Staff was able to check me in and when I needed a bandaid for my mother they gave me extra and ointment and alcohol pads. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back

it was a clean suite. i loved the size of the kitchen and that i could close the doors to the sleeping area so the living and kitchen area could be it own space. reception was friendly. the one drawback is something that can't be changed: i was unable to park right in front of the room. but other than that, it was enjoyable.

My three requests for a first floor was ignored, and help to move out was not possible. I am a 70 old with two bad knees and a stroke...and a car full of luggage that needed to be carried up and down the stairs. This caused me severe issues both on arrival and departing.

We have stayed here 3 times, and I would give it 5 stars except: (1) They put a $250 hold for \"incidentals\" on my credit card. Really? I'm 72 years old, did they think I was going to go American Band on the hotel room? And (2) Breakfast ends at 9am. I'm retired...nothing happens before 9am. Make it 10 or 109:30 like 95% of other hotels do.
But yeah, the place is clean, quiet, and roomy. The beds are so-so, kind of firm, not great, but not bad either.

WiFi didn’t work. Hotel says they don’t own the service so then pawn you off to some offsite third party who doesn’t even know where you are. Then the shower didn’t work. No hot shower and a movie to relax to after a long travel day. Very disappointed with hotel’s response or lack thereof.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. Service was prompt and competent, check-in was seamless, the rooms were mainly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature stayed consistent throughout the suite.
We only had a few concerns, which weren’t major. The first was that the couch in the main living space seemed to be very springy and uncomfortable. The second was that one of the bathroom spigots seemed to turn colder on its own as the shower prolonged, much to one of our family member’s irritation. And the last was that we wished there was a dedicated beauty mirror for easier makeup application. We only had a few concerns, which weren’t major. The first was that the couch in the main living space seemed to be very springy and uncomfortable. The second was that one of the bathroom spigots seemed to turn colder on its own as the shower prolonged, much to one of our family member’s irritation. And the last was that we wished there was a dedicated beauty mirror for easier makeup application. When I started at this hotel, I was pleased with how spacious and clean the room was. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an issue with the cable TV. When I noticed it wasn’t working, I contacted the front desk. They told me they weren’t sure what was going on but that the service should be back soon. However, the TV remained out for the entire night, and I ended up staying up until 2 a.m. with no resolution. By morning, the cable was finally working again, but no one followed up or made an effort to address the issue while I was dealing with it. Because of the lack of responsiveness from staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel despite the otherwise comfortable accommodations.

This location is convenient for our orange county trip. The property is clean and the suites have many comfortable amenities that we enjoyed. We did not expect to have access to a lovely kitchen, complete with utensils, plates and glassware. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would love to come back, the next time we visit the area!

I tried all the settings. The bathtub drain is extremely slow draining. The water was ankle deep during my shower and took over 30 minutes to completely drain.

This is the second time we have stayed at Chase Suites. This time we had a 2 bedroom suite and brought our 95 year old Dad back to California to see family and friends. We couldn't have had better (especially for the price). We also had to bring our small dog. We were expecting the free breakfast to be packaged sweet rolls but were so happy with the homemade eggs, sausage, pancakes, tater tots, hash browns (not all on the same day). Thank you, Chase Suites. We will be back.
