Near Dodger Stadium and although the area is a little sketchy, we felt safe walking around and to and from the ballgame. Only real problem was check in. The email that we received with instructions was garbled. We had some anxious moments locating and getting in to the property. Very adequate for a two night stay.

Dream location in my fave area of LA, close to supermarkets, trendy coffee shops and bars and cute restaurants.
So peaceful and clean, with parking in the back! Perfect, I will stay there again!

This is a beautiful and well kept property at a great price. Rooms are spacious, and include a refrigerator. There is also a common area for eating and cooking. Daily housekeeping is included. I highly recommend this property.

This was one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and safe, and had laundry facilities available. It's within easy walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants and coffee shops, Echo Park, and Elysian Park. It also has a very sweet community area with kitchen facilities. Highly recommended!

THE ROOM WAS GRET. EXCELLENT CONDITIONS. A BIG SIZE BATHROOM. ITS REALLY HARD TO FIND THE ENTRY OF THE PROPETY. TOOK US 15 MINUTES TO FIND THE WAY TO GET IN.

We stayed two nights here and loved the isolation plus being just seconds from a bustling, fun street! The room was comfortable and quiet, my only stipulation was the charming and cramped shower :) the conditioner was just more shampoo lol but I loved how unique staying here felt. It was easy to feel at home here!

We stayed there for 4 nights, and the overall experience was good. The room is really spacious, but the wall is not soundproof. Other guests who shared a common area with us talked loudly outside (for his work) in the morning, we could hear that clearly in our room. And the bed is definitely not queen size, it is full size.

Prior arrangements worked well. E-Mailed instructions were clear and concise.
Bed height was extremely low; difficult to get out of bed. The only place I could comfortably sit was the ledge in the shower. It was difficult to climb 3 flights of stairs. I have a hip replacement and severe arthritis.

Lift/Uber had difficulty finding the exact address, as it sits way up on a a hill and you can't really see it from Sunset Blvd. Great place to stay if you plan to go to Dodgers Stadium! Very clean and new. Had a minor hiccup with the TV, by the property owner responded immediately.

Cute and Fine for a quick weekend.

It was fine. We stayed in Room 2 and it was at the back of the home next to the alley. If you want to sleep in, I would not recommend this room. The alley was very active and you can hear the noise clearly. The room could have also been a bit cleaner, but I have a high standard for that. Otherwise, it was comfortable and well decorated. It is also a great location for Dodgers games and exploring Echo Park. They have a nice Echo Park guide with restaurant suggestions.

There is NO PARKING FOR MILES at this property. We did not stay at this place because of this fact. It’s been over a week and we have had no response to our request for a refund. If you want to risk not being able to park anywhere near, then this is your place!

What a great find! Perfect for a concert at Dodger stadium, easy walk up to the venue with lots of restaurants and bars close by. After all that it was really nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable, homey room. Would stay again for sure!

I want to love this place: the decor is so nice, the rooms cute, the location perfect. But the front door lock was broken and management didn't fix it when I asked, there are scuffs on the walls and dust in lots of places. I love this spot, it just needs better maintenance.

The only negatives were that the water pressure is low (not a major issue), the window opens directly to the neighbors window, and there is no desk in the room (but there is more space in the common area). There is also a chemex coffee maker and gooseneck kettle (very fancy), but no chemex filters. So bring your own.

We were told that we would have coffee there but there wasn't any. This isn't a deal-breaker as I could bring my own, but it would be nice to know I need it too. There was broken tile in the bathroom they kept sticking to my husband's foot. Also not a deal-breaker but somebody's going to get hurt and you're going to live with the lawsuit. Parking was not optimal. It would be very helpful if they were lines to delineate spaces. Also is an FYI, there is a neighbor across the alley that is using the parking lot for their own personal space. We watch them do so often on for 2 days. The rooms were very comfortable. They were clean, with the exception of dried toothpaste on the black tile in the bathroom in my room, but overall I felt I was in a nice clean environment. The decor was fine. I liked the open space in the common kitchen area. I will plan on staying here on our next trip to echo park. Also one of the outlets near the counter in room 3 was dead. It would have been nice to have ice in the freezer and had the refrigerator inthe common area turned on.

Great!

This place is very nice and clean, and they take COVID-19 sanitation seriously. The cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and the balconies on each level are lovely! However, the beds only have a sheet and a heavy down comforter (doona), which was super hot and made sleep difficult. There's also a lot of noise in the back ally.

The place was nice. Our room was a little unkept (bathroom did not appear all the way cleaned as there were some fake eyelashes left on the window seal- unlesssss this is part of the amenities. Haha! But real talk it was overall real cool, chill place. I would love to come back with more friends and use all four rooms (on the right side) and do some fun event. Also, it’s close to dodger stadium!

