The room was not very clean. The “clean” towels had hair on them. The bed cover sheets on both beds had some kind of crumbs on them. The hairdryer (the only amenity in the room) did not work.

Although the staff was friendly, the conditions of the room did not match the pictures. It was dirty, smelly, everything was dirty and looked like it was never wiped down or sanitized. The rooms were a little beat up. Nothing was swept or mopped. No closet, no ironing board, no iron, no tissues, no blow dryer. Towels were stained with brown, red and black. Cigarette burns in the sheets and counters. Blankets and pillows were wafer thin. And there was blood stains on the ceiling. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

It was inexpensive. The room was cleaned daily which was good. Noisy area in main drag. Not good for taking a walk as too much traffic and not much to walk to. Noplace within walking distance for breakfast.

The beds old and lumpy tv won't work asked for another room with a working tv but not done we let them know nicely that we won't spend another night we were leaving BUT no bad problems with out asking they refunded our 2nd night stay now they are trying to do the right thing. Thank You West Cost Inn for a refund.

Do not recommend this roach motel

The hotel looks decent on the outside but upon entering the room I did notice a couple of roaches running around the floor. The sign outside the door said no smoking room but yet the minute I walked in it smelled heavily of smoke which was disgusting. The dining table in The room was unusuallly tall and the seats were very low so it was impossible to eat comfortably. The Furniture looked old and worn and there were cigarettes burns in the matress. Lastly, This motel is located on a busy street so the constant noise of cars.
Lastly this motel is located off a very noisy street which made things more difficult even more so.

The outside of the building was decent. Cigarette butts right outside of my room though. The blankets had stains all over them. Looked like semen. Ugh! One of the night stands had a door falling off of it. The room reeked of smoke. The area around the hotel had homeless people passed out. I was there for two days and the room was not cleaned my second day there.

Older basic motel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. No carpeting so be sure to bring slippers and nightlight. No room phone, tableside alarm clock or table lamps. They do provide coffee maker, microwave and fridge. I needed accommodations because of medical appointment and I came from out of town. Would stay again.

My husband and I booked this last minute because of a change of plans, so it was nice to be able to be able to get it in a hurry. However, we were pretty disappointed with the stay. When we checked in, we requested a downstairs room, but the clerk insisted we get upstairs because they were \"better.\" Because it wasnt in the greatest neighborhood, we thought upstairs would be safer, so we agreed. I liked that they had linoleum floors because they're easier to clean, but they were covered in spots or spills and really highlighted how unclean the rest was. The linens were fine, but it was smaller details like spots on the walls and doors that just looked gross. There were also small-medium holes in the walls everywhere, some covered lazily in spackling. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable. The surrounding stayers were also rather loud in the evening, but I get thats not really in their control. Overall, a pretty disappointing stay.

Night staff did not care at all about us. People above us were so loud from 130am to 4am the back at it at 5am till we checked out. I called to tell them this is ridiculous and we’re just trying to sleep and they didn’t nothing about it. If I wanted to uncomfortable and not sleep I would’ve slept in a car and saved myself 100$. What a joke. When I checked out I couldn’t even tell the lady what was going on because she was on the phone and just waved me to set the key down.

Weekend getaway for my husband and I and it was absolutely perfect! The jetted tub was our personal favorite! Room was clean and comfortable! The lady at the front desk is super nice and helpful!! I would NOT be returning, nor do I recommend this place!

This was a last-minute reservation for us, and we were not impressed. I believe a couple owns the facility. Unfortunately, the wife was not the friendliest. She lacked comment people's skills and was very rude. Although Expedia states, this facility does not permit smoking, signs in the property state otherwise. Our room had a strong smoke smell and the room was outdated/ needs repairs.

The place is clean but the service was extremely terrible. When I arrive the owner was shouting “hey mam” came in and looked at me asked how many cars and people I said two people and two cars. She said no you can’t. I said what’s the issue. She said no two cars and I said it was fine and that we would leave the other car at his aunts place. She still shock her head holding onto my cards and said idk without believing me and assumed I was trying to keep extra cars and bring additional people to the place. I asked her again what’s the issue as we wouldn’t leave the extra car. She still continued to shake her head and said you know I sold out of hotel this weekend and am very busy and don’t have any space for extra cars. As I had to repeat myself. I don’t see the issue as I already said I would not leave the extra car here. After her constantly shaking her head she finally said you aren’t allowed to change room and I said okay. After us going back and forth for 10min now she stood there looking at my booking still not wanting to give me the room. I literally had to keep asking her I don’t understand the issue as I’ve already agreed to your terms. She finally shook her head and charged me. When I got the key she gave me the wrong key to the room and she yelled at me that it was for a different room and she wrote it. I literally had to show her that she wrote the wrong room number and then shrugged. The next day she came to my room to yell at me for not signing. Was not my fault

Never Again!!

First of all when I booked my hotel I used my MasterCard debit card. When we arrived the check in person gave us such a hard time…..after driving Here for 1 hour and 20 min. The way we got treated was not ok because it wasn’t listed on hotels.com, he said sorry I can’t take your debit. Ughhhhh we finally got our room nothing like it was described! For $125, no tv channels, the bedding had some stains. If I could I would demand a refund!! I don’t, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Oh yeah and NO PHONE 📞!!

It was a positive experience at West Coast Inn Motel. The room was decently cleaned. However, the bed sheets weren’t changed so frequently. It was a nice and quiet community. Happy staff were always available to answer questions. One negative thing about this place was the weak WiFi connection. Hopefully, they will fix that before my next book at West Coast Motel.

