Great staff

We had an amazing time at the Pabisa Sofia.
The staff were amazing and very nice.
I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research.
All in all we had a good time at the hotel and wouldn't mind coming back another time.

Overall good but there could be optimization!

Rooms are clean and renovated and a great location. Unfortunately the aircon is not working really well if it’s hot outside it’s not getting really cold in the room and this was in different rooms the same. A lot of extra costs like late check out or towel when you like to stay before your flight at the pool… Roomservice was fantastic! Breakfast had more choices last year but overall okay just the juices are not really delicious.

In general I would say for the high price we could expect a bit more…

My stay was the near the end of March and the places the hotel was safe and just ten mins walk to the beach. A lot of restaurants, cafe and beach options near the beach and busy. I wouldn't say it's quiter as the music from nearby hotels was loud at night. I guess sit will only further busier and louder in peak season. The hotel said adult only but saw kids at breakfast during Easter weekend. The breakfast spread is quite good. Never tried lunch or dinner at the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay - the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly too.

Not very good value for money

Hotel was good start at first so when I got to the room you could barely even walk in. I know I’m only a solo traveller but it is nice to be able to get changed in your room. I got woken up twice by cleaning staff at 8:30 then 9 am which is not a big deal but they just walk in and not understand people do sleep. Gym equipment is very old so if you’re looking for a gym stay somewhere else as you can tell there was 0 investment in it for at least 10 years. The lifts were beyond awful, very gritty on the outside and I pressed the buzzer 3 times and was standing on my floor for 15 minutes when trying to leave on my third night out. I wouldn’t mind but I was on floor 7 so it was very difficult. Overall not the best experience due to the cleaning staff and the gym which ruined it for me. The pool is nice and the surrounding area.

The stay was great and the property was beautiful. However, we had an incident where a member of our party was stabbed in the leg by a loose spring in the bed. We brought this up to the staff member on duty (Michael) who brushed it off, did nothing to help, and told us to simply go back to our room and flip the mattress over. This lack of professionalism and hospitality was extremely disappointing and upsetting.

Good Hotel

Decent budget hotel. Nice rooms,pool area is pleasant and staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drink is good value. The beach is only a short walk and there are good restaurants and bars too. The area is primarily geared for German visitors, however you'll get by in English fine and there are a couple of beer halls if you fancy some 'Oktoberfest' style entertainment while you're there..

Das Hotel ist nah zum Meer und außerdem fußläufig zu diversen Ballermann Locations wie zum Beispiel dem Bierkönig oder dem deutschen Eck.
Es ist dennoch ruhig und entspannt. Das Essen ist in Ordnung und bietet genug Auswahl für alle.

Klimaanlage hat nciht richtig funktioniert. Zimmer klein aber für eine Woche ausreichend. 5min zum Strand, zum Bierkönig und Bierstraße. Pool auch in Ordnung, keine oder sehr wenige Liegenreservierer. Poolbar auch super. Preis Leistung vollkommen in Ordnung. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch vollkommen akzeptabel. Tägliche Reinigung, Deutschsprachiges Personal, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nachteil ab 7 Uhr Müllabfuhr und Anlieferverkehr von 2 Hotels daher ein gepiepste beim rückwärtsfahren ,da ist man dann wach .

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Bis zur Bierstraße nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7. Stock. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Im Besonderen die sanitären Einrichtungen. Die Balkontüre konnte nur mit Kraft geöffnet und geschlossen werden, völlig deformiert. Das Zimmer war klein. Für unseren Aufwnthalt 6 Nächte ok. Für einen längeren Zeitraum einfach zu eng. Das Frühstück war ok. Nichts besonderes - Standard. Da sind wir besseres gewohnt. Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich ohne Frühstück buchen und draußen frühstücken. Parkplätze sind keine vorhanden., Man findet aber in den Nebenstraßen immer eine Parkmöglichkeit.

Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön und hatte Glück mit den Nachbarn die auch ruhig waren. Immer sauber, neue Handtücher bei Bedarf und viel Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Das Plastik Armband fand ich störend aber schützt vor unbefugten Personen. Hier wäre Stoff sicherlich besser.

1h d’attente pour avoir la clef de chambre

Arrivé à 23h15 à l’hôtel le check out prends 1h00 minimum. Il y a une seul personne au desk qui est pas très efficace et mal organisé. Devant moi 4 client en attente mais 1 seul prends de multiple chambre avec des 10 aines de passeport
Ces vienne ne sont pas des clients de dernière minute mais qui on réservé depuis longtemps. Pourquoi les clefs des chambres ne sont pas prêtes à leur arrivée. Tout pourrait être anticipé mais ce n’étais pas le cas. 1h d’attente pour un check in c’est inadmissible

Das Hotel war toll. Gerade erst letztes Jahr renoviert. Personal super freundlich und auch deutschsprachig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war super und umfangreich. Beim Abendessen empfehle ich eher direkt abends dort vor Ort das Essen zu buchen. Es gibt ein Buffet und ein Getränk für 17€ als Angebot, was ziemlich angemessen ist. Die Lautstärke im Hotel war okay. Nachts manchmal etwas lauter was aber an der Nähe zum Bierkönig liegt. Was mir im Hotel gefehlt hat war die Beschilderung von Bar, Pool und Essbereich. Das Personl hat auch nur aufgrund meiner Anfrage mit den Weg erklärt. Sonst ist auch mit dem Bus 25 oder 23 (kostet 2€ eine Fahrt) Palma super zu erreichen. Auch der Weg zum Flughafen ist mit dem Bus ganz einfach.

