The room was spacious & clean. The desk help was friendly. There was no lift and the stairs are very steep and if you have a heavy bag, it’s difficult a block off the Reebahn with the seedy nightclubs over there. The park is not easily accessible, it’s over by the Aldi’s.

Overall, if you want a unique experience this is the place to stay. The rooms are not the greatest but they are clean. It's a short walk to the water front and the red light district. We only stayed one night.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was appalling — the room was filthy, with visible stains on the bedding and an overall neglected feel. The furniture was in terrible condition, with pieces broken and literally falling apart. It was clear that no proper maintenance or care had been done.
Additionally, the location was far from ideal. The area felt unsafe and inconvenient, making me uneasy during my stay. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or secure place to stay. It was a waste of money, and I will not be returning.

Very noisy area, I couldn’t sleep until last 3am because people were drunk outside and signing, plus bars were blaring music. The room was clean and bathroom was good. The service in lobby was easy and nice. If it weren’t for the noise I would recommend.

The property itself is pretty quirky. I enjoyed the room, despite it being small. The bathroom was nice. The bed was reasonably comfortable & the location was convenient. The property was clean. On the downside, the staff were not very helpful or friendly. When we arrived at 9:30am with the hopes of dropping off our luggage so we could walk around town without it while our room was being prepared, we were told that they did not have any space to store it. I find this to be pretty odd for a hotel. The stairs up to the room were also terrible/rather dangerous to navigate with large luggage. No lift. Keep that in mind if you are carting suitcases or have mobility-issues. The staff leaves at 8pm so if you happen to get there after for check-in, you're out of luck. Also, the bedding was terribly itchy and barely covered our legs. Mixed feelings about the place.

Wir sollten beim frühen auschecken unseren Schlüssel im Zimmer lassen. Leider war die Rezeption zu dieser Uhrzeit nicht besetzt und die Eingangstür war abgeschlossen, so dass wir erstmal nicht raus kamen. Da wir aber zum Flughafen mussten hatten wir es doch ein wenig eilig. Ein Hinweis auf die Nutzung der Fluchttür wäre für uns doch Recht hilfreich gewesen.

Nice small hotel. Good location near st. Pauli area. We had streetview but there was no noise from the street at all. We had room from 3rd floor which was 4bed suite. The room was nice and large. The batroom was renovated recently and it was clean and modern. The only things that bothered was really steep and narrow staircase and also weak waterpressure in 3rd floor.

Palvelu oli hyvää, pääsimme kirjautuman sisään jo reilusti ennen sisäänkirjauksen virallista alku. Aamiainen oli yllättävän hyvä ja huoneet käytiin siistimässä päivittäin. Huone oli kuitenkin hieman huolimattomasti siivottu ja kellarikerroksen huoneeseen kuului hieman suoraan alapuolella kulkevan metron äänet. Ei kuitenkaan liian häiritsevästi.

The room is in the basement. They turned the place that should normally be a storage room into a room. The toilet and bathroom are not in the room. The cleaning is not sufficient. The staircase is winding and narrow. You feel like you are getting into a submarine. There is no night attendant. It looks very amateur. It does not look like a hotel at all. The location is central. You can stay for only 1 or 2 nights at a low price.

La ubicación del Hotel es muy buena, bastante central y sin embargo en una calle tranquila. Nosotras 3 nos quedamos 1 sola noche, por lo que no llevabamos mucho equipaje, de otro modo hubiera sido complicado subir todo por una escalera caracol. Mi hijo tiene alergia a los acaros y esa noche la pasó muy mal.
