Spontaneous 1 night stay. Hotel was nothing special but good service in relation to the price. USB-C walk sockets would’ve been ideal since I didn’t take my wall plugs with me (as I said we originally intended to do a day trip but the road home was closed throughout the day). Partner complained about noise before 12.30 am but that was to be expected from Reeperbahn. Anyways we’ve had a good sleep and the anonymous checkout procedure was very welcoming.

Great location on the Reeperbahn, as long as you are aware of where / what the Reeperbahn is. Room was good value, clean and comfortable. There’s no restaurant but that’s not a problem as you just need to walk outside where there are countless bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Good hotel especially for a solo traveller

I have already stayed several times at this hotel and I personally enjoy it as a solo traveler. There is no elevator in case anyone brings with him heavy bags. Once you have a second bed inside the room, it becomes quite tight with barely enough moving space, usually around 8-9 you start hearing the cleaning people talking among themselves outside (for me personally I don't care, I wake up early anyways), however for those that want to sleep longer and are sensitive to sound that might be an issue. The location is perfect for those that want to party on the Reeperbahn. The room was clean.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our conference at the Hamburg Messe as we could easily walk there through a very nice park. It was central to shops, restaurants and bars. The room was very small with no frig etc but was spotlessly clean. Saturday night the music was pumping but we expected that. It is at ther better end of the Reeper Baan,

I will not recommend at all.

I was staying in this hotel for 4 nights. No small gift from hotel for my birthday 🎂. I asked twice for it. In another 4 star hotel I received nice bottle of wine to my room. Not even discount for breakfast. The room was not warm enough. I adviced twice reception and it was not fix, neither light ball in the bathroom although they promise me.

comeback for a short stay

Nice short stay in Hamburg. The only thing that was bothering was a draft in the room because the one window would not close propperly on top. The Hotel offered a different room, but as that one was in the main-hallway, we kept the one. Clean room, cold bathroom, but heating in room worked perfectly, bad wifi & TV if needed.

The only thing that I found strange is that there is no public toilet in the reception area. So once you've checked out you need to look for a bar or cafe if you need a toillet.

Great location for red light district

i stayed at this hotel, because of the 20 food truck festival across street. Gone now. You are in the middle of the red light district. No one bothered me, but people doing drugs on the street and hookers outside the police station looking for business. Good spot for the Metro, close to waterfront, no lift, fast WiFi and some street noise. If you want the red light district and good price, this is your spot. Lots of drinking bars and food spots.

Great location, but can be loud for some

I stayed in this hotel twice these are my points to consider when coming here

Cons (for some):
1- There is no lift (or I did not find one) so make sure you do not have extremely heavy bags, unless you can carry it up two flight of stairs
2- The room facing the street can be loud, for those who can not sleep from the tiniest sounds then maybe this ain't the right place
The room on the inside are less noisy, but there seemed to be some fan working
3- No AC, so if it is boiling hot, then you have to open the windows meaning more noise
4- I usually stay in this hotel when the price is low, however sometimes the price of the hotel does not make sense with what it provides.
Pros:
1-Great Location, right on the Reeperbahn
2-Staff was nice except for one instance, where it was 10 minutes before 14:00 and they still would not allow me to check-in because still 10 minutes left.
3- The room was not super clean, but it was acceptable for me

All in all if you are a group of young adults coming to enjoy then this place is suitable, however if you are some posh rich kid then maybe this place ain't right :D

The hotel is only a block from the St Pauli metro station and in the middle of the nightlife district. However, unless you won't go to bed till 3 am the noise from the street is terribly loud! The sound is less if you close the window and curtain but then the room turns into an oven. There are no air conditioning or fan for the summer season. Nevertheless the staff were super friendly and the room was clean.

