Hotel lovely, room nice but small no seating area we are English and didn't realise it would be full of Germans. Breakfast good Evening meal poor and did t get a drink included with meal ( inc had to pay for water) air con didn't work in room but eventually got it sorted. No sound proofing of room so noisy all night long with groups coming home 1am 2am 3am etc banging doors and shouting, asked to be moved but hotel full.
All in all nice hotel but wouldn't return due to area been German which we weren't told about

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind für mich mit abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter an der Player die ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Die nähe zum Bierkönig fand ich sehr gut sollte aber jedem klar sein. Ich gehe wieder sehr gerne in das Hotel. Es war eine schöne Zeit

Amazing stay 👍

What an amazing stay at the RIU Concordia. Staff are so lovely, from room staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception. The food in the restaurant is superb. So fresh, hot and the best choice. Drinks at the bar had plenty of choice, cocktails made fresh which were amazing and reasonably priced.

Property was really nice. Area has a sports bar which is quite noisy during football matches. There is little soundproofing between room and doors so ear plugs a must. Everyone comes in at all hours. I was disappointed that the balcony was overtop the building below so it ended up being a terrace tunnel which wasn’t usable. Hotel doesn’t respond to Expedia messages. Half board was quite good and easy to get to Palma and Airport as the bus stops right outside.

I love to stay in this Hotel, and what I liked most was the friendliness of all the Hotel's employees. Made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay.
The only downside, as I was on a business trip, was that the breakfast didn't open early. If it started at least at 7:30 am, it would be a good time. So I needed to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Our original booking could not be honoured at the hotel so they sent us to their sister hotel up the road. This was an upgrade so we're very happy. Clean. Efficient. Good food for an all inclusive. Highly recommended.

The hotel neens a revamp it smelt of mould,some of the staff were fine .on tuesdays eavning meal i got a bad reaction to a fish course i so bad i had to go the heath centre.they gave me pills for diarrhoea and sickness and pain killers,so i spent wednesday and thursday in bed.so that was the end to my holiday.the hotel was fall of very loud germans so we did not get mutch sleep....we wil nether go there again. So i give 2*****

This hotel is an absolute disaster zone

Very poor customer service and communication. Hotel guests mainly and mostly are 70+ Germans with rude attitude and disliking all other nations including UK!!. You are told off if you take water from a dispenser in the restaurant if you are not on a full board or inclusive!!!!. Choose a different hotel if you can and void this all rubbish.

Relax and comfort hotel in Playa de Palma!

Superb experience! Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to the nearby Hotel Riu Bravo 4*, a four-stars hotel with all-inclusive (we had only booked half-board, and besides - it was a very reasonable rate). The staff is amazing - from the front desk to the waiters, they are always friendly, efficient and commited to their job. Thank YOU very much! The facilities are nice (swimming pool, spa, small gym)... though there were some small maintenance problems (with the sauna). The food is good and there is plenty of choice! The only downside is that the hotel mainly caters to foreign tourists (mainly Germans)... Being Spaniards, we had problems adjusting to the restaurant closure at just 21h (9 p.m.). Before the closing time the staff already start clearing the tables and the buffet... we were stressed when arriving at the hotel at 20.45h after a long day of sight-seeing and having to rush for food. There is a small bar in the hotel and you can enjoy music shows at night while sipping a drink. The location is good, just a few meters away from the bus stops to the airport (10-15' away) and the buses 25 and 15 to Palma city centre (20-30' away). Other than that, be aware it is a resort area and most of the business are shut down after the high season. Besides, the hotel is clean as a whistle, recently refurbished and spotless. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we are looking forward to try other RIU hotels for our holidays! THANK YOU, Gracias, one more time to the personnel!

