The check in host was late and it was already a late check in at 4pm. The unit was clean, kitchen was good and location was perfect. However, the unit needed some upkeep. Doors didn't shut correctly, the laundry door couldn't shut, the outside door got stuck shut. View of the city was great but very little view of the water. Unit was easy to find and communication between the organisation was very good.

Beautiful view from 27th floor but carpet was old and dirty and when taking a shower there was a huge leak on the carpet in the hallway. People at reception desk were quite rude as they acted for the people who owned apartments in the building not for the renters

This was our 2nd week booking. It was nice that Corporate keys allowed us to check out early from the first apartment to this one as the first was rather noisy being lower floor nearer to the river promenade. But housekeeping was careless with refilling amenities - no teabags, no toilet & laundry amenities; no sponge for cleaning dishes etc.

Likes - cleanliness, location, checking, communication with corporate keys on check in , bed comfortable, sound insulation good, good WiFi
Dislike - it’s a loft so gotta take steps down to dwelling from entrance , noise from promenade but luckily well insulated. Amenities - didn’t provide shampoo. Only a small bottle of body wash for one week accommodation . Carpet is old - need to change

Loved the location and it was quiet in the building, beautifully presented, but a couple of negatives - no tea towels in the apartment and the shower flooded the bathroom. Both were remedied promptly but being Christmas we were unable to contact anyone to sort this for two days, so the bathroom was an issue for longer than we would have liked. However the shower was sorted out promptly after boxing day. We were impressed and will definitely return. An egg slice/flipper or spatula would have been helpful to use in the frypan as would a pair of kitchen scissors.

The property was well situated, easy walking to all public transport, shops, restaurants and cafes. The property was very comfortable and met all our needs. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were very adequate. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

PROS: Kitchen facilities, location, feels more like a home.
CONS: This is NOT a suitable property for short stay business travellers wishing to use amenities during stay (fitness/pool). Building management requires you to complete an induction before you can request access (and then make the request between 8pm-10pm). And you are required to do this for EVERY stay.

CENTRAL LOCATION HIGH END

Great central location right on the River Yarra and Southbank boulevard and right next door to the Crown Entertainment complex. High security entrance and all amenities in the unit you could wish for, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom products and extras, coffees, teas etc. Views to die for so very happy to enjoy being inside and exploring the area.

Beautiful apartment right in centre of Southbank..

Communication up until arrival was excellent. Was meet on site upon arrival at 7.30pm and given comprehensive explanation of ammenities etc (it was my first visit). Supermarkets very handy, so self-catering very easy - although there is a huge array some of Melbourne's best restaurants and cafe's in the immediate vicinity.

Overall experience at Apartments was very good, a little confusing finding parking and entering the building. There were no light globes in either bed lamps. Very good position so close to Melbourne CBD. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing View!

Corporate Keys - Freshwater Place is an amazing place to stay. The view was spectacular and the facilities were awesome. Check in was easy and they even helped out with a car spot even though we hadn't prebooked one. The room layouts were great. Supplies were good too, nice having a coffee pod machine. Could suggest having more than one dishwasher pod though.

I could suggest a more thorough clean of the showers as there is mould around the outer edges but besides this everything else was great. Would definitely book again and recommend to others. The Crown Casino and bridges over the Yarra River are right at your doorstep, along with small eateries and IGA. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic Room - Questionable service

The room we stayed in was fantastic. Great views, modern décor, neat and tidy etc. Cheap parking was great.
the only downfall was the service. We completed the induction for the pool/gym before our stay and was informed the key tags would be enabled upon check-in. Got up early the first morning to go to the gym and the tag hadn't been activated. Had to then wait until reception opened to have tag activated.
Post stay I received an invoice saying that I had not paid for the accommodation which I had done through Wotif at time of booking, was informed this was an admin error. Also, it is now 7 days post stay and my $500 deposit taken at check-in still has not been released to my account.

No a serviced apartment

Not a serviced apartment but a residential building (should have been stated on listing). No on site service, no real holiday feel - a process in signing in with condition report of the apartment. Could have been cleaner - dishwasher not working, mold on shower and dust on side tables etc. For high end apartment and extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice.

Everything was amazing, including location and the room itself - especially the pool and gym and picnic area on the 10th floor - however, there was mould in the shower, and the toilet door opened almost directly into the kitchen, and could not be locked or closed tight. That was not so nice.

Will definitely stay again!

I would definitely stay here again! I've been all across the globe and this was one of the most comfortable stays - stunning views, beautiful apartment, great facilities! I'd vote it best residential building in Melbourne!

I was first met by Sarah, a consultant who introduced me to the room/building and area - then I received a few calls almost daily making sure I was having a good and comfortable stay! You don't get daily cleaning or service - but I don't think it's needed if everything is provided in a home away from home setting!

Awesome view of Melbourne

This is an apartment and not a hotel so getting in & out was a bit of a process due to security. Once given the keys and info on the apartment by corporate keys staff we where left on our own. The apartment was clean, neat and had everything we needed. The view of Melbourne was well worth the money.

great views

we enjoyed our stay but quickly realized it is not a hotel and therefore has limited services. the location is awesome. the mattress was a bit too hard for us but the views are amazing and that swivel chair is perfect to soak them in. once we gained access to the pool and gym area we made the most of it even though we would have loved some spare towels for the pool and a heated pool since it was winter and the water rather cool but the sauna warmed us up.
unfortunately there was no luggage storage but overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back :-)

Location was fantastic and the room we had was great as we had amazing views of melbourne city. We even caught the train in spencer st to go to airport. Was great. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you.

The view was amazing!!!

Upon walking through the front door, we were amazed at the view of the city - which also came in handy for the New Years Eve fireworks!!! The facilities in the room were good, but not of the standard expected. Unfortunately, the queen bed was very uncomfortable, so much so that we ended up having to go and buy a egg-shell comforter to make it through the majority of the nights. One reason we booked the accommodation was for the pool/spa and although the pool was very nice, the spa was cold water from the pool and not relaxing at all.

Overall, the room was good, but could have been so much better and worthy of it's corporate name.

Excellent room, very modern and in a great location. Close to the Crown Casino and all the restaurants on the Southbank. Very affordable stay, especially as we booked over New Years. Much cheaper than any hotels in the areas. Would definitely recommend.

Super bra läge med närhet till allt!

Riktig bra läge med närhet till allt, både sporvagn, bus, tåg och gåavstånd till Melbourne convention center och CBD. Mataffär finns mittemot komplekset och mer ekonomisk mataffär (coles) finns inom 10 min gåavstånd.
Fantastisk utsikt till flod, stad och även havet kunde ses från lägenheten. Bra seng och kuddar.
Lägenheten var ren och det fanns allt som ska användas i ett kök förutom äggkoppar och kryddar. Det fanns även diskmedel och två portioner tvättmedel för tvättmaskinen. Vid längre vistelse måste man dock köpa till exempel toapaper, shampoo/dusch tvål. Negativt är ljud från sporvagn och tåg som hörs från gatan och dessutom finns det ljud från hiss och från kylskapet som är lite störrigt. I övrigt ett tyst och säkert läge med snälla och hjälpsamma concierge. Vär uppmärksam på att det inte finns möjlighet för bagageförvaring i komplexet vid utcheckning men man kan hitta olika företag i närheten som kan förvara mot betalning.
