The welcome from Mohamed reassured us that we are in a good hotel.
All the staff are very courteous and will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
My husband had issue with his computer they spent hours on end to fix it
Hotel is very clean, great food of high quality. We had room 515 with a terrace that is above the room and get fantastic views, there is a shower on the roof too.

I had a large and beautiful suite with a huge balcony and a nice view. The unit was spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to carry out my requests, including printing out some documents for me. There is a beautiful electric grand piano in the lobby that guests can play, and I took advantage of that. The breakfast included an omelette station, and there were plenty of gluten-free and healthy options. The whole place had a really relaxed feeling, and I was able to decompress for the first time on this trip. There is a gym and also a spa with a whirlpool; I didn't get a chance to use the latter, but it looked beautiful. The hotel is a little far from Palma, but I discovered that there is a bus just steps from the hotel, or you can take a taxi or Uber. I was able to do two day trips with bus and Uber, one to Palma and then Valdemossa, and the other to Soller / Port Soller, on the vintage train that starts in Palma. Although I was there in off-season, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

The hotel & staff were amazing. Loved it it was more couples, families with older kids. Surrounding area is very busy, large party crowds and nearby bars make it sometimes loud in the middle of the night.

On the last days there was a rowdy party crowd at our hotel and the staff didn't seem to know how to handle this aside from selling them more alcohol. Not a place for light sleepers :-) A lovely time by the pool depending if your there the same week as a party crowd at the hotel.

The hotel was fabulous itself and the staff was so nice. The view from our suite was incredible, housekeeping went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable for us. Food on site was great we ate 3 dinners there and breakfast was included it was everything you could want.

Now for the good to know:
The area is a lot of partyers even tho they say it’s soundproof the rooms it’s not. We never felt unsafe and I ran every morning but it’s a lot of drunks

There is a disco club right next to the hotel. They were partying til 5am, they stop at 5am. I couldn't sleep. Dont stay here if you want it quiet.

This was our first time to Palma and we received a most warm welcome at the front desk and we would like to commend and thank Sr.Jesus for giving us a lasting memorable impression. We fell in love with this hotel from the moment we walked in, it is absolutely pristine clean both outside and inside. We had an ocean view suite, the room was nicely prepared as well we were given champagne for our wedding anniversary courtesy of the hotel staff and the view overlooking the beach and ocean was stunning. This hotel is in a great location only 12 minutes from the airport. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was very fresh. This hotel promised to uphold its reputation of making us feel right at home and that is exactly what they did for us during our 6 night stay. We will never forget the hard working staff who went above and beyond for us at all times, the customer service here is above excellent. The following staff members deserve the highest commendation for providing unforgettable first class service: Sr.Jesus, Fernando, Estafania, Juan, Trini, Ahmad, Marketa, Bernardo, Karen, Alejandro, Adela, Ramon, Antonia and to all the men and women working very hard behind the scenes to make MySeaHouse Flamingo a spectacular hotel, you have our gratitude and very best regards. My Seahouse Hotel Flamigo is very quaint, extremely clean and has all the amenities needed when on vacation. The buffet breakfast was a delicious way to start the day. The downside to staying here is the neighborhood. It feels seedy with topless clubs and tattoo parlors on every block. Went for a walk on the beach and there was a used hypodermic needle in the sand.

Outstanding mini vacation

This stay was amazing. I booked last minute and got an upgrade to a fifth floor room facing the ocean. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. That were different themes for the food every night. Breakfast was abundant. For breakfast as well as for dinner order freshly made food right there. The massage therapist excellent. I rented a bicycle down the street and was able to leave it at the hotel bike storage over night.
Please keep in mind that I want in February. This hotel is in the zone where people get super drunk during summer.
Also, please note that the rooms will appear small for American travelers.

My few issues; the bed was horrible. Two twin mattresses shoved together. No place to have a cigarette. They make you stand in a tiny stair case. Spending a lot of money to stay there, would be nice if I could have a cigarette in an actual chair by the pool with my coffee!

