We got 3 twins. The space was clean and the bathroom was good, but some of the stuff offered like free breakfast and available bikes on Expedia weren’t actually there (note: didn’t say that anywhere on the hotel site, so I think Expedia made it up).

Hotel was basic but clean and housekeeping were there every day, we only used the hotel as a base and didn’t eat or drink there. But what I saw looked decent.
The location is excellent for exploring St Pauli and transport to the harbour and main areas of Hamburg are plentiful. You are about a 10-15 minute walk from the Repperbhan

Was nice and clean and comfy. room was big, only small problem was shower head holder was slightly broken, would slide down so had to keep holding shower head in place.
did ask for singles and was made up as a double, but easy to move apart and maid was happy to make it up as two singles.

Acceptable hotel outside of downtown

The room was clean and spacious, though a little dated. No in-room safe which is disappointing.

Hotel was fine (standard 2.5-3 star) for a couple of nights travelling on business and the bed was very comfortable. Public areas are also a little dated looking and could do with a refresh.

The neighbourhood is graffitied but safe and within walking distance of good cafes and bars. About a 30-40 minute walk to the city centre or 10 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn.

Adequate for a couple of days of solo travel.

Good location, walking distance to most things. Hotel itself has decent sized rooms but amenities are minimal and a lot of things like lights etc did not work properly. Service was terrible, they couldnt find my booking for an hour although I gave all the info. But if your ok on your own and just need a low priced decent hotel, then its fine.

We were there for a convention and wanted to be close to the Messe. Be aware that depending on the entrance of the convention, your path to the Messe may be LONGER than expected. Overall the hotel was great! Big room, but with just basic necessities -- nothing fancy. Bed was comfy, but no Air conditioning which was tough with one of our days the temps reached 85 degrees! The furniture was slightly worn, and the overall look of the hotel is ECONOMY -- nothing fancy nor nice here. On the good side, the rate was great, the location super, and overall our experience with the hotel was just great. The front desk folks were wonderful, there is an ample bar in the lobby and overall, we had a great experience!

My luggage was lost by the airlines. Because of my limited language competency in German, a Hotel Domicil employee (Montana M.) spent significant time on the phone — on several occasions — trying to track it down & have it delivered to the hotel. The staff were very helpful to the many Rotarians who were visiting the city for their annual convention. The hotel was convenient to many shops and restaurants. It was well-priced and very comfortable. I would happily stay there again!

Attended the Rotary International Conference. I liked the location of the hotel; easy bus and train access and within walking distance of the conference center.

In addition to the location, the hotel was clean, room was very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. What I liked most was breakfast. They had such a nice selection of food. I certainly did not go hungry - yum, yum!

The room was unexpectedly huge for a hotel in the city. There was a small refrigerator, kettle and closet, which were very useful. There was even free coffee and tea at the lobby. Convenient and accessible, by walking or bus. Overall, a great stay.

Decent hotel for the price

I came in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised! Yes, it could do with some paint and some updates to the bathroom, but for the price it is a clean, safe place in St. Pauli to sleep. The bed is comfortable and the price is good for Hamburg.

Very close to Schanze-area with plenty of restaurants and bars. Room was large and nice, could do with another lamp as it was a bit dark. No AC or ventilation made the room warm and traffic outside could be a bit noisy. Overall a positive experience.

The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was acceptable - nothing special, but nothing I'd really complain about either. The neighborhood (bordering Altona and St Pauli) was young and hip, with lots of interesting shops and restaurants and a relaxed energy. Exploring around the hotel was rewarding.

+++ Very valuable hotel, a little bit from the center of town. 3 stops on the Metro to both Imtech Arena and main train station. For the price of a hostels private room you here got a roomy bed and bath, with fridge/minibar, tv, hairdryer included etc. Complementary sparkling water, tea and coffee!!

- Area was a little \"off the beaten path\" at night but with bus outside and metro only 7min away this was ok.

Hotel was chosen as it was near to the theatre we wanted to visit, it was not particularly near the city of Hamburg, however the No 3 bus immediately outside the hotel made it easy to get in and out of the city with about a 15 to 20 minute ride.
The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Our room faced the main road and it was a little noisy in the morning so I would ask for a quiet room if possible. The pillows were horrendous but generally the room was OK. The breakfast per person was expensive and in hindsight should have been avoided. I would class this as a 2 to 3 star hotel but not a 4 star one as dipicted in their hotel literature and therefore a little on the expensive side for this type of hotel.

