Unruhige Gäste können jede Hotelbewertung kaputt m

Nichts gegen Hotel, aber im Flur im Erdgeschoss, nicht weit von der Rezeption, haben andere Hotelgäste Abends spät und Morgens (sehr früh), sehr laut gesprochen und sich im Koridor in Gruppen versammelt. Rezeption war durchgehend besetzt, aber nicht darauf reagiert.
Da die Leute nicht deutsch oder englisch gesprochen haben, sorgte das für gewisse Unruhe und Missverständnissen. Liebe Grüße

Wenig Charme am Stadtrand

Im Achat ist der Service-Gedanke wohl wenig anwendbar. Der Kunde ist leider nicht König! Da wird nicht gefragt:Was können wir sonst noch für Sie tun?“ Nein. Die Belegschaft bemüht sich redlich, aber ein Gefühl der Freundlichkeit ist nicht spürbar. Schade - aber man muss hier auch nicht länger wohnen. Für eine Nacht OK, mehr nicht. Arbeiten sie an ihrem Betriebsklima!

Lovely hotel & friendly staff. No aircon in room so very hot & stuff nights. Room comfortable but you get woken up at 5am by the delivery men. Lovely breakfast in basement in large, light & airconed room.

Oldie but a Comfortable one

Picked this hotel as it was not too far away from the highway. Was able to check in after midnight which is a big bonus when travelling across Europe. Staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have the breakfast buffet not cost 14 EUR per person so we opted away from that. Good stay overall.

Clean comfort close to autobahn

Had a one night stay for an event in Leipzig. Very easy to access as it’s very close to autobahn. Had everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would recommend for a quick trip.

Clean, decent, tug inside residential area

The location is away from busy tourist or business actions. The upside is that it is quiet. Room is clean, and functional. It's small like most hotel n Europe. The staffs are helpful. It has an Italian restaurant. Food was alright, somewhat pricy compared to similar food in the city. Breakfast is okay, mostly pastry, vegie, cheese and cold cut, eggs and sausage.

Nice staff, good quality.

The hotel had friendly staff members whom also spoke clear english for those of us with terrible German. The place was tucked away in a nice and quiet neighborhood which we did not get a chance to explore much. The place was clean and up to date. The one thing that could have been nice was if we did not have to pay an extra euros per hour to use their wifi. And although we also had to pay for each breakfast, it was a buffet. Overall the place was nice and satisfying and would recommend it just because of it, but i must say that the 15 min walk to the train station and another 15 min ride to the city center isnt all that bad (the bus comes every hour at certain times and was able to take us when we could catch it except weekends where there is no bus), but at the end of the day after roaming the city, walking everywhere, and partying here and there, that ride and walk back to the hotel is a mission! If money is not a problem, just book somewhere in the city center. If you need to save some money, Achat is just the right place.

Comfortable but not so close

Good hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast (@ 6 Euro pp/per day additional), hot shower. Far from city center ("End of Leipzig" sign is literally 250 feet down the road), 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride, but the bus only comes once every hour) plus 15-20 minute tram ride. Still, I've stayed here twice and will do so again: the price is right.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr laut. Ich konnte kaum schlafen, obwohl wir den Kühlschrank ausgeschaltet haben, wegen des Fluglärms die ganze Nacht über. Ich wusste nicht, dass sich ein Flughafen in der Nähe befindet. Gut war, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und das man kostenlos parken konnte.

Ideal für einen Messebesuch. In wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn man spät zurück kommt wird es allerdings sehr knapp mit den Parkplätzen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Am besten fährt man vom Hotel mit dem Auto zum P R an der Messe und von dort mit der Linie 16 direkt in die Stadt. Vom Bahnhof aus kann man mit dem ÖPNV alle Ziele sehr gut erreichen.

