The area is fantastic - there’s plenty of shopping and dining options as soon as you step outside. We particularly enjoyed and frequented Novecento Caffeteria which is a 3 minute walk away. Be ware that the hotel is on a steep-ish hill, however, all of Rome is either on a hill or steps! We used a lot of itTaxi’s and Ubers if we were out and about further from the area or had a lot bags.
The hotel staff assisted us with taking our suitcase to our room ready for us for when we checked-in, as we arrived early and dropped off our baggage before exploring the area.

This is not your \"cookie cutter\" hotel. This hotel was amazing with a perfect location 5 minutes walking distance from the top of the Spanish Steps. All of the staff were so friendly, and willing to assist should you need anything. We booked a larger room that had extremely large (9ft? 12ft?) windows/shutters that opened into the most beautiful natural landscaped area. (I felt like a Disney princess every time I'd go open them up.) The room had artisan tiles throughout the bathroom and the main floor area of the room, and high ceilings. It's a little corky with the \"brave lovers\" theme. Love sticky notes on beautiful staircase walls, disco ball in the shower, and wine glasses placed on decor that was meant to look like a women's breasts. (Weird right?) This property has such authentic beautiful architecture no need for that, focus on the story of the hotel and the natural beauty this property has.

Stayed here for our anniversary. Our first room had so many things wrong with it that it really ruined the experience. The fridge didn't cool, the outlets on the bed didn't work, the tub jets flew off releasing debris into our bath, and the pipes sent a raw sewage smell into our room. We got moved into a different room the next day, but the staff wouldn't do anything else for us.

Room was perfect. Hot tub was great for long days walking. Food around the hotel was exceptional. Not even a block from the top of the Spanish steps. Getting back to the hotel was up hill, not an issue, but be aware.

The room was clean but not your traditional hotel room, with a private bathroom. The bed was round and it was comfortable. Very limited room for suitcases. The shower is IN the bedroom, as is the bathroom sink, and the walls are thin. We could easily hear our neighbors into the wee hours. The location was ideal for nearby attractions and getting around the city. We booked the hotel based on the variety of unique rooms shown on the website but were underwhelmed when we actually got to our room.

Its a bait and switch they provide pictures of spacious suites but upon arrival they claim they put you in executive suites Mat & Max which is small. Even promised me my executive room on my last day free of charge since i was supposed to get it instead morning of its under construction! Disappointed! Besides that no other complaints.

The room was very clean, and the location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to both the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only drawback is the five flights of stairs you have to climb, though that’s fairly common in Italy. We also found it unusual that guests are required to leave every day at 1 PM. Had this stay been scheduled earlier in our trip, we probably would have wanted a day to relax in the room instead of being committed to leaving at a set time for cleaning. In our case, it didn’t impact us since we checked out very early in the morning on the last day of our trip, but we still thought the policy was odd and likely would have found it inconvenient at another point during our vacation.

The Infinity Room also had super convenient shutter up/down switches above the bed. The air conditioning in the Infinity Room struggled a bit during the hot 30–35°C days, but we messaged the staff via WhatsApp (so convenient!) and they fixed it promptly while we were out. This level of customer service really impressed us – it made our experience effortless and enjoyable.

It was such a great experience to be able to stay at such a romantic, sexual place. We were able to enjoy every moment and every detail of the hotel. The room was breathtaking, the jacuzzi was fun and the pole was an amazing touch! The hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance from the train, close to scooters, a massive amounts of dinings near by and many historical buildings. Can’t wait to stay again!

The staff Suite Sistina is absolutely amazing! The rooms are very well kept and beautiful! We went there on our honeymoon and had everything at our fingertips (literally as there's an iPad in the room to request breakfast, drinks, and other things..) There was one night we woke up smelling cigarette smoke and the manager put us in a new room knowing we both had an allergic reaction to the smoke. We will definitely be returning when we find ourselves in Rome again!

I seen negative reviews about the hotel its location being in the red light district that is so untrue it is right in the tourist zone lol and literally the Spanish steps are 30 seconds from you once you walkout the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you’re looking to spice up your sex life. Lace on the bed was an added touch that we loved. However the kitchette could have been a little better, and having hot showers were hard to come by. Something was wrong with the plumbing in our room. The second room we got moved to was better because it was bigger, had a jetted tub, and a nicer ambiance with better lights that actually worked. The bed in that room seemed a little smaller but otherwise it was definitely an upgrade compared to the first room. I did explain my frustrations to the front desk and they were very kind and gave us the other room that we didn’t have to pay extra for.

We booked four nights here but ended up not staying a single night. We upgraded our room and the distance from the bed to the shower was two short steps. There were no windows in the place and a simple shower steamed up the whole place like a sauna. It took 45 minutes for the place to cool off. The place was poorly designed and did not contain nice furniture. It was very poorly decorated and extremely cramped. We were very dissatisfied with the place and the hotel was unresponsive and not accommodating. We spent our 4 nights elsewhere to much happiness. We not recommend this cheap, cramped BDSM dungeon.