Good value hotel with nice rooms

Watch out for the speed camera on the approach to the hotel!

Booked this hotel because it was near the football stadium for the Europa League Final. From memory about 3/4 stops on the S-Bahn.

Good value, spacious room and a nice breakfast in the morning.

Car parking facility is also good.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

On checking out it took a while to explain that i had already paid for my room through expedia, but we got there in the end. Overall a good experience and would stay there again.

Also dass das Hotel Renoviert werden muss ist klar, aber die Lage, die Garage, das Personal sind sehr nett. Die Betreiber Firma sind halt aus China. Betten und Sauberkeit waren auch gut. Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden. Und mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig gelegen. Und auch ein kleiner Wasserkocher mit Café / Tee war im Zimmer. Ich war zufrieden aber wie gesagt es ist halt Preis Leistung entsprechend. Es liegt auch ein Bio Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt. Für mich alles ☺️ prima

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Treppiche sind alle fleckig und durch. Das Bett hatte Risse und Löcher in der Rahmenbespannung. Im Bad Löcher und Risse in den Fliesen. Der Wasserhahn war lose. Absolut unterirdisch! 180,- Euro für Nacht sind in Hamburg vielleicht normal aber dafür muss es dann schon etwas schöner sein.

Preisleistung hat gepasst für eine Nacht. Zimmer und Bett waren Sauber und Okay. Positives für die Ecke eine Tiefgarage und ein guter Preis dafür. Sollte man ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite bekommen ist es ohne Klimaanlage etwas laut wenn man das Fenster gerne geöffnet haben möchte. Für Schanzen besuche ist die Lage sehr gut.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung auf Grund eines Musicals gebucht. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann (z.B. Theater Neue Flora 8 Minuten) Das Hotel und seine Zimmer sind leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Parken ist gegen Gebühr in der Tiefgarage möglich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück wirklich super! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels ist echt ganz gut, vor allem wenn man sich Musicals im Thater neue Flora anguckt, da dieses nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt sind.
Der Jungfernstieg ist auch nur so ca. 30 Minuten vom Hotel zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Zimmer sind schön geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Obwohl das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt, ist es denn noch sehr ruhig am Abend und in der Nacht.
Das Frühstück kostet 18€ pro Person was wir icht gebucht hatten. In der Nähe des Hotels sind aber genug Beäckerein zum Frühstücken.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Städte Trip mit guter Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Über den Preis von 15 Euro pro Nacht für das Parkhaus lässt sich sicherlich streiten, dennoch eine gute und verlässliche Möglichkeit, das Auto abzustellen und flexibel zu nutzen. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, mit einer soliden Auswahl, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und bot genug Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Leider wirkte das Bad renovierungsbedürftig – besonders der Wasserhahn war extrem locker, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich trübte. Hier besteht definitiv Nachholbedarf. Insgesamt ok für eine kurze Übernachtung, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Es ist ein Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel.
Es fängt beim Frühstück an ,täglich das gleiche, keine Wechsel beim Obst ,immer die gleiche Wurst, Käse ,fleischsalat ,das rührei trocknet vor sich hin im Wärmebehälter und die minni Donuts sind aufgetaut, der Obstsalat ,wenn es einen gibt dann ist es auch nicht besser. Und dafür 18€ p.P
Das Zimmer, mit dusche und Dachterrasse, nun die Terasse wäre ok ,wenn der nachbar nicht die Stühle wegnimmt, es kann auf jeden zimmer die abdere Terrasse betreten werden.
Nun due Sauberkeit ist keinen Stern wert, nach mehrmaligem Hinweis, das es noch spuren vom vormieter gibt ,wurden ignoriert.
Der Haustechniker war prommt da ,klar muss ja sein wenn das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abfließen kann.
Ja und Personal surft lieber im Internet, als gerne mit den Gästen zu reden .
Es sollte gut überleget werden dort abzusteigen, preisleistung nicht akzeptabel.

das Hotel ist, wie erwartet, schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. dafür war der Preis absolut top. das gebuchte Zimmer mit Badewanne haben wir zwar erst auf Nachfrage bekommen, war dann aber wie beschrieben. wer keinen Luxus braucht, wird hier nichts vermissen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Man kommt sehr schnell in alle Himmelsrichtungen.

Verschiedene Dinge im Zimmer hatten gestört:
- Badezimmertür schloss nicht, Tür ging immer auf
- Die Verdunklungsgardienen ließen sich schwer zu bzw. aufziehen