The TV didn’t have very many channels basically infomercials. It was an extremely noisy location seem to have no insulation the rooms beside and above were extremely thin. I could hear conversations and noisy footsteps. It was extremely. I had a hard time sleeping. I’ve stayed in hotels for many years and never ever heard my neighbors like I did there. Because of this I won’t be staying there ever again because I need to sleep on my vacation

I was not allowed the reservation because it was in my husband's name (Larry J.) and he couldn't be there to check in with me as he was called into work that day and would be joining me later as I explained to the motel clerk. But I had to PAY for that room anyway ... the room we could not have!!! Unbelievable and completely ridiculous!!! I had to book ANOTHER room at full price for us under my name (Helen J.) So, we had to pay for TWO rooms. We are seniors and asked for the AARP discount which I have no idea if we even received on either room. This is completely crazy and unacceptable. Plus they required a $50 deposit in case we 'damaged' the room! WTH? The place looks ok on the outside but was already trashed on the inside the broken furniture, wood flooring chipped with large chunk sticking up, walls dented, paint chipped and scratched. Not even a lamp or clock. Unless you are desperate and exhausted (as we were) I would never recommend this motel.

I have stayed here about 4 times already. ALWAYS for the jacuzzi rooms because they have an AWESOME budget for a nice little getaway. THeir staff is honest and friendly. I am definitely coming back but some suggestions I would like to make is: working ice machine (especially if its hot outside), better sheets later check out time( even if it means checking in later).

Nice, small, family motel with helpful, pleasant people running it. I liked the laminate floors instead of carpet, and the bed was firm and comfortable. Room 122 was nice and quiet away from the road, and parking right by it was always easy during my Mon-Fri stay. The only problem was the heater fan being quite loud - it worked well to heat the room quickly, but it was too loud to have going on and off while sleeping without very good ear plugs. I just pulled the blankets off the extra queen bed instead and was fine, though. The fridge was fine, though, which in other places can be a challenge. I recommend the place for an affordable option a short drive to the convention center and various sites in Anaheim.

The hotel itself doesn't look too bad although there's graffiti on the outside sign. Night clerk not friendly. Asked me how many people in room (my reservation was for 1-2) and then said sternly \"No guests\". The ice machine costs a \"quater\" (It's an Indian family that runs place and they obviously don't have a spell check on the label maker). The room was clean but modest looking. Not many towels. The deal breaker was next morning when construction on the hotel behind it started promptly at 7am. Then I woke to see my bag of chips infested with ants. They at least let me check out early and refund the last 2 nights of my stay.

The room was nice, clean, and fairly spacious. Loved having the mini fridge! It was really quiet so we slept great. There was one morning when we had some ants in the bathroom but I know they are a common issue in California. They were all cleaned up when we returned from our day trip and we didn’t have the issue again the next morning.

I booked the hot tub suite for my stay. After checking in the owner of the hotel told me that visitors are not allowed. I had to cancel my evening plans of my friends coming over. Huge bummer there because the only reason I booked the room was so I could spend time with friends at the hotel. The front desk made me come back 3 times in a row because their internet wouldn't work. The in suite hot tub had cracks all over it (tons of ants were coming from the cracks), there were dirt spots from the previous person staying there. Not to mention the sheets were extremely thin and cheap. I won't be planning on staying at this dump ever again.

Please don't stay at this motel. WARNING!! We were robbed. Not only is the security system is lousy in this motel but so it is the service one expects from its administration or front desk. They pretend to offer \"great service\" from the comfort of their own room behind the front office. 4 mexican men were staying in the annex room to us (room #130) When we arrived at our room at 9 pm, these men were drinking alcohol, smoking and being very loud and abnoxous right outside their room and leaning on our room's door #129. Their van was right in front of their room so was our car in front of ours. It was 11 pm when I had to open the door and ask these men to please lower their voice as it was very late already. The next morning when we got up, our car had been broken into and two cel phones missing, brand new shoes (not worn yet), two jackets, cap, and dirty laundry. Can you believe that? Dirty laundry and still got stolen.

Where do I start...
No iron/board in room,called the front desk for one they said they only had an iron. It never made it to the room.
Found a Black widow in the room .
Everything is old furniture, microwave, coffee maker (dirty) no hangers to hang clothes. Drapes falling off hooks.
Just appears visible clean..
Staff not very friendly called to say I was going to check in late and they answered with a hello and okay. I wasn’t sure if I had called the hotel.

Lack of Cleanliness and Comfort

I was pleasantly surprised by the exterior of the property but once I entered the room I saw that the bedding was old and appeared to not be clean. I then went to the bathroom to find soap scum on the fixtures. This is the first time I have ever seen a hotel or motel provide generic plastic cups and not clean drinking glasses. I was excited to see that they offered DirectTV with a HD flat panel screen, however they didn’t offer HD channels, that makes no sense!! They appear to be cutting corners and they missing the mark. There are some basics to the motel and hotel business the top two would be cleanliness and comfort. I actually kept my clothes on and grabbed a blanket from my car to lay on. I can see they recently replaced the floor and maybe did some painting but did not take care of the basics and pay closer attention to detail.

Would have enjoyed a small table and 2 chairs to eat from. Very hard to eat from the bed plus it is messy and bothers me that I am eating where I sleep.
