Disappointed with this hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and clean, but when you pay £700 for a two night stay you expect more than a room. The amenities you would expect from a good London hotel just aren't there - we were very disappointed to learn that their rooftop restaurant and bar is only open Thur-Sat and their cocktail bar is also closed on a Mon & Tue (the nights we stayed!) so the hotel was pretty dead with nothing to do. We actually chose to go and spend time at others like the Hoxton instead which when you're paying £700+ for a stay on a Monday & Tuesday evening you should not have to do - at the very least these days should be discounted. Add this to the fact that everything is automated so you have to check yourself in and out on the kiosks vs with a person, and housekeeping didn't come until 3.30pm in the afternoon, just not what we expected for the money paid. Didn't feel good value at all compared to other London hotels that you pay a similar price for with much better ameneties.

I had the most amazing time at One Hundred Shoreditch especially as a solo female traveler. The staff were amazing the moment I checked in, they made me feel right at home sharing plenty of recommendations to someone new to London like me. I had great chats with Ayaub, Golder and Mickey (excuse the spelling!) every day when I arrived or left the hotel. It's a great vibe, they have a nice lobby where a lot of folks are working from alongside a coffee shop. The rooftop bar and Seed Library bar were amazing as well I had delicious cocktails. Location is very central to Shoreditch and my room was amazing, it had a little nook with a city view and I sat by the window everyday people watching. I can't wait to visit again!

The room was clean, very well lit and spacious.
The beds were incredibly comfy and everything was very well provided.
The only really minor complaints I had were that the shower didn’t seem particularly strong and I’m pretty sure the room I was given wasn’t the one I booked but I was still very happy with the one I ended up with.
Would I stay again? If they’d have me, yes, yes I would.

Hotel is modern with beautiful paintings and artwork. Loved all the natural wood prominence. Location is awesome, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Shoreditch area has a very vibrant young community. Loved the free water dispenser for both sparkling and still water in the hallways. I loathe paying for water in hotels. Free breakfast is also a plus.
The only negative is that the television remote control was not user friendly, nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

I was double-charged by this hotel, and they refuse to acknowledge this error despite sharing proof from my bank statements via Hotels.com CS. They also fail to respond to emails asking for invoices that would support or sense-check my claim.

They have also not refunded the stay deposit, despite not using any minibar or paid facilities. I assume these errors are linked as they're from the same stay.

Their customer service is unresponsive, and Hotels.com are also being useless at rectifying this error despite proof of payment. I've stayed a hundreds of hotels from hostels right though to 5* and never had this issue or received zero response to queries.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and bright - and well located, albeit has very loud street noise on weekend nights due to proximity to clubs, bars and takeaway places open late.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable for my liking and the road noise from the neighborhood was a bit much, but other than that, the bathroom amenities were great, the staff was exceptional and the rooftop was top notch.

Hotel and the rooms are amazing, and the location was perfect for what we wanted (right next to Brick Lane and near Shoreditch train station). Only issue we had was the service charge that was automatically added to our bill without any warning. For the four nights we stayed, it was an extra 70 euros. Totally understand service charges, but when you’re checking yourself in using a tablet, and doing the same for check out, you wonder why you’re paying extra for service? Other than that, it was such a great stay and we’ll definitely go back.

Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well decorated and beds are very comfy.
Lots of great restaurants nearby and number 35 bus stops right outside takes you to Liverpool Street station,
Only downside for me was the rooms are not soundproof as described!! Slightly disappointed by this, as I am a light sleeper. Other than this it’s a good choice.

My beautiful room was immaculate!! I must give extra praise to the warm and helpful staff. Shane provided top tier service, whether it was giving delicious restaurant recommendations or taking my luggage to the Uber. Giselle took special care of my requests and Abdul saw that I was pleased with my accommodations. The breakfast was sooo good. Fresh and inventive. Honestly it’s one of the best hotel experiences across the board that I’ve had to date.

