Room was spotless, staff wonderful. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was our wedding anniversary. Even upgraded our room! My only issue was the noise, we were moved off the street side for it to be quieter which was. However inconsiderate and disrespectful guests woke us up for hrs in the hallway on our 2nd night -4am onwards. This is not the hotels fault - floor 5. Whoever was doing that should not be allowed to stay in hotels.

The room was very clean, the only issue we would have was that it was a bit stuffy and you could not open the window. We realise that is a safety issue but in other hotels there is the opportunity to just be able to open windows slightly.
The staff were very welcoming, attentive and engaged in conversations.
We liked the idea of table service for breakfast. We have seen too much wastage at buffet breakfasts, Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

One Hundred Shoreditch is such a gem. From the moment I arrived, Giselle made the experience, she was incredibly warm, accommodating, and gave such a genuine welcome that immediately set the tone for the stay.

The location is perfect. You’re surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, art, and everything Shoreditch does best, with easy access to the Tube and buses to move around the city effortlessly.

The hotel itself nails the balance of style and comfort. The rooms are actually spacious, which feels rare these days, and the bathroom was the same. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that doesn’t sacrifice comfort for design.

The coffee shop and hotel bar are both on point and feel like true extensions of the neighborhood’s vibe, not just hotel add-ons.

This will absolutely be my go-to spot whenever I’m back in London. If you’re looking for a place that feels cool, comfortable, and perfectly located, this is it.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! Style over substance have really poor facilities which ended up damaging an item of mine. The service of the hotel is good until you have an issue and then the way they act and treat customers is disgusting the switch up and the fact they take no accountability for there actions is beyond. The management team particular Claudia is rude and very disrespectful. Go else where you would never receive this kind of service at hotels such as Nobu who go above and beyond for there customers when an issue occurs. I will say there was one women on the front of house on the check in who is a credit to there company the most welcoming and gorgeous soul. One hundred don’t deserve to have someone like that working for them she is amazing. As for the rest of the service absolutely horrendous.

We loved the room, the staff was out of this world, and the location was fantastic. There was a bus stop right out front, they had a rooftop bar and another fun bar downstairs, they had a restaurant but also a convenient little coffee shop. We walked to an Irish bar one night, a BBQ restaurant that was out of this world and another night found a bar with American football games. It was PERFECT!

The staff was welcoming and helpful from a warm greeting to throughout our stay. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Carpets could use a cleaning, but otherwise the room had all that we needed for a comfortable stay.
We pre-paid for the breakfast, which was worthwhile and delicious. The lobby was cozy for sitting and a place for adults and teens to relax outside of the room.
The location was great. It was easy walk to businesses, a few restaurants close by, and best of all, the bus. Being right on a few key bus routes made getting to and from London tourist sites very easy.
We highly recommend One Hundred Shoreditch for family or business travel.

Be aware that they do not respond to either messages or phone calls. They gave us two connected rooms, and that was not clear until we arrive. upon arriving at the hotel, a bit earlier than usual check in time, we were told our room was ready but we would need to pay an extra £40 per hour that we checked in before 3! they also add a service charge onto your bill but unfortunately felt like we were not serviced at all, the check in you do on a kiosk yourself as well as check out. Then when there was a time when what smelled like a gas leak was happening in our hallway and we requested our windows be unlocked so we could use them, we had to speak with the front desk 3 times before anyone came up. Overall just felt like a different experience since the last time we stayed — first time felt like quiet luxury, this time a bit underwhelming and not worth it to return.

The included breakfast was great, every single staff member was friendly and attentive, location was close to the Blues Kitchen and Brick Lane.

My only beef was I arrived at noon after a long overnight flight and at front desk they told me: “we have rooms ready, but it’s a 40-pound charge PER HOUR to check in prior to 3pm (15:00). About $160 US to get a room that was already set up and ready.

I was bleary-eyed and extremely tired but angry about this, so I stored my bag and walked around for 3 hours.

If you are coming from overseas and get there prior to 15:00, keep this in mind.

Water dispenser was broken, pillows were awful and mine was deformed, Room didn’t seem to warm up or was very slow, poor soundproofing noise from the terrace and the hallway and knocking on next doors door sounded like it was for our room. Room was clean and on decoration. Surprise 5% charge at check in that you can’t opt out of at checkin they say ok but do nothing to enact it.

One of the worst stays I’ve had in years. Check-in took 20 minutes. Self service checkin didn’t work, whilst we watched the staff all chatting amongst themselves. Eventually someone am e over to help with a laptop still took another 15 minutes. The pre approved upgrade wasn’t available. One key card to the room failed to work. Room was very tired and not great. Hairs in the bath and shower curtain needed replacing. When roses this with staff their laid back attitude and lack lustre approach said it all. Use to be a great place to stay, unfortunately not any longer.

Very noisy room during the night. Woken up a few times each night by trucks, bins and loud voices outside.
Lobby and bar area were packed with what looked like students on laptops. More like a college campus than hotel lobby. Most (if not all) we're not guests as they left the hotel when they finished their essays.
Rooms and bedding were comfortable. Room was a little cold and adjusting the wall stat made no difference.
