Excellent service from all the staff. They really do care about their guests. Location is convenient with local busses to the airport and beach about 2 minutes walk. Lots to do in the area. The hotel has 3 pools, all well maintained and clean around the decking/sunlounger. Breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine. Really can’t fault this hotel we had a fab time.

Very good stay, quiet and safe. Walking distance from the beach and main strip with loads of restaurants for food options. Nearby beach clubs /restaurants in the day and the use of a day pass in their 5* sister hotel across the road which was great!

I was charged an extra €140 for an upgrade from a single bed room to a double bed room, was given two single beds that were not joined together which meant my partner and myself were unable to sleep comfortably together without falling between the two beds which made paying the extra €140 a bit of a rip off as during our four night stay we only used the one single bed originally booked. and when I brought this to the attention of the staff, we were just given a cheap bottle of prosecco as some kind of compensation. Very disappointed.

The hotel was awesome, mainly the pool area! The staff was always really kind with us and we recommend everybody half-board because it was excellent and varied!

And the hotel was really close to the beautiful sandy beach with lots of palm trees!

None english speaking sweat box

Reception could not help me with where to change currency although eventually found a shop across the road, could not give me a hair dryer, but the best bit is the power kept going, i woke up to a powerless room at 2 in the morning and when come back on was 32 degrees ! power kept going off and air con wouldnt work, reported it twice with the none English speaking reception who pretty much assumed i was lying and didnt do anything about it, ended up having to check out early and find another hotel.

Ich fand es an sich echt gut, da ich Raucherin bin (ich weiß ist nicht gut) habe ich mich für einen Balkon entschieden. Naja leider haben wir vor Ort erfahren dort ist Rauchen überall verboten. Das Hotel an sich ist eigentlich ganz schön. Es ist recht sauber und schön eingerichtet. Trotzdem habe ich schon deutlich bessere 4 Sterne Hotels gesehen. Ein Problem war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht so kalt wurde. Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings ist der Speisesaal im Keller, was irgendwie nicht so schön ist. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht so schön. Es gibt drei Pools, die alle sehr klein sind. Insgesamt hat der Außenbereich und die Pool Landschaft eher Hinterhof Charakter bzw ist es im Hinterhof und die Aussicht nicht so schön. Für uns (Mädelstrip mit Ballerman Besuch) war das Hotel gut und ausreichend, für einen „echten“ Urlaub, würde ich es allerdings nicht buchen.

Under 25 år og glad iå feste er dette stedet

Veldig god service. Hyggelig personale og god renhold. Men det som trekker ned veldig var gjestene. Store ungdomsgrupper av tyskere / Nederlendere som festet hardt og høylytt. Dårlig lydisolering på rommene . Veldig lytt fra andre rom og fra ganen da døren ikke var tett. Anbefaler ingen Arenal stranden i juli . 90% tyskere / nederlender infottball uniformer ,høylytte , fulle, og fra 16 -19 okkuperte de nesten alle 3 basseng med drinker , ballkasting etc. siste dag skulle vi nyte de siste timene ved bassenget men fristet lite å bade da de kastet lime fra drinkene på hverandre i bassenget. Ganske uoppdragne selv om det stod skilt med oppførsel . De ble ikke irettesatt da de brukte mye penger i baren…. Velg Palma sentrum, portal Nous eller andre steder i Palma . Vi dro inn til Palma både til lunsj og middag. Pluss dro på beachclubber nær Palma sentrum. Fint bassengområde men gjestene trekker ned. Aldri mer denne kanten av Palma . Anbefales ikke hvis du ikke vil drikke halvliter kl 10 ha på fotballtøye og synge / skrike fra 10-4 ….

Per essere un quattro stelle mi sarei aspettato camere migliori. Nel complesso l'albrgo è carino con tutto quello che serve (piscine, palestra, bar ecc). Appena arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera piccolissima e molto scomoda (aveva il lavandino in camera, di fianco al letto, non al bagno) Per fortuna dopo mia richiesta ci hanno cambiato stanza e la seconda andava decisamente meglio.

Fin beliggenhet like ved stranden, enkelt å ta buss til/fra både flyplass og Palma sentrum. Imøtekommende og veldig hyggelig personale! God plass på enkeltrom, men noe slitt/gammelt. Renhold kunne vært bedre, men positivt at de ikke bytter håndklær hver dag. Utsikt mot bilvei og andre boligblokker/hotell - mye innsyn og en del støy fra søppelbiler og øvrig trafikk. Flott bassengområde, enkelt men praktisk treningsrom. Vær oppmerksom på at hotellet ligger i et område som er populært for festglade tyskere, de var overalt og bidro til en del støy.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich. Auch im Restaurant. Der Strand war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und insgesamt hat das Hotel eine super Lage.

Hotel geschlossen

Das Hotel ist geschlossen. Wird renoviert! Hatte am Hatte am 05.04.24 gebucht, bin am selben Tag angereist.
War aber kein Problem, wurde in einem anderen HM Hotel untergebracht.

Interessant ist, dass das Hotel immer noch auf der Plattform bucbar ist. Bei Buchung auch bestätigt wird. ???????????????
