So they said they had a hot tub on the property we couldn’t find it, our shower , sink and bath stopped working said they would send someone up in 30-45 minutes it was longer then that. We tried to get a bit of a refund for this property refused. The pool inside is only open 10am-6pm a bit strange to me. We arrived told our room wasn’t ready understandable so we waited till 1:30- I assume room wasn’t ready cause it was getting cleaned we get into the room stuff under the bed, also dusty on my night stand everything else was fine. And mind you if your coming here on off season there is absolutely nothing to do around here, nothings open, it’s a ghost down.

Four stars hotel in an excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good room with balcony and nice view. Tap water isn't suitable for drinking, so it's an idea to get bottled water as soon as possible, there's a supermarket nearby.

Everything was excellent during our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very efficient at taking care of our needs. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a very good selection of shops and restaurants. It should also be noted that the buffet breakfast exceeded expectations.

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel ticked all our boxes, staff friendly and always available, hotel clean and tidy, good location, decent breakfast buffet lots of choice. Pool no issue with getting beds, drink and food available to order to your lounger. As I said right at the start really enjoyed our stay, will definitely return.

A lovely hotel with super rooms, clean and fresh smelling areas. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was nice, good choice and tasty. It could have been a touch warmer but there was a microwave so you can heat it up. The evening entertainment was nice and the use of the spa, indoor pool and how close it was to the beach. The only downside was that the lovely big pool was freezing cold!

The AC was a bit noisy so it was hard to sleep when having it on max power (which is a must when it is +40 degrese outside).

The gym equipment was in a really bad condition and must be changed to more modern. An AC must be installed in the gym as well.

The rest of the hotel was very good, especially the food.

This hotel was lovely. Well located for shops and bars but without being too near as to be disturbed by noise. No rush to get sunbeds - there were always some available. Food was lovely and drinks were competitively priced at the pool bar. Food was very good and staff were nice. I would recommend this hotel.

This property is just OK. I don’t think I would classify it as a four-star property more like a three star . The rooms are suitable. However, the beds are very hard I can almost sleep on anything, and I ended up with a sore back at the end of my week. They are very chintzy at this hotel. I asked for some more water and she said at the front desk that you only receive two bottles per stay, give me a break. In addition, there is a room safe however, there is no key when I inquired about that they’re charging you for the key. There is also no iron in the room where they are charging you an additional cost to use that iron for rental. There is no kettle in the room or no espresso machine , there’s so many other hotels that have the basic necessities apology as previously mentioned with no additional charge that I can’t understand why anybody would choose this one . The breakfast is OK however, I struggle to find anything healthy at the Buffay other than one day that they provided some smoothies . I tried to take a dip in the cold pool in the under covered area, and as I was sitting on the side of the pool area, I was attacked by an ants nest on the pool deck . I’m not sure what kind of ants these are but they were the biting kind.

This is a GREAT Hotel venue with excellent amenities. Great breakfast, nice pool and bar, wonderful staff, one block from the beach and outside bars and restaurants. It has ONE outstanding weak link: they want to charge you $18 euros for a key to the room safe which in any other hotel room would be a complimentary amenity in the room. This flaw is ridiculous and unacceptable in 2023.

It was a comfortable stay with helpful staff, but the hotel is a bit dated. It is off-site from the beach, and the parking is just street parking. Which didn't feel the same as claiming off-site parking. The atmosphere is somewhat of an entertainment atmosphere, but it felt a little it wasn't high quality. We weren't there for that anyway, so it didn't matter but it was a bit loud at times as you were walking through the lobby. There is a nice pool, but it isn't near the beach and the surrounding buildings are relatively close.

The front desk staff is not able to properly communicate in English or German, so you better speak Spanish and even if you do they will not be of any help. I asked where to get water and they sent me to a vending machine not telling me there was 2 free waters in the room.
I asked how much breakfast was and they said it was included, sat down started to eat when a lady asked for our room number. She then tells us we need to go pay after we started to eat and after we were told it was free. It cost over 25 euros for 2 people.for their breakfast and thebfood was terrible definitely not worth the money.
Final straw was the air conditioning broke, our room got to 40°C with no breeze coming from the outside. When we talked with front desk they said no maintenance available, no manager to talk to, no room to change to(B.S. because there were rooms advertised), no fan to give us and no refund if we leave. First the front desk lady said \"it was working yesterday, why is it not today\". I replied\" i dont know I'm not an A/C repair guy\".
She then tells us since we booked our room through hotels.com we should contact them with this problem and have them fix it.
YES because hotels.com is responsible for your air conditioning problems.
Beware of this hotel chain, they do not care if you have issues/problems.

The hotel is very nice and clean and reasonably modern compared to others in the area. The food is of a good quality, well above average. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
My one gripe was that there was no room available to shower on the last evening before flying, due to the 1130am checkout.
My son and I were left to shower and dress at the poolside prior to flying.
In 30 degree heat this exercise was a waste of time.
That and the beds were it very wide when used as a twin. Reminded me of our caravan single bed size.
Overall the hotel and food is four stars easily. The beds not so much 4star.

Lovely 5 night break. 3 minute walk to beach and beach bars and restaurants. Short number 25 bus ride to Palma town and number 21 short bus ride to airport. Food and restaurant are very nice. Pool area a little quiet for me but also very lovely. Bar in evenings is quiet unless there’s a singer. I know some people prefer a quieter and relaxing atmosphere but I prefer it to be a little more lively. I like to use the gym and was looking for this amenity when choosing my hotel but the gym area is my one complaint. It has no fan or air con and very little working equipment. Running machine didn’t even work. Other equipment is very old. All hotel staff and their service is great and I can’t fault anything else about this hotel.

