Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and would help in any way possible. They would recommend tours/transfers and then book them. Food was great in the restaurant and the roof top pool is a good place to go at the end of the day with drinks and food available.
The hotel is off the main road a couple of blocks which makes it very quiet but yet close enough to walk to the beach or shops.
Or take a Tuk Tuk from the door, staff will arrange it.
Excellent place to stay for your visit.

Unbelievable resort. Should be classified as a 5-star. The staff are the friendliest and most amazing people. Breakfast was amazing. Room was huge with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was by far the best, my wife and I spent hours of the day up there. The restaurant and food was top notch, especially considering you can get everything delivered wherever you are whether it be the pool, your room, or at a restaurant table. Laundry service was perfect and cheap. Simply amazing.

This hotel was wonderful. From the moment you check in you are greeted by such friendly staff who are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, and so is the breakfast. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and would stay here again! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach and gorgeous sunset views from the hotel rooftop pool. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful time in Phuket!

Had a lovely stay here at Pacific Club Resort! Thank you to Mr Sun and all the friendly staff to accommodate us and made us feel very welcome.

The food was delicious. All made fresh!
The rooms were beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in, and the resort itself is very beautiful with its Mediterranean style look.

Location is very good only 10 mins walk to the beach and actually great value for price for our stay in Phuket! Very clean and maintained!

Overall we really loved staying here and we’ll be back!

I enjoyed this hotel. It is smaller and not as crowded as other places. We received a complimentary upgrade and the room was very nice. The food was quite good and fairly priced. You can also order anywhere in the hotel and they will bring it to you. Breakfast was well done but not as big as some of the larger resorts. For me the locatiob was suitable, however it is on the top of a steep hill which is a somewhat difficult to walk if you are not in good condition. I think the hotel should consider a scheduled tuk tuk pick up and drop off throughout the day. Otherwise it is a very nice place.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. If you're looking to stay at a friendly, welcoming, super comfortable hotel at Phuket that is close to the beach then look no further. The hotels decor is very unique and works so well! I had mentioned in my booking that we would be on honeymoon and they surprised us with a honeymoon setup room and a few vouchers - which we really appreciated. I had booked this via Hotels.com (Expedia) and they honoured Expedia vouchers too.
I was hesitant booking here initially as we wanted to be closer to the beach however the hotel offer a shuttle service to Karon - and it really isn't that far. Beach beds can be hired at 100 Baht per person (at the time of writing) and Karon beach itself is a very nice beach. The hotel also offers a complimentary beach towel service despite not being beachfront - which is very thoughtful.
The service and attention to detail is second to none. The staff are super friendly and communicate well. The facilities themselves are very good and the rooms are spacious (based on the premium deluxe room).We especially loved sitting on the rooftop pool tables and sipping cocktails whilst watching the sun go down (again, a unique features with westwards facing view). There are lots of small lounging areas around the hotel too - each with their own 'vibe'. As they are perched up on a hill, the views surrounding the hotel are great!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pacific Club Resort in Karon, Thailand. The entire hotel was spotless, from the beautifully maintained common areas and rooftop pool, to our pristine, comfortable room. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made our stay feel even more special.

The breakfast each morning was fantastic with plenty of options, and the food at the restaurant in the evening was just as amazing fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Pacific Club Resort to anyone visiting Karon.

Pacific Club Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive — a special thanks to Sun, the front desk and Eric, the owner, who clearly takes pride in creating a warm, relaxing environment for every guest.

The resort has a peaceful boutique charm with modern comfort. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the rooftop pool with ocean views was absolutely stunning — especially at sunset. The restaurant served delicious, fresh meals daily, and the service was consistently outstanding.

The spa treatments were a highlight — the oil massage, facial, and foot detox were among the best I’ve experienced anywhere, leaving me completely relaxed. Even the airport transfers were seamless and professional, with drivers who were friendly and punctual.

Pacific Club feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home — a place where you’re cared for, not just accommodated. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, reflects true hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket who values comfort, quality, and genuine warmth.

Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels.
The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry.

I stayed for the second time at Pacific Club Resort, and they continue to live up to their 'home away from home' excellence.
The rooms and amenities are clean, comfortable and high quality, and all the staff are friendly and customer service focused - many remembered me from my last visit. I had an issue with the balcony door lock at 11pm at night that was fixed within 15 minutes - definitely exceeding my expectations.
I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast with made to order egg station, and the restaurant food is excellent. The resort is very close to a convenience store, fruit market and other restaurants and services, but far enough away from the main street to be safe and quiet.
Thank you Pacific Club for another wonderful stay - I'll see you again next year!

Hotel Pacific Club is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled a lot! The prices are incredibly reasonable given the care and amenities they offer. Our three children (aged 17, 19, and 20) loved it equally as much. Their dining room food was delicious as were the breakfasts that we had there. Our hotel rooms, pool area, spa, etc. were beautiful and comfortable. The staff could NOT have been any nicer or friendlier…like…everyone. If you can, stay at this beautiful and authentically decorated Thai hotel and thank me later. 😊

