Nice quiet hotel with luxury touch/aesthetic. Could do with some improvement in areas e.g. several spa facilities were non-functioning, only one lunch spot, no bar at adult pool and general grounds in some areas required some TLC. But very nice relaxing hotel with great food and excellent cocktails at the tapas bar. Comfy beds, good showers.

A relaxing, peaceful and restful 5 night stay with super service from all the staff. The food was excellent and well worth being all-inclusive.
The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it.
We very much hope to return..

One of the best stays I have ever had

We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - we loved the experience from start to finish. Fantastic Junior Suite. incredible food at the pool bar, wonderful day beds by the pool, massage. It was the perfect experience. If there was one area for improvement it would be that some of the serving staff forget orders from time to time and need reminding - but we weren't bothered about that really

Beautiful hotel and lovely setting and facilities. Only moan was waiter service in restaurants. Pretty poor service. Left to fend after initial order taken. Nobody to ask if you want another drink or desert. One Main course arrived after plates cleared which was a shame.

Beautiful relaxing stay,

Beautiful relaxing stay, hotel is in a quiet location. We had a car so could go around the island, if you are staying for more than a few nights a car is recommended.

BBQ buffet on the Wednesday night was excellent and would recommend.

The room we stayed in was a good size, a nice large bed, with an area that we could sit out. Only problem I could see was that in the sitting area, people did walk past so was overlooked, other rooms did not have this problem and it wasn't really a problem for us. We were happy with the room but after speaking with hotel staff, if you are unhappy with the location of your room they will move you if there is space. Really can't fault the commitment of most of the staff to the hotel.

If I could pick fault, I would say when breakfast gets busy the service does go down due to the amount of people needing to be served. getting there before the rush does make a significant difference to the service you get.

Relaxing hotel with lots of charachter

We spent a week at the Hilton for our first family holiday with our little baby girl. We enjoyed a very relaxed week there staying in a deluxe garden room with views of the chapel. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, as you can see from the many pictures. The staff are very welcoming and were genuinely friendly.. we enjoyed chatting to Sonia (PA to the general manager), she was always friendly and gave us some good recommendations of places to visit on the island. We liked the fact that breakfast went on until 11am, the selection is very good and was always a highlight. You definitely require a hire car to stay at his hotel as it is quite a distance from any restaurants or shops, so expect to travel if you don't want to eat at the hotel. There are some decent restaurants in Llucmajor, so it's worth trying them out. The only other downside for us was that the outdoor pools are not heated (we were there in May), the indoor pool in the Spa is only open for kids for 2 hours between 10 - 12pm, it would have been nice if there was another opportunity to use the pool as this was part of the reason travelled there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it - it's a unique hotel with lots of charachter and friendly staff

This hotel is in a tranquil setting and provides the opportunity to relax and enjoy good food, without being more than a taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle. The spa is fabulous and the staff extremely courteous and helpful. Only one restaurant, but the food is excellent. It is ideal for a short break, but if staying longer, hire a car.Will definitely return

Wonderful 7 days stay at Hilton Sa Torre

We spent a wonderful 7 days at the Hilton Hotel Sa Torre the staff are exeptional
& do everything they can to make your stay special.. we appresiated the adults only pool which was relaxing & quiet...
Our only dissapointment was the dining experience .. we found the menu's restricted with various dishes unavailable .. and not very well described ... and we had a few meals that we didnt really enjoy..
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly return (hoping the menu/food is inproved

Service was great , there willingness to help was an exception ????
We were saying there for wedding hereby .
If you want to be in Palma then say there , this is about 25 mins out but is definitely worth the effort .
Would go back to stay again .
Everything was super from the buildings so much Spanish style / to the staff and the excellent food .
I cant say enough about it .

