Room was clean enough but the bed wasn’t very comfy. The walls are very very thin. The lift was scattered with someone’s takeaway scraps and not cleaned. Staff were perfectly friendly and welcoming though. Location was v close to the metro so good access to the city.

Absolutely abysmal experience. Had no internet the entire stay even though it was advertised as having it. Just like every hotel since 2005 should, never mind 2025! I brought 4 devices most of which I could not use as intended due to no connection. I paid for 7 nights in a room with internet, I did not receive that.
When you bring it up with staff they couldn't care less. They either ignore you, imply that it's your fault, or just shrug it off and don't offer to look into it all. I'm a network engineer so I know what I'm talking about when I say a network has a problem. Completely unacceptable. Stay away from this place and it's lazy and patronising staff.
Bonus problem: They're also too lazy to even check you in, they make you use a stupid wall-mounted touchscreen machine which doesn't even work right to re-enter all the same details you gave when you booked your stay. It takes a few minutes and feels like an eternity when you have to keep your arm raised high to type. Extra bonus: In the middle of entering everything it randomly just reset my progress and went back to the beginning!

Great location. Close to St Pauli station. If the Reeperbahn is your thing the thats just round the corner. Lots of bars sex shops and takeaways nearby. Hamburg is easy to get around and there is more to see than the Reeperbahn.

The hotel is where it claims to be... a short walk away from Reeperbahn and a short walk from Millerntor Stadium/Heiligengeistfeld.
My room was ready and was more or less what I'd expected, but the shower was very badly in need of maintenance (the shower head was not screwed on properly and many of the holes were clogged, probably with calcium deposits). There was also only one type of soap... no shampoo/conditioner/hand soap. The only bottle which had been on the sink said it was a body and hair wash combination.
Another minor grievance is that keys are not to be taken off property, which often means a bit of a wait to retrieve the key upon return... I have to imagine there's a better way, one which might reduce waits for guests and reduce stress for the desk staff. (This was particularly inconvenient when I was stuck behind someone with a booking difficulty... not the fault of the hotel, necessarily, but something that could be improved)
I was not wholeheartedly dissatisfied with my stay, as the room was clean and the location is good, and the price of a night is quite good, however, I warn fellow travelers to set expectations low to avoid disappointment.

There are nicer areas of Hamburg but the street with Hnsehof on was quieter than some nearby noisy streets. Plenty of local restaurants and easy access to the Elbe tunnel

Cozy hotel in a great location in St. Pauli. Close to the action but off the beaten path enough that there is no street noise at all. The staff is friendly and professional. It’s not located in a family friendly place. St. Pauli was originally a red city for sailors so there are lots of bars, night clubs and stuff but not suitable for a family vacation. However the stuff was friendly and very nice.

Apartment was huge and plenty of space for us all. Very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful (although one male member of staff needs to cheer up) but other than that it was perfect for our stag weekend as we’re not your normal rowdy bunch. Close to all the action on the Reeperbahn. Literally a 2 minute walk and you’re in the centre of the action.

Wir wurden wegen Überbuchung in ein anderes Hotel \"verlegt\". Es handelte sich um eine Suite in der wir zu dritt nächtigen sollten und nicht mehr um 2 Doppelzimmer. Preislich kam man uns nicht entgegen, wir sollten genauso viel zahlen, wie für 2 Doppelzimmer. In das neue Hotel kamen wir nicht rein, hätten erst den vollen Preis zahlen müssen. Also ab ins \"alte\" samt Gepäck. Mit 30€ kam man uns \"entgegen\", der Mitarbeiter war aber sehr nett. Notgedrungen nahmen wir die Suite, also wieder zurück.

Wir haben zwar gut geschlafen, wurden aber durch die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn früh wach, da die Suiten lediglich durch eine Zimmertür getrennt waren. Wie sich später herausstellte, war diese Tür noch nicht einmal abgeschlossen!

Der Check-In verlief total unpersönlich über einen Automaten am Eingang. Das Bad war okay, allerdings fehlte im Waschbecken der Abflussdeckel. Der Innengriff der Duschtür war total locker. Nachts hat man komisch tiefe Geräusche gehört, die man nicht zuordnen konnte. Über das Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte und auch sonst kein Personal im Hotel angetroffen habe.

Der Chef war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Preis Leistung ist wirklich OK auch wenn viele den schlechten Zustand kritisieren. Es ist sauber und wird täglich geputzt. Man ist direkt im Kiez wenige Minuten hinter der Reeperbahn. Check Out 12Uhr war super. JA, Zimmer sind etwas alt aber m.E. vollkommen OK. Umfangreichere Ausstattung als in vielen anderen teuren Hotels. Unsere Zimmer hinten raus waren sehr ruhig. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen vollkommen i.O.! Geschäftlich würde ich es nicht buchen. Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet, es gibt Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Perfektes Hotel um auf der Reeperbahn feiern zu gehen. Selber einchecken per Kiosk war super einfach. Fahrstuhl ist bisschen klein gehalten aber vollkommen ausreichend. Personal war super. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnbereich war sauber, Badezimmer eher altmodisch aber in Ordnung. Fenster gehen sogar komplett auf für mehr frische Luft und sind sehr dicht um kaum bis gar nichts von der Straße mitzubekommen.

Das Frühstück war mit 17,50 € für die angebotene Auswahl viel zu teuer (lt. Homepage war der Preis 15,00 €, was auch zu viel wäre).

Flera uppgifter på hotellets bokningssida visade sig vara felaktiga:
Felaktig information kring både parkering och receptionens öppettider. Receptionen stängde redan kl. 20.00, vilket inte framgick vid bokning. Vi anlände något sent och möttes av en märkbart irriterad personal, trots att det var hotellets ansvar att ange korrekta tider.
Rummet kändes smutsigt och ofräscht. Duschen var i dåligt skick, toalettpappret var nästintill slut, och tvålen i duschen verkade ha spätts ut med vatten. Kudden hade fläckar, vilket gav ett mycket ohygieniskt intryck.
Damm och smuts fanns både i badrummet och i övriga delar av rummet, som dessutom var väldigt trångt.
Wifi fungerade inte alls, trots att det utlovats.
Även så var det också väldigt högljutt så man hörde sina grannar på rummet bredvid.