Ich reiste mit meiner Mutter und habe deshalb Einzelbetten gebucht. Dies wurde nicht berücksichtigt und hatten dann ein Doppelbett. Nach Rücksprache erhielten wir ein Familienzimmer mit behindertengerechtem Bad. Sehr schön war das nicht, aber für eine Nacht ok. Das Hotel könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Parken gab es nicht genügend Platz auf dem Hof, aber an der Straße habe ich gut gestanden. Für ein Wochenende ist es genug. Für länger eher nicht. Die Öffis fahren am Wochenende auch nicht so gut. Wir waren auf der Messe und sind gute 20 Minuten zur Straßenbahn gelaufen und auch wieder zurück, weil der Bus nur einmal die Stunde fuhr. Beim nächsten Messebesuch nehme ich dann doch lieber ein anderes Hotel.

About what you can expect from a 3 star hotel in Germany: average hotel with employees that don't speak or don't want to speak English. The bed was comfortable so we got a good night's sleep. The only problem we had with it was that the room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in it every day for the past 20 years. Won't book this hotel again.

Im Hotel fanden wochentags Umbauarbeiten statt, somit auch am Samstag, was man jedoch vor Anreise nicht mitgeteilt bekam.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer konnte erst in Betrieb genommen werden, nachdem man den Stecker hinter dem Gerät gefunden hatte.

Das Zimmer war aufgrund der sehr hohen Außentemperaturen und fehlender Klimaanlage, die es zumindest im Frühstücksraum gibt, sehr aufgeheizt. Man hätte bei der Zimmervorbereitung zumindest die Vorhänge schliessen können.

Absolut unangenehm war für uns als Nichtraucher jedoch, dass unser Zimmer an den Raucherbalkon grenzte, so dass man nicht einmal das Fenster zum Lüften öffnen konnte.
Außerdem wurde man durch die Raucher gestört und sogar mitten in der Nacht aus dem Schlaf gerissen.

Schade, Expedia, dass ich mir die Mühe gemacht hatte, auf Ihre Frage, wie unser Check-in war, zu antworten.
Das interessiert das Hotel wohl kaum.

The front desk clerk was not interested in new guests, when asked if there was a restaurant around for dinner we were handed a paper with 3 restaurant options so we ordered a pizza and ate in the room.
There was a construction going on so the bar also was closed.. the next morning at breakfast, bread, meat and cheese dish were empty, just 1 woman was running the entire restaurant so she was working like crazy but just couldnt keep up.


All together not a great experiance, just for 1 night though so …. Would not recomend this and wont go back for sure

Helt ok hotel som vi bott på några gånger på resa ut i europa. Fruktansvärt varmt på rummet och bara en fläkt ingen ac. Smidigt att ta sig till från autobahn ligger en bit in men upplever avståndet som ok. Hotellet har ingen egen resturang för middag så en promenad på 1600m till ett närliggande hotel för de.

Wir haben dieses Hotel zum Zwischenstopp gebucht,das erste Mal waren wir am 12.8.da,anschließend sind weiter gefahren.
Auf der Rückfahrt haben wir auf das bereits bezahlte Familenzimmer spontan verzichtet und sind durchgefahren,da wir bei der Hinreise schon unzufrieden mit dem Zimmer waren.
Hatten das Familienzimmer nicht wie gebucht bekommen,Ventilator ging bei diesen Temperaturen nicht und das im vierten Stock(Dachgeschoss)....da haben wir dann dankend verzichtet und die sollen mit dem bezahlten nicht gebrauchten Zimmer glücklich werden.
NOCHMAL BUCHEN WIR DORT NICHT UND WEITER EMPFEHLEN TUN WIR ES AUCH NICHT!!!!

Hatten mehr erwartet,zum Glück war es nur ein Zwischenstopp....haben auch nicht das Famlienzimmer bekommen wie wir es gebucht hatten.
Nur drei Stühle für vier Personen....Ventilator im vierten Stock,bei dieser Hitze ging nicht.
Auf der Rückreise haben wir dort gar nicht mehr eingecheckt,waren bei der Hinreise vom Zwischenstopp dort enttäuscht,das uns das umsonst bezahlte Zimmer egal war.

