Ordere the room two months to early. 5 minutes after the payment i called and spoke with the hotel. Even after Hotels tried to help me they didnt want to help. Wanted to order two more doble rooms but happy that i didnt. Dont want to leave money in a hotel with so poor custumer service.

Excellence service. Very clean in the public areas. Quiet. Good breakfast and dinner. Perfect location. Free Bali beds-perfect extra for your relax. In 5* hotel inPalma they were charging 40€ for the day.. Not sure why our cards didn’t work for the rooftop terrace. But as we were there just for the day and a half-it didn’t bother us.

The pool only opened at 10am, which felt a bit late for September. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is perfect for a quick weekend break as it’s so close to the airport. You can see and hear planes, but we expected this, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was fine overall, although the cappuccino didn’t really taste like one. A highlight was the great walk and cycle path right outside the hotel that leads all the way to Palma. We also hired bikes directly through the hotel, thanks to their partnership with a nearby cycle centre. Bike hire 8euros per day.

The restaurants on property were excellent. The staff were always freindly and helpful. The one and only complaint was the glass shower door leaked to the outside floor. We had to lay towels on the floor to absorb the water after every shower.

During my recent visit to AluaSoul hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the highest of customer service provided located in a great area.
However, my stay was somewhat marred by the accommodations. The bed in my room left much to be desired; the mattress was torn and lacked the firmness I prefer for a good night's sleep. While the culinary offerings were outstanding, the comfort of the lodging did not meet the same high standards.

Overall, I would highly recommend AluaSoul for your stay.

We had a fabulous stay, very clean and lovely room. We had an issue checking in as the computers were not working however the chap on duty was very apologetic. Air conditioning could have been colder but we were unable to change the settings. Meals and drinks very reasonably priced and good quality. The only real issue we had was with the lifeguard, we left our beds to have some lunch in your restaurant and he threw our bags and towels off the beds. When I challenged him he said we had been gone an hour, the couple next to us said he threw them off when we had been gone only 10 minutes, he was extremely rude to me and my husband. We adhered to the not putting your towels on the subbed until 10am when other were putting them out at 07.30. Apart from this we had a great stay.

Really nice, quiet and well equipped hotel in a perfect location. If you’re into swimming in the sea vs pool like us, it will take you about 15 mins walk to get to a nice sandy beach (Palma beach) but I appreciate the walk so it didn’t bother us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Both and good and not so good.

Starting with less good :

Problems with staff knowledge regarding payment at the reception. took a long time and was complicated.

The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, which is basically what all hotels do today. But this hotel has taken the ban to its limit. That is, there is no place whatsoever to sit in the entire hotel area and have a drink and a cigarette, another guest also informed me that they were forbidden to smoke on the room's own balcony. Foolishness during holiday celebrations is the last thing you want to experience. Can understand the intention, but change this, make a smoker's corner where smokers can have a drink and a cigarette, this will surely increase the hotel's popularity.

Very good !

Best breakfast I've had at a tourist hotel in Europe, we also tried dinner which was also good so the restaurant gets 5 stars.

Very good beds, and good shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet and very clean hotel.

here, too, you have a bad grasp of the music that is played on speakers and event music. if you look at the guests this time of year, I guess the average age is 60, and then the music and volume should be adjusted. complaints the drain and the lock on the balcony were not fixed despite reminders. window sections facing the airport should be replaced with insulating glass because there are very loud noises from the frequent air traffic.

The hotel was lovely, the staff both friendly and professional. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast first class and the best dinner I have eaten in any Spanish hotel at a very reasonable price. The room was spacious with a good view and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was a bonus but the doors out to it were fiddly and not at all sound proof which was a major drawback as the hotel is just beyond the airport and the constant take offs from 6 am to 10 pm are intrusive and not conducive to a leisurely morning wake up. If the rooms were soundproofed with new doors the hotel would be perfect

The location of this hotel is perfection. Set in a beautiful quiet bay, and right next to the gorgeous coastline promenade walk to Palma, but a short walk to a lovely selection of restaurants.

I had a room with a Bali bed which was great for afternoon naps and reading my book. The upstairs deck was nice and quiet and never a problem to get a sunbed.

The whole hotel has a high standard of cleanliness.

My room was spacious, hairdryer brilliant and shower nice and powerful and hot. The small fridge in the room was good for keeping bottled water cold.

Only constructive feedback was a lack of small touches you get in other hotels - water replenished each day or robes. The pool closed at 6pm which seemed quite early. There was also no room service.

I loved my stay and will be back in the near future, thank you for a great stay!

Food was good and most of the staff was very friendly although some of the waitstaff acted like they were being bothered when asking for a drink or food. Here are some suggestions:
-Nighttime entertainment was SO much better when it was actually held outside.
-Bottled water should be re-stocked in the room every day, shouldn't have to pay nearly $3 for a bottled water.
-More English channels on the TV would have been nice.
-Cleaning staff was in our room WAY too many times even when the \"Do NOT Disturb\" sign was clearly posted.
-When requesting room service, staff should be letting people know about the 15 Euro extra charge.

I have a couple of ideas though, add in a box of tissues in either bathroom or on side table by the bed.

Also perhaps consider putting up some frosted glass on balconies between the rooms as it was not very private and the adjoining guests were looking over to what I was doing !!