My son and I had the pleasure of spending a weak at this beautiful resort. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast buffet options are delicious and plentiful and the staff was great. Sun the owner is so sweet and very approachable. Sun gives great suggestions on things to do the history and he treats his guest like family. It’s your home away from home… he has such a beautiful spirit. The rooftop pool view is breathtaking and can I say the restaurant food options are so wonderful and delicious. I can’t forget the spa… my son had a manicure and I had him to get a pedicure as well, he throughly enjoyed it!!! I had gotten food poisoned from an outing and Sun helped me until I was better. I have enjoyed the stay in Pacific Resort. Good food and the restaurant is available till 11pm which is definitely a plus. Pool 24x7 and good environment for family. Highly recommend. Reasonable location as it is 10-15 mins walking distance to Karon beach (shuttle available but at specific times) Special thanks to Mr Sun who actually helped all our queries in-terms of local travel and good beaches. They will get transportation for you and work out the details with the drivers before you leave so they know exactly where you want to go and what it costs. We love our stay in this hotel, we appreciated the upgrade ocean view, so relaxing to sit in the balcony especially at night time, the view is beautiful. The hotel cleanliness is well maintained, we always got home in a cool room, so refreshing the aircondition is already on everytime we got home. Staff were accomodating, very easy to talk to, transport to & from the airport is easy. Its definitely a second home for me & hubby for the 5 nights of our stay. You have the option of breakfast, if you want to. I did not includ breakfast with my booking, but I just let the staff know & we can enjoy a buffet breakfast too. The pool in the rooftop is beautiful, the view day/night is amazing. Thank you Pacific Club Hotel we enjoyed our stay with you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including calling tour pickup drivers for us when they were running late, the breakfast buffet was delicious and resort wide food service delivery was much appreciated. The road up to the resort was being repaved while we were there which made transport a little more complicated than it should have been, but that’s not the resorts fault and only temporary. It’s a short walk to the Karon beach and temple night markets which are a good visit. There was an area on the veranda near the restaurant that occasionally had a bad smell but that was only sometimes and my only complaint.

The staff are lovely and very helpful the manager Mr Sun goes above and beyond
ZAR on the front desk is great nothing is a problem to her and she has been the friendly face for many years.
Joso the outlet/restaurant manager is terrific great service with a beautiful smile.

If your thinking of coming to Karon beach this is the pick it might not be on the beach but it’s the best👍

We only had 2 nights at this stunning hotel and instantly we wished we had longer. The hotel has beautiful stone art work, a beautiful garden area and an amazing roof top pool area. Myself and my 2 daughters were luckily enough to stay here over New year's eve which meant we got the 350 view of the fireworks and lanterns from the pool bar area. A memory we will never forget. The room was a good size, clean, has a full sized fridge and a great sea view. Breakfast was very good. The Manager came over to chat to us a couple of times and check all was well, one hit day he gave us a lift in his car to the shops which was very kind. As we were leaving we were heading to Wat Chalking Temple, the manager mentioned he used to be a monk here and told us about the history, fascinating. The reception staff were very helpful with our bags, booking us a taxi and helping with washing. For sure I will stay here again in the future. Thanks for a short but very sweet stay.

A gem of a hotel in Karon

This was my fifth visit to the hotel. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming and many of them have worked there for several years. The rooftop pool is amazing and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The quality and choice of food at breakfast is great. Try the eggs Benedict. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand. This is my favourite.

Quiet and nice place. Clean facilities with a nice view at the roof top pool.
Highly recommend !
The manager/owner is quite friendly and comes out to talk to guest. Very impressionable.
A quick walk down from the hotel are plenty of shops for food etc.

A perfect christmas

Incredible service from all staff, the restaurant staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond.
We were there for chrsitmas day and they made sure everything was perfect. Just like every other day we stayed there. Pool and pool bar was spot on. Breakfast options were varied and little buffets to help yourself and an egg station for the egg lovers. Its a bit of a walk to the main area but this for us was a posative as it was very quiet at night. Sun who is the manager litterally treats you like family and will help and make sure your stay is the best it can be. We did not want to leave and would definitely go back.

Great staff. When I dropped my wallet on the airline, the manager personally drove me to the airport to pick it up. Ron is a great guy and I had a ton of fun talking to him when he would deliver room service.

Great service. Amazing restaurant for dining and breakfast. Quite location that you can really enjoy. Swimming pool had great view, works 24/7. Rare gem. The hotel staff are very nice. Rooms are spacious, big balcony. The air-conditioning is great, big shower. Tidy and nice looking common space.

* Very friendly and accommodating staff.
* Lots of food options for dining in restaurant.
* style/vibe of room was unique and fun.
* enjoyed the tables in the roof top pool.
* will hold bags before check in/after check out.
* wifi was good and we were able to sign into our in room entertainment options on tv eg. Netflix
* pool was open 24/7 for those late night swims

* pool is on the smaller side. Only 3 tables inside pool
* about 1km walk to get to other food/entertainment options.

This is a lovely resort. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.
Good on-site Restaurant, well priced food ,good range of meal options and reasonably priced. The Spa was excellent also, suggest you try the Hot Stone Massage - superb. The Rooftop Pool was fantastic and you could use this 24 /7.
Unlike other resorts at Phuket, no road noise, super relaxing place.
We will be back next year.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very lovely and accommodating (including Kom) and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool has a great view, and the buffet breakfast is also good. We also ordered room service one day and the meals (burgers and sandwich) were surprisingly good.
The hotel location is on a hill, a short walk into town and from the beach. We didn’t find this to be an issue but you could use the hotel shuttle if needed.

All good. The room is nice. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant is very good; you don't need to look elsewhere to eat; it has many different cuisines. If I go to Phuket again, I will stay at the same place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the wonderful resort, my husband, our daughter and myself, stayed for 8 nights, so much so when we return to Phuket, Thailand we will stay at this resort again. The food is very good, the service is fantastic. Just an all round well run resort, run by people who care and are super attentive to your needs. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you to all the staff at The Pacific Club Resort, Karon, Phuket. We will be back 😊
