It is a good hotel overall for aparthotel. The best part is to be in walking distance to the beach which was great. Rooms were little small. But staff was very helpfull. Food was good enough. But the hotel was a little small then every hotels that i have been before but it was fun we made friends.

This hotel is not as it's portrayed on website. It's in terrible condition. Our A/C didn't work for 2 days and they wouldn't change our room. You have to pay for pool towels. You have pay for the room safe.
Our part of the hotel did not have an elevator and we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs. No help from hotel. I complained so much that they finally agreed to a refund.

First time in Mallorca and wanted something close to beach. There is a large store nearby for some beach necessities and food. We had the ground floor, which was nice for kids. The gym and kids center were a bit outdated. There was a laundry facility on site, laundry detergent was included in price. The food at restaurant was okay, nothing to rave about. Our room smelled stale and moldy, I let the reception know and I think they put in aroma for one day. The beds were squeaky. It was okay for first time stay because we did not know better but I think in future will stay elsewhere.

Lovely hotel. One block back from the busy promenade and Beach. Very easy to get to. 20€ from airport on taxi. Modern public areas, nice staff team. Trees pretty. Food good. Room suited our family well. Cot very good. Nice to have a kitchenette. All three pools were very cold and not useable by our youngest child, including indoor, and the jacuzzi. (October). May be ok in summer months but not October onwards I’d say. Playroom is a good addition but minimal games present- it’s the space you enjoy rather than specific things to do within it. Was smelly at times but very useable. Some simple games, paper, crayons would be nice. And perhaps a large playpen/ fenced area for safe play for under 2s (and as a rest for the parents). Generally the hotel met our needs well and we would consider to come back- it’s nice. Just a shame about the pools and the playroom which were the major pull for us as a young family. Thank you.

Fantastic location- less than 5 min walk to a marvellous beach and 100 metres from a bus stop which got us into Palma in 15 mins for 1.50 euros. The hotel is spotlessly clean, plenty of sun beds and some good night time entertainment.

We had a great time at this hotel. I had booked a one bedroom apartment for three adults (two twin beds and a sofa bed) but when we got to the room it was a two bedroom apartment for no extra cost which was great as it meant nobody had to sleep in the living area. The only down side was that it was on the ground floor with a view of the wall and the \"balcony\" it came with was a table and chairs outside the door.
The apartment was really clean and tidy and we didn't have to pay anything extra for air conditioning. We didn't use the wifi as we were only there for a few nights and the safe didn't seem to work.
We had half board (breakfast and evening meal) and there was a good choice of tasty food! Drinks are included with breakfast (juices, water and hot drinks) but you have to pay for drinks with the evening meal.
There are two swimming pools, we used the smaller one near our apartment. It wasn't heated (the sea was warmer!) but was very refreshing as it was 34 degrees that day! The only down side was that it's only open from 10am-6pm, although there was no lifeguard or anyone stopping people from being in there before or after those times.
The hotel is only a two minute walk from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. There was always something going on along the front so it was nice to sit with a cocktail and watch the world go by in the evenings.

Bra läge men slitet hotell och dålig service
Hotell med bra läge nära staden men kändes överlag slitet och dåligt städat. Några av personalen var trevliga medan flera andra otrevliga och gav ett dåligt bemötande. För att vara ett fyrstjärniga hotell har hotellet mer att bevisa enligt oss. Frukosten var inte god. Vi åt bara där en gång.

Non conforme à un 4 étoiles. Pour 300 euros la nuit honnêtement ça ne les vaut absolument pas ! Horriblement cher ! Le seul point positif c’est le petit dej qui est complet. Le reste très vieillot. Climatisation qui fait un bruit affreux aspect général vieillot. À ce prix là décevant. À la piscine ils vous font payer les serviettes et si vous voulez un coffre fort vous devez payer aussi lol pour un 4 étoiles étonnant surtout à 300 euros la nuit je trouve !