Just got back from a stay at this hotel and thought I'd share my thoughts.

Just stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. Place looks nice - clean with chill vibes. Check-in was smooth, though you pay tax upfront.

Room was solid - comfy bed, good AC, big shower, and handy stuff like a kettle and fridge. There's a balcony, but view's nothing special. It can get noisy, but that's mostly 'cause it's on a lively beach.

Location's great if you're after a beach holiday. Lots of German and Dutch tourists around.

There's a main pool, but heads up - it closes at 6:30 PM, which is kinda early. There's a smaller pool on the first level if you're desperate for a late dip. Gym's decent too.

Staff were awesome, especially Amad at the front desk. My flight was late, and he sorted out food for me. Legend!

Food and drinks were good, plenty of choices.

Pro tip for your last day: they've got luggage storage and a free shower after check-out. Lifesaver if you've got a late flight!

Overall, had a relaxing time. Not perfect, but comfy rooms, helpful staff, and good location make it a solid choice for a chilled beach holiday. Just get your pool time in early!

Oh, and special mention to the staff - really helpful. Made sure I had food when I arrived late due to a delayed flight. Great service!

A spotlessly clean hotel with superb food and drink options in the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay here. I will just say that we were surprised to find that the shower in each room is just a glass cubicle in the room rather than in a bathroom. Fine if you’re a couple but not so much if friends. Resolved by having to take in turns to be on balcony whilst other showers. Hotel very quick transfer from the airport and only a 25 min bus journey into Palma. Local beach is a short walk across the street and plenty of loungers and shades to hire. The only down side is it is quite noisy area with large groups of youths as not far from popular German nightclub. You can however just walk a little further along the beach to find a quieter spot. All in all a lovely stay and sure we will return.

This hotel has many strengths and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The strength of this hotel is by far the amazing staff - EVERYONE was so pleasant and helpful and spoke every language - made us really feel at home. The hotel amenities and cleanliness is wonderful, the bkft and pool are great. The beach is a short walk although average compared to many beaches in Mallorca. One thing we wish we had known is this is a spot that is primarily visited by young German people who drink and party outside all day. If that’s not your vibe, stay in Palma. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. I stay in hotels all the time and I’ve never experienced such rude workers. Even the supervisor was super rude. The hotel is very danky and old, bed is as hard as a rock, I would’ve been better off sleeping on the floor then that bed. Hotels don’t make or break a trip for me but this place ruined my vacation. I highly recommend staying somewhere else. Not to mention there is a bar open until 5am blasting music shaking my room during my entire stay

If you party, and want comfort- this is your spot

This is a great hotel-
Unfortunately it is right in the middle of a VERY busy beach. The noise level is INSANE at night-
If you are looking to relax- you just can't stay in this area of Majorca. If you want to party, and I mean party, this is the exact spot you want to be in.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely and helpful the food is good, and the common areas (pool/spa/lobby) are great!!!

Disappointing/Hospitality Not a Priority

We stayed there in July for our honeymoon, and we expected the hotel to be an oasis for us. What we experienced actually had us trying to leave the hotel as much as possible because it was extremely negative right from when we first checked in. We were checked in by Jesus, a surly man that was not very pleasant. Not one of the staff asked us if we even needed help with our bags. When we arrived in our room there was a strong chemical odor in it like a paint thinner - we both noticed it and immediately went out on the balcony to get fresh air. We had been in the room for about 5 minutes when the front desk called to report that a fire alarm had been reported from our room. An employee confirmed that the fire alarm was set off by the fumes from the cleaning chemicals that the service folks used. We paid for the most expensive suite the hotel had, and given that fact we wanted to switch our room to another one that was comparable due to the incredibly strong odor. When we asked the employees at the front desk if switching rooms was possible, they requested that we open our balcony doors to ventilate and wait a night until the smell dissipated. The staff at the front desk always seemed annoyed/completely ignorant with us if we asked a simple question like how much we should expect to pay for for a taxi to downtown Palma.They made every conversation extremely difficult and uncomfortable, and at about day 3 we realized that this was the worst hotel service we had ever experienced.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing!!! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they saved dinner for us when we arrived after the kitchen closed, helped us to get taxis when needed, provided suggestions on places to eat/explore and were very attentive the entire time. The hotel is gorgeous, we really loved the amenities provided and would absolutely stay here again. The only thing we wish we had known was about El Arenal/Playa de Palma this time of year; we visited in July over a weekend and discovered it is like the teenage Dutch/German party strip. It was very rowdy with lots of drinking, which wasn’t really what we were looking for, but still a very enjoyable time as it was restful by the pool and the rooms were very quiet even though kids were partying until 4am. Once Monday rolled around, everything calmed down, which would have been the pace we were looking for. Next time - we will definitely come during the week if we plan a summer time trip :) Thank you Myseahouse for an amazing time!!!!

The breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing. Literally so worth to go half board as the food is really good and high standard. The rooms are in a good condition but they are quite small.
Very helpful staff and the security gives you extra confidence that no inappropriate people go into the property. There is a lot of noise from the street and other rooms which if you’re a light sleeper will be a problem.

Only down side was in July large groups of young German tourists are out on 24 hour binges and are very load walking past the hotel all day and night a lot with mega phones just so they can be loader still. Absolutely sensational facilities and service. From the second we arrived it was bliss. A glass of champagne on arrival and an early check in as our flight got in earlier than expected. Gorgeous and uninterrupted beach views from the room. Everything new and clean. We were even spoilt with chocolates and a bottle of champagne on the house as we were celebrating our anniversary. Near the hot spots and the pool is great. Staff service brilliant, they’ll cater to every need! And the buffet breakfast is great. No faults!

j'ai fait l'erreur de me fier au site internet de l'hotel pour planifier des vacances reposantes... l'hotel est vraiment impeccable mais l'emplacement est absolument horrible. J'avais pris une suite avec vue sur la mer: il m'a été impossible d'ouvrir la porte patio ou de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour la nuit car des allemands faisaient la fête et hurlaient jusqu'à 5h00 du matin. J'ai bien appris sur cette partie de Mallorca et je ne retournerai plus jamais.

The hotel itself was probably one of the best in the area, but that was half the problem. It’s the equivalent of a ‘German Magaluf’ with dodgey neon-lit bars and tacky old 90’s strip clubs.
Food was ok for a buffet, nothing outstanding, and the servers could be a bit moody. Decor of the hotel was very pleasant and the beds comfortable, but I would never go back to that part of the island again.

This is a beautiful hotel, which is actually better than the photographs portray. The location is perfect for gorgeous sunsets, and our particular favourite, falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves. The food was of a high standard, and you really are spoilt for choice at breakfast in particular, with omelettes and pancakes readily available and made to order.

I took a lot of photos of the hotel itself because the attention to design detail is so good. The fresh, clean colours and very comfortable furnishings make you relax and want to linger longer. The service provided by all the staff members we met, was impeccable.

What doesn't get a lot of mentions is that the hotel rents out bicycles to guests, and the road between the hotel and the beach is only open to emergency vehicles, so you can ride for miles along the beachfront. If only we'd had more time.

Beautiful hotel by the bech

On arrival the hotel were very welcoming. We initially had an issue with our air conditioning but this was sorted out by Sophia who was really helpful. Despite the amount of people leaving the bars and clubs nearby you feel completely sheltered from everything in the hotel and there are some fabulous restaurants very close by which we enjoyed.

Excellent hotel, food and lovely friendly staff.

