This appealing hotel is located beside Arenal Beach close to the Playa de Palm and on a road, which runs parallel to the famous 'Ham Street'. The centre of Playa de Palma lies about 10.

5 km away and may easily be reached by bus in just 15 minutes. Due to its location just 150 m from the nearest beach, guests are able to enjoy an idyllic holiday location within a short distance of many shopping and entertainment venues.

pretty average hotel

Pretty average hotel, No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Beds very comfortable on the plus side and rooms cleaned daily. Hotel extremely noisy at night 3 - 4.30am every morning drunken groups shouting and singing loudly. Then refuse lorries emptying bins every morning around 7am. So not much sleep. Meals very basic and repetitive not much to variety. Hotel staff however very friendly.

Lovely hotel with great staff

This is a small hotel a few minutes walk away from the beach and shops on the front. The hotel staff are amazing and do anything to help. It's such a shame that groups of young men and women cannot behave themselves at all times. I cannot fault the hotel at all and would stay here again.

Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer wo die e Dusche / Badezimmer sehr klein war. Im letzten Jahr hatten wir wohl ein renoviertes Zimmer, dort war das Bad / Zimmer geräumiger. Wir kommen dennoch im nächsten Jahr wieder. Alles andere Frühstück / Service/Personal super.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Betten bequem, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte zu meinem Geburtstag eine kleine Überraschung auf mein Hotelzimmer bekommen, vielen Dank dafür! Pool ist groß und angenehm. Der Bierkönig, Bamboleo und die Rutschbahn sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Würde wieder kommen!

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Auswahl umd Abwechslung vom Frühstücksbuffet war soweit ok, kenne aber auch vielfältigere Buffets.
Das Hotel war immer sauber und gepflegt und hat seit der Renovierung auch einen modernen ansprechenden Look bekommen

Seit 7 Jahren buchen wir dieses Hotel, aber so langsam geht es echt nicht mehr. Die Zimmer sind immer mehr verwohnt und es ist nie etwas gemacht worden. Lage ist wirklich gut, aber so ein wenig Wohl muss man sich schon fühlen. Das \"Neue\" Frühstück, ist nicht wirklich anders, nur etwas länger verfügbar. Waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Älteres Hotel relativ gut in schuss für das Alter, ansonsten keine Kühlschränke auf den Hotelzimmern generell nur 2 Steckdosen. Ansonsten der Pool und das Hotel ganz in Ordnung. Aber das essen kriegt leider gar keinen Stern von uns das war leider wirklich mangelhaft auch nach Rücksprache mit jede Menge anderer Gäste. Das Abendbuffet war z.B gerade eröffnet und dann war der Salat schon verwelkt, generell Sachen die eigentlich gekühlt werden sollten weil sie leicht verderblich sind waren nicht gekühlt sondern warm, die Pommes waren pappig und in der Paella waren immer wieder kleine Muschelschalen außerdem gab es keine Getränke beim Abendessen die mussten man extra kaufen.... abgesehen vom essen aber ganz in Ordnung nur das essen würde ich niemandem empfehlen.

Super Hotel in bester Lage, direkt neben der Schinkenstraße. Sogar nachts bekommt man nichts vom Trubel nebenan mit.

Das Frühstück ist perfekt nach einer langen Nacht :)

Super nettes Personal und schöne saubere Poolanlage.

Werde es nächstes Jahr wieder buchen!

Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen! Hotel ist eher für kurze Schlafmöglichkeit geeignet. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und selbst auf Balkon ist rauchen verboten. Personal sehr freundlich und nett, das war auch schon das positivste am Ganzen. Wir würden trotzdem kein zweites Mal dort buchen.

Die Lage ist das Beste, das die Badezimmer recht neuwertig renoviert sind mit begehbarer Dusche ein großes Plus. Insgesamt kann ich sagen das ich, wenn der Preis passt mir gut vorstellen kann wieder dort einzuchecken.

Die negativen Sachen sind das Essenauswahl in Relation mit anderen Hotels schon gering ist - fairerweise war der Aufschlag für HP aber auch nicht sonderlich hoch - daher noch okay.
Bis auf das Bad sind die Zimmer natürlich schon recht alt, und gerade das man noch echte Schlüssel nutzt ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

We loved this place! Such a nice room, with a fridge, huge balcony, big bed and very clean. It is not far away from the airport the buss cost 5€. Area is nice for young people, full of bars, pubs and cafeterias. The pool is big and comfortable. A good, wide sand beach is right next to the hotel.

