There were issues with check in. I arrived after hours with guidence to retrieve a key. The key was not left out and I was not able to get into the room. A partial resolution with a refund of that nights stay and cover for the additional cost of the room. I was not out of pocket for my stay.
I was not happy with the handling of the issue and I felt the difficulty and tiredness I experienced that evening and the following day was not apprieciated or compensated for. I felt a further discount on the stay was warrented. The managers did not agree.
The room itself was as I expected for the cost. There is some mould in the shower and the fixtures are cheap.
The onsite staff we pleasent and were apologetic for the difficulty. The gave me a bottle of wine as an apology.
Email and phone communication with the property manager was less ideal. I felt dismissed and under valued as I had booked through Expedia.

The apartment was perfect for my family and our dog — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The only drawback was some noise from the alleyway early in the morning. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. A big shout-out to Lindsay, who went above and beyond to resolve a minor mix-up with our apartment number during check-in. She was professional, efficient, and made the process completely stress-free.

It's in a good position but there were some issues. While the facility claims it has a customer service line, which is only available in restricted daytime hours, in reality it's hard to get anybody to answer. If you have an issue after hours or during the weekend (eg plumbing) you're on your own. Also, take you're own toilet paper!

We enjoyed the location but our room was very tired and the bathroom requires a deep clean as there was a build up of mould in the shower. The noise from the dumpster area was not great every morning at 6am from the rear of the supermarket, a room on any other side would be better.

I’ve stayed here many times before, but this recent visit was very disappointing. I booked the same type of room as usual (2 bed, 2 bath), but the space was much smaller compared to my previous stays. The shower booth was tiny, and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted. It sprayed directly toward the door, leaving water all over the floor after even a quick shower.
The pillows were the worst I’ve ever seen. They were completely flat, almost like folded bed sheets. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience and I would choose to stay somewhere else in the future.

Convenient location just around the corner from the south Melbourne markets with Woolworths, aldi, Dan Murphy all working 200 metres.
Only issue is it can be a bit noisy from trucks around 7.30am but otherwise it's reasonably quiet.
The rooms stayed warm even in winter.

The property is well situated and the normal staff Monday to Friday are exceptional. Craig is amazing and unbeatable... unfortunately he was nowhere to be seen on Sunday when I needed to extend the stay. No less than 8 physical visits to the office, 12 phone calls and messages sent. Only to have to rebook online with a $100 increase in rates and was left to ferry luggage to a vehicle to only an hour later return it to the new booking. I wouldn't have liked to have had an emergency take place and needed managements attention

Had paid through Expedia for an Executive apartment with city views. Unfortunately was allocated an apartment with a view of the next building. Was shown an apartment at a higher floor with partial city view, however the room was a lot smaller so had to settle with the original allocation. Was told that there were no executive suits in the building.

Unfortunately the poor communication with them prior to my stay was appalling. This really let it down and caused me a great deal of anxiety. I wasn't due to arrive until after 6pm and, despite sending them a copy of my ID and credit card, as requested, this was not acknowledged. Instead, a couple of days later, I received another message via Expedia telling me check in closed at 6pm. A further message from me went unanswered. In the event I was provided with instructions on collecting my key and accessing the block late ib the afternoon of my arrival. This was accompanied by short videos of the process which was helpful.
Unfortunately the poor communication with them prior to my stay was appalling. This really let it down and caused me a great deal of anxiety. I wasn't due to arrive until after 6pm and, despite sending them a copy of my ID and credit card, as requested, this was not acknowledged. Instead, a couple of days later, I received another message via Expedia telling me check in closed at 6pm. A further message from me went unanswered. In the event I was provided with instructions on collecting my key and accessing the block late ib the afternoon of my arrival. This was accompanied by short videos of the process which was helpful.

Wasn’t notified that there was a plumbing issue until we arrived so no toilet use between certain time, noisy very loud music played until almost midnight, then an argument to get it turn off so people could sleep. This is our go too place to stay when we visit as it’s dog friendly, however this night was the worst night we’ve had during our many stays.

Excellent experience overall. It's a full size apartment, with wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen etc. I had a good view from the balcony and there was secure parking available below. Hint, there is an Aldi and Woolworths only steps away, and the South Melbourne market is worth a visit too.

Unit was small, balcony had a tile missing, door had a hole in it in bedroom. We booked a car park and had paid for it, found a note left on it saying it was going to get towed. Rubbish truck collects bins in the lane way for about a hour every morning before sunrise. Helped Police get on to floors Saturday night to break up a party. Oh and the family swearing at each other Sunday night was a highlight on the floor below. Personally I think the local youth hostel would have been better. Oh and it was way over priced. It was one of the worst places we had stayed in.

I got there and the first thing I did was go and buy disinfectant wipes to clean down the tables, chairs and couch as all of them had food or food stains on them, I purchased a mug and only used one fork after cleaning it twice the best I could with the dishwashing liquid (of the three satchels proved one was empty, one half empty) only, as the dishwash clothes looked used and the scrubber had a lot of hair stuck on it.
Luckily I brought my own towel and bedding, so I did not have to worry about the cleanliness of what was provided.