I can say that this hotel was less than expected. House keeping and hotel services was way less than I expected. I would not come to this hotel again or recommend to a friend. This is the first hotel I encounter that charge money for using the safe box in the room... I think they cam improve their customer attitude and be more helpful. Again, front office staff was rude and not accommodation customers as they should. I witnessed this issue as I was in need to print my boarding passes and was not assisted to complete this job. Also, I saw one customer asking for a taxi but was not assisted or attended to properly. Staff was not helpful. In a positive note, we liked the breakfast.

Hotel was very nice. The room was a good size.breakfast was great.
Only one complaint that the room was not as clean as we expect,it was dirty under the bed,plus all the cusions were not very clean.
The reception staff were very very helpful.
The one thing the Hotel did lack in was a first aid box,plus a staff member who should be trained in first aid.
I didn't think the fire exit were explained where exits were from the rooms
I would use this hotel again.

A modern, classy mid-size hotel that made for a really pleasant stay without breaking the bank.

The hotel is situated 1-2 streets back from the main sea front with its super sized hotels. For us this gave a much more relaxed and peaceful vibe while still being only a 3-5 minute stroll from the beach.

We were upgraded to a junior suite :-) which I admit would lend itself to a favourable review! The room was clean, modern, spacious and freshly decorated with a balcony and pool view. The pool area was great, again with a modern trendy design. There were lots of different lounging options and shade/sun combos. The double day beds were a great option and a nice touch. The theme of seating options extended to the terrace in front of the bar.

Staff were friendly and helpful with a waiter/ess service to your sun lounger round the pool.

With a spa and gym and nightly entertainment there was not much that was missing really.

Bedroom was rather hot, we later discovered that when we put the air conditioning on, it was blowing out hot air instead of cold! Toiletries provided, although no conditioner. Staff seemed very helpful and overall would recommend this hotel.

We arrived, as expected, at around midnight to find that our room for 3 was only made up for two: no bedding on the sofa bed and no towel. This reduced our exhausted 9 year old to tears.
I went back to reception, explained the situation and the first thing the receptionist said was that I hadn't paid the €1.66 tourist tax. Which he hasn't asked me for, and I had assumed he had added to the room bill when I paid it on arrival. Once I had given him some change he went off to get some bedding and handed it to me. I then discovered that there was only an undersheet on the bed which was too uncomfortable to sleep on, so my daughter slept between two duvets and we slept under a single duvet.

The hotel and staff, overall, is quite pleasing. However, the bathroom is rather small and the toilet and bath were very low for me to get out of the bath and toilet. I found that the bath room was not very clean. The sun loungers were also low for me to use them. I had to resort to a chair with two cushions. Overall, I shall use the hotel again. The food was not very exciting. Out of four days of my stay, there no cucumbers in the salad bar.

The hotel was in a good location - close to beach, bus stops and shops. Staff were friendly and the overall appearance and facilities at the hotel were good. The breakfast buffet had a very good range of good quality options. The room was a good size and comfortable. I didn't use any of the other facilities (pool/spa/exercise room) so can't really comment on them.

Whilst the room was clearly tidied every day, i didn't feel as though it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly every day as it could have been (e.g. bin not emptied every day), though this is more of a minor observation and did not have an effect on the enjoyment of my stay.

The main issue i encountered was the noise level in the evening and at night. There was live music being played very loudly outside my room until quite late at night. Whilst the music was of a reasonable quality, i hadn't been expecting it to be as loud as it was, or to go on as late as it did. It meant that trying to go get to sleep before around 11pm was not possible for me, so i had to readjust my habits whilst i was there. I also found that the people in the neighbouring rooms would come back to their room at around 3am each night, which also meant getting a full nights sleep was impossible for me (though this could happen anywhere you stay, so it wasn't really the hotels fault)

Brilliant location!

The hotel is very clean and modern. It is 5 minutes by taxi from the airport so makes it a great place to stay if your visit is short. The food was very good and with lots of choice

Great hotel with great prices!

Great hotel not to far from beach. Hotel does not have parking, but street parking is usually available nearby. Walking distance to restaurants and a few small grocery stores. Staff if quite nice, and the premises overall great. They have a little \"spa\", where you can reserve the use of a whirlpool, steam room and sauna. I used all three, and I liked them. We found a nice deal and has a junior suite with spa access and enjoyed it quite a bit. For a price that is close to a hostel price in the city center, this hotel is quite a catch! N.B. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas, but room coverage can be spotty.

Perfect

This was our second visit to the Pamplona and we enjoyed every moment. The food choice was a bit hit and miss on occasions but the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. We would certainly come back again in the future.

Lovely hotel great staff and location the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom had a glass window so no going to the loo or shower in private, I stood on the balcony whilst my friend took her shower

Very nice hotel, modern

Beautiful hotel but the rooms are not family friendly, there is a window between the shower and the room so you can easily see whoever is showering.
They did have entertainment nightly which was a nice touch.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful, not very economical but well put together.

Excellent hotel which had everything we expected

We had never been to Palma before so were delighted with the location of the hotel, only a few minutes walk from the beach. A lot of places were closing as it was the end of the season, so had most of our meals in the hotel. We found a good selection of food both for breakfast and evening meal. The bar snacks available at the pool bar were a bit limited. The hotel staff were very good, everyone from the reception to the room maids. The majority of the guests were German, we only heard one other English voice! But saying that, we are already looking at booking again for next spring. The hotel was in excellent order throughout, and had been refurbished only recently.