I love a hotel that prioritizes cleanliness and this hotel did! It does get noisy at night bc it’s located by a nightclub I think?? But that didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed our stay a lot and the staff was great!

The only thing I’d mention is that they require you to leave the lobby right before midnight and go up to your room.

Room was nice but looked bigger in pictures. The bathroom was slightly disappointing also just aesthetically. Nothing against accessible rooms as they are essential, but when you haven’t booked one it doesn’t feel as nice. We didn’t eat breakfast but did order stick n sushi as room service which was lovely and fun. Tv worked well screen casting. Would be nice to have more coffee choices

The check-in staff were fantastic, particularly the girl whose name I believe started with G. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, truly a valuable asset to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely menu and prompt service. My room was well-equipped but the carpet was badly stained which left a negative impression.

Pros : room - spacious and clean. Staff - friendly and polite. Location - convenient and well linked with public transport and local shopping / places to eat.

Cons : it’s a bit cheeky how many extra fees there are. Ie we had paid extra for breakfast but a cappuccino is not included. Service charges being added to the final bill on check out. Feels like a bit of a Ryanair experience - minus the low initial fees.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I slept well and it was a great base to explore London. But the additional charges throughout soured the stay and made many of my interactions with staff feel a lot more transactional which is disappointing for a hotel which markets itself (and charges) as a luxury hotel.

The staff were excellent and the room was very clean with good amenities. The hotel itself is a good 20 to 25 minute walk from the closest tube and the directions a little confusing. In retrospect would recommend taking a taxi from the tube to the hotel and back again. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity but a bit of a walk to find fine dining.

Absolutely unbeatable location right in the heart of shoreditch with walkability to markets , amazing pubs , restaurants and shops. 10/10 bar in the lower level of the hotel that was a vibe. Room was spacious if you book the “extra” room - definitely suggest paying the additional cost for , we viewed the smaller room as they attempted a downgrade with our room unavailable on check in - and it’s significantly smaller.

Some staff seemed very new this time (we found it difficult to order a cup of coffee up to the room - called front desk and the first time what arrived was bags of instant) but all tried and were super friendly. I had such a great experience at One Hundred Shoreditch. The hotel is super clean, modern, and stylish, and the amenities were even better than expected. The common spaces, breakfast area, and rooftop lounge were all perfect places to unwind. What really made my stay special was the staff they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

To begin with I was asked to pay £100 deposit on top of my room bill which was paid incorrect. I asked staff about this and was told there was a circa £18 service charge which they could remove, I kindly asked them too as I believe a room rate is inclusive and I should not be charged more
There are no signs to the pool so I never found it
The coffee shop staff were rude
My booking included 20% off food but I was told all restaurants were separate to the hotel and therefore I would get no dis point but could use it at the rooftop bar - which upon inspection is a corridor width with only cocktails so we left

The room was fine but nothing else was worth the money I paid
The rooftop bar can play music until midnight on the weekends which I wasn’t advised of before booking. It also meant there were lots of people in and around the hotel from the bar

It would suit some people but not for me

The hotel adds a Service Fee on top of the Hotels.com booking price. It is \"optional\", but it is hidden when you check in (on a screen-based system). The staff and team are lovely, but I strongly object on principle to how the hotel tries to sneak this in without making it obvious.

A great hotel in the heart of Shoreditch. The staff were so helpful nd attentive and nothing was too much bother. If you're studying, they offer a Do Not Disturb offer where you receive £25 bar voucher to use if you're happy for your room not to be cleaned.
Beds were super comfy and although we were on the first floor facing the main road, the noise from the street was minimal. Highly recommended!

Room was spotless, staff wonderful. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was our wedding anniversary. Even upgraded our room! My only issue was the noise, we were moved off the street side for it to be quieter which was. However inconsiderate and disrespectful guests woke us up for hrs in the hallway on our 2nd night -4am onwards. This is not the hotels fault - floor 5. Whoever was doing that should not be allowed to stay in hotels.