Better than expected

we booked a seaview room but were told they did not exist. However we got one on the 2nd day. The room was spacious with 2 armchairs and a table and ample storage space for clothes.There was a TV with BBC1. We got twin beds as is apparently required by their German custom but we found out that there were double beds! The mattress cover was extremely noisy.The balcony was large with chairs and a table and a clothes dryer. The shower was great. The indoor pool was quite cold so we didn't use it. The foyer and the bar were very spacious and comfortable. The dining area was welcoming and the food plentiful and varied most of it cooked in front of us. But the buffet was cleared 45mins after the start of the service. As half boarders we were not allowed water from the machine and we had to buy it in small bottle quite expensively in our view. We thought it was very mean. There was no decaf coffee only at the bar and it was not nice. 80% of the customers were German and the staff spoke in German ignoring the nationality of the remaining 20%. Overall the hotel were true to their promise. As a 3* the sheets were changed once a week. The area was very quiet due to the season (shops and hotels were closed) but as we were close to Palma with a very frequent and cheap bus service we could move about quite easily and visit the island. The hotel was very pleasant and in view of the price we were quite satisfied. Abit of Spanish and German were a great help to make friends.

Convenient location for beach and airport

Principally an all inclusive hotel for elderly Germans, with a few other nationalities thrown in. However, the facilities are good and the food is excellent. We stayed on half board for three days and I put weight on. If you have a car and are touring the island it is perfect.

The whole resort was German , never heard one British voice on my stay , hotel was 3 star and wouldn't expect anymore for that rating , but communication was very difficult in hotel and resort as I said earlier everyone spoke German . Cannot understand why a company with a good reputation would do this to people.

Very much a German tourist hotel

Clean hotel, pleasant staff, but this hotel and the resort is very German oriented. Had to persuade one bar to put English Premier League games on, much to the obvious disappointment of the passing Germans. Food was ok, standard buffet fodder, with some grill chefs. Drinks (spirits) were way too strong, they've definitely not heard of drinking responsibly. Was ok for 3 nights with a group of lads, but wouldn't rush back.

First time visit to Mallorca. Hotel is located less than a block to the beach. A million local stores within 2 mins. Restaurants and bars to choose from. Located in the area known as \"Arenal\" which is very popular with Germans. Some areas might be too much nightlife for the ones looking for a quiet stay. But the hotel is far enough from that area. No wi-fi on the room (use the free, fast access on the beach!). No fridge in the room. Breakfast and dinner buffet are plentiful. Just be on time, because the service hours are short. Overall, two thumbs up!

We have good stay for money we paid

I got very good AI rate 6 months ahead on expedia.co.uk, much better then in other booking pages. Hotel is placed in very good position, close to the very nice beach, clean calm see and action sea side road - of course german action road. All inclusive catering is on cheaper side - but what can we wait for so good rate I got, drinks are from better side. All staff is very good, rooms are rather worn down, but clean, only AC has not working properly- no big problem. Garden and swiming pool area is realy nice, but be aware - hotel is mainly for german guests, but to speak with english in hotel is no problem too,.

A basic hotel with great location close to airport and 2 minute walk to beach. This was a very German hotel and resort with all restaurants, bars and entertainment aimed towards German tourists. We seemed to be the only English couple in the whole hotel. All inclusive food was tasty but had a limited choice, it did have a good variety of drinks included though. Our room was basic but clean as expected of a three star hotel. Rooms have nice balconies with table and chairs, and a safe is provided. If you hire a car parking is limited on the road outside. Overall a good hotel for the price.

vielen Dank für Ihre Abfrage. Gerne möchte ich Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu unserem kürzlichen Aufenthalt geben.

Am Morgen unserer Abreise (15. Februar 2026 gegen 7:50 Uhr) sind wir zum Frühstück gegangen. Da bereits andere Gäste anwesend waren, betraten wir ebenfalls den Speisesaal. Ein Mitarbeiter Ihres Hauses wies uns in sehr unfreundlicher und lauter Weise darauf hin, dass das Frühstück erst um 8:00 Uhr beginne, und forderte uns auf, den Raum sofort zu verlassen. Er begleitete uns bis zur Tür und reagierte auf unseren Hinweis, dass wir zeitnah abreisen müssten, mit einem wiederholten „raus, raus“. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als unangemessen und respektlos. Leider erfolgte im Anschluss keine Entschuldigung.