Peaceful Hotel lovely gardens.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. We had a deluxe garden room with a terrace and it was very comfortable. The staff at reception were really brilliant at organising some day excursions, I would thoroughly recommend yacht sailing from Port Adriano.
The breakfast selection was brilliant, with staff being really attentive. The outdoor pools are nice with plenty of sun loungers and clean towels however the adult pool is not heated, not sure about the family pool as we didn't try it.
Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the indoor pool in the spa, I had specifically chosen this hotel because of the indoor pool On the first day we there it was heated and at a lovely temperature however afterwards the temperature was put down or not working and it was far too cold for me to swim. Some of the relaxation jacuzzi functions in the pool we not working. The steam room was really dark and had hardly any steam, the treatment showers had no light and we're not working adequately, the foot spa was also not working. I know most people would not spend time indoors when the weather outside is so amazing but my husband has a sun allergy and I don't like tanning which is why we specifically look for hotels with an indoor pool and spa facilities. I did have a massage and my therapist was execellent, being 5 months pregnant the treatment I received was brilliant. I didn't make a complaint as I didn't want to ruin the holiday, but I did expect excellence from the Hilton

Amazing hotel - but quickly becomes a bit boring

I, my wife and our four year old child stayed at the Hilton Mallorca in the middle of October 2015.

The hotel is described as being family friendly - and to many extents it is, but in other ways it didn't feel quite so.

During our stay the days were warm but the nights became a little chilly and thus the outdoor pool was colder than expected. There are three pools - one very small pool for kids - a medium sized pool on the family area which is deeper and for adults and then lovely big pool in the adults only area.

The indoor spa pool was lovely and warm but this area is only open to children between ten am and twelve pm despite the ape opening from nine am to none pm. In all fairness when it was raining outside they did allow our little one in the spa outside of these hours. But all the same this left us with the feeling the hotel wasn't really aimed at families.

The staff were amazing - everyone said hi each time they passed you and there seemed to be more staff than guests. The hotel was supposed to be busy when we were there - because it's so spread out it never felt busy.

There is very little to do here. There are tennis courts. An outdoor pool and a spa. And that is it. We became pretty bored with the hotel after probably two or three days. Nothing ever really happens at night time either.

The hotel is perfect for people who want peace and quiet, perhaps for people on a business trip, and certainly older couples in general.

Staff were great we enjoyed it.

Shuttle transfer failed resulting in an exorbitant charge by transfer agents Urbis- should have taken an ordinary taxi. Hotel not really 5 star it misses those details which would make it so. Not given details of facilities or surrounding area, Spa - swimming pool jacuzzi broken, lacks pool side drinks/fruit. Restaurant service - sloppy, not all items brought out /plates not cleared/ no plates, diners turned away from an empty restaurant. Bathroom flooded - design of shower probably, Bath plug did not work

Beautiful hotel full of character

Booked the Hilton Sa Torre as a last minute getaway in August. Had never been to Majorca before and feared that it would be noisy, and jam packed full of Brits on 18-30 type holidays. in the event I was very pleasantly surprised, particularly by the hotel, which is beautiful, full of character and set in a secluded location well away from the main tourist drag. Easy taxi/shuttle ride from the airport, and very welcoming staff from the moment of our arrival. We were upgraded to a garden suite and allowed to use all the facilities from our arrival at 8am, even though official check in time was 2pm, I think.
Room/suite was very high quality, clean and with good facilities. Limited English satellite TV channels with poor reception is the only negative I can think of!
The pools are excellent, and having a separate adult only pool meant that I could relax when my 3-year old was running riot in the kids pool(s) without feeling embarrassed that he was disturbing other guests. We also took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the beach at Es Trenc, which is gorgeous - the packed lunches provided by the hotel were v expensive, though. Didn't get to use either the spa facilities or the tennis courts, but both looked high quality.
Food is excellent, with a good range at breakfast and several options for dinner. Service was slow in a couple of occasions, but apologised-for (I think our order was mislaid one on occasion).
Only other gripe is that WiFi costs something like 5 euros per day.

I was looking for a quiet hotel away from the crowds that was spacious, calm and relaxing. I found it here. The hotel was beautiful with great facilities including a great spa. The quiet pool was a calm and relaxing space away from children and the breakfasts had everything you could want. My only concern was the pool service. There were not enough staff for the requests and the service was not always customer focussed which led to some frustrating waiting time standing at the main bar however this was the exception to otherwise fantastic customer service. Overall I would highly recommend this historical hotel. Didn't want to leave!