Kicked out of my room w/ nowhere to stay!

I chose this place because I wanted to explore Echo Park and the location seemed like a great way to do so.

Two days before my stay, I got an email with my room # and code to unlock it.

The first night of my stay, I'm tired. I've just driven 2 hours from San Diego. I have 2 heavy suitcases. It takes 30 minutes just to find street parking (there is no parking onsite). I lug my 2 suitcases several blocks to the hotel, which is hard to find especially at 9pm!

I type in the keycode to the building. I lug my 2 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. I type in the code to my room, only to find that there's a couple already OCCUPYING MY ROOM.

After talking to the couple, it looked like there was indeed overlap. That's pretty awful that TWO separate parties have the same room code?!

Because this is not a traditional hotel, there is no front desk. I frantically leave a message, text the hotel number, and email them. Only 15 minutes later do I get a call back. They have no idea what happened, but they give me a room code for the room next door. That room works, and for all of 5 minutes, I believe that the crisis is averted.

Nope.

I get a call 5 minutes later saying that there are indeed no rooms for me that night. At this point, it's past 10pm. I'm still VERY exhausted. I end up choosing to go w/ a very different hotel for the entire stay, because I'd had enough.

They refunded & comped me for my first day, but the whole experience felt so impersonal and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The hotel is very clean and contemporary. There are only 3 parking spaces, you will probably be looking for parking on nearby streets.

Pros:
- Great location, close to lots of businesses and restaurants
- Free parking when available
- Easy frictionless check in for when we arrived at 1a
- If you need a kitchen, which we did not, it seemed clean and well stocked.

Cons:
- This is not a hotel. This is more like a hostel with private bathrooms.
- Stains on the sheets and towels
- Quiet time is after 10p but as there is no staff around there's no one to enforce it. My upstairs neighbor sounded like they were walking in circles in boots for hours. Could clearly hear next door neighbors talking and showering. Paper thin walls don't help.
- If facing the back alley prepare for hearing AC sounds all night
- The pictures are nice but everything is surface level. Overall a little dirty but tolerable, bed was rickety, sheets were hot and not breathable.

It was quiet & I rarely saw anyone on the property, so if you like quiet and private, this place is perfect. I thought parking would be a problem but it wasn’t, there was always parking in the back.

The neighborhood is a little rough, but as long as you have someone to walk with to the nearby restaurants & shops, you should be fine. We ate at Button Mash which is like a 2 minute walk, and the food was so good. Cute little spot.

As for cleanliness— our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but the cleaning service was on the property, and she was kind enough to start on our room. BUT, she did take less than 25 minutes to clean & that made me uncomfortable. I felt like it could have been cleaner. It still makes me cringe thinking about it.

Loved this place, a stylish clean cozy room in a convenient location in Echo Park with good transport links. Access to full shared kitchen was handy, and there are shops and places to eat out nearby. Was worried parking might be a problem but it wasnt, just make sure to check street signs.

LA neighborhood vibe with a few drawbacks

Very nice airBnb-like experience in echo park, LA. If you want to feel like you “live” in LA for a few days this would be perfect. You have own private room with full bath and then nicely furnished common areas. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. I was room number 9, which has it’s on private balcony but the balcony faces the back alley and people can easily see in your room if you didn’t have the curtain closed and vice versa. Also the balcony furniture was full of dust, so it made me not even want to bother. The balcony glass door also happened to be the only source of natural light for the room so if you wanted natural light you had to have yourself exposed to whoever wanted to look from the numerous neighbors who also had windows on the back alley. The front shared balcony/patio areas were way nicer. Some of my bath towels had stains on them. Although the design aspects were cool, the slanted roof shower was not great for my 6 ft tall frame, I found myself ducking. Overall really nice and comfortable and I loved feeling a part of the echo park neighborhood and being a short walk from the beautiful echo park itself. I didn’t like their strict no guest policy, especially since I have a few really good friends I like to hang with that live in LA. I feel that if you pay for lodging you should be able to bring whoever you want up. Also didn’t like how although the hotel is called “noon” check out time was 11. They did let me store my bag which was nice.

Great stay. Needs safer parking.

Noon on Sunset Hill is cute place. Great bed, shower, kitchen. No iron though. Would definitely stay again - however the surrounding area is a little rough. When tried parking in front of the cliff, it seemed as though many people's windows had been bashed because there was glass along the entire sidewalk. I was able to park on a steep hill where I could see my car from the room. Would recommend parking behind the property or on the steep hill across the street that is visible from front porch on units. Overall, great place.
