The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. However we were disappointed with the entertainment as it ended very early, we came down at 9.30pm and it stopped at 10pm. Also you couldn't control the air conditioning it was put at a set point so couldn't be made cooler. The city centre was 15 minutes away, you can catch the bus just outside the hotel for 2 euros.

The hotel staff are wonderful, so friendly and can do attitude. My room was very small. I chose the \"half board\" meal option and the food options were buffet style and all were delicious, if a bit bland - bring your own spices.

They offered us an upgrade for an extra 35 euros for a bigger room because our room wasn't ready, I hate this sales taxtic! Your tired from traveling and just want ro get to your room. We upgraded. Save your money on an ocean view!!!! They did not tell us you would be in the front row of a Concert until 1 in the morning. And bedore you ask \" why sis you ask for a differnt room? Packing all our stuff up is not an option. Sure the place was nice and we were fair with those questions on the review. And will say the front dexk folks weee Excellent. However. They ahould always be helpful regardless of where you stay. We stayed at a far less expensive hotel the next night and they were just as friendly! For 400 Euros a night you should get a QUIET ROOM and a coffee pot should be supplied as well. I should of asked for a discount for all the noise. BOTTOM LINE Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Anniversary Stay

We visited the hotel for our 50th wedding anniversary and on arrival we where met at reception by a young lady called Christa who went above an beyond the call of duty to make our stay at the hotel as memorable as possible which it was. Overall the staff where very friendly and attentive and little gits of proceco and flower in the room was a nice touch. Only slight issue was that due to bookings we could not keep our room on until we left at night and had to use the Spa showers to freshen up before leaving which was not ideal and would suggest the hotel initiates a courtesy room policy which would enhance the hotels overall excellent facilities

Great location right on the beach! The staff were incredible and all seemed genuinely happy to be working there, the buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had! Beach is beautiful and pools were both really nice and not overly crowded we could always get seats any time of the day! Parking was crazy expensive - 20 euros a day which seems really steep. The other drawback was the room, really small could barely open both suitcases. We were also at the end of a dark hallway and it seemed like those rooms had less care taken, less fancy seats on the balcony etc. finally the bed was not good, 2 single beds pushed together and on wheels with horrible mattresses. Overall the property was great but next time I would ensure I had a different room and bed.

Not very many british people mainly german but that didnt bother us at all. Staff and food great. Pool towells free but 20E deposit. Safe free. Free filtered water by each lift chilled hot or sparkling plus ice which counts how many plastic bottles it saved I loved that.Also nespresso machine in room and good choice in mini bar. Will stay again. Only thing it would be nice if the main restaurant dimmed the lights to improve the ambience in the evening.

Hit and miss. Room was very small and no separate bathroom - shower and sink in main bedroom with small toilet separate. Room was next to lift with mechanism noisy in the early morning. Blinking balcony light when off which disturbed sleep. Staff were pleasant. The cleaning was exceptional. The breakfast was good although busy. The pool was not heated so was too cold to use in Apr. The spa area was nice although the sauna was off on a couple of occasions.

Upgraded our room which was lovely, only downside was the shower which flowed onto the tiles in the bedroom area. Spoke to reception who assured us they would sort it before room was used by other holiday makers.
Would highly recommend for a short or long stay. Wonderful staff, great breakfast and all round a very pleasant experience.

Amazing beach front property. Very clean and incredible staff. Everyone was very helpful in every capacity. Very convenient location as well with super markets nearby and a cool shop around the corner of the hotel family owned making the best sandwiches. If I had any downside it would be that there is no room service and going as a married a couple a queen size single bed would have been better than the 2 double beds. That made it very difficult to sleep together. Otherwise it was an excellent property.

The staff were very accommodating, and the half board breakfast and dinner meals provided a large variety of options.

We did experience issues with our room with the shower drain not accommodating the amount of water from the rainfall shower head and flooded the room. The fridge also did not work leaving all drinks inside hot.

We loved the hotel. The room was tiny, but extremely well designed. We never felt confined despite the small space. Staff were always friendly and happy to answer questions. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. So many great choices. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion all provided.

I highly recommend staying here! First of all, it’s close to the airport, port of Palma, and is right by the coastline. There are numerous stores, bars, restaurants, and a park around the area. Across the street are several car rental places and behind the resort is the sea. The rooms are designed to maximize space, amenities, and offers a balcony so you can enjoy the view of the balearic sea. They have an ice and water machine in all floors and provides a glass pitcher with glass cups for consuming. The staff is very friendly, capable, and helpful. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed my solo stay here! I would definitely go back and stay here.

This property is in the perfect location! Very close to the beach and is surrounded by many restaurants. My only problem was in the description it said “all-inclusive”but only breakfast is included. Which was totally fine, but a little misleading. Other then that the staff was amazing and I loved how eco-friendly the hotel is.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights recently. The hotel itself was nice, but didn’t love the area as much. It is very touristy and there are constantly people trying to sell you something on the beach. I wish they had played music (sometimes they did but it was very quiet) at the pool and made it a bit more lively. They were constantly out of pool towels, with no idea when there would be more. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming & helpful. The bar inside didn’t stay open super late and a few times we came home late and wish it had been. The breakfast buffet was good and there were so many options!

Staff was nice and service was on par. Only complaint is that when hot, AC isn’t able to keep up. They automatically turn off the AC for the entire property from 1800-0600 each day without asking. Asked both nights we stayed for them to help, slept uncomfortably it was so hot—32C . Will stay at another resort next time. Martina and Rafa were excellent tho!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff were a highlight for me, always quick to help and assist you however they can. The lady on the bar at the roof top pool was wonderful and friendly, I beleive her name was Maria. Also I had a massage by Monica which was first class, I wish i'd stayed long enough to have another one. Th eroof top sun bed area is lovely and peaceful with fantastic views. I would stay again!