Wir waren positiv überrascht! Das Hotel ist Innen neu renoviert worden. Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet, etwas hellhörig, aber das liegt nicht an den lauten Nachbarn, sondern man hört die Spülung. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, wir hätten uns Sprudelwasser gewünscht. Abends ist es ruhig im Hotel, es steht ein Security zur Kontrolle, ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit.
Wir hätten uns noch zwei Handtücher mehr fürs Zimmer gewünscht und Poolhandtücher, die man eventuell an der Poolbar bekommt!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7. Stock mit Meerblick, welches sehr schön war.
Wer an die Playa möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben, wenn man nicht unbedingt mitten im Getümmel sein möchte!

Probleme avec la clim qu'ont ne peut pas gerer nous meme, du coup il fesait souvent tres chaud dans la chambre.

Le personnel de l'accueil qui ne parle pas francais alors que c'est mentionné qu'il le parle.

J'avais envoyé un mail quelques jours acabt mon arrivé pour avoir des informations, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.

Sinon, pour le reste c'était top, tres bel hôtel bien équipé.

A mon arrivé le personnel d'accueil de nuit était un peu désagréable.

Sehr schönes Hotel in optimaler Lage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir wurden direkt bei der Ankunft super freundlich begrüßt und wurden auch weiterhin von dem gesamten Personal zu jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommen behandelt.

Das Essen war für uns ebenfalls sehr gut. Wechselnde Gerichte, unterschiedliche Auswahl, für Jeden etwas dabei.

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und super sauber. Weiterhin ist die Klimatisierung sehr angenehm und gut selbst einstellbar.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Dusche: Das Wasser wird bei einem Duschgang immer zwischendurch superheiß und der Wasserdruck lässt nach.
Frühstück ist super mit einer großen Auswahl an verschiedenen Produkten und immer frisch.
Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit einer super Lage zum Ballermann :)

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend!

Leider habe ich ein Zimmer im Treppenhaus erwischt, und man hat jedes Wort und jeden Schritt der anderen Gäste gehört. Geschlafen habe ich demnach sehr wenig bis garnicht.

Die Poolanlage war dafür aber hervorragend und sehr sauber.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, nur die Treppenhaus-Zimmer sollten dringend abgeschafft werden..

Tolle Lage, nah am Strand, nah um Supermarkt, nah zur Kneipe. Sauberkeit ist befriedigend, haben bei Ankunft noch Sachen von vorherigen Gästen in den Ecken gefunden, Tresor war defekt, Abflussrohr unter dem Waschbecken hat getropft. Aber alles nicht tragisch, waren rundum recht zufrieden.

Die Zimmerreinigung war eine einzige Katastrophe: In fünf Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal der Boden gewischt oder gekehrt, sodass unser Zimmer voller Sand war. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht und Handtücher kaum bis gar nicht ausgetauscht.

Selbst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir am Abreisetag keine frischen Handtücher, obwohl wir explizit darum gebeten hatten, um noch duschen zu können. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das absolut inakzeptabel.

Die Zimmer an sich waren zwar eher klein, was für uns aber kein großes Problem war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, aber keinesfalls überdurchschnittlich.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel in keiner Weise dem, was man von einem Vier-Sterne-Haus erwarten darf. Wir würden es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wo soll ich nur Anfangen, das Frühstück wahr 0815 jeden Tag das gleich kein abwechslungsreiche Frühstück und Geschmack auch nicht, ich wahr im 8 Stockwerk die Klimaanlage hat mehr geheizt als gekühlt, der Fernseher ging von 5 Nächte nur einmal habe alles auch beim ersten Tag gemeldet und auch mehrmals nur am letzten Abend ging er wieder, die Reinigung wahr nicht optimal wenn noch Haare vom Vorgänger in der Dusche sind und auf dem Boden, ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr Buchen doch lieber wieder ins Riu Hotel dort wahr es super

Die Lage war ganz gut, aber durch oder gerade auf Grund der Nähe zum Ballermann wurde es Nachts dann doch öfters mal lauter. Die Zimmer sind super klein und eng (auch das Badezimmer). Definitiv nur etwas für 2-3 Nächte und die Party machen wollen und denen die Lautstärke in der Nacht nichts ausmacht.