Had really nice time but hotel is in a very busy, noisy drinkers area but beautifully placed on seafront. People party 24/7 but can’t hear in room other than if people come back through corridors. Clientele mainly middle aged . A calm oasis amongst a very busy place during high season probably quieter after August

My husband and I have just returned home from a 5 night stay at this hotel. The hotel, facilities and staff were excellent. The location was not! This hotel is situated on the sea front of what can only be described asTHE NOISIEST, BUSIEST RESORT we have every visited. We were the only English guests at the hotel (not an issue) but the resort is obviously the German hen and stag party go to place. The hotel is situated between huge drinking, night club (starting at 5pm) warehouses, which have booming music, and the holiday makers buy their alcohol by the bucket, and urinate in the street (this we witnessed).
The hotel itself was very clean and well run, and the majority of staff very friendly, we were however, \"told off\" twice for having a bottle of shop brought water with us whilst lying by the pool! The towels in the room were very small and of poor quality, and the 2 single beds with single bed linen pushed together, (and kept moving apart as not secured) were not ideal as s double bed. We also had to request more toiletries and tea/coffee in the room as the maid did not automatically replenish these.
Overall a nice stay in a good hotel (food excellent), but peaceful and restful it was not!!!

Myseahouse Hotel Flamingo - Palma Beach

No problems with the hotel it was clean and tidy, two pools one inside (small) including a sauna and steam room which was well kept, and also a pool outside which had loungers to relax on. The food was good, breakfast was very good and had a good choice. Could't fault the staff they were very helpful when required. The local area was full of tourist type shops but there was a very good bus service into Palma which has some good restaurants,bars and shops.

A Beautiful Modern Seaside Hotel

Our stay at Myseahouse Hotel Flamingo in early April was limited to only one night and solely for
convenience to the airport. It exceeded our expectations in all categories. It is modern, clean, excellent food, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. I had to inquire about the significance of the adults only classification. I learned the restriction was to eliminate many of the problems of underage drinkers at this beach resort area during the very busy summer months.

Refurbished friendly hotel with excellent service

Lovely clean, fresh feeling hotel with very nice pool and spa area. Staff very helpful. Buffet very tasty and varied. Room modern and spacious. If you can pay bit extra for sea view. Would recommend.

A lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent and tried hard to assist in any needs. Access to spa and gym is wonderful. The rooms are beautifully furnished (but no kettle!) and feels very luxurious. Food is good, especially the food cooked fresh in front of you (sirloin steak/pancakes in the morning) but there are few vegetarian options and it can get repetitive after awhile. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff

This is an excellent hotel in a great location.
The decor and finish of the hotel and rooms are very comfortable and tasteful.
The hotel staff were pleasant and always happy and helpful. Great food selection at breakfast and lunch.
The pool area is well kept and was lovely and quiet at the time of our visit. During cooler days were used the hotel spa which was a lovely option.
10 min taxi journey from the airport and good bus links into Palma centre for sightseeing visits and shopping.
Overall a lovely experience and we would be happy to visit the hotel again.

Home away from home by the sea

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. It’s mode n bright airy and very stylish. Nice calm ambiance, food great and staff service very good too. Not too far from airport. Only 1.50€ one way on the 15 or 25 bus. No 21 is for the airport. Hotel is right at the seafront and long palma bay promenade for great walks.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet. Computers in the lobby for guest use. Neighborhood's not the best. Strip club up the road on the corner. Derelict beggars harass you when walking that way. Just stay at the hotel and all is well.

A very clean hotel you cantell that they really look after all the facilities.
This is a buffet hotel which has a large selection of food at meal times.
The hotel should reduce the choice but improve the quality of the
ingredients.
They are targetting the German holiday maker.Unfortunately the weather
was very poor.They charge 2Euros 40 for a small bottle of water which
you can buy for 30cents at a local supermarket.The spa was very poor and the steam bath was not operating.

Newly refurbished hotel on the promenade with spa

An outstanding hotel, adult only. Food was very good indeed, the hotel was newly and very tastefully refurbished, rooms modern with large comfortable beds and rainfall showers, and the staff charming. The spa was a real bonus in February. The hotel was situated on the promenade with lovely walks in both directions and buses into Palma (€1.50)left from just down the road. The louge and bar area were beautifully furnished as was the outdoor swimming pool area which overlooked the sea.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