Vorgeschlagene Zahlungsmethode war KLARNA mit Zahlungsziel von 30 Tagen, vor Ort sagte man erst das die Unterkunft ja noch nicht bezahlt worden ist, allerdings war das Zahlungsziel noch nicht erreicht (wir hätten noch 20 Tage zum überweisen gehabt)
Obwohl wir eine Bestätigung von Expedia bekommen haben mit beiden Zimmern und beide Namen der Zimmer Teilnehmer aufgelistet waren, fand das Hotel vor Ort unter dem Namen angeblich keine Buchung.

Irgendwie hatte ich dieses Mal sehr hellhöriges Zimmer. TV und das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer war extrem laut. Das Hotel ist wg. Corina so gut wie leer, warum kann man nicht ein Zimmer dazwischen frei lassen? Liebe Grüße

Ich mag dieses Hotel und übernachte gerne hier, wenn der Preis passt. Leider schwankt der Preis oft, dann buche ich etwas anderes. Wenn das Hotel überfüllt ist, kaum Parkplätze und viel Unruhe, bin ich nicht bereit überhöhtes Preis zu bezahlen. Diese Preispolitik kann ich nur bedingt nachvollziehen. Aber so ist es in der Freie Marktwirtschaft: wenig Zimmer frei, geht der Preis nach oben, obwohl die Qualität nicht mitstreiten kann.

Bra hotel för övernattning

Vi var på genomresa genom Tyskland, 2 vuxna och två barn, och behövde någonstanns att sova för att sedan köra vidare nästa dag. Detta hotellet passade perfekt till det. Bra pris, bra rum och bra läge, dessutom trevlig incheckning fast receptionisten bara kunde tyska.

immer mal wieder

hatte mit meinen beiden Jungs zusammen ein Familienzimmer. das Zimmer war überraschend gross und sehr sauber. Hingegen das Badezimmer inkl. der Dusche ist nichts für grosse Personen. unter der Dusche kann man schon fast Platzangst bekommen. Evtl. könnte man die Wassermenge welche aus der Dusche kommt etwas erhöhen.
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und die Betten genau in der richtigen Härte.
Frühstück mussten wir zusätzlich noch vor Ort buchen (habe ich bei der Buchung zu wenig geachtet)
dafür wurden wir dann am Morgen mit einem grossen gut gefüllten Buffet belohnt.
Den Code für das kostenlose WLan haben wir gleich beim Check in erhalten und hat auch im Zimmer problemlos funktioniert.

Hotellet havde smidt min reservation væk, da vi ankom. Der tog derfor ca 40 minutter at få lov at tjekke ind. Jeg rejste med 2 små børn og kl var tæt på midnat. Kl 1 om natten banker der på døren til mit værelse. Det var receptionen der nu havde fundet min reservation og dermed vores værelse. Hun mente derfor, at jeg kl 1 om natten igen skulle vække mine børn for at skifte værelse. Det nægtede jeg dog.
Generelt var personalet meget lidt serviceminded og deres engelsk var meget dårligt. Jeg måtte flere gange tale med en leder i telefonen, fordi personalet ikke kunne engelske.

Das Hotel liegt im urbanen Umfeld, von Stadtlärm keine Spur! Jede/r Angestellte war sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer komfortabel und sauber. Da ich nur Kaffe zum Frühstück trinke, habe ich am zweiten Morgen das Frühstück abgewählt. Das Angebot fand ich sehr ausgewogen und es wurde ständig reichlich nachgelegt. Ob das Frühstück den Aufpreis wert ist, hängt wohl am Konsum ab :)
Wenn ich wieder in Leipzig zu tun haben werde, werde ich sicherlich versuchen, im Achat ein Zimmer zu bekommen!

Ruhiges Hotel

Nettes Hotel in ruhiger Wohnsiedlung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Check In lief problemlos. Unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Flurs und war sehr ruhig. An sich war das Zimmer sauber, bis auf den Teppichboden und dem Boden im Bad, welche überseht waren mit Haaren der Vormieter. Das Frühstück war die 15€ pro Person nicht wert.
