it isn’t a 5* Hotel - max 4*. The bathroom is not clean in the corners, the furniture has heavy signs of use. The bed is confortable as well as the pillows. The food is good espacially the breakfast! A big minus - we had the room where the sun is shining all day through the window and therefore it was to hot in the room as the air conditioner was not working due to the regulation of the hotel!

Terrible experience from the start. The hotel is NOT 5*. There is only ONE lift for the whole hotel. Wait time 10 minutes for a lift which shakes and does cracking noises. In bad need of maintenance. Staff has attitude when you point out something to them that you’re not happy with. Outdated decor in rooms and cleanliness was bad. Dinner was disgusting and there was meat in minestrone soup without labels. I’m vegetarian. Avoid.

Hotel facilities were amazing especially the pools - great for families. The staff at the reception were hit and miss. We arrived early and whilst our room was ready, they wouldn’t let us check in until the official time. Surrounding area is not for families - lots of drunk German tourists which spoil the area and quite a distance to Old Town Palma which has the nicer authentic Spanish restaurants - 30mins by public bus or 30 euros by cab. Whilst the resort itself is great, would chose a different area in Mallorca next time purely on surrounding area.

Really great service and nice staff. Everything was well organized and even when we had a problem it was resolved quickly and professionally. The food is really very very good. Multiple selections of fresh fish and meat every evening and breakfast was more than you could ask for. We even asked for an extension to our room and the staff went out of their way to assist us with our request. The beach is close about 1 minute walk and the swimming pools are modern and great with waiter/waitress service. Internet was also very relatable and fast. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Mallorca.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast selection was good but could be better with quality of food. Rooms were nice and clean, however the beds were singles joined together, which wasn't ideal for couples, and the beds were a little hard. No minibar in room, other than receiving water on arrival of 3 bottles. The pools are nice and clean. The service from the bar is good. With so many pools, but only smoking is at the front of the hotel or the car park.

Never again this hotel!

Complete disaster situation at the pool. Management is maximizing profit with short time view. Too many guests for the available amount of seats. Especially on Sunday they are selling day pass tickets for external guests. This leads to situation as e.g. on China with people laying on the ground.
Furthermore around 30% of the seats you have to pay daily fee if you want, which is insane for a “5 star hotel”.
Another issue, the pool is opening at 10 o’clock, so before that you are not allowed to enter or swim, if you do, you will be immediately kicked out.

The elder lifeguard at the pool is acting bouncer and tries to scary everyone in order get respect. I would recommend to replace this guy asap.

The younger lifeguard is exceptional, he saved our days, always friendly to people with right attitude!

Stuff at the reception with management is completely clueless about their job. I am not sure if they know what they are doing there and how to add value.

During our 10 days stay, bed sheets weren’t replaced, which is completely not acceptable for “5 star” hotel.

Stuff at the restaurant is very good and friendly. Food is as well very good. Good mix and variation every morning and evening.

Overall, is a 3 Star hotel. As a recommendation, replacement of management with correct customer focus will improve a lot. Situation at the pool can be solved as well very easy, let the people start cleaning earlier and buy bit more beds + rearrange.

This hotel was absolutely great. Had ?6 pools I believe including a roof top one and an indoor spa (including sauna and Turkish bath). It was incredibly relaxing, the staff were friendly, the food was really nice. Would definitely stay again. Only con is there wasn't a lot going on around the hotel.. bit of a boring area, but it's an easy bus trip to Palma so no big deal really. Plus we were here in March so maybe it's a seasonal thing. Really enjoyed my stay!

This hotel room had a horrible order, they came and sprayed it it’s still smelled like sewer dead something. Also the AC was shut off because it’s October but it was still 80° outside during the day and at night it was still pretty warm. When I called to complain, they told me to open the window. it’s a busy street with cars passing all night long worst experience ever

Enjoyed my stay at the HM Ayron. Overall, the hotel has great amenities (great hotel gym!), friendly staff, good food and is clean. I would recommend staying here as fantastic value for your money. The only hiccup/frustration was long waits for the lifts!

Nice hotel with one serious problem

Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms and nice facilities. However the biggest issue is that the rooms are not well insulated against noise so you hear everything outside your room and even from the room next door, I could literally hear the people next door speaking! If this doesn’t bother you then you’ll love this hotel, but for me it was not a great experience

Not 5 Star!

This resort is a 3 star with adornment. The cheap pine IKEA units in the bedrooms say it all, the furniture is all bolted down to cater for groups of single sex parties looking for a more modern holiday. Our party of 4 booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, we arrived on the first night at midnight to a stag party and numerous youngsters all smoking outside in skimpy outfits, and we left after 1 night. The price was cheap and so was the entire hotel! If you are expecting a 5 star do not check in here- we moved on to Zoetry resort instead which was lovely and deserved every one of its 5 stars. I reported to front desk the issues they had on site which included chipped and rusty furniture, cheap plastic panelling in showers instead of tiling (even the silicone trim to the plastic panelling was brown!) and rusty furniture on site.

Great hotel, recently renovated. Nice and neat rooms, stunning public areas and a great team. A coffee and tea station in the room would be an appreciated extra. Service was superb from check in to check out. Outstanding breakfast and well executed COVID safety measures. Well done!

Indifferent service.

Wow.
Guy on front desk was having a bad day.
He ended up ripping the security page (the only one you need) on my passport.
For no reason other that he was annoyed at other guests, he ripped off a tag on the reverse which created holes. No need to remove it in the first place. I may now have to replace my passport due to this.
I work in service and this was very much lower end on standards afforded to me and my partner. Not impressed.

Room was very clean, comfortable and morning reception staff very friendly.

The area is full of people enjoying themselves and can be quite drunk. Be mindful of this.

Was not the hotel that I had rented.

Booked this hotel because of the quality features. But it appeared that I actually had been booked for a room in another hotel close by, in a room that was not at all a nice one like the one I should have gotten. It wasn't a coincidence, because there were several more people with the same experience the night I arrived. We all were immediately directed to the other place.

Pool is tiny and food was a bit of a let down.
But overall OK.