Genuinely outstanding hotel. Only drawback is out of Hilton's control - bit quiet and remote area, wont work if you dont rent a car for your time here as its quite remote. Its a 15 minute drive from Llucmajor or Sa Torre ( its in between) and its a 20min drive from Palma.

Remote Getaway

The Hilton has an amazing property nestled into the Mallorcan countryside. It is near some of the best beaches on the island and also is in the midst of great roads for cycling. The property is impeccable and possesses that old world charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful when assisting us with making dinner reservations or selecting a beach to visit. The hotel is about 25-30 minutes outside of Palma, so I recommend you rent a car if you are staying at this hotel. The hotel restaurant is very good, but would like to note that there aren't many alternative dining options in the immediate vicinity. You can find other restaurants about 10-15 minutes away, but recommend driving into Palma if you have the time.

Beautiful hotel with great staff

We have just spent one night here and were all extremely happy! This is a smart grown up hotel, which happily caters for children too. All the staff were very friendly with excellent service. After a long, troublesome day travelling we were very fortunate to be upgraded for the night...an excellent end to what was a challenging day! The restaurant is very pretty with a good choice of food, wine, children's menu etc...children eat free from the Hilton menu or half price A la carte. The hotel is beautifully renovated but a little remote......although only 15 mins or so from Palma airport it is down a long, windy unlit road. But I guess that could be the attraction too if you want a quiet relaxing holiday! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7)

An absolutely beautiful resort..

This resort is a gem for the Hilton line of prestigious resorts. The only problem is that it is located in the middle of nowhere... The beauty of Mallorca are the views to the Ocean.. This hotel is in the middle of a farm of thorns. This property was at one time given as a present to a family by a king around 1400-1500.. The hotel is the mansion of this family. İt is absolutely enchanting.. Must have a car... or the hotel should offer a shuttle service to a neighboring town. The food was excellent.. and the staff was so helpful with anything that you might need.

Quaint Hilton in Majorca

Beautiful interiors, this hotel oozes old Mallorquin charm and elegance. Not sure it's quite 5 star. Catering let's it down a bit. Rooms were average. Staff did their best. A good location to try out some of Majorca's best beaches (Es Trenc, Cala Pi, Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago). Having a car is essential.

Great place for complete rest and relaxation

Great hotel, very nicely done up ancient manor house. The main building is the old building and there are modern rooms around the pool. The staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is great for complete R&R. However it does mean that you are pretty much cut off if you do not have a hire car.
The food was good (not great) and quite expensive - but as you are isolated without a car the next restaurant is a taxi ride away.
The rooms were very large, light and comfortable - the bed was quite soft which I like. The TV is old and I am used to having dvd players as standard these days. The channel offerings are very poor (which if the weather is great is not a problem but if it rains then there is not much in the way of other entertainment).
There is a spa with lots of options. There are two swimming pools which are lovely.
My major complaint is that you are charged for wifi in the room and it is not cheap. I think these days in a top-end hotel this is a big negative. BUT wifi is free in the public areas.
My minor grip is that the hotel is pretty much completely hard flooring, which means when furniture is moved the noise echoes and reverberates throughout the entire building. The effect is nice but when they are rearranging tables and chairs at 1am this is seriously annoying.
I would definately return but I would book a garden room.

fantastic hotel for mini family break

hotel was fantastic for a mini family break. The pool area being the highlight. My only problem all weekend was they didn't have the requests I had made on hotel.com for interconnecting rooms and told me I should have called them direct???I understand interconnecting rooms are not always possible but they hadnt even seen the request and we were initially put in separate buildings......this was rectified but I am not happy that this was portrayed to be my fault......please make sure hotels.com & the hilton communicate better and it would have been a faultless stay!!!!