I spent 5 nights of hell with extreme noise (could not close the window as hot and no air conditioning) and was severely sleep deprived. Fine for someone who wants to be near the action and contribute to the noise until 5am - never again. Now staying at the Ibis 200 metres away and it is a different world for a few extra euro

Good hotel for Reeperbahn Nightlife

This is a good hotel if you are visiting Hamburg to explore the Reeperbahn/Hamburg nightlife, the hotel is basic but clean and comfortable which is ideal for those who are using it as a base to go exploring the city, it’s close to transport links buses/s-bahn which makes it easy access from the airport and to get around. The hotel has a 24hr reception. There is some noise from the bars below, however if your going to be out enjoying Hamburg’s nightlife this won’t be much of an issue, and regardless of where you stay on the Reeperbahn your going to experience noise from the bars. I would stay there again if I was ever to revisit Hamburg.

Right on the strip, clean and cozy

Bring some muscles because there is no elevator but the rooms are cozy and clean.
We had a good stay and enjoyed the central location.
Happy Hour cocktails every day of the week available downstairs, just minutes away from the Subway station "St. Pauli" (Subway Line U3, which goes straight downtown/Main Train Station via the Harbor).

At first it was new for me to drop off the room key when leaving the hotel but thinking about it now, it is nice to not carry an extra item in the pocket.

If you go to Hamburg to have a fun time on the strip or even just want to go sightseeing, this is a perfect, well priced place to stay!

the hotel reception is on 1st floor after a steep flight of stairs then I had to climb another 4 flights as theirs no lift. I'm in my mid forties my hotel room was on the 5th-top floor. So be aware. Who will have to eat out but that's really no problem because there are quite a few places to get something saint pauli station very close.

Fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk from St Pauli station and at the bottom end of the red light district. Hair dryer in the bathroom, power point near the bed. Both reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
We were in the city for the Christmas markets and got to 12 out of 14. Not bad going.
I was travelling with a friend and chose this hotel as it was one of the only ones that advertised 2 beds. I like my friend, but not like that, separate beds for us. However the booking confirmation said only 1 bed. This led to the 3rd party who I booked with having to contact the hotel to make sure we got 2 beds. We did.
Only 2 complaints I had - 1) the size of the room. Miniscule. Would have been a tight fit for one person. Not able to swing the proverbial cat. Just enough room for 2 single beds. Minimal room between them to walk, and minimal room in the room for 2 ladies to move. 2) the curtains didn't cover the bottom of the window, so light streams in. And around the door, way too much light.
But all in all the hotel was exactly what was on the box.

Easy, clean hotel in the party district of Hamburg

Simple to find, just minutes from St Pauli U-Bahn station. Up a flight of stairs to reach the reception area.

Staff very helpful in checking in/out without any problems.

Room, clean and functional - very competitive pricing for the facilities. No on-site bar or restaurant, so no breakfast facilities, but if you just want a base it's fine for that.

If you're out partying until the small hours it's an idea place to stay. However if you want to relax and sleep then look elsewhere. It's situated above a bar that is constantly playing loud music until 3am (on a Saturday) and you can both hear and "feel" the music whilist it's thumping all night on.

Located next to the entertainment area of Hamburg and close to the Metro makes it suitable. Room itself however is really small, I guess around 10M2, but clean and functional. No space for suit cases, which luckily I had none. TV has NO English channels. One negative comment is that on the second day I found the room unlocked when I came back from my work meeting and after it was cleaned, which should not have happened. As the hotel is directly on the main entertainment street bit is noisy, and having a room at the back side, which I had was good as that is quiet, especially as due to the heat. yes hot in middle of September, you have to keep the windows open.

I stayed in a room (which was not facing the main street) for a week, attending a conference at CCH. Sunday-Wednesday was reasonably quiet and tolerable. The noise starts on Thursday and culminates on Saturday. It appears some guests stay only for a day or two seeking pleasure since the hotel is in the red-light district on Reeperbahn. Such guests would bring hookers in the middle of the night making all kinds of noise and interfering with the sleep of other guests. My main complaint is the noise (which also comes from music played outside) and sleep disturbance. The rooms are kept reasonably clean but are very small and inconvenient to move around (the bed occupies the largest part of the floor plan leaving just a thin strip to go around). Shower stall is clean and of adequate size but the wash basin is very small. The staff is friendly and gives you useful information and tips when you inquire about location of stores/offices, whereabouts of events etc.

