The room and balcony were really nicely presented and clean.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. The air conditioning is very noisy. The breakfast, in terms of variety, feels more like a 3-star hotel quality. The bakery selection is poor and limited. I expected better from a 4-star hotel. As for the El Arenal area, in one word, it’s terrible and low-quality.

The evening buffet was not worth for 20 Euros at all. Vegetables soggy and poor food quality as if leftovers were being served.

Good variety of breakfast and dinner. Staff are great. Bus stop outside hotel was super helpful. Close to beach was great. Loved live songs in bar area.

Would have loved a kettle in room to make your own tea/coffee. And for a 4 star hotel would have loved slipper as the tile flooring was too cold.

This is a very nice hotel with everything that you need. The pool is v nice and pool towels are provided. The hotel staff are excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Popular with cyclists.
The local public transport is great.
Limited local restaurants but this may be due to the time of year.

For us it was a perfect location. Very easy and reliable bus service into Palma. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the guests were not very considerate. Due to the large numbers of cats at the entrance to the hotel it smells of strong urine all the time and inside the hotel! Would we recommend, yes possibly. The cats need to be removed.

The breakfast buffet was great. Our bartender on the lower level bar was excellent, very nice man. Kudos to Maria who happened to check us in and out of hotel. Only professional staff at check-in, she was very helpful, made you feel welcome, and smiled the whole time. Everyone else at the desk were either rude, miserable or didn’t want to be there and we can feel their energy. However, the bed in room was too hard, I had to sleep on the couch. We asked the front desk for another comforter and we never received it. The room was too hot, uncomfortable to sleep at night. However, Supermarket is walking distance and the beach isn’t too far of a walk either.

Very old and unpleasant place with cockroaches in a bathroom. Towels in a bathroom and bed sheets are no longer white color but almost grey. Breakfast was nothing you would want to touch.
We stayed only one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, but wouldn’t recommend this place even for such a short visit.

Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out.

Price is too high for the offered services
1. Sauna isnt clean with broken banches and deartt floor ,dirty doors. Visitors are doing what they want ,including breaking the rules,but the stuff doesn't react even after being asked to react
2. Room cleaning isnt good. After cleaning the room,still was dirty
3. The lower shower was broken and was liking, even after stuff was informed, withing a week ,nothing has been done
4. During the breakfast, most of stuff doesn't speak english,so asking any question wasn't able to get any answer.

The best thing about Grupotel Taurus Park is that it is close to city center Palma if you drive a car, they also offer free parking lot. The price vs services is fair, the hotel offers great breakfast options. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Wedding Anniversary stay

Just had a wonderful 3 night break at Taurus Park the staff were all amazing from our check in to our meals and to the cleaning. The food was absolutely fantastic so much variety and plentiful. We had one small issue with the hairdryer but that was resolved. Would definitely highly recommend and would happily stay again thank you everyone at Taurus Park

Lovely Hotel and staff. Chose breakfast included. Kids loved it. Lots of activities. Very well situated and near airport and local beach, restaurants etc... very eco-friendly. Didn't had the best view and requested some cutlery or a spoon and was told no. Left early morning as we had a early flight and was advised cold breakfast could be provided but was not offered on check out even though breakfast was paid. Other than that nice staff at the restaurant, indoor pool lady very nice too.

Hotel was lovely and clean and room was fine. Cleaned everyday. We only stayed B&B but food was average, as was bar food. Drunked Germans in the pool from 10am each day, singing and being noisy.

The breakfast is good with lot of choice.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and great with the balcony.
I had 2 kids of 5 and 8 years, the swimming pool is great for them, with the not too deep area in the big swimming pool.
There is a supermarket, restaurant and a playground in the area!

Quiet a nice crowd relaxing due to being out of season will be busier during summer but it's a great hotel friendly staff clean and well maintained. Bust stop outside the hotel to and from the airport for five euro each way. I'll stay again.

LADIES BEWARE! Maintenance men will enter your locked room without prior notice. Hotel staff not at all helpful and did not seem to think it’s a big deal.
Other than that, it was a typical hotel, very tiny room that hopefully you won’t be in much, decent pool, and good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Good location walking distance to the beach. Nice big pool with lots of sun loungers but they can get taken quick so move fast in the morning to claim a spot. Breakfast had lots of yummy options. Room was of good size.

Did not like that the gym closed by 6 pm. This is crazy early and not practical for people who like to do gym before they go out at night, also room cleaners on multiple occasions missed my room which was very annoying. Gym desperately needs a weight rack.

A good option for your holiday

The hotel is located at three blocks away from the sea line, you only need 10 minutes to get to the beach, with realxed walking.
Room was clean and and had a very nice view over the sea from the 9th floor. Elevators are fast, no worries about getting to your room.
Staff is friendly and can help you with every need you may have.
Breakfast is good, no fancy stuff but everything good and fresh!
The only big minus is the internet service, which is useless! You won't be able to open any page or download any email. I have used my entire quota with mobile internet as the hotel's network is completely useless, as mentioned.
Another minus is the lack of welcome package - would have appreciatted a bottle of water in the room, at check in! We've arrived at 23:00 hrs, checked in and had no water to drink. Bought a bottle of 0.5 l still water from the vending machine in the lobby with 2,40 eur! Drank it and went to get a second one, but guess what - there was no other remaining in the vending machine, so I felt asleep thinking of a glass of cold water to chill! It would have been so easy and cheap to fix such an issue by the hotel!