Half-term drying off

My husband, 8 year old daughter and myself needed a relaxing dose of sunshine with some degree of comfort and have to say that the Sa Torre did the trick. The hotel is beautifully laid out; lovely architecture, pleasant gardens and courtyards. We had a double garden suite which was perfectly comfortable and well appointed without being plush. My expectations for food and service were not high, given that this was a Hilton, and in Spain; but each had their good moments. Service was often baffling although there are some excellent staff to be found in most areas of the hotel, unfortunately not all in senior positions.....They all want to please but don't necessarily know the best way to go about it. A bit more consistent high-end training and communication would really help as there are certainly enough of them. We didn't eat in the once Michelin starred restaurant, as we were in the mood for less phoofy food, unusually. The courtyard settings for dining, and drinking, are absolutely lovely. The completely separate areas for the adult and family swimming pools were nicely done, with friendly and accomodating staff in attendance. Children were even welcome to use the indoor spa pool at certain times, which is helpful when it gets too hot outside. The hotel exuded a relaxed and friendly vibe, lovely for families, and couples who want a bit more 'life' going on around them. We may well go back.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, wo wirklich alles passt.
Das Anwesen ist traumhaft schön sowie die Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überragend, zusätzlich kann man noch was von der Karte bestellen.
Kinderfreundlich.
Etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto schnell in den anderen Städten oder am Strand.
Können wir zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt: angenehme Atmosphäre, Gebäude und Gelände mit Charakter, tolle Zimmer, ein hervorragendes Frühstück, Abendessen mit Ambieten (wenn man möchte), entspannte Pool-Situation, eine nette Poolbar und auch Möglichkeiten sich sportlich zu betätigen (Zustand der Tennisplätze war sehr gut). Es ist natürlich eine Momentaufnahme, aber bei uns war der Service immer nett, zuvorkommend und schnell. Insofern kann ich das Gemecker in anderen Kommentaren nicht nachvollziehen. Einmal hatte die Klimaanlage (im ganzen Gebäude) einen defekt und uns wurde aktiv vom Hotel umgehend ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Man benötigt ein Fahrzeug, wenn man die nähere Umgebung erkunden möchte, mit dem man dann aber mal eben nach Llucmajor, Palma, o.ä. fahren kann. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht. Einmal haben wir auch den Adult-only-Pool genutzt. Dort schien mir die Stimmung etwas angespannt, was aber nicht am Pool und auch nicht am Hotel lag....

Unglaublich reichhaltiges und sehr empfehlenswertes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Anlage mit Atmosphärischen Ambiente.
Kritik auf hohem Niveau:
Lounge Chairs auf der Terrasse wären wünschenswert….. auch bei geringfügiger Aussicht.
Die Pool Liegestühle, welche im Schatten unter den Bäumen stehen, müssten morgens gereinigt werden.

Das wunderschöne Hotel und das sehr angenehme Personal. Die Musik am Abend zum Essen hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Beim Abendessen hätten wir uns mehr Auswahl gewünscht und mehr Flexibilität bei den Speisen. Es standen für Halbpension nur ein paar Gerichte zur Verfügung.

Sehr sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel war ausgebucht während meines Aufenthalts. Trotzdem hatte ich nie das Gefühl, dass es irgendwo zu voll war.
Tolles Frühstück, tolles Abendessen. Alles perfekt.

Positif: Un running country track à coté de l’hôtel pour les amateurs de running comme nous! Une bâtisse absolument magnifique.
Point négatif, l’organisation au niveau du personnel parfois un peu chaotique et le service room (nettoyage) pas toujours au carré comme on pourrait l’attendre d’un établissement 5 étoiles.

Das Hotelgebäude und die umliegenden historischen Bebauungen sind für geschichtsträchtige sowie designorientierte Menschen ein voller Genuss! Das Hotel liegt weit weg vom Strand und vom nächsten Ortskern, Auto zwingend Notwendig wenn man nicht nur im Hotel bleiben möchte. Das Servicepersonal ist stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Lediglich das Abendessen Servicepersonal ist eine Katastrophe. Die Wartezeit auf Speisen und Getränke sowie zwischen den 3 Gängen beträgt oft jewils 30 Minuten. 2 Stunden Abendessen ist meistens einzurechnen. Die Cocktails sind Lieblos zubereitet. Das Hotel beinhaltet Restaurants und Veranstaltungsräume für außenstehende Gäste, deshalb finden öfters Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Geburtstage und Meetings statt. Dann wird es auch mal Laut!