We had a floor apartmant. This was fanstastic. The only issue i find is the pricing. Twice as expencive as the other hotels and apartments we stayed at this vecation in mallorca. This price tag buys you luxury other places with all inclusive, but we prioritized staying close to the airport. The hotel also charges for everything, like towels for pool use etc.

Superbra hotell med flera pooler, lummig trädgård, perfekt avstånd till havet och allt en familj med barn kan önska sig. Lite långt till mataffärer som Mercadona med flera men det är ok. Små fina lägenheter med bra städning och de håller hotellet otroligt fint!

Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr ist für ein Hotel, welches vorallem in der Nähe des Flughafens ist, einfach zu spät.
Der 2 Pools sind definitiv zu klein für die Anzahl der Zimmer. Pool Öffnungszeiten ab 10 bis 18 Uhr ist nicht gästefreundlich.
Die Anlage ist schön und gut gelegen.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards one would expect.
Firstly, the air conditioning in our apartment was not functioning properly. It was far too hot to stay comfortably in the room, especially during the night. This made our stay unpleasant and tiring.
Secondly, the cleaning service was inadequate. Only the bed sheets were changed, but the floors remained dirty and table surfaces hadn’t been wiped at all. Basic hygiene standards were clearly not being met.
Communication was another big issue. Apart from the reception, most staff members didn’t speak English well, which caused a lot of confusion. For instance, my husband asked a staff member if he could smoke outside near the breakfast area, and he was told it was fine. However, three days later, another employee said it was actually not allowed. This inconsistency left us feeling uncomfortable and unsure of the rules. The parking situation was even more frustrating. There were two “private” parking spots at Houm Plaza, but there was no clear sign saying they were reserved or required payment. We asked the receptionist when we arrived if we could use them, and we were told it was okay and free of charge. The next day, however, the manager blocked our car by parking her Mazda convertible directly in front of it — even though there were other free spots available. It seemed very obvious she was annoyed, and she later told us that parking there actually costs money. This entire situation felt unprofessiona

Toppenbra läge med havet, restauranger och hållplats in till Palma på smidigt gångavstånd. Supertrevlig personal, bra poolområde för både vuxna och barn, god och fräsch frukost, bra rum/lägenheter.. Väldigt nöjda, kommer gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar hotellet varmt!

Hotellet kunne godt trænge til en upgrade og specielt badeværelset. Vi var plaget af myrer på badeværelset og blev på venlig vis flyttet til et andet værelse. Pool og bar området er hyggeligt, og der er lavet et hyggeligt område til rygere, hvilket gør pool området er pænt og rent. Det er første gang, at jeg har set, at man vasker hver enkel solvogn af med en klud. Personale i reception og bar var hjælpsomme og venlige. Man kan måske gøre lidt mere ud af at fortælle andre gæster, at man skal tage hensyn til naboer når man sidder på terrassen eller lave noget skiltning.

In unseren Zimmer hat es so gerochen als wenn man am Klärwerk wohnt. Nachts wurde es besonders schlimm.

Ett OK hotell med närhet till havet och affärer i närheten. Rummet var bra, gott om plats. Dessvärre var bäddsoffan helt sönder, så vi fick lägga madrasserna på golvet. Hade förmodligen fått hjälp om vi ringt receptionen. Klädkrokarna i hallarna satt inte fast i väggen så kläder och handdukarna ramlade ner hela tiden.
För få solsängar vid poolen så vi fick ingen sittplats under vår vistelse.
Personalen i receptionen bokade taxi till flygplatsen kvällen innan, men som på morgonen visade sig inte fanns någon bokning.

Det var ikke som forventet ud fra beskrivelse og billeder. Man skal forberede sig på at der er rigtig mange børn og derfor minimal plads i poolen, derudover har poolen kun åben i tidsrummet 10-19, dog altid for sent åben og lukkede 10 minutter før.