Hotel is a bit old but well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Meals were great, with a lot of choices. Close to the beach (under 10 min walk) but very quiet at night, which was good. No issues finding a spot in the free parking.

AVOID THIS HOTEL- NOT 4 star!!!!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in in all the years I have been going on holiday. All of the staff apart from 2 people in that whole hotel was the most rude people I have ever met. I don't know how they have that job dealing with customers with the attitudes they have. They all need training on how to have manners and be polite. The beds... If you can call it a bed. The base is just a plank of wood with little plastic legs with a mattress that may as well be made out of concrete. There are no BASIC amenities in the rooms that you would expect for a 4 star. No kettle, no iron or ironing board. No drawers to put any of your things. The tiny minibar was warm and didn't keep anything cold. We could not use the pool as there was vomit floating in it. It just amazes me how this is a 4 star hotel . There is nothing 4 star about it!! Do not stay at this hotel, so much nicer hotels in Majorca!

The hotel has a nice position. The promenade is a short walk away. Even so the food was great some dishes could have been a little hotter. There is plenty for everyone.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are quite large. We slept very well.
We had entertainment every night.
Well worth a stay.
Also we took a taxi from the airport which only took 15 minutes and it cost us €20

Fast check-in (although the staff could use a bit more of a welcoming mood) and good (touristy beach area) location, quick walking access to Playa de Palma, a long strip/boardwalk with typical touristy business and a nice sandy beach. Room was spacious enough and clean. Water pressure was very good. Could use some renewal on bedding/sheets. Breakfast buffet was great although pool bar food was average. Friendly waiters. Elevator is slow and limited to certain floors. Parking is free. Tennis courts are in real bad shape, although that was a key amenity we booked this over other places, we did not bother to use them, they were completely worn down. Would recommend this hotel if wanting to stay at that touristy beach location but a bit away from all the bar mayhem. There are also good local eats/businesses nearby.

good price quality - but beware of arenal

the hotel offers clean rooms, air conditioning and a nice breakfast. Nothing to complain about, I would go back to such a structure - the only negative to consider is not related to the hotel, but by its surroundings, as it is in arenal, which is German territory apparently. If you are looking to find some spanish environment (yes you are in Spain), please go to somewherelse. If you want a summer Oktoberfest on the beach, this place is ideal for you.

Avloppslukt I badrummet, vattnet rinner ut i hela badrummet när man duschar, avlopp kasst. Dålig luft och för varmt på rummet, toaletten slutade att fungera. En hiss avstängd lång väntetid särskilt när man bor högt upp. Säkerhetsbox ingår ej, inte ens i sviterna. Helt ok frukost, personal trevlig om man pratar Tyska.

La estancia ha sido agradable, en la recepción ya notamos la educación y atención de Bernar, tuvieron en cuenta las peticiones, las instalaciones requieren una actualización, la habitación con vistas despejadas, la comida de la cena y desayuno de calidad pero faltaba más variedad, soy caliaca y excepto en el desayuno no había comidas preparadas que carecieran de gluten, sí pan, estos inconvenientes fueron gratamente resueltos con la predisposición del personal empezando por Fernanda que dejó anotado a cocina el tema del gluten, al parecer no les llegó al personal que estaba en ese momento y un chico que es el segundo en cocina atendió con premura cuidando que pudiera comer un plato preparado por él y que durante el desayuno tuviera más variedad, el resto del personal agradable, seguramente repetiremos, gracias

War kur 3 Tage inkl. Frühstück in diesem Hotel.
Sauberkeit im Hotel war gut. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, aber akzeptabel.
Es dürften aber trotzdem manche Dinge etwas liebevoller instand gesetzt werden.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die Anlage ist eigentlich sehr schön, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, genau wie die Zimmer, diese könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen.
Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es handelt sich aufgrund der Nähe zum Mega Park doch um eine Art Party Hotel - viele Partygruppen, folglich ist es doch laut - ab 15:00 Uhr DJ am Pool . Pool Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Perfect Breakfast but noisy

The room was quite noisy, with sounds from the corridor and passing guests. The bathroom sliding door didn’t close completely, so there was little privacy. The balcony view was of bushes and the parking area.
On the bright side, security felt great, breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly, and the pool area was lovely. The location worked perfectly for us.

Très bon séjour dans cet hotel si vous aimez un lieu vivant et touristique . Hotel adapté pour une clientèle plutôt jeune ou couple. Piscine propre et suffisante au vu du nombre de personne , dj toutes les aprem pour une ambiance de vacance. La chambre top , grande , tous les équipements sont là et fonctionnent bien . ( si vous avez un problème il y a une appli , nous avons testés , super réactivité de l 'équipe, bravo) . Au vu de la population jeune et allemande ( et oui car le coin est fait pour les allemands) relativement calme la nuit pour bien dormir. Les repas demi pension top aussi , régaler le matin et soir avec buffets à thème chaques soirs. 5 min à pied de la plage et de toutes les attractions , commerces , bar ....) Pour conclure si l ambiance festive allemande ne vous dérange pas , vous y serez très bien .

Cant understand how in the world this hotel has 4*, and so good reviews(!) Rooms dont have cofee/tea or even soaps and stuff. Noisy hotel, and staff dont understand or speak good english, or then they pretend they dont, and wont just listen. Waiste of money, dont go here.
