We couldn’t stay because the place doesn’t have elevator , the description said 1 floor and it wasn’t like that. The stairs is pretty scary, especially when you go with senior person.

Ingrami Suites is a cute boutique guest house Dario was great for any question we booked through Expedia and got a lovely room with terrace access it was clean cozy feel not very big room but for a few night 2 people we managed comfortable bed but the a/c unit above bed was cold with air right on us so it got cold quick the area is perfect pretty central felt very safe would definitely return

Location for Ingrami suites is great but service was the worst we have ever seen. The manager DARIO is a nightmare and should not be working in hospitality at all. All of us staying there were very disappointed with DARIO and we will never stay there for as long as DARIO works there. We had an emergency in the AM and he refused to help because it is before hours and he hung up on us and never answered our texts begging for his help.

We had a junior suite which was lovely. High ceilings and very spacious. You would have to pay extra to change your towels, otherwise they are changed every 2 days.
Breakfast was ok but there wasn’t much space and only one person could go up at any one time. It felt very cramp and we just had breakfast quickly so we could leave which was a bit of a shame.

Highly recommend Ingrami Suites B&B
Wonderful accomodations off Piazza Spagna within walking distance of many historic Roman sites. Very updated rooms and baths in a hundreds-year-old building. Be prepared to roll/carry your luggage down a beautiful winding marble staircase. Our ground-level room could acess an enclosed shared courtyard, which was too hot to enjoy during our visit except very early in the morning, but it was lovely. Rooms were blissfully quiet- couldn't hear street noise at all. Beds were comfy.
Manager Dario did all he could to ensure a pleasant stay, including restaurant suggestions and booking both cruise port and airport shuttles for us.
The only hitch was the time zone and response lag in communications. Ingrami is a B&B, and they don't have someone at the front desk 24/7.

Great Stay at Ingrami Suites
Wonderful stay at the Ingrami Suites. Dario is a great and helpful host. We asked and he arranged for a Van pickup at the Rome cruise port after we got off our cruise ship. The only confusion was an understanding of the scheduled pick up time. Next time I would confirm time in advance. The Bed and Breakfast is located in a wonderful area with many restaurants and shopping. Dario is a great host as we only had two nights and he provided a packed breakfast for us since we had early excursions and departure so could not take part in the included breakfast. We also received an upgraded room upon arrival. Be aware there is no elevator and if you have heavy luggage it will be a challenge on the steps. I would stay here again but have smaller luggage. Dario also arranged transportation to airport which worked out great.

The host was so helpful with car bookings, great breakfast, and very nice hotel conveniently located. There are a lot of steps so be mindful of that with luggage. They did help us out when we requested. I would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant next door had good food for dinner and it was right at the top of the spanish steps.

Not 24hr reception and rooms are below ground level (no lifts) so not suitable if carrying quite a fair bit of luggage. Offers breakfast but not a lot of variety and enclosed space. Quite a few rules to follow - feels like back at school.

Ingrami Suites is a small boutique hotel tucked just above the Spanish steps, with gorgeous and spacious quiet rooms, historical charm, and impeccable service. Some highlights included the delicious breakfast with a variety of options and hearing an opera singer serenade the guests at a nearby restaurant in the evening. The staff show warm hospitality and I'm planning on visiting again.

The property is in a great location to the Spanish steps. Just be mindful of the front desk hours for check-in since it has locked doors to enter through. Make sure to communicate with the friendly staff ahead of time for smooth entry. Super nice rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was nice!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and what a cute little place! The private spa was an awesome touch and much loved in the evening after a day of walking, and a nice reset before dinner. It is decently centrally located in town, literally at the Spanish Steps (SO cool at 2am and sunset) and near the Trevi Fountain. It is close enough to walk to the major sites, shopping and dining. Dario and Elena were lovely hosts, giving great advice, tips and getting around town. Highly recommend

AWFUL RUDE STAFF BE CAREFUL
The check in took ages as wrong information was given for self check in. Crazy number of stairs. And the staff on check out were SO RUDE yelling and aggressive. I have never been treated so badly at an establishment do not stay here just vile. A real shame as a good location but manners and respect go along way when dealing with customers

We stayed at Ingrami Suites after staying for a few days in a different part of Rome for work. The transition to this hotel was a lovely welcome. Dario was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we felt welcomed instantly. We were travelling with our 9 month old and requested a cot ahead of time with they kindly provided and prepared for us before our arrival. We arrived a little earlier than planned but our room was ready for us. It was a lovely large spacious room that overlooked the edge of Piazza di Spagna. The location cannot be beat! Restaurants on the doorstep, a metro station nearby, and of course many attractions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this neighborhood. I wanted to be close to Villa Borghese and this was an easy walk for us.

The suites were a little bit hard to find because there are two entrances and google maps led us through the top one. Overall, the location is great and the room was clean. However, there is no one at the reception after check in time. I emailed the host at 10pm inquiring about a microwave and never heard back so communication could be better. The tub is difficult to use (when you stand to take a shower, water splashes all over) and there is not much counter space in the bathroom.