Good hotel in a relatively silent neighborhood, close to good restaurants and the beach. Hotel Restaurant is ok, a bit noisy, food is average, but lack allergy marking. Reasonable variety. We stayed in a ground floor flat. Ok since we were travelling with an infant, but not my favorite. Very little views but practical because of the stroller. Ok standard, except for very poor quality on the toilet paper, which is a unnecessary daily reminder on where not to cut costs. Also the second pool area was so soiled by birds and stuff from the trees that no one wanted to use the area, and when at the same time a pool guard just sits there with nothing to do (with no apparent incentive to keep the area clean throughout the day), I feel that the review gets one star less than what they could get by these simple fixes.

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und empfanden es als wirklich toll! Wir sind eher anspruchsvolle Gäste was Thema Sauberkeit und Personal angeht. Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The hotel was not terrible, but our stay was not a great experience.
Service was especally lacking on sevral ocations.
Traveled with wife and a baby.
Breakfast is fine, but a lot of the items are low quality like poweer eggs, juice and coffee. Okey for a family, but don't have to high expectation.
What I found positive about the hotel:
+It is close to the beach.
+The have kept plants on the premise which I find nice.
What I found negative about the hotel:
- Cleaning was a bit off. The room never got properly cleand, and if our kid sat on the floor the cloths became a bit dirty.
-Staff was not that helpful. We got the wrong type of room, witch the told us they would look into, but they kept delaying.
We paid extra for a room with a seawiew. On the ad this is the rooms on the 5th floor with the glass guardrail.
But we got a room on the 3rd floor looking into a bit tree, and the pool. It was not terrible but not exactly what we paid for.
-The ad for the hotel said they would have aircondition. It was turned of even if the teprature rose above 30 celcius. They refused to turn it on, and we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunatly myself, my wife and our baby got a lot of mosqito bites because of this.
-You get worse service if you book from another site than theirs. I slightly expetc this, but I have not seen a hotel beeing so adament on this. For example late checkhout is only possible when booking from their website.
-Beds were of lower quality than expected.

Hotel haben wir gebucht wegen Meerblick, uns war gar nicht bewusst, dass sich um reiner Kinderhotel handelte, essen auswahl war auch den kindern gewidmet. Es war teilweise sehr laut in der Speisesaal, Eltern haben zur teil auf kindern nicht aufgepasst. Es soll beim buchen wirklich deutlich betont werdrn , dass hotel für Erwachsenen ohne kinder nicht geignet ist. An Rezeption sehr sehr nettes personal, da haben wir über essen auswahl geäußert, und danach fanden wir von tag zu tag verbesserung an essen auswahl.

On etait dans un appartement 1 chambre vue piscine,on a eu des voisins tres bruyant,signalé a l'acceuil et rien à etait fait on a dormis a 3h du matin 5 jours sur 9 avec 2 enfants de 3ans et 5ans ! Dommage,si vous avez des fumeurs a coté de vous,vous avez toute la fumée chez vous,les studio sont au 4em etage et bien mieux agencer que les appartement 1 chambre ,

Sauberkeit war ok. Aber wir hatten ein Studio gebucht (aus speziellem Grund) aber haben dann einfach ein Apartment im Nebenhaus bekommen auch sich 2 mal darüber zu beschweren brachte nichts. Dann ging in diesem Apartment die Klimaanlage so gut war gar nicht hatten sie mal über 24 Stunden durchlaufen lassen trotzdem waren noch 24 Grad im Zimmer. Nach beschwede darüber kam ein Techniker der drehte einmal am Klimaregler und sagte alles sei gut so. Wieder an die Rezeption auch mit dem Hinweis nochmal das wir ja sowieso ein Studio wollten dies interessierte aber den Mann dort nicht wirklich er sagte nur die Klimaanlage funktioniert und fertig. 2 Tage später kamen Bekannte ins gleiche Hotel mit Zimmer dann in einem anderen Gebäude dort testete ich sofort die Klimaanlage und die hat extrem gut kalt gemacht, soviel zu dem Thema das bei uns alles ok sei.
Na ja es war ein sehr durchgeschwitzter unerfreulicher Aufenthalt den ich niemandem empfehlen kann zumindest in dem Zimmer.