Zimmer groß genung, jeden Morgen super sauber gemacht, obwohl man nicht jeden Tag frische Handtücher benötigt.
Leider uralt der Schreibtisch, Schubladen waren kaum zu öffnen und schließen, Komoden genau so, Schrank ausreichend.
Badezimmer noch älter, keine ausreichenden Handtuchhalter, sollten möglichst schnell modernisiert werden. Es gibt ja schon Zimmer mit schnönen neuen Bädern. Aber man kann es trotzdem genießen.

Die Zimmer na ja , sollten evtl mal überholt werden stockflecken überall im Bad und über dem Bett ein größerer. Für einen Kurzurlaub von 4 tagen aber ausreichend . Die lage ist perfekt und das personal sehr freundlich bis auf das zimmer ist das Hotel von der Ausstattung sehr gut . Frühstück umfangreich und ausreichend. Wir würden es fpr 3 bis 4 Tage jederzeit wieder buchen

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno dal 12 al 22 agosto 2019.
L'hotel come struttura non è male, le stanze sono pulite e il bagno era stato ristrutturato di recente.
La colazione è ricca, invece, purtroppo, la cena è stile \"mensa scolastica\". Oltretutto, con nostra grande sorpresa, le bevande non erano incluse (neanche l'acqua naturale) e, una bottiglietta da 0,5L la facevano pagare 2,50€.
Location: Purtroppo questo albergo si trova al centro in una sorta di distretto tedesco che è frequentato esclusivamente da compagnie di ragazzini tedeschi ubriachi dal mattino alla sera. Mi sento quindi di consigliare agli italiani di soggiornare proprio in un'altra zona dell'isola dove sicuramente si potrà godere di più tranquillità ed educazione. Solo per fare alcuni esempi, a cena abbiamo visto più volte ospiti ubriachi fatti allontanare dalla sala ristorante dal personale, due volte abbiamo visto ragazzini stesi a terra in mezzo alla strada proprio fuori dall'hotel perché ubriachi e/o strafatti e, una sera, un ragazzino rimetteva con la testa fuori dal balcone della sua stanza del terzo piano incitato dagli amici che lo filmavano. Oltre a questi episodi, abbiamo anche subito un atto di vandalismo sulla nostra macchina noleggiata.
Mi dispiace per la struttura alberghiera, ma la clientela che si sono fatti non mi permette di rendermi soddisfatta della permanenza.

Außer dass unser Duschkopf kaputt war und die Klima nicht richtig funktioniert hat.

Lage ist definitiv einzigartig, aber alles andere wirklich grottenschlecht.. Alle Bettlaken und Handtücher sind voll mit Flecken aller Art. Auf Aufforderung an der Rezeption die Putzfrau erneut vorbei zu schicken passierte nichts.

Aufgrund der Lage muss man damit rechnen, dass man bis 00h von der Musik von draussen beschallt wird, was wirklich garkein Problem war. Jedoch konnte man Nachts kaum schlafen, was weniger an den lauten Hotel - Gästen lag sonder an dem ständigen lauten gehämmer an die Türen des Security - Personals.... Aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Ständig hörte man ein lautes geklopft und spanisches drohen die Polizei zu rufen. Wirklich sehr nervig. Bestechen lässt sich das Personal ebenfalls bzw. Verlangt gegen Geld die Mitnahme von Freunden. Sehr unseriös. Das Abendessen war auch nicht ganz so toll und wir sind weitaus nicht pingelig aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Wie gesagt die Lage ist top.

Das Essen war ok. Beim Frühstück war das Rührei stets kalt. Das gehört dann wohl so. Beim Abendessen waren die Pommes nie warm.
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt angenehm und ist für einen Urlaub direkt am Ballermann 6 zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir waren drei Tage dort und haben Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Frühstück war absolut okay, Rührei oder Spiegelei, diverse Wurst- und Brotsorten, Würstchen, Pancakes, Bohnen..
Lage ist top für Partygänger, da die Schinkenstr. gleich um die Ecke ist. Strand ist auch sehr nah; diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit weg.
Einzige nicht so positive Anmerkung - die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.