Service at Dinner is poor, because there are not enough people. All staff is super friendly however.
Our room had a mold-smell so we requested a change: that went smooth. Rooms could use a renovation. Overall, a very beautiful place but needs renovation and an upgrade in service level.

Wunderschöne Anlage, exzellentes Essen. Manche Lösungen an den Pools unpraktisch (zu viele Liegen ohne Sonnenschutz). Personal scheint teilweise sehr unerfahren zu sein, auch wenn alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind.

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft sehr schön, so die historischen Gemäuer, die Angebote wie Pools, Tennisplätze etc.. Allerdings war das Wetter Ende Mai 2023 sehr kühl und wir wären gerne morgens vor dem Frühstück im Spa im Indoorpool geschwommen. Der Indoorpool war aber trotz des kühlen Wetters erst ab 10 Uhr geöffnet. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten hat uns das Zimmer eigentlich gut gefallen. Der Schrank zum hängen von Kleidern war allerdings sehr klein und eine installierte, nicht mehr genutzte Bügeleisenaufhängung, behinderte die Aufhängung von Kleidern. Die Heizung im Bad war verrostet und nicht funktionsfähig. Ebenso waren Türhalterungen im Bad verrostet. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Zimmer, bzw. besonders die Bäder im Vergleich zur Gesamtausstattung zu kurz kommen.
Das Personal ist/war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Da gibt gar nichts zu kritisieren. Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend arrangiert und hat die Erwartungen erfüllt.

Traumhaftes Hotel auf Mallorca

Wunderbare Hotelanlage in der Nähe von Llucmajor. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Natur und es empfiehlt sich, ein Auto zu mieten. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und hatte eine kleine Terrasse. Es gibt zwei Pools (Familie und Erwachsene) mit Poolbar. Das Frühstück ist äußerst vielfältig.

Kaunis hotelli maaseudun rauhassa

Upea paikka maaseudulla, kaikkialla kaunista ja pääsääntöisesti erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta (pari poikkeusta mahtui joukkoon). Sijainti oli n. 30 min Palman keskustassa ja lentokentältä (+Fan-ostoskeskuksesta, jossa mm suuri Carrefour-ruokakauppa), joten vuokra-auto oli meille ainakin ehdoton. Hotellilla on kyllä myös ilmainen minibussikyyditys tiettyihin aikoihin Palmaan sekä yhdelle uimarannoista.

Kylpylä on pieni mutta hyvä, erilaiset saunat jne kannattaa käydä kokeilemassa. Hoitoihin en saanut haluamaani aikaa, joten niistä en osaa sanoa.

Huone oli tilava (juniorsviitti) ja muuten kaikki oikein hyvin mutta lattiat olivat likaiset nurkista, jäi epäsiisti olo sen suhteen. Muurahaisia oli piha-alueella ja koska meillä oli suora uloskäynti terassille, muutamia muurahaisia näimme myös sisällä. Kylppärissä oli ilmeisesti myrkytetty niitä, yhdessä nurkassa oli kymmeniä..

Ravintolat sekä allasbaari olivat hyviä lapsen kanssa ruokailuun, lapsen ruuan sai aikuisten syödessä ilmaiseksi. Hinnat eivät olleet erityisen kalliit ja ruoan taso oli hyvä (varsinkin verrattuna turistipaikkoihin) ja söimmekin pari kertaa hotellilla. Aamupala oli runsas ja erittäin hyvä, voin suositella.

Flott hotell i et avsidesliggende område et stykke oppi åsen på Mallorcas vestside. Rommet var rent og pent, og hadde en veldig god seng. Flott område med to basseng (voksen- og familiebasseng) og tennisbane, samt eget kapell. Hadde store forventninger til frokosten, basert på leste omtaler, men ble litt skuffet. Den var god, men ikke fantastisk.
Prisnivået på hotellet gir endel forventninger, som stort sett er greit oppfylte.

