I travelled for work and used the facility shower and sleep. I was all day out for work and had to return back at the hotel for shower and a change of clothes before dinner with clients. Unfortunately, the hotel had a water supply problem which they were working on hours. They deactivated the phones due to high number of calls related to the water supply.
Overall, I am unhappy with the stay. I had to leave the hotel with extra layer of deodorant and perfume.

check-in was okayish, but there is much room for improvement in terms of friendlyness. why only handing out just one key card for two guests? i know pictures are often different from room in reality. but the superior seaview room advertisement pictures are completely different than the room i got. the front desk assured it was no mistake.

Maria served ilus and was super helpful when it came to requesting a change of room from a pool view to the airport view. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel itself is nice, clean and modern. However there are literally no amenities provided in the rooms and you have to leave deposits with reception in order to obtain any of them. I stayed for four nights with a friend and we were shocked to find that we needed to leave a £20 deposit just to have a kettle in the room, as there were no coffee making facilities in the room. We also inquired about an iron and ironing board which is pretty standard in all four star hotels and they said we needed to leave a £10 deposit but that none were actually available at the time. There were also deposits required for beach towels. My friend and i both work in a four star hotel in england and we were shocked that none of the amenities that are considered standard at the four star level were provided by the hotel. That being said, the staff were very helpful when we wanted to arrange a rental car and taxis. And the breakfast buffet was much better than i expected. There were also some really affordable and relatively healthy options for lunch from the pool bar which was a nice surprise. If the hotel were able to provide all the expected amenities in the room, i probably would’ve rated the stay a five. Our only other issue was the air conditioning/heating unit locks overnight at whatever level you had it at in the evening and is unable to change, so you have to make sure you set it at a good temp in the evening, or else it can get quite warm overnight.

Hotel did not switch the air-con on until mid way through our holiday and the room was very stuffy.
The only let down for the hotel was the swimming pool - it was very large and inviting, but always absolutely freezing cold - there was never anyone in it for this reason. I love swimming and one main reason that I chose this hotel was for the big pool, which I didn't use.

2nd visit to Hotel 5 day break for my 66 th Birthday and our 37th Wedding Anniversary.After arrival at hotel and checking in we were told room not ready but after about an hour my husband checked with reception and was told it was ready so we hadn’t been informed which was a bit annoying .Didnt find reception staff very friendly .We we’re half board and found choice of food not as good as previous stay Chicken was on offer every dinner time and we found that at best cooked breakfast Luke warm . Lovely gesture on my birthday a bottle of sparkling wine and card left in room when we returned from dinner .

We arrived late and the guy on the desk was very unfriendly and disinterested with no greeting. We were told water was in the room but there was nothing. We had to pay €5 for two small bottles.

Besides the location (easy access to the beach) and the friendly staff there’s nothing special about this hotel. The hotel lacks amenities and activities. Very little to do at the hotel which is annoying if you spend a extended period of time there like we did. The cleanliness of the eating utensils in the dining hall was very poor. We often had to ask for clean silverware. Drinks are not included in your meal options so be prepared to pay for water, soda, alcohol etc.

The front desk was phenomenal! My son was traveling alone and when he became ill they were able to get him to the hospital. They even visited him in the hospital until I could arrive from the states. They seemed honestly concerned for his welfare and my well being. They were also helpful throughout our stay.