We went away for a few a days and this was an amazing place to stay. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. One girl at the front desk was amazing I didn't/forgot her name but she was very helpful, kind and nice. The breakfast was really good and had a great variety of food. Vi bookede ved en fejl et Premier værelse. De er på 1 sal.
Vi vil gerne bo højt og bad om at blive flyttet, selvom Superior på 5. sal er billigere.
Det var svært da \"reklamesangen\" for Premier værelserne gik igang.
Men de ville undersøge om flytning var muligt.
Vi hørte intet.
Efter 7 overnatninger i Premier spurgte vi receptionen hvad status på en evt. flytning var.
Nu var det en anden der tog affære og vi kunne på et Superior på 5. sal.
Men ellers kan hotellet varmt anbefales.
Dejlig voksen hotel med god buffet restaurant.
God beliggehed op til villa kvarter i Can Pastilla.

Be careful when booking this hotel - if you don’t book the very best rooms you will be put in rooms to the rear of the hotel. Some do have full sea views but you are basically next to the airport on the main flight path and it is incredibly noisy - you are not warned about this.

Sun beds are incredibly limited wit little space to sit near the pool the hotel is too big for the social space available.

Having been returning to this hotel for over 20 years, I have to say that it is blatantly obvious that the company is now only interested in your money. Whilst the staff are excellent the hotel itself is not. We had no air conditioning for most of our holiday in 30 degrees heat, which completely ruined our whole experience. We did find out that this has been on going for a long time now and not being rectified. Also the shower leaks from the top of the shower head all over the ceiling and pours out all over the floor from the bottom of the door, which we had to keep using our towels to soak it all up.
There are other things that have let this hotel down but in the 21st century, this is now the only hotel that we have stayed in that apparently doesn’t know how to cook poached eggs.

Bra läge med närhet till strand (5 min promenad) och till Palma (10 min taxi). Trevligt poolområde. Hade dålig start med aircon som inte fungerade och fick rapportera tre gånger till receptionen innan det blev fixat. Därefter inga problem men det tog flera timmar innan det blev åtgärdat. Beställning i baren glömdes bort…så servicen var lite sådär.

BEWARE - Noisy and hot rooms. Stayed in January. Weather was in the mid-sixties. Our room was 76 degrees F when we got there. HVAC unit would only blow hot air. Front desk told us there was no AC - only heat. They insisted we were the only guests to ever have this problem. Airplanes were loud flying over the hotel. Couldn't use the HVAC fan to drown out the noise. Thin walls meant you could also hear people in the rooms around you. Never again!!

Pool area is nicest thing about this hotel. The rooms are nice but aren’t always cleaned to best standard and towels etc not replaced upon request. Buffet restaurant food and staff were very good but bar staff not great; quite slow and not hugely accommodating. The evening entertainment was quite weak. Feels as though everything is designed to make more money from you: paying for nicer sunbeds or access to another pool etc which I don’t think should be the case.

The hotel is quite a way out of Palma. However, it is new, clean, immaculate with great views over the sea. The area is quiet and safe. There is a cool bar across the road which is well worth a visit.
Parking is easy and straight outside the hotel.
The staff are very nice and the buffet breakfast was excellent. We would come back.

The hotel was impressive. Clean, staff very friendly & helpful. Food very good. More varieties of cocktails would have been nice. The evening buffet was not available due to low guest numbers, so can't comment on that.The staff were very COVID compliant & we felt safe. We upgraded to Prestige but unfortunately didn't make use of the extra facilities, mainly due to the weather. Convenient location. Nice and quiet- away from the hustle & bustle of drunken groups of people enjoying themselves. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and food were good. Rooms were outdated, staff occasionally seemed like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to be serving the guests, which was uncomfortable. You had to pay for water with your dinner, which a I found absurd and when I asked for ice for my room they told me to check with the bar and pay one euro. Both ridiculous ways to nickel and dime their guest I thought. My wife and I stayed for two weeks, and were put off by the small things, like the ones listed above and again when we’d requested more instant coffee packets for our room after we’d used the two we were given the first night, we were told we could only have tea. We ended up buying our own at the supermarket.

Did not like : no ice machine, for a place that is so hot- charging for bottled water but offering tap water for breakfast only was crazy. Room floor was dirty when we got the room. Room ac: would turn off completely - it should have a timer for when we get back from activities. Took more than an hour to cool off to comfortable temperature.

I liked no children especially in the dining room, had a nice sea view room. Didn’t like freezing cold swimming pool, food could have been I little hotter. Not a lot of evening entertainment

Great place to go for a city or beach break.

Hotel was nice but very quiet. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was nice modern with comfortable bed. Had access from room to terrace with sun loungers which was a bonus. Short walk to local bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, good size room, enjoyed the food, good range of choices.

Had to hunt for a bottle opener, might be nice to have one in the room. It's nice to enjoy wine on the balcony.

Exceptional stay.

Friendly and attentive staff, great pool area and location, and have to admit that the breakfast and evening buffets were a different class. Really enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. And only a 10 minute transfer from the airport is also a big bonus.

Perfect location, awesome bike rental, amazing breakfast buffet and even lounge-entertainment on occasion. Cava on Saturday Buffet a nice surprise😉

Everyone was helpful and smiling. There were lots of areas to sit, both inside and outside to enjoy the setting and service. The food here was EXCELLENT, with a huge choice of fresh dishes and accompaniments. A chef was always there cooking and would carve you portions from the daily joint at dinner as well as creating more or the fish, vegetarian and all the hot food. My room was clean and comfortable, although it may have just fitted two people. I had a balcony view over the bay - well worth asking for. I slept well and overall one of the best hotels I have used.