The hotel itself is in a great location and the staff is communicative and friendly. However, it is self check in. The room we had was not in good condition. We slept in our clothing over the bed sheets and the bath tub was in a state of complete disrepair. We felt the room had an off smell and was unclean. We wouldn’t stay here again for that reason. As an aside, there’s no elevator and you’ll have to walk down some stairs so if you have large luggage keep that in mind.

Very unique property, but not really convenient even for young ones who are able to walk up and down flights of start. Room and patio were nice but need some good cleaning, pillows, beddings and towels were quite old and musty. Ingrami Suites is a lovely place. We were very pleased with the Boutique Guest House, it's location and the owner, Dario. We would highly recommend it and the restaurant out the bottom steps in the rear. The only comment I feel appropriate is to mention that there are many steps and no elevator, so if you are like us and had a LOT of very heavy luggage, it was difficult--although Dario did carry it down two of the flights when we checked in. This is a great place to stay.. Small close to the Metro & the Spanish steps, clean, we had a private court yard. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was outstanding. Only draw back is that it is a round building without an elevator. We loved this property.

Dario and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are updated and so lovely. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious. The location is perfect, next to the Spanish steps and the best restaurants and shopping. You can pretty much walk to everything or grab the metro that is right around the corner. We love it here!

My husband and I stayed at Ingrami Suites for four nights in Rome. The Ingrami Suites could not have been a better choice. The facilities themself were beautiful enough alone to mention, without the good care that was given to us. The bathroom was decorated in beautiful tile work and with updated appliances. Our room looked out upon a large garden patio. It was very comfortable and immaculate.
The owner was very accommodating to our needs, which were many. First, The owner had arranged a ride for us from the airport. The driver showed up in a suit with a professional sign with my name that stood out easily from the rest. His car was very clean and luxurious. He was a very good driver. The owner also arranged for us a 2 hour ride to the port Ciitavecchia to board our cruise ship. We were delighted to have the same driver. Most notable, however, was the owner's help with a medical emergency. On day 2 of our visit, my husband collapsed at the Sistine Chapel with a very high temperature. We took a taxi back to the Ingrami Suites and asked the owner for guidance. He cautioned against using the hospital and helped up with getting a doctor to come to our room. He also helped us to buy a thermometer and fever reduction medication. He helped us to deal with a very frightening experience in a competent and friendly way.

Good for location and place to sleep. Breakfast is good also. It’s an old building with old building problems. And it’s run on a skeleton staff. First problem is lack of elevator for bags for if you came from top or base street. Not good for girls with checked luggage.

Clearly not wipes or anything from us. Poor attitude though. Doubtful maintenance care of the building. Would have left if I didn’t prebooked and prepaid our stay.

Four lovely nights in a spa by the Spanish Steps.
This spa hotel was centrally located next to the Spanish Steps, a popular tourist attraction. My stay was enhanced by both the spa bath and the two fantastic gentleman who were incredibly helpful in both understanding my travel needs as a solo tourist and also very happy and keen to volunteer interesting sights that I may wish to see. My only real concern was the lack of any view or real natural light as the only windows opened into a very small courtyard several stories below the ground,

This was our first time to Italy/Rome. I traveled with my two daughters as a birthday gift for my 16 year old and we were thrilled with our choice when we arrived at the Ingrami suites. It is in a fantastic location on the Spanish steps. The staff (Stefano and Mara Victoria) were friendly, helpful, and attended to all of our needs. They arranged for a car service to pick us up from the airport (an extra cost) and made excellent suggestions for activities and restaurants. We had a larger room and it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The light breakfast in the am was perfect to start our day. We will definitely be back. There is no elevator which was not an issue for us, but just a note for anybody who has difficulty with stairs.

Beautiful small property. Dario and his wife have outdone themselves with the renovations. The room was outstanding with a small private interior terrace. Location was ideal. This little B&B is everything you could wish for if you don't like big hotels. Dario is there when you need him, for all your questions, or just to chat, and is really helpful. Breakfast is nice, our room was pretty large and comfortable, the bathroom is wonderful, and the building with the two entrances on top and bottom of the Spanish Steps is really convenient.Location is just perfect for those who want to stroll around, although the Metro is just on the corner, and buses are close by too.

We stayed in one of the five rooms at this guest house near the Spanish Steps. It is located on one floor of a multi-story building and three of the rooms open onto a terrace (the season and weather determine how much you use it). There is not a lift, but we had no problem with the broad marble stairs--quite beautiful actually, and a wonderful location.
The décor is elegant and the bathrooms are done in tile with a roomy shower. The rooms included a settee and a round table with two comfortable chairs. The front desk is staffed in the morning and in the afternoon/evening with a midday break in between. Tea and coffee with kettle are available in the room. Very helpful management.