Darüber hinaus wäre es hilfreich, wenn das Abendprogramm den Gästen im Vorfeld kommuniziert würde. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Qualität der Abendverpflegung im Vergleich zu früheren Aufenthalten nachgelassen hat.

Weiterhin empfehlen wir, die Abdichtung der Zimmertüren zu verbessern, da Geräusche vom Flur deutlich wahrnehmbar waren.

Abschließend möchte ich betonen, dass wir mit dem übrigen Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping, sehr zufrieden waren.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut (große Auswahl und lecker).
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich.
Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und ich würde wiederkommen.

Es gibt aber einen nicht zu vernachlässigen Kritikpunkt: Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört deutlich wenn Leute am Zimmer vorbeigehen und reden oder wenn im Nachbarzimmer TV geschaut wird. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, wenn die Glotze bis nachts um 2 läuft und man entsprechend nicht bzw. schlecht einschlafen kann. Hier sollten die Gäste evtl. vom Hotel gebeten werden, nach Mitternacht kein TV mehr zu schauen oder zumindest auf minimaler Lautstärke.

Chambre bien. Repas variés. Be mol : très vieux linge de lit, serviettes déchirées, pas top pour 4 etoiles.
Mauvaise surprise pour la demi pension où l'eau est payantes, toutes boissons d'ailleurs, sans affichage nulle part ! Très cher et limite obligatoire car on s'est pris une colère terrible on avait osé apporté 1 petite bouteille d'eau...
Les viennoiseries du matin sont vieilles et le café imbuvable !!! Pas de machine à café, c'est des thermos de café sans goût...Du jus de chaussettes...
Ps: photos des serviettes mourantes et déchirées disponibles. Menage bâclé moyen tous les jours.

Mycket nöjd, även vid tidigare längre vistelser. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent, rejält och prisvärt. Välorganiserat. Jag hade tyckt att standard dubbelrum var något litet att dela men det har två breda enkelsängar (intill varandra), rymlig garderob med 20 galgar (extra pluspoäng för det) och litet fri golvyta. Fint badrum med rymlig dusch. Badrock, tofflor, hårbalsam och bodylotion saknas. God och riklig frukost med mycket färsk frukt. Varierande kvällsbuffet, där jag är verkligt imponerad över kvaliteten när de ska utfordra så många på kort tid. Dessutom är det varma ordentligt varmt. Lång men inte så bred utomhuspool. Hotellet har varit välbelagt men mycket lugnt när jag varit här i lågsäsong. Övervägande äldre, tysktalande gäster, både på hotellet och orten. Strandpromenaden några hundra meter bort och buss till såväl Palma stad som flygplatsen runt hörnet.

Top Lage. Essen vielfältig und lecker. Personal super höflich und freundlich. Service 1a vor allem der Herr an der Rezeption chema. Auch nach dem auschecken durften wir unser Gepäck weiterhin abgeschlossen bis abends verstauen und auch noch alles nutzen. Es standen auch duschen und umkleiden zur Verfügung. Zum feiern das perfekte hotel man ist nah dran aber bekommt kaum etwas davon mit.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist eine gute Unterkunft. Etwas laut: man hört wie Nachbarn reden und Co.
Hotelmitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es wird eine anständige Auswahl an Speisen angeboten.

Dass Hotel liegt sehr gut, wenn man Ballermann und Co gerne mag. In der Nebensaison ist die Lautstärke akzeptabel, in der Hauptsaison möchte ich es lieber nicht wissen. Aber wenn man sich dieses Hotel aussucht, müsste man auch wissen was auf einen zukommt. Ansonsten ist das Essen gut, man findet immer etwas. Leider hört man auch alles vom Nachbarn, das liegt an der Bausubstanz.
Alles in allem kann man das Hotel empfehlen.

Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, essen ist gut. Ich war im Februar hier, deswegen allgemein recht ruhig. Denke aber, im Sommer sieht das ganz anders durch die unterschiedlichen Events hier. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war, dass es durchaus hellhörig war, inbesondere wenn Menschen im Flur waren. Sonst aber preisleistung top.
