I was there for 1 night for my birthday and stayed at a suite with hut tub. First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room - VERY disappointed as everything else so great - including the food (recommend half board) - such a frustrating end to the day with no working hot tub and no way to fix it before left...took the shine off a great stay

I had a wonderful stay at Aubamar Suites & Spa. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to accommodate any request. The restaurant was excellent I especially loved the breakfast selection. A special mention to Lucia at the restaurant, who was fantastic, though truly everyone working there was pleasant and welcoming.

The spa was another highlight, and I really appreciated that it’s included. I also visited the rooftop at the sister hotel, which is absolutely gorgeous.

The location is great: very close to the airport less than 30 minutes by bus and it only cost me €8 return, with the bus stop just 5 minutes from the hotel. Getting to Palma Old Town was also easy and quick: less than 30 minutes by bus for €2, with the stop again very close by. A taxi to the Old Town was around €18. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away.

Overall, a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and an ideal location.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel and truly had an unforgettable experience. While I won’t go into detail about the facilities, cleanliness, spa, pool, or dining options—those are well-covered in other reviews—I want to focus on what made our stay exceptional: the people.

From the concierge to the restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping, and every team member we encountered, the service was outstanding. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm attitude, always ready to assist in the most professional and thoughtful way. Their ability to connect with guests on both a personal and respectful level created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease.

It’s the staff who elevated our stay from great to truly memorable. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are what set this hotel apart. We loved our stay in the hotel, the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. We were slightly disappointed by the noise from outside of the hotel, we didn’t realise how much of a party scene the location was. The breakfast food was incredible, however the dinner menu could do with having fresher items on the menu, rather than the same each night - we thought the pool bar food was better than the dinner menu.
The facilities of the hotel were great! We would recommend this hotel.

Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma.
Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food.

Suites were spacious, very clean and had modern, calming decor. Really spacious comfortable balcony with nice seating. All the staff were lovely and very helpful in catering for coeliac dietary requirements at breakfast. Small negative is the surrounding area is near a party strip. Once you were in your room this was not an issue as it was sound proof but put us off sitting on the balcony a little.

Loved this hotel! We came after a hectic week in Morocco and this place was just what we needed. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. We were there during a June heatwave and relaxed at one of the many pools. It was not overly crowded, could easily get a lounge chair and the pool was clean. No fighting for space. We had a spacious balcony overlooking the pool area - was awesome. We had breakfast and lunch here and the food was good. Dinner menu was a little weird so we walked down to the beach area where there are so many restaurants to choose from and a lot of activity - perfect if you like people watching or find a bar for after dinner. I wished we could have stayed longer and it definitely makes we want to come back here. Highly recommend this property.

We loved the hotel but the neighbourhood is unfortunately really bad with lashings of drunk people.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming my stay was very nice however I put some clothes in what I thought was a laundry basket under the work top on the Sunday night I came home from my work on the Monday and put some more clothes in the laundry basket I came home again on Tuesday and again I put more clothes in the laundry basket I went to work on the Wednesday morning and came home Wednesday night and my clothes were gone so I went to reception to tell them I did not want my clothes washed from the hotel as they do shrink some T Shirts only to be told that what I thought was a laundry basket was only a garbage bin 2 days later I was told that the person that cleaned the room through all my clothes out why the person did not empty the bin for 3 days if she had emptied on the first day I would have only lost a pair of sock and underwear but because she never emptied it for 3 days I had Lecoste polos in it aswell no apologies or anything the staff said they must have through them

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are beautiful and pool area and spa are lovely.
Shame about the surrounding area, 1 street away there is a very noisy and rowdy street of bars.
We also felt that the staff could have been friendlier, upon checking in we didn’t feel that we received the nicest reception which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

Stayed here on a business/family trip. The staff were great – particularly with my 1-year-old son. It’s not especially set up for kids, but they were really welcoming. No children’s activities (which I wasn’t expecting), but there’s a small unheated kids’ pool outside, and little ones can use the indoor pool/spa as long as they’re not causing a scene.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Balcony furniture wasn’t the best – not great for lounging for more than 20 minutes.

Breakfast was excellent – loads of choice and everything cooked to a good standard.

Parking is €15/day with free EV charging.

Would happily stay again.

Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops closed. Room large, included a coffee machine and kettle and a bottle of water a day. No English TV. Bath area with two sinks, toiletries etc.

This is the first and only time I will be staying at this hotel; it's terrible. The service is awful. The quality is terrible, and the hotel's housekeeping and reception are also terrible. They have no idea how to maintain the satisfaction of the hotel's patrons. I will never return to this hotel.The towel is filthy. They weren't taking that, and the room smelt bad, and the washbasin was blocked. That was not taken. The hotel's customer service is completely subpar. Very poor customer service as well.0/10.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is equally as nice and accommodating. The food always also amazing! However the rooms could use a bit of love. Stayed in a Junior suite and the shower leaked every time we used it. At times the water seeped into the bedroom. Also, the lack of face towels available in room was a bit annoying.

