Clean room but for the money and for what it is - don't set your expectations high! The room does have all you need for a night's stay - but no more, and it would be pretty unbearable with two people. The finishings look very cheap - but having said all of that, it was clean and there were some clever designs to get everything you need into a small space.

The room was great, I really liked that I was able to do early check in. The hotel was very central and very close to a big train station. The only downside was there wasn’t a fridge in our room and the hotel did not have a microwave to warm up something. Overall will still recommend this hotel for anyone coming to visit London! Staff was great and friendly.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bar area clean bright and comfortable. Room very small but clean and a very comfortable bed. Lovely big fluffy towels and great shower.
Would have been good to maybe have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and extra pillows.
We went for a windowless room which i don't think i would choose again, although it did make the room very dark and quiet and made for a great nights sleep, and in London that is a bonus. Would definitely return.

And what about the location? ! Couldn’t be better, in Folgate Street which is a historic street near Liverpool Street Station in Spitalfields. It’s most famous for Dennis Severs’ House (No. 18) which is just across the road from the hotel- an atmospheric “time capsule” townhouse that recreates life of a Huguenot silk-weaver family from 1724-1914. The street retains much of its 18th-century character with original Georgian architecture, making it one of the best-preserved streets in the area for experiencing historic London.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

No cooked breakfast. When I asked for a refund as I didn’t want breakfast they refused.
Dinning area very small anyway. No tea making facilities in room. Very very noisy all night with plumbing and the lift by my room. Staff on the counter and management via email didn’t not offer to re room me or apologise or explain why they wouldn’t refund my breakfast that I didn’t eat. I had booked through Expedia who also refused to refund my breakfast. It is however, 5 min walk from Liverpool station.
I won’t be using either again and shame on the hotel and Expedia for the lack of customer

The room is a lot smaller than i thought, tighly packed in with other rooms only a thin wall away, and its very noisy in the location we stayed - the bins being collected at 5am was good fun (I know this cant be helped by the hotel).
The room was very clean, and very modern, however, which was a great touch. It would have been great if there was tea making facilities though.

Location was brilliant, very close to commercial street and Spitalfields market. The room was very small, no window and the bed could have been comfier. But it was by no means a bad stay. Did us rightly for 2 nights. More pillows could have elevated the bed massively. The hotel were selling crisps and drinks which were dear and £1.50 for a packet of walkers is a rip off. But overall a good stay and very clean.