I was in town for a conference and thought that this was decent for 1 or 2 nights. It gets loud as it the rooms are next to the street. I recommend trying to get a higher room or accept for that price and location you will have some noise from outside. The rooms are remodelled and the hotel is clean. I would stay again - but for only 1 or 2 nights.

A lovely 2 night stay over new years on 1st floor, only downside for me was noise from the corridor & club downstairs (earplugs) and no kettle/tea making facilities. Depends what you're after

Looking for a hotel near Hamburg Docks for work - only a short walk which was excellent. What they don't tell you however, is that Reeperbahn is the night life (and red light) district of Hamburg. If you're after a great place for an evening's entertainment (in both senses of the phrase) then it's ideally located only a short walk from pubs, restaurants, shows and casinos; if you're after somewhere quiet to lay your head after a hard day's work, perhaps not so good. Unfortunately the room didn't appear to have air conditioning, so with the windows closed it was too hot, but with the windows open it was too noisy. Staff were friendly and everyone I met was fluent in English. Apparently every Wedesday evening there are street vendors and drinking along Reeperbahn; worth looking out for, though I was there for the start of the Reeperbahn festival, meaning more vendors and live music as well.

Hotel is in a great location slap bang in the middle of the reperbahn so ideal for those who want to party all night long (like we did). Particular staff were friendly - some were shall we say 'typically European' aka a little ignorant but all the same good enough throughout our short stay.

If you want a quiet sleep after 12 midnight don't stay here - hotel is on the reperbahn which is obviously very busy and buzzing late into the night!

If you want a cool nights sleep it ain't happening here - no air con rooms and very clammy - sweaty at night!

On plus note - hotel is good for young peoples - couples etc who want to be close to the action!!

Stay in Hamburg was great and the hotel served its purpose.

People hanging out in the hallway all night, talking really loudly until like 5 in the morning. No sound prodding, so we didn’t manage to fall a sleep.
Junkies hanging out at the entrance, shooting up. Not pleasant at all.

The bed was good, and clean. The shower was awful, and hardly work. Nice temperature on the water thou. Will not stay here again, better and cheaper options near by. Check out Hamburger Perle instead.

Es un hotel basico, tener en cuenta que no tiene AC asi que en verano debe ser caluroso, esta casi en pleno centro de St. Pauli asi que es una zona ruidosa de noche, al menos hasta las 2 am .
Pero esta muy bien ubicado hay dos estaciones de tren cerca y muchcos restaurante y bares cercanos

Dette var noe stusselige greier. Vi forventet ikke mye for denne prisen, men wow. Det er sikkert ok for et par kompiser som bare skal sove ut fylla, men alt annet er ikke egnet. Det var djer som spilte musikk nærmest inn på rommet til kl 4. Folk kom bankende på dørene midt på natta. Jeg er temmelig sikker på at det foregikk prostitusjon i et av naborommene og det var rusmisbrukere, hjemløse og alkoholikere overalt.

Cold and noisy room

When I first arrived in my disgnated room, the heating was off and the room very cold. The reception staff was not present, so I had to call them On the third try they answered and arranged me another room they said was an upgrage because of partly renowated bathroom. In this room the heating was turned off, but at least I managed to turn it on and it was not freezing. Bathroom smelled of fresh paint. Noise from the street was loud.

At least the bed was comfortable enough and the location good. When they finally answered the phone on the third call, the service was friendly.

I didn't expect luxury for this price, but a warm room that doesn't smell of paint would have been nice.

Es ist super zentral gelegen aber die Hauptstraße ist direkt neben dem
Hotel und trotz geschlossenen Fenster war es super laut. Es ist eher ein Partyhotel, für Party sehr empfehlenswert

Godt men lyt

Vi var ud at hygge på Reeperbahn og sov der, hvilken placeringsmæssigt var perfekt. Dog hører man musikken fra klubberne alt for tydeligt hvilket udløser en søvnløs nat.