This is a really lovely hotel, we had a suite which was perfect for our family. All of the members of staff were friendly and helpful. As well as the nice touches that came with our suite- the reserved day bed by the pool and turn down service that came with chocolates! The quality of food was great, my only criticism would be the variety of the dinner, however what we did eat was delicious. Despite the surrounding areas being filled with Germans we really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall it was an average experience. The rooms facilities could do better as the socket was coming out of the wall. The staff members weren’t clear from the beginning about what’s included in the price we paid and what’s not - hence why in the end we got a bigger bill than we thought. The food quality was quite good. Area isn’t safe as it’s a lot of drunk people partying throughout the day especially at night.

The hotel, staff, food and rooms are excellent. The most dissapointing thing was the very uncomfortable sun loungers around the pool they did not have cushions on them, as you can spend as many hours around the pool as in your room I dont understand why they couldnt make it as comfortable as the interior of the hotel.

I actually came here from the USA because of a family emergency. Also because I was at the hospital every day all day I didn’t get to do a lot of vacation stuff but coming home to the Aubamar was a great solace for me. The staff went above and beyond with their service and helpful cheery attitude. It really helped in my sad situation. What a beautiful hotel! I frequently worked out at the gym and used their steam room to relax after a long day. I would definitely want to come back here on a happier occasion! Major shout out to Maria, Claudia, Fran, Ruben, Paula and all of the staff! Thank you for making me feel at home in my situation ❤️ Also their food is excellent!

The hotel was beautiful and modern, lovely staff, very calm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and everybody was polite and helpful.

The only downfall for myself - and this is purely an opinion is that it was very loud across from the pool area outside the hotel - there seemed to be a venue that was very busy. Saying that, you could not hear this most hours of the day and not from your hotel room.

The Aubamar was in an amazing location, 10 minutes from the airport, 15 from the old town and cathedral and minutes away from the beach and all amenities!

Overall it was an amazing trip and an amazing hotel stay! I would recommend it to my friends, family and anybody planning to visit Palma De Mallorca.

Tanto la habitación como el personal han dejado que desear. Desde la llegada, la recepcionista se le notó que solo importaba hacernos el check-in rápidamente para quedarse ella tranquila.
La habitación está bien, pero no para un 5 estrellas. El baño dentro de un armario, sin puerta como tal y son poder cerrarla del todo. En las fotos de la habitación no se apreciaba. La ducha tenía una en la parte del cristal y fui a hablar con la misma recepcionista, que en vez de pedir ayuda desde el primer momento, me preguntó si me había duchado con la puerta abierta. Comentario fuera de lugar. Además, le dije que quería dos toallas para secar el suelo y en vez de eso, avisó a housekeeping y a SSTT. La persona de SSTT entró a la habitación sin tocar la puerta. Veníamos para solo un día y queríamos intimidad, así que les dije amablemente que se marcharan y que lo arreglaran cuando nos fuéramos.
En el check-out, misma situación con la misma recepcionista que durante el check-in. Le informé de la situación vivida y lo único que le interesaba era acabar el check-out rápido. Una lastima que haya este tipo de personal en un hotel de 5 estrellas, con poca empatía.
No volveré a repetir la experiencia en este hotel.

Tolles Wohlfühlhotel. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Zu meinem Geburtstag hatte ich ein Überraschung auf dem Zimmer, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage des Zimmers perfekt. Im Wellnessbereich kann man super im Bad und den Saunen entspannen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer, angenehmer Aufenthalt und das Beste, was ich mir für meinen „runden“ Geburtstag wünsche konnte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolles Frühstück, hervorragendes Personal. Lage nah am B06 gelegen, da Offseason können wir nichts über die Lautstärke sagen.

Spabereich mit 2 Saunen & einem Dampfbad sowie Minipool indoor.

I-Tüpfelchen wäre ein beheizter Außenpool gewesen.

Tolles Hotel, doch leider hört man abends die Musik des Bierkönigs (trotz Hinterausgang) und Biergarten schließung ab 24 Uhr.
Wir waren Ende September ob es im Sommer noch lauter zu hören ist, ist fraglich. Ansonsten echt ein tolles Hotel mit tollem Pool und super Service.

Das Hotel ist wirklich wundervoll! Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte da, haben aber jede Sekunde genossen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, vielseitig und auf Allergene wurde auch geachtet. Den Bierkönig hat man natürlich ein kleines bisschen gehört- ist ja direkt nebenan, aber wir waren dann sowieso dort, war auch super :)
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Spa Bereich war auch wunderschön.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Würden wir wieder buchen.

Great stay!

The property was great, very clean with incredibly kind staff! We stayed in a junior suite, which was very spacious for the two of us. The breakfast was also really good and the pastry chef needs extra applause✨ Just for additional information, there are quite a lot of families with young kids staying at the hotel.

Location:
The hotel location is right in the middle of the German party district. Although the noise wasn’t really an issue to us, just note that all of the restaurants in the area are very German influenced, so you might have to take a taxi to eat elsewhere for actual Spanish cuisine.

Overall an amazing stay!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Fünf Sterne sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Vor allem Nicole vom Empfang. Frühstück war lecker, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage. Nicht weit zum Strand, nicht weit zum Flughafen. Wer Party mag, hat es nicht weit bis zum Bierkönig.

In een woord geweldig. Een niet al te groot hotel, modern maar warm ingericht. Kamer fantastisch met heerlijk bed, regen- en gewone douche, giga-balkon. Ontbijt het allerbeste ontbijt voor ons ooit.
Wij komen hier terug!