Waren schon zum 2.x da. Immer wieder sehr gerne!!! Sehr ruhig, allerdings abgelegen aber mit Auto kein Problem. Überdachte Parkplätze und genügend Platz! Innen und AUSSEN pools, Sauna und Garten alles sehr gepflegt. FRÜHSTÜCK und Restaurant sehr gut und lecker!!

Zuerst ein Fazit: wenn man die Summe aller hier verfügbaren Rezensionen betrachtet, ergibt sich ein eher durchwachsenes Bild. In der Summe spiegelt dies auch unseren Eindruck wieder. Wir (Familie) waren zu dritt für ein verlängertes Wochenende Ende Oktober im Hilton Sa Torre und werden für das nächste Mal wohl erst einmal ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren, bevor wir zurückkommen.
Ich reise beruflich sehr viel und bin regelmäßig in 4-Sternen Hotels unterwegs. Diese Hotelkategorie wähle ich, wenn ich meinen Aufenthalt zweckmäßig aber dennoch kommod gestalten möchte. Bei der 5-Sterne Kategorie erwarte ich das Besondere, wie es mir bereits Hotels des Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental oder auch ausgesuchte Hotels der Kempinski-Kette in Deutschland vermittelt haben. Hiermit verglichen liegt dieses Hilton leider deutlich zurück. Es erfüllt formal die Anforderungen an ein Haus dieser Kategorie, aber eben auch nicht mehr.
Um Kunden wie uns zu einer Wiederkehr in ein Haus dieser Kategorie zu bewegen, bedarf es einer minimalen positiven emotionalen Bindung. Das Haus/Team hat bei uns nicht geschafft, dies zu erreichen. Auch scheint KYC („know your customer“) keine Paradedisziplin des Hotels zu sein. So bleibt ein Geburtstag oder Jubiläum trotz vorliegender Daten unbeachtet. Hier werden Gelegenheiten zum „Punktesammeln“ verpasst.

Modernes Traum-Hotel auf historischem Gut

Selbst beim vierten Besuch ist dieses Hotel wirklich ein Traum!
Die Idee, ein modernes Hotel auf einem historischem Gut aus dem 14.Jahrhundert zu errichten, bestimmt die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Retreats. Durch die Lage im Land, eingebettet in einen schön angelegten, natürlichen Park, kommt man zur Ruhe ist aber dennoch dem Trubel in Palma so nah (20min mit dem Auto).
Die Zimmer und auch die tollen Bäder sind sehr schick und modern zeitlos eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbuffet angenehm nicht-Buffet-gemäss angerichtet und darüber hinaus äußerst köstlich.
Der Service ist sympathisch und freundlich und alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Diese Traum-Hotel kann ich immer wieder wirklich empfehlen!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt um sich zu entspannen.
Das Hotel ist ein altes Herrenhaus, was eine schöne Atmosphäre hat.
Das Housekeeping ist nicht besonders freundlich grüßt die Gäste nicht.
Das Frühstückspersonal ist freundlich aber immer überlastet.
Die Tennisplätze sind genau wie die Schläger und Bälle zwingend erneuerungsbedürftig.

Trotzallem eine gute Wahl, wenn man es nicht turbulent möchte.

Landestypische Finca, Windmühle und Kirche mit 2 großen Außen- einem Innenpool, Spa, Tennisplatz im Landesinneren ca. 15km von Palma entfernt. Ruhige Oase zum Entspannen und als guten Ausgangspunkt mit Auto für Touren auf der Insel. Hochzeiten finden jeden Samstag statt.

Fantastisk hotell men...

Hotellet fremstår som en fantastisk blanding av nytt og gammelt og er en perle av et anlegg. Enkelte småting, som man forventer absolutt skal være på plass til den prisen man her betaler, gjør likevel at vi ikke kan gi full score her. Vi hadde for eksempel veldig dårlige erfaringer med roomservice, som vi var avhengige av all den tid vi hadde en sønn på 4 mnd og dermed ikke kunne farte alt for mye på kveldstid. Den ene kvelden var det rett og slett umulig å få tak i dem og ved et annet tilfelle leverte de regelrett feil matrett.