Standard rooms are small we upgraded to a junior suite which still wasn’t spacious but was adequate. Nice toiletries and hairdryer provided. Safe with no charge and beach towels too.

Superb hotel across from beach.

First class hotel with first class food, decor and service.
The hotel is in the Arenal area of Palma and is around 10 mins by taxi from both the airport and city centre.
The Sky Bar area is fabulous with excellent service from Maria who also kept the sunbeds in order and was also very helpful with any local information which we wanted. Reception staff also very good with local knowledge and must mention Stephan who served us around the pool area. Always smart and with a smile.
All in all a lovely hotel experience.
All inclusive and no kids....perfect.

The pictures are slightly deceiving. It looks like an all inclusive that is on the beach, but you have to walk across the street and the beach chairs are public property. You have two options 1) pay 50 euro a day for a beach chair 2) sit on the ground. The food was great, only buffet style though served at strict times. The property is really pretty and comfortable. This was my first all inclusive in Europe, so perhaps this is the norm regarding food and beach.

Great location right near the beach. Great for walking along the seafront promenade and for buses to Palma. Hotel decor very modern and fresh. Everywhere extremely clean and staff very helpful and friiendly. Breakfasts were good lots of choices avaliable . Pool area was nice but you had to be quick and early to get a sunbed. Amazing, stylish hotel. We liked everything here except the slow check in. The check in staff were very gracious in spite of the deluge of travelers at our arrival time. The breakfast was fabulous. The amenities were clean, modern, and beautiful. The hotel is on the beach. It offers fabulous sea views. The rooms were smallish but had a large balcony that we enjoyed daily. We went there for our honeymoon, adults only resort, welcomed us with Champagne.we got upgraded to a sea view so that was lovely. Overall nice experience, but the area is all German which we didnt know, so we did receive a lot of stares because we are Americans. The area felt safe, a lot of people keep to themselves. Overall, good experience, beautiful island.

Really nice place to stay on Majorca. Very central, close to all Majorca attractions. Hotel is full of Germans and staff talks to you in German despite us being British we found this annoying. Overall it is a good hotel, well maintained, decent choice of food choices for breakfast and dinner. The thing which we found unfair is that they charge for drinks during the dinner even for water or coke and that some areas around the pool (big beds) you have to pay for them as well. Gym is typical hotel gym, 3 cardio machines, hardly any weights so you have to be creative.

The bad first, there are only about 5-6 rooms with horrible views, we got stuck in one of those. I tried to upgrade but they were fully booked. Our room had an awful sewage smell that was so bad that it woke us up one morning. The showers are lovely, but the water goes all over the floor, so plan on using your towels to soak that up every night.

The good. 90% of rooms have a great view. Pool on roof is very nice. Location is great. Staff is nice, and helpful.

We felt for what we paid, and compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at during our visit of Spain, this one didn't meet our expectations.

On the beach but hotel has a nice pool too. Central on playa with several bars and restaurants around. Would recommend Sea Soul which is part of the hotel, and Ginger just up the road. Palma itself is fab and is about ten minutes away in a taxi.
Food in breakfast buffet and for dinner was good and varied.

Pleasant short stay. Very good restaurant with excellent choice at breakfast and dinner. Pool area very relaxing with large enough pool and surrounding space. Room ok, although small and little privacy if you have a 1st floor room where balcony looks over bar and entertainment area. Best get room on higher floor. Overall, a decent hotel with relaxing vibe and attentive staff. Great weather obviously makes a difference to the whole experience.

Enjoyed our time at this hotel, it's clean and friendly atmosphere offers plenty of delicious food and drinks. The swimming pool is a good size with sufficient sun loungers, towels are also available to use. Our room was always clean and comfortable. Issues requiring maintenance were delt with immediately.

Lovely stay, not perfect

Hotel was close to the beach, so we had a decent view of the beach/sunset. However, our view was partial rather than full, as we had a room with a view that was partially blocked by their restaurant.
Didn't want to complain about it at the time, would have put on un-necessary stress on myself and my wife.
Another small complaint,the wifi connection from our room (206), wasn't great, kept cutting off and on throughout our stay.
I could have sworn that, when clicking on the available room options on expedia, that I clicked on a room with free wifi and free breakfast buffet, but when we got to the hotel, the breakfast wasn't part of what I bought, so that wasn't pleasing.
Apart from all the negatives I just mentioned, our room was clean, everything worked inside our room, lovely stay.

Worth Staying at this hotel

Hotel very busy but not overcrowded, beautiful hotel right on the seafront, beautiful balcony room on nice and quiet part of island, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, wonderful staff truly 5* rated worthy however hotel floor is tiled, can hear every movement of person in the room above heels clicking all over the place. l dare say if l asked for a different room l would have been moved.

Lovely views and very friendly staff

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fabulous and the direct access to spa facilities was an icing on the cake. Julian at the reception gave us a room with a very good sea view which made our anniversary vacation all the more enjoyable. Travelling in the off-season meant almost the entire neighbourhood was closed but the hotel staff and the property took care of all our needs. Should have stayed for a little longer. Definitely recommend this place

Great location but too quiet

When we booked it didn't say the pools, terrace and large beds advertised would not be in use so we're disappointed, easy access to busses and beach is across the road
Best to hire a bike to see everything and is enjoyable

Great hotel will come again.

Amazing hotel! Champagne greeting upon check in was a nice touch as well. My only gripe is that the pool was closed, but it was off season so I understand. The two jaccuzi pools and sauna which are located in the spa were open. The food was amazing! If you can, definitely Upgrade to full board, I didn't want for a thing.
