Great hotel. Had terraced room with fountain view, great to have balcony to sit and enjoy views. Lots of places to eat around hotel and indoor bridge links to Bellagio and Aria hotels. Check in takes a while but it is such a busy place. Clean room and friendly staff.

If you plan to check in and receive your room key at check in time good luck! We were forced to wait in the lobby with 150+ other guests for 3 hours before receiving a room key.

The property is beautiful with everything you need. My only complaint is the strong cigarette scent. I understand there is a casino on the property however other properties do not have that strong of a smell. That said, it was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us.

It took two hours past the check-in time to get into my room. The staff was rude when questioned about it. This is my second time staying at the cosmopolitan and I’ve never experienced anything like this the rooms also we’re not clean. I had to call them to my room to remove an old pair of underwear out of my room. There were also bugs in the room, moths flying in from the Terrence that were left in there from the Cleaning staff trash on the floor. It was truly a terrible experience for the money that we pay.

Have stayed here for many years when coming to Vegas. In my opinion, the hotel is starting to show some signs of wear in the rooms, but most of all, service has dropped off a cliff in the amenity areas. We spent a couple of days utilizing the pools for a few hours and I think there was one server serving the whole pool. In one instance a server refused to serve us because we didn’t want to buy a bucket of beers and only bringing two was “not worth her time”. Even when we rented a private space beside the pool with a minimum spend, it was almost hard to hit the minimum because the service was non existent.

Great hotel, great location, but they really need to refocus on service.

The room was dirty and they had us waiting until 5 pm until our room to be ready for check in. The bath tub in the suite was stained and there was old food in the refrigerator and hair ties in the shower. The sheets were stained.

Clean room, comfy bed. Little things to note: one of the sinks didn’t drain, there was a sticky residue on the lock latch on the door, housekeeping came in and tidied the room but didn’t take the food that seemed like obvious trash.

Other than those, will definitely stay again

Great house keeping, cleaning crew and front desk/concierge, ditto for the pool staff! One casino drink server crinkled their nose on a $ 3 tip to just take a overdue drink order, gave us the look. We were going to tip again upon drinks being brought over, but we passed, given the arrogance.
I upgraded to a premium room for a reason, space and service. I received 3 messages prior to arriving, highlighting the noon check in - and that was a fail on that promise. I asked for my brother and myself to be given individual rooms in close proximity. One ended up in the Chelsea, the other in the Boulevard. Waiting for 4 hours, the luggage was left with the bellboy; that was good. However, a temporary access card to the pool may have been a good option. I appreciated how front desk tried to fix the issues proactively, kudos to them for that but...given the new direction of the Cosmo, I am compelled to say that I may consider giving another property a chance. Not able to check out via TV or the scan code, technology not working in my case. I did receive a small discount of the resort fee, which was a kind gesture, however, since the MGM take over, things are different. Bar staff was curteous and attentive. It seems one of those circumstances where people do their best in their job but the system is either overwhelmed or there is a staff shortage. Maybe both. Bring back the Cosmo in its glory, before 2020, that was a good measure of comparison.

I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and had a very concerning experience.

Upon checking into our room, we discovered a sex toy left inside one of the drawers. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection standards of the room.

This is not something any guest should ever encounter, especially at a property of this level. It immediately impacted our comfort and confidence in the room’s condition for the remainder of the stay.

I do have photo evidence of what was found.

I hope this is taken seriously and addressed internally, as this falls well below expected standards for a hotel of this caliber.

We absolutely loved the Cosmpolitan. Jayne checked us in and was absolutely brilliant. We were in a room with a view of the fountains and had read that floors 30-40 were at a great level so requested this and Jayne was able to put us on floor 35 (would highly recommend.

The rooms were spacious. The balcony is such a bonus.

Really nice pool space and the Jacuzzi is big and really hot too!

Food options in the hotel are great. There is a really nice vibe to the place too and it's in a great location on the strip right in the centre close to Bellagio, Paris, Caesars etc.

Would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan for your stay!

Once you get here and are ready to check in, prepare to WAIT WAIT WAIT and then WAIT some more just to check in! 3 people helping customers while 5 others stand behind them holding up the wall, aka doing nothing, and two others I could see in the office. It took over 45 minutes in this line before I was able to get assigned a room. This was after a 6 1/2 hour drive to get there. When you pay that much for a room $2k for a weekend, you don't expect to then have to wait like this. And throughout my stay, that check-in line was always that long - every day, every time I walked by.

They say you can use the self-check-in, just scan the code, but then you don't get notified for at least 45 minutes, right about the time I got to the counter, so don't bother with that nonsense!

Overall ok stay at cosmo, price was quite expensive for the lack of hospitality received, staff not helpful at all, check in took forever and room was not ready till after check in time, paid for upgraded suite and promised late check out which was denied when asked on day of checkout, cards stopped working to get into room before checkout time leaving all our bags locked in room and had to wait in long line to get them reworking. Have had much better experience at other hotels for less money

Upon check in, the front desk was super helpful. We were told the room we booked with 2 queen beds wasn’t available but Andy the front desk associate upgraded us to a king suite with wrap around balcony! The food court, restaurants and location are excellent. The housekeeping services were fantastic! Nothing bad to say about our stay, can’t wait to stay here again.

The hotel requires your room key to use the elevator and it was not a perfect system. The Spa was on the smaller side and they imply that you can use the spa all day IF you have a treatment, however, it costs $100 per person to use their very small spa if you don’t have a treatment. Their restaurants have good food, but it is pricey. Their high end restaurant STK, was excellent for food, but they played extremely loud pop music continuously, which was quite unpleasant. Quieter music would have made the experience more enjoyable.
Smoking is permitted in the casino which made that experience a no go. There is a $55/ day resort fee, which completely under cuts the reasonable room fees. The check in check out process is long…. Give yourself extra time for those activities.

At3:30, we were greeted by Pedro, who was very attentive and apologized for our room not being ready. We understood, he gave us some discounts for our troubles. We made him aware of dinner reservations, and he assured us it would be 45min to get it ready. After 4:15 came and went, with no phone call or text, I headed over to the counter again. Jane, the CSR, was the one who \"helped\" us. She was RUDE. She did not acknowledge us; she simply said, \"Yes?\" I tried to explain that we had been almost an hour, and in the middle of my words, she grabbed my ID and the phone and called someone, without even explaining to us what was going on, so I asked, \"Are you checking on it?\" She nodded, an awkward moment. Finally, she talked to someone and hung up, without saying anything to me. I asked, \" Is it ready? She nodded, typing away, then just handed over our cards. No explanation, no location, she only pointed to the left side and mumbled something. I asked if I could have a receipt (for my records). She looked up from her computer and said, \"Well, you booked Expedia, you can get it from there, it was not her words, it was her tone. As I walked away, my daughter caught her rolling her eyes at us, and my daughter walked back and asked: Excuse ma'am, do you have a problem with us? Why are you rolling your eyes at my mother, she said something, my daughter asked for her name, she pointed to her shirt, no name tag, she then said Jane. Ran out of space, but overall not good CS.

The only complaint was how early the hot tub/pool closed each day. After walking around all day, all I wanted was to relax in the hot tub. Our room tub didn't have jets, and the shape of it, while it had two seats, was difficult for us to fit in a relaxed way. Everything else was wonderful!

The Lobby smelled like a sewer, our room was barely made up the entire trip and I had to go into the hall to get clean towels. My reservation was no searchable so upon arrival it took us an hour to check it and for the staff to find our reservation which I already paid for.
