Positives:
Room pricing was good for the area. The beds were comfy, there was a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant downstairs. The food at the restaurant was really good, with nice options for breakfast and dinner. The housekeepers were attentive to room needs.

Negatives:
WiFi was $11.95. This was surprisingly disappointing for a Hilton property. As a Hilton Honors member, it gave no option to login to bypass this, other than a prompt to “sign up now” to get free WiFi. So basically, they want to sell your information to make more money off you, if you choose not to pay $12 for internet.

Parking was $35 per night, which was full both nights we stayed. I was lucky and found the last spot as someone left each night, which is besides the point. I think there was overflow parking, but no free option.

The water temp in the shower was just above Luke warm, not hot.

Long wait times to be seated at the restaurant. I waited more than 15 minutes before any staff acknowledged me for seating. I waited so long that I thought the restaurant was closing for the night. It was not busy, and I was the only person at the podium.

The elevators…. They have 4, but only two worked. I waited 20-30 minutes around checkout from the 5th floor. Each time, the two functioning elevators were filled to capacity. I took the stairs and got lost, as it wasn’t clear how to get out. I then had to exit and walk all the way around the bldg to get to the front.

The only complaint was that the bathroom sink kept plugging up it would drain very slowly.i called front desk after 45 minutes no engineer and sink had drain but continue to plug as we used it i didn't report it anymore. Other than that stay was great 👍

Upon arrival I was charged an extra $584 including a $300 deposit and $284 in state taxes they said. They charged me for that because they said the third-party website that I booked through which I had never even heard of before did not charge me taxes.After showing them that I booked through Expedia and already paid taxes they refunded the money and I have had a
$5 charge and a $100 charge pending ever since even though the security deposit was supposed to be refunded. The room had tape and confetti on it from a previous stay. The AC barely worked. The bathroom tub and sink were dirty. There was also an earring on the ground in the room. Overall I was not satisfied with the stay whatsoever.

restroom in room did not have any ventilation; was muggy and took a long time to air out/mirror. faucet and handles were rusty from the humidity and the pipe from the sink was rusty. only one person at reception made for long line to check in/out. clean sheets, comfortable bed, 8/10 cleanliness in the room overall.

I request a quiet premium room. Everything was good except the traffic noise. The window is not soundproof, and I could hear the engine noise from the 17th floor. I had to downgrade to another room. A young lady at the front desk is very helpful.

It was my anniversary and left a message to the general manager after getting transferred like 3 times and they never got back to me. When we got there they didn’t even greet us and staff doesn’t have any customer service. Not an ideal place to stay at just because of staff that they don’t feel welcomed.

Close to the freeway and easy in and out for parking ( it is 35$ a day though) check in cookies are super yummy my only complaint was that the bathroom was a lil dirty but nothing you can’t survive lol just in the corners ☺️ over all 10/10 stay and area!

Several issues during our stay: Found drain flies in the bathtub, shower curtain was broken & asked hotel to replace (they never came), common areas had not been cleaned, room safe was not working, ordered towels, which I'm still waiting for, parking information phone number provided in the app was disconnected, and finally, parking gate did not open using one's card & staff did not notify us about the issue. Very disappointed with our stay and I will never stay at this hotel again. It is sad because the hotel has a lot of potential. I notified staff about a few of the issues and they were not concerned & did not offer any solutions.

I couldn’t check in because the system was down and if I wanted to use the gym I would have to take the elevator to the bottom and then ask to be escorted.
We arrived at 7pm to check in and was told we couldn’t check in. And there was no time estimated.

We left and came back later around 1130 and was escorted for a janitor to open the door for us to stay. It was wierd

Very nice experience at this hotel. It was quiet and the staff was very nice. The only problem that I had was that my water didn’t get very hot for a shower but they accommodated me by waiving all the parking fees which was 35 a day. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

I booked a room with 1 king bed and had been given a room with 2 full size beds. I was told that hotels.com messed up the order for the room and was then offered comped parking. Although during my stay the parking was free for everyone who had a room key. Very Very poor experience

The staff was great, welcoming, and listened to our concerns. The bar atmosphere and lobby are very warm and, at times, energetic. The coffee and snack shop are great amenities. The room was nice. A few negatives: the hotel is right next to a hospital, so be prepared to hear sirens off and on throughout the night. We were very happy to see they had a pickleball court, but since we didn't expect one, we didn't bring our gear and borrowed some paddles from the front desk. The paddles were old and falling apart, and we informed them that they needed to get new ones. There were stains on the lobby carpet, and even though they said that the carpets get cleaned, I wouldn't believe them, as most stains come out with a thorough cleaning. Or at least put in new carpet so your lobby looks classy. The last thing was that they have a nice outdoor area to sit in the morning to enjoy your coffee and pastry, but not when it hasn't been cleaned from the night before. It's not hard to wipe down tables and empty the trash at the end of the night, but somehow they don't have that in their rotation.

The parking is not very clear. Plus you have to pay to park at the hotel and I also had to pay an early check in fee. So that tacked on another $60. $35 self park and $25 check in.
But it seems like a good location, close to shopping and not far from the stadium.
The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was great! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Quick and easy check in, even though the front desk guy wasn’t too friendly. Got to see the Disneyland fireworks from our room. Next day for checkout I called the front desk for a question regarding late check out, and they said sure and we go to check out an hour later. Very overall and will stay again in the future

Fera Anaheim mentioned being short-staffed, so housekeeping had to be scheduled. That was understandable—one day of cleaning and towel replacement during a 3-night, 4-day stay was sufficient. However, our room was still missed despite calling to confirm at 1:00 PM and again at 6:30 PM. We had to request towels and go down to the lobby to retrieve them ourselves. The only positive was the front desk and valet staff—friendly and welcoming. A simple hello truly goes a long way.

Check in receptionist had neutral energy and the bed was to hard on my back. Also breakfast waiter service under staffed took a while before being seated for breakfast buffet. Also one if the check out receptionist doesnt look happy and inviting. I can probably find other hotel better.
